It’s okay for basic work (one color). They can’t do French tip or designs. I wish I would’ve known they couldn’t do it to save the disappointment and $$ . We won’t be back :/

First time there, and their work is extraordinary!!! The finish touch they do on my nails make them look so natural and thin. They gained one more long term customer. Pricing is very reasonable. Now I know why it has such a good reviews.

Love going to see Kasey or Riley! I mean .... everyone is so friendly and helpful there. They all help each other, do a fantastic job that lasts what seems like forever, and are reasonably priced.

I have been going to Simply Natural Nails for almost 3 years now. The entire staff are some of the nicest people you could ever meet. They do not offer acrylics, and I am so grateful for that! They take such care with my delicate, weak nails from years of damage from acrylics. My SNS (dip) nails last weeks and they are so reasonably priced. They could so easily charge more or do a less than perfect job so I have to come in more often, but they don’t! The pedicures are amazing and so fairly priced. I just can’t say enough about how awesome this salon is.

Pedi was ok and better than mani. But when theyre talking in Thai in front of you and you know theyre talking about you, is not nice. Girl who did my manicure did poor job. Tina who did pedicure is the only reason Im giving three stars instead of one.

Love all the workers there, and they always amazing at what they do. But when its really busy they can be more focused on getting you in and out as fast as possible. Which is fine if the quality kept up with their pace, but sometimes it doesnt.

It was busy, but thats expected for a Saturday afternoon. Staff was friendly and efficient and did an excellent job. Pricing was incredibly reasonable with great value.

I decided to give this place a shoot. When I call I was very specific about what I wanted, “Hiugo” I think his name was, took me in and did a 4 star job, I went back about 5 weeks later and ask for him again, unfortunately he passed me to someone else I think her name was Meghan and I had the disappointment of my life. The day after my pedicure was chipped. On top of everything I ask for square short nails she did them round and some where not even straight, on top product was missing in some of the edges of the nails and it’s been only two weeks and my dip looks horrible, is chipped, top coat is gone. Not happy won’t go back. If you desire to try them make sure u get the guy that answers the phone “hiugo” only.

Once you go to Simply Natural Nails you will never go anywhere else again I have been getting acrylics done for over 20 years and damaging my nails in the process. The powder coating of the natural nail coverage is amazing and when they take it off you can still feel how hard your real nails are underneath of it. They’re amazing and the staff is wonderful. Riley Steven and Hugh are my favorites❤❤

First time here and getting SNS. I love it! I love Mom and Pop places like this! They know their regular and are super sweet. The nail techs were perfectionist and made sure everything was even! Couldnt be happier with a new experience!

I hadn’t been in for a year, since the beginning of COVID, and they still remembered me. I’m not a routine customer, but they treat me like I’m a regular. They are welcoming, professional, and even before COVID everything was always so clean. They only use clippers or tools that are freshly opened from the package and make you wash your hands with soap and water as soon as you arrive. I’ve gone to a few other places in the Phoenix area, but no one has ever done as fantastic of a job as SNN.

This is by far the best salon I’ve ever been to. The owners are great and Casey always makes my nails looks amazing. Highly recommend!

Everyone is friendly and willing to assist you. However, when it come to providing quality work is not consistent. The girl that did my nails needs to be taught how to polish nails. Shes a very nice person, just needs to get better at her craft.

This is the best nail salon ever! The quality of the SNS powder dip nails for the price $33 is hard to compete with. Other salons charge $40+. This is also the cleanest salon. For the covid 19 regulations, they make wearing a mask mandatory, have you sign a waiver informing you of the risks, have you wash your hands and then sit down at a station protected by a full plexiglas window.

I got my SNS nails done on 3/10 and it is a little over a month now and I cant believe how they are holding up. I have just filed them down so they dont break. i have no lifting they look great. Cant wait until they reopen to get my nails done and a pedicure.Janene

After just two visits my nails are already recovering nicely from the acrylic nails I previously had. SNS is the way to go!

