We liked living here. The only fly in the ointment was noise coming from the second floor residents. Management can help reduce this by sending out letters periodically reminding upper floor residents to be mindful of those in the lower floors. Also if a resident complains, they should actively respond immediately.

This place is great! It feels very grown up. the management team is always on top of it. I absolutely love living here. Love my location, the customer service here is great. My move in was great! Toni was amazing! Throughout the entire process, from the tour to the application, all the way to the initial move in, she was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, not to mention friendly and accommodating! She really cares, and it shows! So happy to join the community- it already feels like home!

Tanya and Toni have been outstanding in helping my boyfriend (Kyle Gray) move into his first apartment. Theyve continuously listened and assisted in any and every way possible during his time here. Their friendly demeanor is welcoming to all those who walk through the door. While our times at the Ocotillo Bay Apartments are quickly coming to an end, I highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone who is thinking of living in Chandler. The move in process was so smooth and easy! Chasity was very friendly and helpful and answered all of our questions, comingfrom out of state, we had a lot. We loved all the little extras that were in our unit at move in! Snacks, toilet paper, water, those little details stood out and made a difference and definitely came in handy after a long day on the road and moving in.

This apartment is located at a nice place. Their maintenance service is quick and responsive.If you would like to extend your stay for couple more months than your lease term, they do not have options like lot of other communicators provide. Only option they have is Market rate + month on month fee ( you would end up paying 40% more than what we usually pay) I felt like they are taking advantage of tenants situation to cash.They have one dangerous turn in the community, hard to see cars and also not enough place for 2 cars. I wish they could take some action on it.Old community with old appliances. I observed they started renovating

One if my best apartment stays ever. I lived at Ocotillo Bay Apartments for a year. My apartment home was spacious, clean and all new appliances. My neighbors were nice,quite and all have jobs. No trash tenets that I ever encountered. The facility was nice,clean and up to date. The staff was always so helpful if I ever needed anything and very professional. Repairs are slow, cheap, and furnishings are outdated. Theyre also unwilling to work with clients who fell behind during COVID, declined a partial payment with next month in full + past due.Mold issues were rampant with just being told theyll fix it repeatedly and put a bucket under the drip. Maintenance came out three times, no fix, and left the drywall unpainted (and mold still present).Charge high fees without going into detail as to what they are, pet messes and cigarettes everywhere so their maintenance fees they charge are a joke.Say theyll work with you, but really have their own interests at heart. They also pay for positive reviews in the form of gift cards for 5 star reviews.

This place was amazing to live until this yahoo moved in next to me.I hate to write this review but future residents need to know.The apartments pretty much have paper thin walls. Ive been having to hear my new neighbor (that has been moved twice on this property) snore throughout the entire night. I havent been able to have a peaceful night since theyve moved in. I hear this dude snoring over my tv thats almost on full blast from 9pm all the way until 5 in the morning.I guess management reached out to the dude but somehow this dudes snoring just gets louder and louder every day. Pretty much no peaceful nights. Imagine trying to do anything around the your place and all you hear is some dude snoring so loud... yeah not fun at all. I can’t even have a peaceful piss in my own place.

Not bad place. These guys knew my daughters violent situation with her boyfriend; not only that but choose to wait until the next month came to get the rent money from her. Not only did she have to pay to fix her car. But the after the rent was paid the evicted her.

From the time I first went to tour the facilities till now when I am moving in, I have been extremely happy. Toni in the front office has taken perfect care of me and I could not be happier. This is my first time branching out on my own, and they have made that transition extremely easy.

Tanya the assistant manager 0 respect for people multiple complaints regarding her and reviews. I’d recommend Chasity or Tony to speak with which honestly wouldn’t help the maintenance issues or horrible smell and bug/pest issues of clover mites and bee hives but good luck moving into these apartments. Don’t let appearances and 4 stars fool you. Horrible human working as an assistant manager and lazy maintenance workers. Over priced charges for low quality. Simple.

I’d recommend speaking with Chasity, very understanding and honestly more accommodating than I have previously stated. After speaking with her on issues I was able to apologize for misunderstanding and felt a lot more comfortable moving forward with my stay here!5 stars for Chasity easy!

