This was the best experience Ive ever had at a nail salon. Its a husband and wife business and they take their work very seriously. They spend time on you and are EXTREMELY thorough and PROFESSIONAL. They take the time to get to know you and you can tell they care about the results. I found my forever permanent nail salon. I advise you to make an appointment ahead of time. They are very knowledgeable and helpful with your selection. I will never go anywhere else.

This is hands down the best nail salon I have ever been too. I use to just hop around nail salons but, This spectacular little gem is ran by and honorable husband and wife, who take pride in their work and I’m anchoring down here. The care begins the second you walk in the door. I’m always offered a water as soon as I sit down for any service. The atmosphere is very clean with a calming energy. My pedicures easily last two weeks plus and always look pristine. Whether I want to go super simple with my nails or get a little wild and creative, exactly what I want is always delivered. I have never felt any service to be rushed and am always given an honest wait time. Since it is ran by husband and wife, I suggest making a reservation to avoid waiting. Although, they do accept walk ins.

It has been several years since I have last visited a nail salon. I was unsure where to go and after reading the reviews for Nail Pro Shop I figure I would try this shop. I am so glad I did. David was very kind and patient with me. He explained what the options were available and the differences with the gel polish and other finishes. Also explained how applying a light acrylic over my natural nails would help protect them from breaking. I really did enjoy my experience and looking forward to my next visit. ☺ Thank you David and Pro Nail Shop!

I love this place. Its clean and comfortable! David did an amazing job on my nails! Theyre ombre coffin and they are perfect. Definitely recommend. He also did them super quickly. I wont let anyone touch my nails from now on!

Thalia is so great at what she does! Customer service, cleanliness, attention to detail - all top notch! My gel manicure always looks great and it lasts longer than other average salons. Tip: Book a Sunday appointment if you can only come weekends because Saturdays are very busy. During the week they are closed Tuesdays.

I love this place! I found them after a bad nail job at another shop and they are so nice, friendly and their shop is so welcoming! When I go, I show a photo of what I want and they match it but with their own twist and it turns out amazing every time! Talia is my daughters’ favorite because she always adds the most creative designs to their ideas! We never even have to tell them what we are looking for, they just know and they put it together with such creativity and class! When we come they always know us by name and are just so welcoming! I recommend them to EVERYONE I run into and get complimented on my nail designs all the time!

He did not listen to me when I asked for my toenails to be filed down not cut. Then got really nasty because I said I was upset and say well if you’re going to complain I’m not doing your nails after he just cut my nails down. I would not recommend because they do what they want they do not listen I’m not sure how they have 4.9 ratingPOOR POOR SERVICE

I just had a gel full set done by David and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. I called to make an appointment, thankfully & he got me in right away. Being a larger salon, they only have 2 technicians, so it was nice to be there without the crowd. Amazing quality and price!Thank you David for a great first time experience here!

This place was so great! The shop was clean and orderly! The staff wore masks the whole time! They gave their upmost attention! They worked fast and fit us in even when they were busy! Love my nails! Will totally come back and recommend!

David and Talia are THE BEST! My mom, three sisters, and I found them last year and we’ve never looked back! They both do an AMAZING job every time! I HIGHLY recommend the ombré acrylics, as they are the only style I ever want. I’ve had bad experiences with being cut by nail techs in the past so getting my nails done caused me more anxiety than relaxation until I found David. He is so gentle and I no longer have to worry! I moved to San Diego six months ago but they are well worth the 5 hour drive! I would never go to anyone else! I’m team nail pro shop (and David & Talia) for life!

Been here twice. First time for a full set and then two weeks later for a fill. Its clean and comfortable. The best part about this place is the service. David and Talia are personable and kind. I wanted a set of acrylic nails that looked like my own--natural--and thats exactly what I got both times. Without nagging or insistence, I got exactly what I wanted. Their work is flawless, careful, and timely. I love this place. My nails have never looked and felt so good. They educate you on your first visit about the process and the care of your nails, so you know what to expect. Do yourself a favor and make an appointment.

Best nails ever!! I have been going to this nail salon for about six months and I have been so impressed with the quality of service that they provide. Every single manicure that I’ve gotten has been great; I’ve never had a nail chip or break. They also have great choices for colors. All of the employees are really nice, and it is obvious that they truly care about their customers. Went there yesterday....There is only 2 people working so book an appointment. We were very hesitant going anywhere because of COVID but they are very sanitary and super friendly. After being quarantined for 62 days the pedicure was amazing and much needed!

