We lived here 2020-2021 the building was new when we moved in so there were very few reviews, only ones cautioning about bugs and the frequent towing of cars. We decided to move in and take our chances. On the day of move in, the Management was horrible, they were so rude and difficult to work with. Our time there was fine, as long as you stick to the (very strict ) rules they wont bother you. HOWEVER when we moved out they hit us with a $1,178 charge because they said they needed to replace the carpets, get a new stove top and paint the entire apartment. The carpets had normal wear, the stain literally just dirt is from my S/O moving their feet under their WFH desk. No pets, no children, just out feet walking on the carpet. They claimed that they needed to replace the stove top due to discoloration, again normal wear and tear from actually using something. We took great pride in our apartment and always kept it clean, paid rent on time, and never got a noise complaint. When I enquired about the fees, management stated that because everything was brand new when we moved in, and we are expected to return the place how we got it, everything had to be brand new when we moved out. This is unrealistic and ridiculous. So you can expect a $1,200 fee after your move-out inspection. Even if the place is in good condition.

I went to tour this complex with my friend and the property manager was very informative. I ask alot of questions just so i understand everything and she was very patient which is hard to come by. The complex looked clean and the staff seemed very cheerful and smiling. I will be considering this complex when i move. Thank you.

Read reviews on here and on Yelp. Also be aware that they run promotions where you can win money if you go and leave them a good review so the good ones are probably a reflection of that. I lived at Sky for over a year and the problems were never ending. The staff went downhill rapidly, the parking and needing guest passes to park was terrible. They say it’s to “maintain parking” but it’s never maintained, trailers parked in spots, etc. Or it’s for safety but they don’t know who the pass is going to. The insulation is atrocious, you can hear EVERYTHING your upstairs neighbors are doing. They claim to have courtesy patrol and to take noise complaints seriously but if you call them they don’t answer. Now on to the bugs. Oh the bugs are a constant. They say you can sign up for pest control to come to your place weekly but that doesn’t stop the bugs from coming. All it does is put makes on your walls from where he sprays. The pools are very nice, the place looks very nice, the office staff seems very nice before being a resident, but once you dig a bit deeper the reality of the numerous flaws this place has become reality. The pool hours are terrible and this seems to be the only place that has the pool hours. Look around the area and you will find much better apartments and a cheaper price. They also attempt to scam you out of money when you move out. Be prepared for them to try to charge you a substantial amount because they think “it could be a problem down the road”. Do yourself a favor and run far from this place.

Ive lived here since 2019, I was excited to move in because its very pretty and the amenities are great and the cost for the apartment was also great for the area. However, their are so many bugs and insects and its just getting worse. Ive had 2 black widows in my apartment! The amount of gnats and mosquitos and small roaches and crickets and silverfish is ridiculous! I dont know if they pay attention to reviews but they need to up their pest control and fix this problem. Plus the structure is poorly built, you hear every sound your neighbors make including the flushing of toilets, and laundry being used. You can hear the water in your pipes in your walls. For such a nice area and aesthetic looking place they missed the mark on maintenance and structure of the building.

