I recently toured this community and the Manager Raven helped me. The apartment community was the cleanest and nicest out of all the places in Chandler I toured. Raven was professional and very welcoming. My lease is up in November so this will definitely be the next place I call home.

Not really luxury living, carpet in hallways are filthy due to pet accidents and spills, maintenance is not consistent with responding and getting to tickets. Some things are somewhat fancy but 98% sure its worth the rent to have a cute pool that the birds bathe in every morning and 1 grill for all residents. Workout room is ok but a couple treadmills have been on the fritz for awhile, reported myself seems like a month or 2 ago... the ladies in the office are nice but that doesnt make the rent worth it. Parking seems to be an issue for others and dont be in a hurry in case someone parks in front of your garage(happened at least 4 times). There was rushed construction clearly with things like paint splatters on carpet and vinyl flooring of our unit. Trash chutes in the building are kind of convenient but the dumpsters stinks up the 1st floor and sometimes the others, also they still charge you for trash pickup(not optional even if unit is right by the chute). I keep asking myself is 1 star too harsh, maybe 1.5, not sure... depends on how the hall smells on any given day.

The first issue with this complex is PARKING!! I was told that i would not have to buy a parking spot because parking is not an issue. Now they have their residents parking on the side street OUTSIDE of the gated community. People are parking in fire lanes, in the curb, and in other peoples spots. After more and more residents have been buying reserved spots, they have limited it to one reserved spot PER UNIT. There is two people in my unit so it is impossible for the other person to get a spot, even more impossible for guests to park. Be ready to drive around for hours waiting for someone to leave in order to secure a spot. The second issue is the “resort style pool” . First of all, the pool is literally green at this point with algae building up in the shallow end, i dont think it has ever been cleaned. Not to mention the pool is probably the same temperature as the hot tub right now so it is nearly impossible to come to the pool to cool down, they mentioned that the pool would be heated and cooled depending on the season which was a complete lie. Safe to say i will not be renewing my lease and I know many other residents are on the same boat.

I moved to the District at Chandler at the end of 2020. Apartments are nice and new and the inside of complex is kept relatively clean. Amenities are neat. That is about it. Here are my list of complaints. Would not recommend living here if you like policies to be enforced consistently and fairly. PARKING IS AWFUL AND NOT ENFORCED. I do not plan on renewing my lease or recommending anyone I like to this property if the problems persist.1. BIGGEST ISSUE: PARKING. Now that the complex is close to full occupancy, parking is absolutely terrible. Two nights in a row I have come home at 8 PM and there is no open parking in the entire complex. None. I had to park on the opposite side of the building on the street, not within the gated complex. It has been common that you come home at 6 pm during the week and you have to park in a space on the complete other side of the complex, but this time there was nothing. $1500/mo to live here and you can’t park. I was told that there would be no issue with parking, I would not have to pay unless I wanted a garage. (This was one of the major reasons I moved here is that my previous complex wanted to charge a parking fee or be towed.) Now in addition to the rent, the required $35/mo trash fee, required $100 or $150/mo “tech fee”, if you want to be able to park you have to pay $35/mo for a covered spot or $100/mo for a garage. Although I was told that parking was going to be strictly enforced for residents only, must show a parking sticker, there is zero enforcement of this policy. Cars stay in the same place for weeks with no parking stickers. Management has done nothing to stop this or accommodate the people who have been renting since before you had to pay for parking. Parking is terrible. Never any tow trucks for people that clearly do not live at the complex.2. Issue with new management. When I first moved in, I was unable to get access to the “technology package” but was still charged $100/mo although I was not getting any of the access. It took multiple attempts and outbound calls with the office staff, the service provider, and several weeks to get resolved. I also had issues with overcharging on additional fees, but the office staff fixed the issue after I reached out to them. Like many of the other reviews, I was told that all the amenities like the lobby, game room, gym were open 24 hours, they are not.3. I had an issue with a sewer smell in my apartment. I complained to the office staff when I first moved in, nothing happened. I submitted a maintenance request a few weeks later and someone came in, looked at it, and never fixed the issue. Headache producing sewer smell persisted. After a couple of months I attempted a third time when someone finally came and fixed the problem.4. I have not had any major issues with noise from residents worth complaining about, but I do not face the pool. I have had many issues with not being able to sleep at night from barking dogs from the adjacent neighborhood at all hours of the night. Not like the acceptable occasional bark but repeated loud barks worthy of a possible complaint by animal control. It seems to have been a bit better during the last couple weeks of the hot summer.