BEST PEDICURE EVER!!!!! Went w/the luxury for only $32.I called around noon and he said 2 would be good. Brought a friend unexpected and even though they were quit busy they got us both in. Took their time to give an amazing massage. VERY PLEASED

It was my first time at the Salon tonight. I called on my way home from work and they were able to squeeze me in. I’ve never had a SNS manicure before and let me tell you I love it! Excellent service by Trang on my first visit - a walk -in. (Simply Natural Nails also has an unpleasant odor at entering, and does not have an aesthetically pleasing atmosphere). The second visit however, the workers engaged in discriminatory joking and chatter as a result of my asking, kindly, if nail tech could use the alcohol to clean polish from below the nail beds. We had a simple professional exchange where he explained some customers prefer the polish in that manner. I would not have known he was bothered by the request except for the inappropriate jokes. Race based jokes are not acceptable. I will not return and will use a shop that values the client, no matter the culture.

They always do an amazing job and truly care about the health of your nails. With the SNS, they use a gel top coat that keeps my manicure intact for over 4 weeks. It’s amazing and the staff are always so kind. I’ll always go back. Cảm ơn♥️

The prices are amazing too! Ive had a luxury pedicure and it was so relaxing and included hot stones. I am so happy I found this place!

After having immense nail pain from the drilling for gel nails from other salons, I have found heaven.. Riley is awesome and the SNS product amazing...It has been 4 hours since my appointment and no pain..I am so happy that I found a salon that uses a healthy product and a technician who does a great job. My nails look great. I also had a pedicure while there and was not disappointed...I highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for good work and great prices.

A friend and I just happened across this place and we absolutely loved the service. Highly recommend the Luxury pedicure ($32) which lasted approximately 45 minutes!

I never get my nails done but I had my first-ever pedicure here and it was pretty good. I paid extra for the foot scrub and some other stuff I couldnt understand, which came to a total of about $30. They worked hard on scrubbing my heels, massaging my ankles and moisturizing my toes. The color selection was pretty big (I mean, how many shades of pink do you really need?) and the paint lasted on my toes until the nail started to grow out (about a month). The best part? Their massage chairs. I secretly wished the pedicure couldve lasted longer just so I could stay in that chair... forever.

The pedicures are to die for. Riley was very meticulous in doing my nails, using the dipping powder. The salon has a nice and relaxing, friendly vibe. Looking forward to being pampered again.

The product lasts and lasts and the tips of my nails NEVER chip anymore. Plus it is actually fun to have nails done here. It is a warm and friendly atmosphere and since they are Artisans, the work even has a guarantee. Call ahead to make an appointment and enjoy the experience.

Walked in for five minutes. The guy in the front was ridiculously rude. I don’t know if it was a bad day or whatever. And also it smells bad.. but I hear good things maybe just not today.

This nail salon is amazing! They only do SNS and Gel which I love - I dont like the smell of acrylic nail chemicals. Love that they take appointments - that way you dont have to sit and wait. Lisa did my pedicure - HOLY COW!! Best pedicure that I have ever had - just did the basic but she not only massaged my fee she massaged my calves as well - FANTASTIC. Riley did my SNS manicure - love all the colors they have to chose from. There are so many nail salons out there - but this one stands out!!

After being a loyal customer for over 4 years- I still dont feel like the service here is anything spectacular. Sometimes they speak, sometimes they dont. The work is below average. Constant uneven layers of polish, the same boring colors and old brands of polish, nothing fancy- no designs or new styles, plus a shortage of workers which increases the time that it takes for me to have a service done. And I try to tip and pay extra but their services just arent worth it anymore. I dont care if theyre close to me- Im going somewhere else and never going back!

I absolutely love my nail salon! They work with my schedule, always super friendly, and do a great job! The luxury pedicure is my absolute favorite. Ive never experienced a better pedicure for my money then the luxury pedi they offer. They also offer SNS which I totally love and am now addicted instead of gel Polish. Great pricing too! I highly recommend them!