We moved in during the beginning of the pandemic, in early April. The staff and maintenance crew(s) have been..fantastic. Art and Gabe and Christopher all came, as scheduled, to fix the few remaining things that needed tending in our place, and always cheerful, polite; the office staff, from Chastity and Caroline through to Amanda, have been kind, professional and proactive. The amenities have been great, from pools to tennis courts to clubhouse to the lake. Its been quiet, almost serene, and the courtyards are maintained and almost all.. beautiful. Even more than we hoped for. If there is an occasional issue with, say, a few not using the valet trash pick up etc just right, (an occasional concern in any apartment community Ill wager,) the office has issued emails quickly and politely, so the community can stay clean, and informed. Highly recommend it, here; and the surrounding areas is, are, clean, safe, and upscale. Just great.

False information at its best. I called the office at 2:36p on 2/11/2021, made an appointment to view an apartment for 2/12/82021, received an email from the community manager at 2:46p stating the apartment number and the monthly rent. Got to my appointment this morning 2/12/2021 and the rent went up almost $100 more a month and their explanation - the rent amount changes daily. SMH - very bad business and they should have to honor the price they quoted me in the email.

The complex is very good. The leasing experience was great and the apt. is very good. Toni was outstanding! Very helpful, very friendly and easily able to answet all my questions!

We were short-term renters (just over a month) and absolutely LOVED everything about our stay at the Ocotillo Bay Apartments. The Guest Suite was spacious, well equipped, and very nicely decorated. It quickly felt like home! We want to give a huge SHOUT OUT to Chastity Shirley (Community Manager) who was fantastic throughout the whole process of checking out Ocotillo Bay Apartments online (due to COVID-19), moving in, and departure day. Communication throughout was EXCELLENT. Chastity is a gem! We highly recommend the Ocotillo Bay Apartments!

It was a great experience working with Ocotillo Bay Apartments and especially Toni in the leasing office. She was very courteous and helpful in choosing an apartment. She took the time to answer questions and gave freely of her time. I just moved in and am loving the space and the layout. There is also plenty of natural light to enjoy.

The maintenance person was here for only few seconds. and fixed the problem so quickly. Also called on the problem late on Friday ( just before closing ), Tony was kind enough to put in a call to fix problems. Thanks.

I called them for an apartment they had,they said the price is 1375$,I applied for it directly then they sent me the letter for signing it was contained the price,OMG they raised the price for 1489$ only after 2 hrs from the first email.when I called them they said ow the price is changing!!only after 2 hrs 120$ raised?!!manI highly encourage you don’t apply for that apartments.I lost my application fee 110$🤷🏻‍♂️

I recently visited this property in interest of leasing a unit for myself. I currently have a coworker who lives here and absolutely loves the place. I called the leasing office and asked if due to the issues currently with COVID 19 if I needed to make an appointment or if I was able to simply walk in to possibly get a tour and get current pricing of the units available. I was told I could come in as long as I was wearing a mask which I did of course. I walked in and the person who was available to assist me was a woman name Tanya. She was incredibly unprofessional and very rude. She presented her self with a stuck up princess too good for this job type of attitude. She claimed to be the assistant manager of the property. Due to her poor attitude and careless customer service I decided that if she is the manager i would have to deal with anytime an issue were to occur or needed assistance from the manager of the property I decided she was not worth having to deal with and it would not be worth me living there if she was to continue to work there. I decided the next day I would call the office and ask to speak to someone else to report her and my experience I had with her when all I did was come in to get information on possibly leasing a unit and see what was available. I spoke with a wonderful woman named Toni. I decided to come back in and speak to ONLY Toni and report Tanya in person as well as give someone else a chance to change my mind in giving the property my money to live there. Which again I fell in absolute love with the property until I met Tanya. When I came in and spoke with Toni she was so professional and sincere and wonderful. She showed me a break down of prices and what units and dates were available for move in and showed me all of the beautiful amenities the property has make it my special place I could call home. She was able to connect with me on a personal level that made me fell welcomed and as though I was speaking to a sister or best friend. She is amazing and truly turned my experience around. Due to Tonis amazing care and professional customer service I have decided to consider leasing a unit very soon. If it were not for her and if I was told I would always have to see and speak to the woman named Tanya who is the assistant manager I would never want to live at this complex. I spoke to my coworker who currently lives at the property and told her of my experience and whom I spoke to for help. Once I mentioned to her about the assistant manager Tanya, my coworker immediately said Ugh that woman is so rude and I wish she didnt work there. Luckily I havent needed to go to the office fir anything since I signed my lease but if I do and she still works there I am going to demand to get help frim someone else Thank you Toni for being so amazing and a true benefit and asset to this properties management staff. I truly hope she will see this review as well as her upper management staff and give her the proper praise she needs and deserves.