I had spent years trying to find a nail salon that did my nails the way I like them, after finding this salon Ill never go to another! I normally ask for David and he always does an amazing job. I can’t see myself going anywhere else in the valley to have my nail needs taken care of. I drove all the way from downtown Pheonix because the staff and owner here know what they are doing. They value quality over quantity, they take their time and make sure you are taken care of!I had some great conversations with the owner and the staff - I would recommend making an appointment it’s worth any wait. These guys are true professionals!

They were so good to our large wedding party. They took the time to make each member of the party happy and fulfill the requests. Most everyone got a Mani and pedi and they worked simultaneously to make sure we enjoyed every minute. Amazing customer service and pretty average pricing. They explained what they were doing and took time to make sure you liked it.

I wasn’t pleased with my visit. The gentlemen that did was nails was nice, but didn’t do well on my nails. I had asked for squared shape on my natural nails, and he made them coffin shaped. He then did my dip powder so thin that three of natural long nails broke in a week. Bummer

Ive been coming here to get my nails done with David for over a year. Ive never had so many compliments on my nails, and Ive never had a set of acrylics that look natural until I started coming to David. There are only two technicians at this time, as the business is still new (heading into 2 years). They do take walkins, but I highly recommend calling ahead to make an appointment to be sure you get your preferred timeslot (if they are both busy, you will have to wait or come back). Talia is also amazing. She does my pedicures and shes lovely and very meticulous and careful with your ever precious feet. Love this place. Enjoy!

David has done an amazing job with this shop. Everyone is so professional and does the best job I have ever had. My nails look so great. They dont lift or break. The shop might cost slightly more then next but it IS worth it. Today I had Davids wife (cant remember her name 😟) do my nails and I am beyond happy with them. I will not be going anywhere else.

This place is wonderful! My sister took me here to get a mani-pedi before a wedding Im a bridesmaid in. It is affordable, elegant, and has great customer service. Talia did my nails and she is fantastic and sweet. David did my sisters nails and was just as friendly. I will definitely be coming back!

Ive been going to this nail salon for 3 years. I have been bringing my daughter along with me for the last year and the staff never seemed effected by her or annoyed with her. They always were so happy to see her and if I came without her, they would inquire about her and ask to see updated photos. It was like seeing family.After the new staff came in, it was a completely different atmosphere. I was asked if it was my first time in and I kindly said no, Ive been coming here for 3 years now and the tech Tina mumbled something very quiet under her breath and did it a lot throughout the 2.5 hours I was there. It didnt seem personable or professional.I just had my nails done this weekend and i felt rushed for bringing my daughter along who was tired anged antsy. I have been correcting it myself since yesterday and Im not even done.I got my usual pedicure but it wasnt good or relaxing as it used to be (even while taking care of her). I got a weird look from the staff as I attempted to breastfeed my daughter in my efforts to get her to fall asleep (which Ive never had issues with in the past with the previous owner and staff, they actually encouraged it and made my time there better.) My pedicure was supposed to include a leg massage with a sea salt scrub but that never happened. What I got was lotion and oil rubbed into my skin.My manicure was mediocre and the finished product looked as if I had done it myself. No relaxing hand massage which usually completes the visit and my nails look nice until you take a closer look.I may sound a bit biased towards the old staff but with the turnover so far, Im not happy with and will probably not return.

Amazing customer service! The owner actually took time to greet and ensure I was satisfied with my experience. Tina, who did my pedi, ensured I was pleased with specific requests, that I seek for getting this self care service, but also find pain relieving. The salon was ready to close at 7pm, however, openly welcomed a walk in a few minutes before closing...now, that is definitley the good ole care customer service I wish other places would bring back in 2018. Thank you Tina and David, for accommodating your clients at the end of a stressful week for me. I left there so calmed and thrilled with my services!

Wow this place is a great. Everyone there is so nice and they do a great job! The manager David who did my nails is quite nice and really pays attention to detail and has been doing it for a whiiile. He really knows his stuff. I had mentioned to him that I havent had my nails done in a while after a horrible experience of soo many air bubbles in them and being real thick. He explained why that happens sometimes and it comes down to a lack of quality provided for quick pay. My BEAUTIFUL with zero air bubbles and are thinner and feel so much more natural and not thick and uncomfortable. I got the gel coating and they so shiny too! I was in the area visiting my friend and actually live in San Tan Valley but will definitely be returning to this salon.