Wanted to try a new salon, saw good reviews so decided to try Natural Nails. Got SNS on my natural nails, after the first week it was already lifting up on the sides on multiple nails. Made an appointment today with a specific technician for a new SNS set, got there only to be told (extremely rudely) by the guy who writes down appointments that I never requested anyone. Ill take my money elsewhere! 👋✌

Not quite sure if this is the same place as it is now. looks like the Goodwill in these pictures is not finished yet. if it is me and my dad went in there today and they would not give us a callus remover. I did not want if a pedicure nor did my father and considering all the employees were sleeping in the chairs they literally said no to money today no one else was in there. Very bad customer service

There should be a no stars rating for this salon.Ive been looking for a good nail salon close to home, decided to walk in after reading the reviews about this place which touted excellent service and friendly staff. That was not the case. This review is long, if you want the Readers Digest version here you go: worst customer experience ever, dont waste your time or money at Simply Natural Nails. Read on if youd like to know why.When I entered no one greeted me, a girl doing a pedi near the door finally looked up and asked me what you want? I said Id love a mani/pedi, then she went back to what she was doing without another word. A young man rushed up then asked what Id like, I repeated myself and he instructed me to pick a color then disappeared. For such a small place I was amazed at how the staff could disappear so completely.After I had my desired color in hand I stood waiting but no one offered me a chair, finally after meandering back to the front and standing there for what felt like 5 minutes one of the ladies pointed towards some empty chairs, again without actually speaking. I made my way to a few empty chairs, stood there for a few minutes, finally another lady came and pointed to one and began filling the basin.Another long wait with no interaction starts making me angry, I get up to leave and another older lady comes and puts my feet down into the water, hands me a water bottle. No greeting, just hands me a laminated price sheet, I point to the basic $22 pedi. She starts in, still not speaking, I say I like her shirt, this gets a blank stare and awkward smile. She spends the time cutting, filing, and massaging talking to the other girls in a foreign language, not even looking at my legs or feet. Someone asks if I want a mani, I decline even though that was my original intention.When she applies the color, she stops after one toe, says something to another girl and disappears, I never see her again. Another girl comes and starts applying my nail polish without any explanation. I ask the young man, now working on a lady beside me, if theres a problem. He says no problem, she just have a hard time with that color then goes back to what hes doing. The girl at my feet tells her customer, who she abandoned without a word, that shell be done in a minute, finishes my color then goes back to her client.Im left sitting, awkward, not knowing if my original tech is coming back or not. After about 15 minutes I again ask the young man if theres a problem or are we done, he asks me if Im ready to leave, I get up and walk to the front in a daze.Never had such a horrible experience, never in my life have I paid money to be ignored until today.I will never go back, I suggest no one else does.

My first visit was yesterday , I am very , very picky about my nails , I take pride in my natural nails , so when I say they did a good job it means a lot , they did a dip which I usually don’t like to do becuz people always make them so thick , but this place did them perfect it just looks like my natural nails , the only thing is the lady cut me a little but honestly by the time she was done and I looked at my nails I didn’t even care , they really did a good job

I got both a pedicure and SNS/gel manicure during my last visit. Both of which kept up real nice during my honeymoon to Moorea and Bora Bora! The technician decided to do a combo of SNS and gel for my manicure in order to endure the salt water Id be submerged in a good portion of my trip. I was very happy with the design he did on them as well! He did a great job coming up with a design alternate for the design I originally wanted. Whenever I want a quality nail job done, Ill be sure to come here!

Outstanding service and great quality

Arrived at 5:30pm and they asked what service I wanted. When I said mani and pedi, they said we are closed. I told them that Google says they are open til 6:30pm. The host looked at me like they were shocked to be caught in a lie. Just say you are closing up early due to the holiday as soon as I walk in.

I am visiting in AZ and needed to get a mani/pedi but didnt know where to go. I saw that Simply Natural Nails was within walking distance from where I was staying and decided to go there. It was a great decision. The facility was clean and the Riley, Whu and Paul were so friendly. I got a great mani/pedi for a really good price. I also think their chairs are fantastic! I got a chair back massage too! I would recommend Simply Natural Nails as a first class place to go.