One day I found my patio full of debri / dirt apparently was blown off from the parking cover roof by the apartment and when I called I basically did not get a response.We cleaned the patio but , when you move in be aware of what you are going to face.I love this apartment since it is safe, close to my Work and the neighborhood is really just nice to walk around. But i think there is a room for improvement as far as good quality maintenance work goes, and customer service in general. as far as pricing goes i find it fair with the current market, so that is a plus. I recommend it over all.

I moved into my new apartment at the beginning of April. The move in was seamless even with all the COVID-19 madness. After moving in a couple things needed to be fixed and the office staff and groundsmen have all been crazy attentive. They also take any concern I have seriously even if it might not seem big to the average person. I plan to stay awhile and call this community home!

Do not let these fake 5 star reviews fool you! They pay people or offer money off their rent and what not for these 5 star reviews because they can’t get real reviews themselves! Notice how there’s 6/7 5 star reviews in a row? Yeah exactly. I have a family member who lives here and she cannot wait for her lease to be up her review is on yelp if you want to check it out. They alway delete bad reviews because they want to keep this fake 5 star image up and I can write a reviews because I myself have lived in these apartments and let me tell you Chasity and Caroline are the worst even when I lived here I cannot believe they haven’t been fired yet. These apartments are not worth the price please find other apartments to live in believe it is not worth it! Plus having to deal with these two, trust me I’m saving you!

The amenities are great! Pools, hot tub, gym. My remodeled apartment was beautiful. Gorgeous flooring and cabinetry with a modern paint scheme. Neighbors kept to themselves saying little if anything at all which was both good and bad. Maintenance people are very nice. No bug problems and great location! The only thing I didn’t like was the parking. Each apartment gets one space and if you live on the 2nd floor it’s as far away from your apartment as possible it seems. Which makes it hard to get groceries or anything else inside. Other than that very nice place to live!

Nice quiet apartment complex. Spacious living space with a place to fish on the property. A decent place to live, but it seemed like the rent was always rising.

The Application and move in experience went very smoothly. Toni was a big help answering all of my questions and handling the process.

The management hasn’t handled not only a window issue but also a leaking dishwasher issue in months (emails to prove it). They will state one thing and then do another. They schedule building painting, required all items off the patio and then took two weeks to complete the building. In the meantime all patio items are in the living room. Painting still isn’t done. Plus the water is brown in the shower when you first turn it on. The toilet tank is barely connect to the toilet and the toilet is barely connected to the floor, the paint on the countertops is chipping off which is a hazard. Honestly, not a well run complex. With all the other choices, do yourself a favor and skip this ill-managed one.

My husband and I Moved in to Ocotillo Bay from across country. Caroline was great, she made our move-in process so easy and convenient. I honestly feel in love with the property the moment we arrived. Leasing office team is great, so friendly and attentive. The property is always kept clean. Management is always sending notices/notification emails of property events, inspections, or of any issues. This has honestly been one of the best places we have lived, it’s so peaceful and quiet at night and our neighbors are so courteous and respectful of others. I love the location as well its close to malls, convenience stores, grocery stores and easy/quick access to the highways. Definitely a place to check out.P.S. the amenities are great!!!

Ive been here for over a year and just renewed my lease for another! The grills and the pool are a must have during the summer and the gym is always nice to use after work. They do a good job of keeping the place looking nice.Id like to give a shout out to Caroline, shes the usually one to assist me if I need anything. Always happy and welcoming.I dont know the property managers name but the few times Ive spoken with her shes been great as well.I dont really have any negatives to say, everything is pretty good.