I’ve lived here a month and I could not be happier.(I do want to address the bug situation.) We’ve been here over a month now and we haven’t seen a single bug in or around our apartment.Our neighbors upstairs are quiet and our neighbors that we’ve met along the way have all gone out of their way to introduce themselves and have been very kind.The amenities have all been wonderful so far and my very brave son has already enjoyed the warm jacuzzi on a number of occasions.The only issue that “peeved me” initially was having to obtain guest parking passes whenever a family member or friend would come to visit. However - with the passes lasting 3 days at a time and the idea of the office knowing who comes in / out at night, makes me sleep a little more soundly when it comes to safety. So, all in all; I do think it’s a smart choice (in the long run) that I had to see play out over time.Emily up front is absolutely the BEST to work with and we have nothing but pleasant things to say about her. You can tell how seriously she takes her job and how hard of a worker she is. We’ve had nothing but wonderful experiences with all of the staff - even though it has been very brief with Covid-19 restrictions. We are thankful that the amenities are open for the apartment residents. I can’t wait to try out the gym next, that will be my next pit stop. I have lived at Sky since March 2020 and I honestly love the place! The grounds are kept very clean, the pools and amenities inside & out are incredible (rare to see a complex with a racquetball court for a decent price). The staff has been very friendly and helpful since day one. Any question or even service requests are answered or addressed day of. All of the neighbors Ive met so far are very friendly as well!I do want to address some of the other reviews Ive seen on Google from my personal point of view. The gate is occasionally broken but only the side exit gate, even then they usually get it fixed day-of or next-day. I still havent had any issues with the front 2 gates. I will admit the parking situation is not ideal and the overnight passes are a little odd, but that just means you need to plan a little in advance if a guest is staying. As for the bugs, yes of course there are spiders or crickets sometimes but I mean, lets be realistic, the complex is directly next to the canal and is located in a farming & equestrian areas ... your bound to have bugs now and then. I just buy a bottle of bug killer and spray the entries to my apt. That and their pest control seem to have done the trick. For the noise I havent had too large of a problem yet (I am on the 3rd floor though). You can hear people using the stairs and walking the hallway if they have a heavy foot, but as for my building everyone has been very respectful with the levels.Final thought, this place is amazing, has a lot of amenities to keep you or kids occupied, an awesome dog park with a healthy dog owner population, friendly neighbors & staff, and beautiful grounds. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because of the overnight parking permit, Im just personally not fond of it, but I still follow it, not a terrible inconvenience.

They are so sick, took my deposit for silly reasons! I would not recommend it, to add at it they just charge unnecessary payments and which is not right! We did extra deposit at time of move in and now they are not refunding it! This is ridiculous, specifically at this time when people need money.

Bug/pest issue is not over exaggerated. Its pretty bad.Walls do not stop any noise from coming in. Expect to hear neighbors and people outside from your apartment.Rather expensive rent that doesnt seem worth it. You pay for a lot of nice amenities like a gym, nice pools, and grills, but those were all closed down (understandably) due to COVID. However, rent stayed the same.Nice interior to apartments.Community gates are a mess. Ive seen them not open several times. Ive also seen them left open during night. What is the point of having community gates if youre going to leave them open?Overall, the community is fine. Just fine. Probably not worth the money.

I lived in this complex for a year and a half, watched it go from under construction to what it is today. I did not enjoy my time here, the reason I’m giving at least 2 stars is because the amenities are nice and there are few decent people that work here. But other than that this place has nothing to offer and I do not recommend it. The management staff would host events on occasion before Covid solely to get reviews, “write a review, receive a cookie” - that kinda thing. The apartment rooms themselves I wouldn’t consider “luxury” they are cheap imitations and do not stand up to regular everyday living. Some people here are not the best with picking up their dog poo, watch your step when off the side walk. The parking used to be absolutely HORRIBLE, it’s slightly better now but the management staff do still show their true colors when it comes to this. Towed my car without any notice mid week and cost me $300 and a half of day of pay... like seriously? When you confront them and show them pictures of 8 other cars who didn’t have parking passes and parked illegally they still did not care/show remorse. They also started charging for what used to be free parking spots? - left only the far away spots to be charge less, like who does that?The management company lets the on-site management staff run the show so good luck getting them involved what so ever. After leaving this place please check you bills, they will try to pull something/ add on fees but only because the management staff doesn’t do their job. They take pictures of what you return to them but zero notes. Trying to collect any mail that might have been sent after you move out... basically impossible. They don’t forward and say no they don’t have any 5 times before you get a call 3 months later saying there’s a pile in the office for you? Hmm magical showed up now did it? - any ways I don’t recommend this place. The management staff is the issue, the lower level people I met are pretty nice and cool but have there hands tied.

Paper thin walls, dogs barking all day long, no parking, tow truck drivers just cruise the lot, zero guest parking, and added costs for everything. This place is no different than any other “luxury” apartment complex. They have employees peek over walls to make sure you don’t have anything on your patio, even when it’s not in plain view.

