Charged way more than they were supposed to. The nails didn’t end up looking good and took over 2 hours. but the pedicure was alright but would be better if they didn’t do a more expensive service then i asked for.

I love going here for gel polish! Hidi is my go to. She’s good w shaping my nails.

Bad Bad BadThey didn’t act interested in servicing us. 1pm on a Monday 1 person there 😒I’m from Chicago .. I asked about the different services they offer.. ie. MOOD COLOR.. Flakes.. They only understood >>>> white tips ( as creative as they could get.. well pretended to NOT understand..My sister had reg. Polish and requested regular Polish.. the “tech” didn’t even get the OLD polish off and attempted to polish over the old polish 🙅🏼‍♀️MY PEDICURE was AWFUL!!!!! It looks & FEELS LIKE I GOT A POLISH CHANGE.. mind u I just got a full gel set w/mood color.. Mood color on my toes as well.. FROM CHICAGO May 7thTheir only use to mani-pedi clients!&&&& My sister still tipped (class like that)

They were so nice to me when I walked in. I came in around 6:40pm last night thinking I would get turned away like the last two places I wanted to get my eyebrows waxed. I knew I was cutting it close so I would understand if they couldnt like the other places. They said yes that they could do it and Nancy did my eyebrows. They look AMAZING!!! I was so happy they way they came out. I normally am very picky with my eyebrows. She took her time and make me look great. Then she told me about their eyelashes because of the picture I saw on the wall and it was so cute. I asked if I could make an appointment to get my eyelashes done. Mimi said she could do it right then. Mind you they are closing in the next 15min. For her to stay after to do my eyelashes made me feel so special. Nancy and Mimi took good care of me. Not only am I Highly satisfied with their customer service and hospitality but they provided magnificent quality. They have gained a long time customer. They have amazed me so much I have brought my sister today to get the same done for her. Such great people here. The inside is very well kept. Nice and clean. Looks so elegant inside. Thank You So Much Mirage Nails and Spa. You are amazing. See you soon.

My first time coming to this pace awful service rude the men doing my pedicure he was talking to another tech kept stopping just to talk to co worker he was so much in to his conversation that did care to pay attention to my massage did it quickly. Use a towel different than what the other were using trough on my leg rough and to do my calluses remover he put under my feet he use a grocery bag not what the other tech were using a clear plastic. I don’t think Hispanic are not welcome here or the tech had very poor customer service I will never come here don’t recommende it.

Very clean, relaxing atmosphere. Lots of different options including SNS dip. They take their time and are genuine. (My photos are taken in the process)

The guy that did my nails glued his protective glove to my nail and had to file it off , they were uneven in shape , he nipped my skin with the electric nail file twice, 2 days after I had them done they looked like they needed to be filled already , and the worst part of all I was quoted 55$ for the set and told him to tack on 7$ for the tip (despite being unhappy with my nails) which is 62$ and yet they charged 75$ to my card

Really enjoyed our day there they did an excellent job.

This is my favorite nail place! They abide by COVID-19 rules and are very clean. I always go to the same nail technicians. I just moved here from San Diego in January, so having a place I am comfortable going to feels very good.

They are so nice but not all of them can do a full set of nails without bumps and paint with regular polish on the toes. Do not go to the guy tech.

They had me waiting over 20 minutes just to pay and 30 plus minutes to get my nails done, they aren’t professional very very poor quality.

I have been coming to Mirage Nails to get my lashes, pedicures, and eyebrows waxed for years. The employees are all very nice and do a great job. Vivian always does an amazing and professional job on my lashes. I get the clusters because they have a fuller look and last longer than individuals. I have known people that got their lashes done somewhere else, but they paid much more and their lashes don’t look half as nice as mine. I drive 115 miles to get my lashes done here and Vivian always tries to accommodate me and get me in. You won’t find anyplace that does quality lashes for $35.....Mirage Nails is the best!

Its a good nail shop. I had an appointment and didnt wait at all to be serviced. My nail tech Kim was very nice and did a good job. Shes still working on her English but we communicated enough to get the job done. Id go there again!

Originally I had a not good experience the first time I went to Mirage but after working with the manager she completely turned my opinion around. She messaged me as soon as she saw I had an issue and offered to completely redo my feet. The took her time and they turned out beautiful (she’s very good with designs). Thank you Vivian for caring about your customers! I’ll be back soon!

Kim Did such an amazing job doing my pedicure and has the best hands for the massage.They have great customer service.Also a shout out to Mimi doing a great job at installing eyelashes they look so full and natural.Defenetly coming again.

They do bomb nails! The techs were arguing the whole time and it was phenomenally entertaining.The customer service here is also unmatched. The techs here will remember every detail about you and what you like!

