So far after 2 months everything has gone very well. The only thing I would say that I dont like is that they have valet garbage so basically they pickup your garbage at your door which is cool. However I am only 10-15 yards from the garbage container, it cost $30 bucks a month(you cannot opt out which is not fair) and to top it off they dont pick up on friday and saturday evening. Otherwise quiet, nice neighborhood with a great school near by for my daughter.

New Management is not at supportive and rude. In my case even though I have not received any emails ( neither my wife nor me) they argued and shown some screenshots without checking their outbox or sent item list in outlook and asked me to serve 2 month notice when I called them for something. They didnt sent any email,call,flyer to renew or vacate the apartment and made me to pay for extra 12 days which is very disappointing. They just need our money not good feedback._-----_---I have already been told by old management that we will call and contact you if required for 2 months notice and you should be good to vacate the house on your lease end date. It should always me mutual , if I have not received an email or not given a 2 months notice why management assumed by themselves that I will continue. If a person has not responded should not be taken as Yes as per the convinience. As I said . It is always mutual and I have stayed at least 10 apartments and they always contacted me if tenants dont responds. The way we get text message for rent then why cant for other things ? I rest my case here but I am sure I will encourage everyone to rely on themselves because management will not accept and share some points from lease agreement document of 40 pages instead of just helping us by calling or texting.

The management is the best I have experienced. They hold people accountable. Anytime I have had an issue, it is always quickly solved. The community is also very family friendly. This is also close to a lot of schools. This apartment is also not very large, so there is plenty of opportunities to have space by the pool and using the amenities. I renewed my lease because the management has been amazing and has constantly taken feedback to improve.No apartment complex is perfect. The reason you chose a Mark Taylor property is because of the PEOPLE, not the complex. The Mark Taylor stamp on great management and great people is here at San Palmas. Keep up the great work!

What an amazing apartment community!! Its so hard to find a place that has an amazing staff (who genuinely care about you), beautiful grounds, resort-style amenities, and awesome floor plans! You really do get the value for your money here. The pool renovations were done super well too, its like living at a brand new community!! I would highly recommend this place!!

Zero star. Office proving wrong information and do not process application correctly so San Palmas do not need to pay the referral fee. Also apartment was not clean when moved. Would never come back where office is trying to cheat to get out of not paying referral fee. Beware.

The apartment complex is well maintained, the management is reasonable, has got plenty of free parking spots. It is located very well on the Ray Road, close to Whole Food, sprouts, Frys food and Lee Lee Asian market. The apartments are slightly highly priced and there is no designated play area for kids. We reported the same on multiple occasions ,but with no luck.

Ive lived other Mark Taylor properties before moving to San Palmas about a year ago. San Palmas is older than the community I stayed at previously but its hard to tell with all the recent renovations to the grounds and amenities. Since then I havent had one issue that couldnt be resolved. When leasing a new apartment, its easy to get lost in the fine print or be oblivious to it altogether but the staff was there from minute one to walk me through and simplify the process. There are always any number of fees and charges associated with your total rent but I know exactly what to expect, again because the staff made sure of it.If Ive learned one thing its to not go in to the office in a bad mood, youll only walk out happy and feeling sheepish you didnt have a smile on your face from when you walked in.Amazing customer service and professionalism!

It’s pretty bad service and food wise, if you like things over salted this is the place. Great atmosphere though. Margs skimped... I asked if the tequila was gold and she responded with no it does not have gold flakes 🤔

The location is wonderful; the lease rental is fair; and the office staff is smart, helpful, and professional. Maintenance is fast and effective. I have lived here for 18 years; its a good place to live.Fred Mircoff

I have lived in this apartment for one year Floor plan is the worst.maintenance is fast and effective. after vacating the apartment I received a bill for the oven we maintained everything was in good condition even though we were charged for it.when I gave a call regarding the bill the office staff was rude and was not answering to my questions about why we are charged which made me completely disappointing.so be careful when you vacate the apartment

I lived at San Palmas for 3 years. The first year was great, things started going downhill after the second year and the third year became unbearable. Maintenance is done very poorly and things do not get taken care of. In the last 4 months of our residence we had to use a space heater due to the bad smell that was coming through the AC vents whenever we used it. So we spent the coldest winter in the last few years with no heating. Nothing left to say.

If I could give a worse review I would. Please do not stay here!!! RED FLAG!!! The people up front are extremely difficult to deal with. They were super nice to start and then we started having everything in our apartment break. They would get it fixed within a few days hopefully but then it became ridiculous. They would get mad because we would not give them permission to enter whenever they wanted. They told us do you want a call or can we have permission to enter? Well for privacy reasons and more we want a phone call and they get super upset with that. We have told them no maybe twice out of 15 times they have come to us that they couldnt and one was because we were out of state and werent comfortable and they got mad at us. Our closet clothing rod is currently broken and about a week or so ago when it was broken and we were waiting for it to be fixed they were cleaning up leaves instead. I called and asked why they were doing that first and she made excuses and tried to tell me that people are always complaining about the leaves... Seriously?? then she went off about how we dont give permission to enter and every time we talk now she gets mad at me, raises her voice, and tells me that she cant deal with us and how every time we hassle her and she cant keep accommodating us... Well she hasnt accommodated us yet so basically no change there.Basically DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!!! TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!! Things keep breaking and even the hot tub has been broken since before we moved in months ago. They arent taking care of their residents or their property. Att first glance its not too bad but behind the curtains it is terrible. please save your time and money and go somewhere else. We will be leaving as soon as our lease is up.

STAY AWAY PLEASE. The people who are in this office, especially the manage Lisa; she is a liar, a cheater and plain rude. These people took our money, hung up on us and refuse to resolve the issue. The manager Lisa had the audacity to call the police, and LIE. Because she kept hanging up, we decided to go and speak in person, we didnt even make it into the office before she called and claimed we threatened her. The corporate number is not in service. Hopefully the owner sees this message, and responds appropriately. Losing $200.00 isnt the end of the world, however, to be hung up on, lied to, and have false accusations made against is completely disappointing. I have never had anyone representing a company, especially in a leadership role, display such lack of integrity. I am so sincere and determined to get this TRUE experience out, I will publish this every single day until the issue is resolved, and I get in contact with someone who can actually make a difference, other than Lisa

I lived here for 3 years. Owners and man changed and things got bad. management is rude and will tell you your wrong evem though you are correct. I have never been more disrespected in my life.The owner is cheap and does very little to fix things. Stay away find another where they actually want to help there residents.

Living here and horrible experience. Leaking ceilings in the bathroom, leaks multiple times after repair too, none of the appliances function properly, and on top of it horrible and very rude management ladies and old and useless service technicians. Save some headache and look elsewhere. And goodluck if you have noisy neighbours upstairs. Ask to look at the apartment that you will be eventually moving in, we were promised upgrades and the apartment that we endedup renting didnt have upgrades.

Stay away!!, San Palmas!I lived there around half year and I have a small puppy. I requested a joint inspection before moved out to determine where I need to conduct extra cleaning , but I failed to have that inspection, the office staff did not take the inspection. After two months, I received a bill of over $700 for carpet replacement. it is ridiculous!!