Read the reviews and don’t move here!! My husband and I are counting down the months until our lease is up. Way overpriced, poorly built, parking is a joke, fees for everything. Our neighbors play music everyday and the front office and “courtesy patrol” do absolutely nothing. It’s like this place is made of cardboard. Now the neighbors have a camera in their window so we feel creeped on anytime we leave our apartment. We hate it here!! Take your money elsewhere.

TURN AROUND AND RUN FROM THIS PLACE! The buildings are poorly made, you can hear everything from your neighbors. The gates are constantly broken. You have to get parking passes for guests that are only valid for up to 3 days otherwise the vehicle will be towed and you have to pay for it. Then we get to moving out... They are trying to charge us for damages to the residence caused by the building settling. The cracks in the walls and around the windows were NOT caused by us but they are trying to charge us for these issues. THIS PLACE IS THE WORST.

I Just had a lease signed with Sky. I dont normally do the rating. However, I was impressed with the whole online application process especially with staffing, whenever you called they all seem to know the status of your application does not matter who is on shift, and they always pick your call.The place is amazingly clean, quiet, and I cant wait to finally move in. I will love to thanks Jillian one of the Leasing staff for taking her time to have a tour with us especially during this unprecedented time. Finally, Thanks to all the staff for following socially distancing and the safety of both current and future resident priority.

I moved into Sky at Chandler Airpark in November. The people in the leasing office were very easy to work with; knowledgeable, friendly, and responsive. I met with them on a Thursday and moved in on Saturday. The buildings are all brand new and very nice. The amenities are better than any of the other apartment complexes nearby. The location is ideal (for me). All of the residents I’ve met have been friendly. I’d highly recommend considering this place if you’re interested in apartment living in Chandler area.

My husband and I moved to Sky Apartments in Sept and we have loved living here! This is our 3rd apartment we have lived in Chandler and it’s been the best. The amentities are amazing, the apartments are clean and trendy, and the staff is incredible. Maintenance is always helpful and quick and the rest of the staff are really nice and do whatever they can to make residents comfortable. Kayla, in particular, is wonderful. It’s a little pricey, but worth every penny.

I love it here. I moved in the first week they opened in March and I’m happy I did. It has everything plus the location is great. For me, I can sit on my very large balcony/patio and there’s no other apartment obstructing my view. It has a dog park which is super convenient. The staff are amazing, leasing, maintence and management. They keep everything very well maintained and clean. My apartment is closest to Germann and normally don’t here traffic unless my back doors open. Some may think it’s pricey but I feel it’s well worth the price. Most important I feel safe here. I would definitely recommend this apartment complex to others.

My family and I have been living here since December of 2019. So far, we have liked just about everything. The process of getting a lease was smooth and the leasing officer’s were quick in responding and answering our questions. So ask a lot of questions so you know all the fees. We moved here from Utah so we actually didn’t see the apartment before signing the lease. However, everything has been as per online descriptions. The gym, half basketball court, racquetball room, game room, cycling room, sand volleyball court, computer room and club room are really nice. We also really like the pool close to the amenities and can’t wait for the kids and family pool to open. We have a two year old so, the covered play ground has been nice and it will be great when it gets even warmer. It almost feels like a resort because it has all the amenities to not really have to leave the complex for my family. We really like our apartment because it’s new and the complex in general has a modern feel. They really took time to make this place feel nice and the amenities worth it. Somethings we wished we would have known are: You can’t change apartments until 6 months, Cox is the internet provider, you don’t choose your parking spot, no elevators, trash pick up is not on the weekends and you can only have it out for a certain two hours of the day. Some nice surprises: it’s close to 202 freeway and a lot stores, you don’t hear the planes at all, lights in the pool, nice barbecue grills, kids playground is a good size and can’t wait for the kids pool to open. This place is truly amazing! We had a very unique situation moving in to this apartment, we were originally supposed to live somewhere else however they lied to us and we didn’t want to end up living there. We went to Sky on a Friday @2pm and explained our situation. We got them all our documents that same day with the help from everyone in the leasing office we were approved and moved in that next day. They are all so friendly, nice, and helpful in the office. The apartment itself is so beautiful & i would Definitely recommend living here!