I first lived here in the early 2000s for a few years and loved it enough to move back in 2012. I am still here and very happy! The Customer Service is thoughtful, direct, and requests are taken care of immediately. The maintenance Team is always thorough, quick, and friendly. These guys run into tenants frequently and are very friendly, kind, and willing to go the extra distance for their tenants. The grounds are kept beautiful. The reason I personally like it at Ocotillo Bay Apartments so much is because it is a smaller community and well it feels like home! Plus I am a fisherman and the lake area is private for us. The fishing is superb. I like how the new ownership is not trimming the bushes and trees down to a nub. These bushes have the most beautiful flowers and I did not know this until they let them grow. The trees are full and yet still maintained. I would and have recommended Ocotillo Bay Apartments, it is an enjoyable living experience overall.

Ive lived here with my family for a bit over 2 years. In that time thereve been a lot of changes for the better. Chastity is always looking for ways to improve the community. I love all of the resident appreciation events that she has, including teaming up with local restaurants and vendors to offer discounts! We make use of the heated pool, fire pit, hot tub and are looking forward to what new things she has in store for this year. A great place to make home.

Ridiculous management & maintenance...You cant imagine how bad and low they are. All office people are extremely non cooperative. Even if you request something to fix, they wanna do when they want. They are kind of fraud too. Every month is adding CAM fee 50 dollars. But not doing any common area maintenance. Everywhere you find some waste paper, used bottle and cane etc. However monthly visit landscaping people and they are giving you extra trouble. They cut trees and grasses and left part of leave and wastage in your patio. So you have extra work to clean self. So highly not recommend the worst apartment in Arizona for you. Avoid Ocotillo Bay’s for yourself and loved one to get better life.

I greatly enjoy living here! Not only are the apartments well appointed, but the service I’ve received from the both the Front office and Maintenance team have been outstanding. Chris in Maintenance, especially. They have always promptly answered any needs within 24 hours of the request (work may/may not be completed by then, but it is at least acknowledged). Front office team does a very good job replying to email/being accessible within a few hours via phone if needed. Overall, it has been a wonderful community. Give it a look!

The convenience of living close to work for a reasonable monthly expense is why we first moved in.Over the years the maintenance staff has really influenced our renewals. They are kind courteous, very knowledgeable about their work and handle mostly all of our needs in a timely manner.After all the experiences of living in lesser maintained facilities these apartments are where my family is more comfortable in calling home.

Ocotillo Bay is one of the most gorgeous apartment here in Chandler, AZ. My husband and I moved from Salt Lake City, Utah, so from the moment I called for inquiries the staff named Chastity is very pleasant and professional. By the time we arrived in the main office all paper works are all prepared and ready to go. Their website provide accurate information, during the deposits, and other payments went smoothly like a hotel guest. The apartment is clean, quite, & pretty much accessible for everything such as groceries, shopping area, and etc. They make our stay memorable and fun. Thank you Ocotillo Bay!

I have never had a worse experience than for the year we lived in this apartment complex, DO NOT MOVE HERE! They do not care for their customers, strictly only after money, they are very unprofessional and do not take care of any problems you may have. We were very good tenants. And management is very deceiving! they tell you one thing then, go back on their word. If you DARE to move here, Make sure you get everything in writing. Very dishonest. Also, the plumbing is terrible here and the drains in your apartment will smell like sewage. For the prices they are charging it is not worth your time or money! The only people that are actually helpful is the Maintenance crew.

This is a great place to live. I worked closely with Tina (management) as I moved in and she made the whole experience lovely as well as professionally managed our paperwork and moving process. The complex is a great place for families and has a beautiful set up. Our apartment is perfect and maintenance was timely, respectful and efficient the one time we needed something fixed. Been a resident here for a few months...no complaints! Very clean facility, lots of privacy, great location. Service requests are handled promptly and the front office staff always friendly and quick to answer any and all questions. Would highly recommend.

The staff was very attentive and professional and extremely nice. The grounds were kept immaculate And the apartments inside were very well maintained. If and when I had a problem the work orders were handled usually the same day. I wish I still lived there

I feel that this complex did an amazing job. The rent was reasonable for the square footage. When we had any maintenance issues they were promptly fixed. They also helped to keep the facility clean and bug free. Pest control comes out weekly to take care of anyone that feels they have issues.They were also very understanding of us having to move a little early due to a change in work. I could not have asked for a better place to live and would suggest it to anyone curious about it.