Love this place. Ask for Mamie for Lashes and all of your waxing needs (Brazilian included) and Tam (guy) for nails. They are awesome, personable and provide you exactly what youre looking for

I have been a regular customer at this salon since 2008 and customer service and quality of work was always superb. HOWEVER, since this salon has undergone a management and staff change the level of quality is hardly recognizable. Most of the veteran staff left when management changed but there are 2 left - Heidi and Michelle. I feel so sorry for them working in a whole new environment. But I mainly feel sorry for me and the other regular customers who are suffering. It seems like the emphasis is on quantity instead of quality. They overbook appointments, rush you through, and try and pressure you to pay for more services. Yesterday I was in the salon and there was so much confusion about who would work on which customer, and theres a bunch of screaming across the salon; it seemed so unorganized. My technician didnt start on me until 40 minutes AFTER my appointment time. There is a new girl Tori in there greeting customers. She was polite and courteous but its not the same salon at all. I am really thinking of taking my business elsewhere. So sad!

I think it is a hit or miss with quality. The person who did my nails was VERY good. So good that I could not get those darn things off my nails for a long time. I had to remove them myself after a month!!! However, my friend who went with me, had poor quality nails. Hers were coming off the next day. Mind you, she had shorter nails than mine, and has a desk job. Its not like she was treating them poorly.

I Love Mirage Nail and Spa! I have been going there for about 5 plus years now .. The staff members are very nice and they Greet every customer.. For all the years that I have been going there I have never had the same design on my nails ! Gina, Heidi and the rest of the staff are Amazing. I even moved a hour away and I still drive all the way back to chandler to get my nails done. They are very courteous to all their customers whether they are regular or new they are treated the same. =) Check them out for your self.

I have had multiple service here and I have not been disappointed yet. My nails continue to be flawless. The environment is very relaxing & they treat you like family. I would highly recommend this place. I love these ladies.

I am new to the area so I have been looking for a good nail place. My sister and I went here and it was AWFUL! The techs were rude! As I was sitting getting a pedicure there was a tech doing a pedicure on another lady and she was yelling at the customer! I had a fill on my nails and a pedicure and it took 3 hours! It was expensive for the quality I got. I was there a week ago and my nails are falling apart. My sisters nails did the same thing and my niece got a full set which she had to take off herself because they were so bad. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone!! Do yourself a favor and find someone where else.

I found this treasure of a salon back in June when we moved to Chandler. I have to keep up my nails due to my job. In a career field that requires a lot of hours on my end, Tammy & Michelle ALWAYS ensure that I am well taken care of. They do an AMAZiiNG job on my nails. Their pedicures are a little slice of heaven on earth. They don’t ever make me feel rushed & truly take the time to ensure that I’m allowed to really enjoy my time here. Took my sister in last Sunday for her birthday and got myself a manicure as well. As we were leaving my polish wasnt dry when though I was told it was. I returned immediately to have the technician correct the polish. After the polished dried I noticed the next day a wave affect and the polished was seperating. Looked great from far away and just awful up close. Cut to today, my polish is chipping in large chunks. Getting your nails done is NOT cheap and to be treated like theyre is very upsetting. My sister tried to warn me that we should find a different salon, but I assured her it would be great! Unfortunately this experience means I will not be back.Thank you .

Twice now Ive had an appointment. Gotten half the service I scheduled then asked to come back another day! Very frustrated. Why schedule appointments!!!

Nail tech stole my credit card information. Worst salon experience I have ever had. As I was checking out and handing over my card to be swiped the manager came to ask how my service was. While explaining my frustrations with my services the tech literally walks out the front with my card then all I see is a camera flash then walks back in and hands me my card???Not only do they suck at nails, but they suck at being good people. Don’t trust them. Don’t use their services.

Be careful on how well YOU, the customer, communicate what you want. My daughter asked about the benefits of an organic pedicure but then requested the basic pedicure. She ended up with the organic pedicure. Management was NO help.

I love this place! I have tried so many different nail salons and none of them can come close to the service I receive here. I have referred several people here and all of them tell me how grateful they are for that referral. They are clean, attentive, professional, and they do amazing work. If you have to wait, its totally worth it! I will never go anywhere else!

First time going, awful experience I can tell you that. The nail tech was rough on my toenails when filing them, and was also rough while using the “cheese grater” at the bottom of my feet. She called me picky when I asked to file my index finder a little bit more and then said “I can tell this is your first time here”. Also, on top of that she left a white mark of gel polish on my thump which I didn’t notice until after I had left.

I have been coming to Mirage nails for over a year. The staff is friendly and the salon is clean. I always have my nails and pedicure and eyebrows waxed by Tina. I wouldnt go anywhere else. My experiences is always out standing. Thank you Tina for always making me look and feel great.