Dont waste your money. Cheaply built apartments, I can hear my upstairs neighbors footsteps all day long (super annoying). There are always spiders or crickets inside my apartment. I was told how much my deposit would be and then Kayla from the leasing office increased the price by $400 more, then blamed other office staff for her mistakes even though I had pictures of the emails with how much I had been told I would have to pay by her for my deposit. Never got an apology and the worst part is she wouldnt even own up to her mistake. The day I was moving in, It was 115 degrees outside and they had me and my daughters waiting outdoors for my keys for over 10 minutes. Extremely unpleasant experience. Definitely do not recommend!

We enjoy Sky very much. Our favorite is the amenities. There are two pools, a playground and indoor amenities. Most other apartments that we looked at do not have the indoor amenities that Sky has. Highly recommend!

This is the 3rd apartment we have lived in and we love it. A little pricey, but well worth the cost. Everything is brand new, the amenities are luxurious, and the location is great. My only criticism is that the pool closes too early at night. Other than that it is our favorite place we have lived Im Chandler and we will be renewing our lease when it is over.

I considered moving here, but after reading the reviews I have changed my mind;Extremely poor quality apartments. Sound travels very easily, between neighbours ceilings and walls. Massive insect problem in most apartments. Too expensive for what you get.Theres cheaper and nicer apartments in the area. I’ll look elsewhere.

Been here about a year now. Things started off great but the staff is really short and direct. Little empathy. Also, the Electric charging rate for cars nearly doubled without any notice. From 80 cents to 1.38. The electricity rate it 0.12 per kilowatt. That means they simply increased the price for profit. Thanks sky.

We have lived here since March 2019 and have loved it and just signed to renew our lease another year! We searched all over the valley for an apartment and Sky just felt like the one! The front office staff has always been kind and helpful and the maintenance men are great and very fast with answering your service requests! They recently finished building the playground which is a lot of fun for my littles and I’m excited to try out the new splash pad with them too this summer! The apartment itself is beautiful and the amenities available are awesome too. Definitely recommend checking these apartments out!

Two gyms should be enough, but, theres more! Indoor basketball court, 2 resort style pools and a very friendly staff! My son loves the computer and game rooms! Reasonable rent for Chandler if it stays at the same rate when we moved in. Kaitlyn was so patient when we couldnt decide on floor plans, she trekked up and down the stairs and back and forth from apartment to apartment until we felt comfortable with our decision she has been so responsive and supportive since we moved in 8 months ago!

*OVER PRICED, NOISY, BUG INFESTED APARTMENTS*At a first glance, we thought the apartment and the complex was beautiful, and you would think it’s worth the expensive rent money but living here can be a nightmare (unless you don’t have neighbours above you). If you are considering moving into any of the apartments that have another apartment above you- consider the level of noise you could have to deal with. You will hear EVERY single sound your upstairs neighbour makes including them flushing their toilet. It can become unbearable at times. The building is in clearly poorly designed so that noise can travel easily and unfortunately some of the residents don’t seem to be the most mindful people either.I have heard of other residents complaining about the same issue. The management are useful to a certain extent then it seems they don’t want to help when you are repeatedly reporting the same problem. (Particularly the leasing office manager.)We have lived here for 6 months and nothing has changed. I’ve often had to write an email asking for someone to reply to me after waiting a week or sometimes longer. It is disheartening to feel ignored like this.The apartments are infested with insects. I’ve watched crickets crawl through my AC vent (even after I’ve had the exterminator here twice). I realised none of the vents have screens in them (first apartment I’ve lived in without vent screens). I called the leasing office and they told me there’s nothing they could do and I should go and buy AC vent screens and pay for them to be installed. Most residents have this problem. I’ve heard residents at the pool complain about the same problems. We need a new leasing manager that will help us and the apartments need to be insulated and vent screens provided to stop bug infestation.Due to covid 19, the management closed all the amenities and we’re still paying full price for rent since the beginning of the year. When the residents brought this to the attention of the leasing office, we were told “you’re not paying for the amenities in your rent” and refused to reduce the amount of rent charged monthly-regardless of people being out of work.We are breaking out lease early to get out of here as there are much nicer apartments available in Chandler for cheaper, with professional staff working in their offices. This place is one of the worst places I have lived and I hope they fix these problems rather than take people’s hard earned money again.***Check out the reviews on YELP, from the lowest to highest -to get an honest opinion from other residents too. ***

