I went to this place a few days ago and they were amazing:). Very clean, sweetest people, and very gentle. My nails looked amazing afterwards and on top of that they were very sweet. I will definitely go there ALL THE TIME to get my nails done💕

We had 3 pedicures today and were very happy with the service and quality of care.

I went in for a full set. They did take me right away which was great. When they did my nails the just buffed them out and filled them down they didnt trim my cuticles or do anything to my cuticles. They left a lot of the acrylic on my fingers and under my nails looking very sloppy. On the sides of my nails it looks like the acrylic nails are to small they dont cover my entire nail bed. This was my first visit here and definitely my last. While I was getting my nails done a lady came in because she was there the day prior and two of her nails popped off and she was complaining that all her nails were lifting. She told the guy she felt they didnt use enough glue to hold them down which is a possibility, but it was unfortunate that this happened on my first visit. This incident definitely made me reconsider coming back.

Okay , i understand that - asked how much for a nail polish change . Never got a response.I tell the lady to just cash me out for the 2 broken nails I needed fixedAnd these fools want to charge me $15 ( see pictures, this is not $15 nor PROFESSIONAL WORKThe lady tells me to speak with owner ( which he did my nails)He proceeds to tell meThat Im wasting his time - I QUICKLY CORRECTED HIM ON WHOS TIME REALLY GOT WASTEDDoesnt seen the poor quality in his work, while other customers in there clearly seen it.Haha , please CLOSE DOWN YOUR NAIL SALON IF YOU ARE GOING TO DO POOR WORK .

I go there all the time David is the best but the guy who did my feet used the callus remover made my heel bleed I asked him to stop and he kept going on the back of both heels making it very painful to walk

I have been coming to Pink Lotus ever since it opened several years ago. I have always been treated with respect. Are my nails and toes always perfect no they aren’t but they have always made it right it I was truly upset with it. They always ask Me how I am doing since my back surgery. I have recommend several people to them and will continue to recommend people here.I think you guys are amazing and you have a customer for life.Krista

I cant believe I havent reviewed Pink lotus nails & spa yet!I adore this nail salon. She such a sweet couple, and they make my nails looks amazing. They also are gentle and have never caused me pain/bleeding, which is hard to find!I started doing dip powder manicures here a few months ago and it is saving my nails from myself (Im a nail biter). My nails are the longest theyve ever been and a dip manicure lasts a full month (though the nails do grow out, so you have a gap if you wait that long).The patrons are also great - I usually befriend the other person in here during the appointment time, so it makes the time fly by. 💖My sister, Mom, and I only come to Pink lotus nails & spa , and now my coworkers are converting as well. Thanks for the awesome referral (smiley)💖

Just stopped in for a fill while staying at a nearby hotel and my nails look great. DIEM did a really good job and took her time to make sure they were the right length and shape. It only took about a half hour and prices were good . The salon itself is pretty cute inside and doesnt stink like chemicals which is always nice. Ill be back next time Im in town!❤️

I always get my nails done here because they always do an excellent job!Today I had a delightful experience getting my nails done but a lovely lady! Not only way she extremely fun to talk to but she did an excellent job with my manicure! I will be asking for her next time I go!

I have been going to for my nails for almost and I will never go to anyone else! She is the absolute best! The salon is immaculate, and they never reuse any of the nail files or scrubbers, which I love.She is also very talented. She free hands all of the designs I request.. And Ive requested some crazy stuff. She listens to what I want, where as other salons give you want they think you want. Its like when you go in for a trim at the hair salon and leaving.She is very thorough with is work, she genuinely cares about the customer. Shes also so friendly and easy to talk to. I am visiting Chandler from out of town and needed to get a fill in the middle of rush hour traffic. Checked Google and this place was around the corner from hotel. The bellmen knew the exact place and directly me perfectly to get there thank goodness. They got me in right away even while busy it was super easy to relax. My tech did an awesome job and was super nice and friendly. I will definitely go back!

This is one of the nicest nail spas Ive ever been to!! I was blown away by the amenities and services offered -- a fully stocked wine bar, comfortable waiting area, seemingly endless mani-pedi stations with the nicest massage chairs, and beautiful chandeliers. I was treated so well by the staff, who took extra time to make sure my my acrylics were perfect, from the shape to the durability. I cant wait to come back!