Just moved here on Dec. 30th and the office staff is unmatched. Customer service is VERY important to me and they are AMAZING. Grounds are kept clean and its PERFECTLY located. My daughter has already made a few new friends. I can see myself living here for a while.

I have lived her 7 months and the complex is very low key which is nice! Unfortunately the walls are paper thin! My neighbors above me make noise all day, including jumping on the floors and the office doesn’t help with any of those sort of issues. The walls are so thin Even the people that live next to me I can hear their conversations. I continuously have people park over the line or on the line to the point where I can’t park, and the office won’t help with those sort of issue either! The water will smell like sewer from time to time. My parents live across the street in the homes, and they have never had such smells. For the cost of rent it’s not even worth staying here.

Maintenence and office staff are always thorough and friendly. Maintenance always takes care of any requests right away. Lived here a little over a month now and have zero complaints. Cozy apartment, lovely property, great neighborhood.

I lived at this complex for 18 months and the first year the experience was very pleasant and the office team was friendly. It wasn’t until the last 6 months I began to notice drastic changes to leasing office team they brought in a new property manager and they also brought in a lady who lived at the complex who is very nosy and rude. We got compliments on how nicely decorated our patio was then new management sent us a notice to clean up our patio or face a fine. We had our A/C unit leak twice and the second time it leaked we got mold it was bad. The management team was rude and told us we can move out if we are unhappy with the repair process (btw it took over a week for maintenance to fix the issue). After we moved out a few weeks later management emails us a $750 bill, $250 of it was legit but they added $500 for new carpet due to pets. (the carpet just needed to be cleaned and deodorized, I had a carpet cleaning tech come in a few months before my move out for a estimate and they said the carpet looks good just needs a deep cleaning with a pet deodorizer). I called corporate office to dispute and that was a waste of time she sounded like a voice recording and after several minutes she took $100 off final bill. This apartment complex is in a nice and pricey part of town and you are paying high rent for the area the apartments a small and way over priced. Be sure to carefully inspect your apartment and take before and after pictures of the apartments condition to save you a lot of headaches with a unnecessary charges on the final bill.

Another great memorial day at ocotillo bay apartments!! The pool although cleaned regular is always dirty because they dont cut the palm trees. The hot tub is hit and miss. The grills at the pool havent worked in months, on top of that you pay a maintenence fee every month of over 50 dollars they dont tell you about when you sign your lease. If you like pool amenities this isnt the place for you!

Worst place in chandler, the management ladies are rude and intolerable!!! We moved in yesterday, day 1 our AC did not work properly. Maintenance did nothing to improve it, now it’s days 2 and our AC is still not working properly!! It was 85 degrees in here yesterday and now it only has gone down a few degrees! When talking with Emily, Caroline and Chasity they were nothing but rude and gave attitude!! This place is a effing joke!! Will be telling everyone to stay clear!!

Horrible experience with this complex. Hidden fees. Terrible maintenance of community. They promise the world and once you sign a lease will do everything they can to screw you for more money. There are way better apartments for less money that wont rip you off.

Called to ask questions about rental criteria and left a voicemail since no one answered with my contact information. Never heard a response. If theyre not going to bother responding to prospective tenants, I highly doubt theyre going to get back with actual tenants.

Leasing staff are extremely unprofessional and dont want to listen to what you have to say. Emily is extremely rude and does not know how to handle a simple conversation without getting defensive and telling you that she basically isnt going to listen to what you have to say. Beware of a leasing company like this.

We had the worst experience looking into these apartments we had such high hopes the staff seemed very friendly we filled out the applications honestly one question asked if we had any problems with previous tenants where we hasnt paid rent or been evicted which we had not we did however have a bill with a previous apartment we were in the middle of paying off but that wasnt a question they denied us and kept our money and told us we lied to them please explain to me how theyre a bunch of scammers.

Love this place! Lived here almost two years. The Staff has outstanding customer service. The office ladies are warm, kind and I have never been treated poorly. Recently I was in a financhal bind, talked to the office about my situation and and they were respectfull and worked with me.The maintenance guys do great work are very friendly and go above and beyond. The only negitave thing I can say about this place is there isnt a play ground for kids. They play on the fireplace and in the bbq area. Other than that its quiet, well kept, with friendly people. and a Great location.