I have been coming to the salon for over 8 years and since the recent owner/management change the salon has gone downhill. The new people are not polite and do a terrible job. Heidi and Gina are still there but trying to get an appointment with them is very difficult. I have done SNS twice and they looked terrible and very expensive both times I tried. I am very sad as this salon has been my go to for so many years. I bring in my daughter as well as my mother and sister. We will all be going elsewhere from now on. On my last visit the tension between the workers was ridiculous and they where fighting over clients. A salon experience is supposed to be relaxing not stressful. Sorry Heidi and Gina.

This place rocks! Ive never had a bad experience and Ive been coming here for over two years and Im super picky. Yes they are busy but thats what happens when you find a quality place. If Im in a rush when I make my appt I tell them and they get me out on time and when Im not I cut them some slack because they are so awesome Van rocks with her lashes and I always get compliments and people asking where I go. Im moving 30 miles away and will make a point to keep coming back to Gina; Heidi and the team!

I am the mirage nail salon is really clean and professional employees I always get my nails done by Tony he is really good at his skills and always does my nails exactly the way I like it. Tony Is amazing he’s from the Midwest and he knows how to do nails really well if you come you should ask for help and you won’t regret itand I like that when I come in I don’t have to wait a long time to get my nails done usually I don’t wait more than five minutes before and I never schedule an appointment.

Heidi the manager passed up a walk-in client for someone who come in 30mins late for an appointment. And I been coming here for two years. Michelle and Tina are awesome & always available. I love my eyebrow waxing & fullsets every time. They have great customer service skills just under bad management!

First and last time going there. Went with my 13 year old daughter since shed been wanting to get her nails done for a while and we happened to be in the same plaza. The price was $24.00 for her full set. After the color was put on the price went to 40. The lady said she didnt know my daughter didnt want gel color. ( $16 00 more just for gel polish) Well she didnt even bother to ask either my daughter or myself. She had the nerve to say oh I can take it off and put regular... like really? I didnt want to wait anymore, I just paid and left..

I went for the first time today. I did not like the way I was being looked at by the nail tech sitting across from me and when I would look at her she would smile. Just awkward. A man jumped to do my pedicure but also seemed to not really want to do it and seemed rushed at first even though it was 9am and empty. I got the $30 pedi because I wanted to have a good massage, what I got was him rubbing lotion on my wet legs very lightly without actually massaging my calves and feet. Stones were barely warm and he didn’t really scrub my feet like I wanted. I was so annoyed and when I got up it’s like he felt I would walk out without paying. As I wrote on the receipt he was staring at it to see what I would put. Not very polite. I tipped $5 but I really feel like I over paid for crappy service and I only tipped because they probably thought I wouldn’t due to stereotypes. Sizing people up by what they are wearing and what type of ring they have on is rude. I went in for a pregnancy pedi a week before I am due, I thought it would be enjoyable. There was one nice lady that offered me a water while she was giving someone else a pedi. I wish I got her. The place looked nice.

Service is always awesome, I had not visited in a long time, but services were just as I remembered, AWESOME. Pricing is a little high but well worth it!!

When I moved here 4 years ago from Florida, I left behind the nail salon Id been going to since Junior Prom!! It was so sad, but I am SOOOO happy I found Mirage. Gina, Heidi, Rudy, Danny, everyone is amazing! They always remember me and my daughter, they really listen to you and do their absolute best to give you exactly what you want. Ive referred over 10 friends and family there and they are all just as pleased as I am. Gina even did nails for my sisters wedding last year!! Go see them! You wont be disappointed,

I will seriously not go anywhere else for my nails. The technicians are very kind. They keep very up to date with new products on the market and they incorporate them in the salon right away. They have Organic Products they can use on your nails if you wish etc.. They have a Jelly Pedi which is super relaxing and a bit of a different experience.They have technicians who can do specialty nails (ALL OUT Nails) and I have come in asking for some pretty difficult/creative stuff and I am always super happy with my nails.Side note: I appreciate the cleanliness of the salon. They even utilize throw away plastic coverings for the pedi bowls and you do not see that very often.Overall - Very Clean, Good Vibe, Good Music, Good People and Talent. Great Place and I highly recommend them to all of my friends.Gina! You are my Girl - Thank you for being awesome!

Gina has been doing my nails for well over a year at Mirage and is a professional at her craft. I always task her with Pinterest designs and Gina never has a problem getting my nails to look like the designs from Pinterest. She loves to do the latest and greatest styles and makes my nails look perfect every time. I get tons of compliments and always recommend her. The salon itself is the most unique I have seen. Very inviting, friendly and a relaxing atmosphere. A great place to be. Go check Gina out. You wont be disappointed!