I dont live that close, but we were having a girls night out with my mom and daughter. We stumbled across this place and was pleasantly surprised. We werent rushed (which was nice)! Long relaxing Shellac manicure and pedicure. A lot of polish choices for both regular and shellac. Offered to do design and even offered to stay late any night I called ahead. I started coming to this salon because its close to home. I keep coming back because they do a great job. The salon is clean and comfortable and the nail techs are helpful and polite. I get regular pedicures because the lifestyle here sort of demands it and I sometimes get manicures (just the basics, cleaning up cuticles, etc.). Whatever direction I go (basic or deluxe service, muted color or bright on my toes), they oblige without trying to push me in another direction and only give input if I ask. There have been some comments in other reviews about time management but my experience has always been good. Yesterday, I got a pedicure with callous removal, basic manicure with buffing instead of polish and brow and lip wax and I was done in about 90 minutes. I appreciate that!

The ladies and gentlemen in this shop are very attentive, friendly, and take care of every detail. Its a ways from my house, but definitely worth the trip. ❤😎

This place is a joke. Not only do they have expired licenses on the walls for their technicians, but their customer service is horrible. Took us back to the chairs for the pedicure and we sat there 45 minutes before anyone came to help us. Then once pedicures were finished they took one of us over to start our manicure. While I was still sitting in the pedicure chair waiting for someone to come and get me for a manicure three new clients came in. The person that had been helping me went and got them and started working with them while I was still sitting there waiting. I sat there for over an hour and no one ever came back. By that time my friend was done with her manicure so I just said I wanted to leave. The tech then came over and offered to help me and said she could have it done in just a few minutes. I refused. We went to pay for the service we had done and got three different prices from three different people. Ask to see a price list and said they didn’t have one. Ended up paying the highest price of the three that were quoted to us because they insisted that’s what we owed. Left there and went to a place called OMG nails , Amazing place and would highly recommend. You couldn’t pay me to go back to pink Lotus.

I love this place. Im not brave enough to have any nail art done, so I just got a gel manicure. But, while I sat there getting my nails done, I could not help but notice how beautiful everyones nails were in here. All of the employees are so talented, and they all had incredibly detailed artwork on their nails. Im glad I found a new nail place in my new neighborhood. Im almost two weeks into my manicure, and my nails are still perfect. Thank you, Pimk Lotus Nails & Spa!

The ladies here were fantastic. They were very easy to communicate with. Its difficult to find a nail place where youre confident they understand what you want. My technician was thorough, ensuring I was happy with the shape and color choices.

I went on my lunch break and Rose did my pedicure i got in as soon as i got there they had everything ready for me. My feet feel amazing now i will definatly be going back. Great service!!!

My mom and I came in for a pedicure and and manicure, and the ladies who worked on her were so nice and sweet to her. They took their time and gave her one of the best manis and pedis that shes had. We will be coming here from now on.

After reading the reviews I wasn’t expecting much. But figured oh well I’m already here and plus I had been to 3 other places in the past two months that had great reviews or were recommended by a friend of a friend and ended up disappointed! I had been going to the same lady for over 7years and unfortunately she moved. Anyways I am sooo happy I stopped here and tried them! The manger Danny was friendly and the nail tech Mary did an awesome job!! The place was clean and the room temperature perfect I hate been hot in overcrowded places (yuck) anyways I will definitely become a regular to this nail salon 💅👍🏽

Just in town for the weekend, but happened to discover this gem! They were able to take me as a walk-in on a busy afternoon because they have a gazillion pedicure chairs Reasonably priced, professional results.

They dont know how to shape ur nails or paint them and Im pretty sure there polish is old. looks nice in there but cant do acrylics good Im dissatisfied.

I went here with my sister due to a gift card I had received from a friend. They got us in quick, they were super nice & we were in a rush to leave so I didnt think to actually check their work before I rushed out the door. BIG MISTAKE! It is now on day 4 & one of my nails has chipped so bad Im thinking of taking the rest of the gel polish off.... yes, GEL CHIPPED. I always go to the same lady who does an amazing job & it is obvious that I wont be going elsewhere after this experience. The polish is bubbled on some nails, I had to completely re-file ALL of my nails because none of them were even! I seriously looked at my nails & had to show my sister like how did they think this slant in my nail was acceptable?!? The polish isnt all the way on my nails, theres a large gap in between the polish & my actual finger... not to mention that they didnt even clean up my cuticles so theres polish all on my cuticles! Didnt get polish on my whole nail, but managed to get it everywhere else. Im going to call them & complain & ask them to correct their mistake, but I cant see that happening. Even if they correct it, I will not be coming back. Dont waste your time!!

