My roommate and I don’t have the time to go to the front office to renew our lease because we work at the the same time the front office is open. We never get a call back from the front office even after leaving several voicemails. We were told the lease renewal form has been sent by email but it has not. it is extremely frustrating.

My friend stays here and for the last two weeks during the middle of the summer her apartment has been at 96 degrees. 96 degrees. Everyday. The maintenance came in and made a mess and put a box on her ac unit and told her it would be fixed and nope no fix. Her air has been on 60 everyday all day and it never gets below 90 degrees in the apartment. The front office is virtual and no help. YOU CANT EVEN CALL TO GET EMERGENCY MAINTENANCE HELP. Shes had maintenance accidently walk into her apartment on several occasionsand then run out when they realized they were in the wrong unit scaring her because of the random intrusions. This is literally the worst time of the year to be unresponsive. The leasing office has been absolutely no help and unresponsive. Shes in her lease for a few more months so shes been suffering here with no help. DO NOT RENT AT THIS PLACE BELIEVE THE REVIEWS. EVERYDAY SHE SENDS ME A PICTURE OF THE AC SHE CANT EVEN SLEEP AT NIGHT BECAUSE ITS SO HOT. RENT IS 1100 DOLLARS HERE AND THEY ARE PRETTY MUCH CHARGING PEOPLE TO SUFFER WHILE LIVING HERE.

Wow, trying to get ahold of someone here is impossible. I tried calling over the last few days and I finally got ahold of someone today and I could hardly hear what they were saying as it sounded like I was on speaker phone and when I attempted to clarify the name of the person I was speaking to (sounded like Leticia or something), I was hung up on. I called back under 60 seconds later thinking it may have been a bad connection and no one has answered since. I would rather try renting somewhere where they at least pretend to want my business.

The bathtub in my apartment had been painted over before I moved in. After 1 month, the paint scraped off. Now the bathtub is rusty and disgusting. I put in a work order 1 month after I moved in. It was never addressed. I was told that the bathtub would be replaced after I moved out. I am so glad Im moving out next month. The hot tubs have never worked, and the pools are not heated. And there is no recycling, counter to marketing claims. Maintenance is entirely inadequate. I would give it zero stars if I could.

This place has been a nightmare ! They cheaply “remodel” apartments and then charge higher prices then they should . Just like other previous reviews mentioned , they painted over the bath tub and about a week into living here it is rusty , disgusting , can’t ever make it look nice . Since the day we moved in the laundry door has been falling off we have had them come out and fix it 4 times until we finally decided it wasn’t ever going to be fixed and just gave up. Our patio door never slides , it is basically stuck shut unless we are willing to break the door off , and that’s after maintenance “fixed it”. The toilet you have to hold the handle down the entire time until everything goes down , or else it won’t . Tonight the toilet completely stopped working, my husband and I have called the emergency maintenance line each and they won’t get back to us , and this is our only toilet in the apartment. Then the ac went out we called the front desk and spoke to the manager about the issues , she sent someone out , he came inside looked at everything stated he would be back , he never returned , the apt had now got to 99 degree considering the heat outside was 117, no one informed me of what was being done , so I had to call again and the manager is the worst to get information from, it’s as though we are pulling teeth to just get information. She said she would have to call me back as she had no info either . She finally gets back to me and tells me they have to have a company come out tomorrow morning , the next day I never got any info about the ac unit until once again I called before they closed and then I was informed a new unit was needed. 2 days go by and they still didn’t replace the ac but gave us the smallest portable cooler , and thought that would be fine , mind you this place has no fans or lights in any rooms other then the dining area, and one portable cooler doesn’t do anything in 117 degree weather and no fans , not once did they offer us another place to stay or more fans or coolers let alone keep us updated on what was going on , most in-compassionate, people especially the manager ! And the cockroaches are insane ! They come from the ceiling the drains everywhere , even if you spray, I saw other reviews about the cockroaches and didn’t listen , it’s definitely true. This place is absolutely miserable and terrible , I wouldn’t recommend to anyone and couldn’t be any happier to soon be out of this place , embarrassed to even live here .

Place has been an absolute nightmare since the ownership changed, andIn December I attempted to pay my bill through the online portal with my saved payment info, like I always have, and they didnt tell me they denied it for over a week and charged me late fees. Nobody there was willing to even consider assisting me with the issue, and when I asked why I hadnt been notified sooner they told me it wasnt their problem. After asking my bank, they said they didnt even have a record of being charged! Now, after being charged that late fee, for the past 3 months Ive been forced to make all rent payments via cashiers check because they lock you out of the online system.Nobody will ever take your calls or call you back, and god forbid you work regular business hours and need to get a hold of one of two people who may or may not be in the building.I would never recommend this apartment complex in its current state.

I have decided to change my review since Ive delt with the office people more and they have been helpful. Managment also sent out a request for people to pick up after their dogs and whatnot. I still am having very negative issues with my upstairs neighbors being insanely loud at all hours, but its improving here.

Reviewed on 5/4/2021. Two months after move in.For the most part, I have had a pretty good experience so far.Long story short: The move in process was a bit tedious, but passed that Im pretty happy!Pros:-The manager and assistant manager have been very friendly and helpful everytime I have talked to them. Very patient with me because this is my first apartment Ive owned myself and they usually have the answers to my questions!-The complex itself is nice and clean.-Walking distance from a shopping complex which includes a Walmart.-Groundfloor has HUGE patios. Love it.-Friendly neighbors. There are quite a few kids, and I personally find it nice to hear them playing outside. I have had no noise problems.-Ive made one maintenance request, and they came right on time of my requested time.-I am not a picky person at all, and Im also pretty patient and laid back. So overall this has been a great first apartment for me, my wife, and two cats. :)Cons:Note: I am in an older apartment that has NOT undergone the renovations-I was not able to see the actual apartment until the day before move in and even then it wasnt finished for move in-The apartment was extremely dirty upon move in. My feet were black from how dirty it was. (I was offered a discount as a way to compensate tho)-Upon move in there were other damages, and issues with the windows and locks.-There was a carpet nail sticking up after installation of the new carpet and my fiance found it the hard way.-There were quite a few communication problems about initial fees (such as a deposits, fees, etc), and the app used to pay. However, it all got fixed relatively quickly.

Mainentance doesn’t help, after putting a request for a new garbage disposal- it took 2 months to get a response and all they did was confirm it was done yet I never got changed.If you don’t keep your drains closed in the kitchen or bathrooms, you might end up with roaches.All in all- place isn’t worth what they’re charging. It’s an absolute nightmare, cops are there almost every other day and is very unsettling.DONT MOVE HERE!!

No one answers or returns any phone calls here. And if you do get to someone its a temp who doesnt seem to know how anything works there but is probably the only one who does try to help.