This was my first time coming here and I have to say the service was EXCELLENT, Ive been to a couple nail salons and they all tell me the same thing I cant do that design even when I have a picture. So I showed Gina my picture and she knew what to do, my nails came out exactly how I wanted them. I love crazy designs and Gina nailed it on the dot, I will be coming back for a long time to come. Im even going back so Gina can give me eyelashes extentions. If you havent been to Mirage you missing out on GREAT service.

I have an elderly mother that requires a bit more attention and care with her nails. She totally received such at Mirage and especially with Heidi.AND her manicure looks fabulous!!

Wife talked me into a pedicure. Relaxing, almost feel asleep from the hot stone massage. Then my wife jokingly said, if he falls asleep, paint his toenails pink, which kept me up, because I know my wife, she would have tried. Friendly staff. Woman, take your man down their and get him a pedicure. He will thank you later.

These ladies are awesome! Tammy was such a huge help! I came in with nightmare nails and she completely transformed them. Needless to say, Ill be back!

They do a great job on your eyelashes and nails but the customer service needs much improvement theyre not very friendly

I took my daughter here to have her lashes filled but because they dont have the real lashes they had to take the ones off that she had and put the cheap ones on. They fell off the second day. I called to see about a refund but they said they dont do refunds and they will fix it, but whats the point of they dont stay on. Do not go here for lashes if you expect them to stay on.

I love this place! Chau always does my nails, and they are always fantastic! I can bring her ANY design I find off of Pinterest and shell do it. Or sometimes I just let her do whatever she wants and its always pretty!! Plus she is super sweet and fun to talk to. I really enjoy my time there. And such great low prices!!!The salon is pretty and clean. Everyone is nice and polite. They always smile and say hi and offer water bottles. I love the deluxe pedicures there, they have that wax stuff that makes my feet so soft.EYELASHES! Vivian does amazing eyelashes!! So much cheaper than any other place I have found, and they look so great! I get so many compliments on them everyday! Vivian is really precise and makes sure they are perfect every time!LOVE THIS PLACE!!

Went in for acrylic - the nail tech sucked so much. She couldnt do the shape right, she made the gel polish super thick, lumpy, uneven and bubbly, on top of that, she left spots on my nail unpainted. Never going back, totally unprofessional.

Unfortunately for me, I got the one nail tech (older male) that did not want to work on my mani/pedi :( He did not provide a relaxing experience and was just going through the motions. He was more interested in what the receptionist was doing instead of paying attention to my manicure. I felt cheated out of what should have been a relaxing experience.

Great staff was my spot but the prices are a bit to much !! & sometimes it would seem like they would charge you whatever... they dont have a price chart so you know what everything is so basically you could get charged different prices depending on person !

This was a horrible experience for me, although my mom loved her nail tech. Mine was a guy who was rough and not very meticulous with his work. I flinched several times while he was doing my nails and pedicure and he never once apologized. My nails are in so much pain and I have awful sores and scabs around all cuticles.

Went to Mirage Nails on Tuesday May 19, 2015. I ONLY had their $32 pedicure, a $12 gel polish removal and a $12 manicure. This adds up to $56. When it came time to pay the said I owe $75, and when I disputed this with the service I had done and the prices that they were, they were rude as hell. Where the hell did the additional charges come from. when they swiped my card, they asked for tip amount and I said NONE that extra charge can be the tip.Now a week later this so caled gel polish the used, IS PEELING OFF MY NAILS. So I called and complained about it, they said to come in and they will fix it, for $25.🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨!!!!This place will scam you and rip you off!!!!🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨

NEW CUSTOMERS READ: I could give it a negative star rating if I could. To begin with I have been going to this salon time after time and never been so dissapointed. First thing is I have almond shaped nails, upon requesting to get them a little shorter my nail technition said no because he doesnt think short almond nails are pretty after telling him that I dont care and want them short he said the only way he would shorten them is if he changed my nail shape to coffin. Not wanting to argue i just let him do his thing. If you have almond nails you know that they can get very sharp. Because of this i asked him to round the edges so theyre not so sharp before i even finished my sentence he filed down my nail tip all the way down. After telling him thats not at all what i wanted he begin to sigh, shake his head repeatedly and have the worst attitude. He slammed his tools, gave me the meanest looks, and would grab my fingers aggressively. As if my expierience couldnt be worse, as i was paying I gave him my card and without a word walked out the front door WITH MY CREDIT CARD. Told another worker at the front and all she did was shrug it off saying he would be right back. I had to immediately go to the bank and change my info and Now im back two days later because my gel is already peeling. Not worth it!

I been a customer since 2003, my regular nail technician was Mimi and the mananger was Gina they were great, but since this place is under the new manager the customer service is the worst and the nail tecnician are so difficult to work with. Im taking my business somewhere else.