The property is beautiful and I really like the staff in the office. They are so helpful and professional. I lived at a different property owned by the same complex but had a terrible experience with the office staff. I’m so glad they found better people to run the new property. I love living here! My only question is why my rent went up by $2 and what the $45 fee is each time I pay my rent? Other than that I’m very happy here

*DO NOT MOVE HERE UNTIL YOU READ THE REVIEWS!! *Noisiest apartment we’ve ever lived in. I can hear my neighbours snoring in bed! I constantly find cockroaches, spiders and crickets in my apartment. Apartments are infested with bugs for most residents. Carpark is a disaster. Confrontational residents driving erratically through the carpark daily. No access to amenities. Not worth the pricey rent we’re paying to live here. The website and the grounds will make you think it’s worth the money but people living here will tell you otherwise.

My family and I moved into Sky at Chandler Airpark 8 months ago. We are a family of 4 that moved from Chicago. If youre looking for a great apartment complex, with amazing amenities, club lounge, spin / yoga studio, basketball court, game room, and massive pool, etc. This place has it all.The apartment living space is top notch, the staff at Sky is super friendly, accomodating, and knowledgeable if you need them. They keep the property really clean and you see the maintenance crew daily on the grounds keeping everything running smoothly.We HIGHLY RECOMMEND Sky at Chandler Airpark for thsoe looking for a place to live.

The place is nice, but would never recommend living here. You can hear the person above you shower, walk, what they are watching on their phone & their alarm clock. I am on the 2nd floor and have found multiple large spiders and you get charged for pest control. There are also multiple nails I have found by stepping on them in my carpet. Shower was slow to drain and filled up during shower from day 1, and have had to put draino down the drain multiple times since. My breaker trips from turning on a blender?? Amenities are never open and limited times due to covid. Front office is unresponsive.

I have lived at this location for about 6 months now and I have to say this is definitely the best choice we could have done. We went to a couple of apartment complexes around Chandler/Gilbert area and some of the staffing in other apartment complexes were not as delightful as Arianna. She was very polite, attentive and knowledgeable. She definitely played a part on why we also chose to live at sky aside from the awesome amenities that my 2 sons and husband love to use and the spacious apartment for our family. We have not had problems at this location and all work orders we have had have been fixed in a timely manner. Thank you sky staff especially Arianna for always being so helpful.

Ive searched for the perfect home and sky is perfect. The staff is beyond friendly and understanding. The amenities are to die for, like two huge fancy pools and theyre heated pools at that!!!😊 And imagine not ever going to take your trash out ever again,talk about spoiled!! I could go on and on but Im having family night in the main building playing poker and shooting pool 🎱 lol. Check them out and see for yourself. 🕵....

The apartments and amenities are beautiful and the leasing staff is friendly and easy to work with. The main thing I dont like is that sound travels through the walls easier than it should. I got lucky with my neighbors so its usually not an issue but if you get an inconsiderate neighbor youre in for a bad time. (Similarly, the pool is loud so dont get a place right by it). My more minor complaints are that the parking spot I was assigned didnt match the one I was expecting on the map and the complex doesnt offer recycle pickup. Overall though, Im happy with Sky and would recommend it.

I would have given a one star but the buildings and apartments themselves have a saving grace. The grounds and amenities are beautiful but come at a steep price.The reason for such a low rating is the unprofessional group which manages SCA. My girlfriend and I applied for an apartment and after we submitted the application decided it may not be the best time to move. I gave them a call and asked if the ~$353 was refundable in anyway and they said no. No biggie, my fault for jumping the gun.I said okay how about possibly holding the application? Arianna says if it’s within an allotted time frame blah blah, we just need your written words canceling the app. I send an email 2 and 1/2 weeks ago asking them to hold the app. No response.Followed up with an email a few days ago. No response. Really? Like how unprofessional is that? I guess they got their money so that’s that at the end of the day.