Worst brow and lip was ever! She has wax on a stick before I even sat down. Second brow, the wax was WAY too hot and burned my eyelid! I expressed it was too hot and she didnt seem too concerned. Take your $17 elsewhere! I will NOT be returning!

I made an appointment to have a pedicure. I showed up on time for my appointment and was told that it would be a couple minutes. They sat me in a chair and I waited. And waited. I waited for 45 minutes with my feet in now cold water and no one checked up on me once. This is the worst customer service Ive ever experienced at a nail salon. I went across the street to a salon that took me right away and did a wonderful job. I will never go back to Pink Lotus Salon!

I am so thrilled to rate this salon 5 stars. I had been here a year ago and didnt care for it but today I took a chance and it ended up being great! David is the new manager and clearly he understands service. Me and my 3 daughters got pedi and mani that were awesome. Vee, David and Kim were so much fun and their work was impeccable. We will definitely be back!

I was shopping next door at JcPenney ,I came into salon.. emptyI Was attended by one of the ladies there... I regret coming here cause not only did I WASTE $50 , but I had to go somewhere else for them to fix my nails !!!I asked for almond shape... polish was messy and I even got cuts !!I cant believe this place is still in buisness

They had lots of color options for both my gel mani and regular pedi. Great staff. New tools. Ill continue to support them.

Honestly the worst shop I’ve ever been to, my nails were rushed and I was over charged. When I asked the man to fix my nails he tried to just cut them off and told me to go elsewhere, honestly places like these cater to certain people.

DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON.My daughter just used them once and they charged her card over 20 times for over $1,000.00, all in the same day.When the salon was called they denied it and said it was not their fault.Now we have to go there in person to try to get it fixed with proof!!!!

May be ok for other services, but my experience for permanent makeup *eyebrows) was terrible. Had to go thru several appts. with someone else over 2 years to fix what they messed up! Cannot recomnend them !!

Wonderful pedicure! I have not had a pedicure for a looong time. Toes in bad shape! Karen was amazing...took time with me. Didnt push me thru! Long soak etc... and I got right in - no wait! Will definately be back! Price was right tooooo! Would of done 10 stars of we could!

Went in to get eyebrow wax and she totally chopped one of my eyebrows off at the end and then proceeded to ask for a tip... it was so bad My Husband even noticedstay away from here if you need eyebrow wax

I like this place a lot. I get manicures and pedicures here regularly, and I also bring my daughter here. There are several places here that I have tried, and this one is my favorite.

Went there to get a fill on acrylics that I already had on from another place. I asked how much a fill was the girl to the side of the front desk who was doing someone elses nails repeats you want a fill I said yes .I said how much she says $18. Im thinking the place I went to its $14..,but ok...She says you want gel..I said No just fill..as I already had French manicure. .She said well its pretty last longer .I said no just fill..she then says well we can Polish for free. So I said how long is the wait she says ready now..so I go with another girl who Is really hard to understand so I didnt talk much..but she was friendly..The starts to fill my nails ask if I want pink powder as its pretty I said sure..then when she is done with the fill I can still see the acrylic nail where she filed it down..so I said maybe I will do Polish as I wasnt going to and just leave the French she said ok..Gel..I said no just Polish she said ok..then I said how much is gel.she said $30..I said oh..nah just the Polish no gel. She said ok..then she does my nails..I have never had gel before but apparently she put gel Polish on after she showed me colors to pick..I had no idea it didnt look any different..otherwise I would have said something then..So I go to pay when she was all done and she says $30.I said I thought it was $18 poliah free .she said no its $30 for gel..I said but I didnt want gel..Then the girl who somewhat greeted me when I first came in states that gel is $30 and that the girl doing my nails must have explained it. FIRST of all I made sure to repeat no gel because I could understand her to begin with..they seem to want to push gel nails there..Hell no..I already have nails I am not paying $30 after spending $25 two wks ago for acrylics..So I tell her I didnt want gel and I said that..and she said its pretty they last longer..Really.I said NO.. so I pay it..what am I to do .I made it known that I didnt want gel nails and left.I will be asking for money back!!!

Never again.......Me and my mom got butchered here....please spend the extra 5 to 10 dollars where they will take the time to carefully give you a pedicure too much of these places are turning into sweat shops, its almost like their timed to get you out so fast they dont pay attention