This place is ridiculous. I signed up to Lease and canceled not even 12 hours later because they expect tenants to neuter or spay their dogs. They act like this is regular practice but it is not. Go to any other valley apartment and you wont be expected to do this nonsense. In addition they kept my total deposit. This place is not worth it, go anywhere else but here.

Howdy!!This post is in regards to Sky at Chandler Parkway. Where We Reside.. I’ve Grown to Love this Community. I’ve lived here since April of 2019..It was a little rough start at the beginning. Due to the fact that these Apts are Brand New.. But once the kinks were addressed.. It’s been Smooth Sailing..I Absolutely Love the Staff! Especially Arianna and Branagen.. These ladies are Extremely Kool! Very Attentive and pay close attention to details and your Needs.. However they can assist You in whatever it is that your needing. Or have a problem with. There on it!The maintenance staff are Awesome as well!! You won’t have to wait have til Doomsday to have your maintenance issues resolved.. Not to mention there very Nice and interacting with You..The Property is Well kept.. Beautiful Pool areas.. Various Amenities. With All Stainless Steel Appliances.. Pets are more than welcome..Security Patrol is active on the premises. And just a phone call away in case of any issues or emergencies...I’d Highly recommend this Community for those that are looking for a place to call Home...Peace and Blessings ✌🏾👍🏾

Living here 6 months, consistent noise coming from the apartment above, nothing has been done to resolve the issue after several complaints, bugs keep entering via AC vents and again nothing to resolve the problem, had to pay an absolutely ridiculous amount for a deposit to move in ($2000) not worth the money.

Not enough open parking spots for guest. They have predator towing going on, so your guests vehicle gets towed over night ($300 fee) even though they are in a legal open spot with no signs warning of unauthorized parking area, which is required by the city of chandler. My car is also, registered with the front office. You failed to meet the minimum standards required by state law 9-499.05

Attempted to lease an apartment here, but on 2 separate occasions had an appointment that was double booked. These people are unorganized and a joke. The agents name was Arianna on both occasions. Leased elsewhere with Noria where they were respectful of my time and kept their commitments.

I was really excited about moving in here, but they already disappointed before I even moved in. If things had not happened so last minute, I would have leased somewhere else. My apartment was said to be ready May 10th and my previous lease was ending May 5th. I asked multiple times if it was possible to move in May 5th or before and I was told I would be updated if they could make it happen. I received a few calls letting me know they had not received a response yet. I prepared everything to move twice. On May 5th after I had moved out of my previous apartment, I received a phone call from sky around 4:30pm asking me if I was going to move in today after all because they had not heard from me. Apparently, my apartment was ready on the 5th and no one notified me. Now you can imagine how frustrated I felt after moving everything out and then finding out I could have moved all my things into my new apartment instead of storing them elsewhere. No one was able to give me an honest response regarding this situation except an apology. I had to sign a lease AGAIN on May 9th which tells me my contract had been updated for move in on May 5th because I had already signed in April and I have proof of that. Now I am out of time and money that I will never get back because of their lack of communication. I had to move twice because they weren’t able to pick up the phone or send an email. They received their money so everything works out for them I guess. Also, my assigned parking spot isn’t even accessible right now and I was reassigned another spot which I will no longer be able to park in when those residents move in. Apparently all of the empty spaces close by are reserved for people who live on the third floor. The experience in the office even after my move in on May 10th also has not been the greatest. I’ll be paying too much rent here to be dealing with attitudes. I’m hoping the rest of my year here will turn out to be better than my “welcoming”, but I honestly will not be recommending this place to anyone.

NOISIEST apartment I have ever lived in. I can hear my neighbour flush the toilet every time. The leasing manager doesn’t want to know.They just ignore you when you make a complaint. I want my deposit back to move out!

I would give it a 5 but I didnt have hot water when I moved in, that should be checked before leasing the unit. It was fixed the next day.

I HAVE REMOVED MY REVIEW OF THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX. I will not say why, unless they do nothing. I will NOT however allow what was a glowing review to become a flat out lie.