Move in was smooth and any problems were quickly resolved by the staff. The amenities offered here are better than most, and its super clean and so far seems to be quiet and peaceful. I also have a beautiful view of a field outside my windows, which is awesome.

Living here has been a nightmare. This is a nonsmoking property. My neighbors smoke on their patio like its nothing. The property keeps sending out email reminders about not smoking but these people need to be evicted. They also slam their doors ALL day and night and stomp around like elephants. Its horrible. There is absolutely no sound barriers here. Do not be fooled by the aesthetics, this place is horrible.

Reading a recent review of some one with the same experience as me I felt compelled to share. Jaqueline has been incredibly helpful during this process. I am moving from out of state and she has been super helpful with all my questions and clarifications. Very comforting and I am excited to be apart of this community!

I think so far the apartments are really good. They have nice space and the patios are fun to hang out and chill in at night. Noise wise there really isnt much. Only some stomping around upstairs but that happens rarley. Now parking. Latley its been havic with people parking even in fire lanes just to get a spot. Im thinking that when they built this place they did not correctly calculate the amount of parking spaces and amount of residencys correctly. So thats a con. Now i luckly ha e a garage so im safe lol but overall 4.9

The district at Chandler has incredible amenities as well as living space for an affordable price. I love that I can work remote and feel like I have an office at home. The only improvement I could identify is that my key fab sometimes causes issues at doors. Everything else about living here has been amazing.

I currently live here. Beautiful property and very nice apartments. The residents seem okay and it’s always quiet, which is nice. Parking is easy as well. However, we no longer have 24 hour access to many of the amenities we once did. With work, it’s difficult to utilize amenities if they’re closed by the time we get home and before I head out. I also noticed certain areas of the property smelled of CIGARETTES. I have kids, plus terrible allergies so what made us choose this property was that it’s non smoking and the amenities. The staff did send emails out reminding residents not to smoke here, including balconies, which I appreciated. Overall I would recommend living here. I just wish we still had access to those amenities after business hours. I also wish there was a better way to enforce the non smoking policy.Edit: PARKING HAS BEEN HORRIBLE LATELY! Some nights, especially over the weekend, the parking is so bad that we can’t even find a spot towards the back! To make matters worse, our garage was broken into multiple times. Not worth the money. Too many inconveniences

On April 25th, 2021, I left a review about the District at Chandler with one star on Google Map with name of George Washington, which is not my real name. As of May 1st, 2021, the review was deleted without my consent. The owner of this property must have contacted Google and ask them to delete it. I have a freedom of speech to share my experience with others who considers moving in to this community. There are several reviews posted with five stars having no real name. This indicates the owner selectively deletes negative reviews. So, I leave the same review again using my real name this time hoping there is no further victim to make a wrong decision to move in here.My unit has a pool view. I pay extra $25 for the pool view. Due to unbearable noise from outdoor pool, I have called Chandler Police almost everyday up until 8:30PM on May 1st, 2021. Residents bring their companion to the pool and have pool party almost everyday while turning music on loudly using water resistant portable speakers. They seem to purchase a specific type of speakers for the pool party purposes. I asked the residents to turn down the volume in person a few times, but they refused to do so. As this doesn’t work out, I requested the housing office to ask the residents using the pool to behave themselves, or to create a policy/code of conduct for the use of the pool. I was told there isn’t anything they can do about it and they asked me to call the police instead. So, calling the police is the only option to stay quiet. One day, the law enforcement office came to my unit and asked why not contacting the housing office to resolve this issue. I made a sincere excuse to the officer because the housing office does not have any will to do anything to keep the pool not loud. I have not received any e-mail or letter to all the residents from the housing office asking residents to use the pool with a certain code of conduct. There is even no such rule to regulate pool access hour. I feel sincerely sorry toward the officers because they must have taken care of life threatening issues first not noise complaint. Please refer to the attached photo taken at my balcony at 10AM on April 25th, 2021. This is Sunday morning. About twenty numbers of early twenty guys chose the pool for their water aerobics place. Of course loud music was turned on using water resistant portable speakers and young guys were screaming and did their activities with full of joy on Sunday morning. As their noise was also unbearable, I called the police. This activity lasted an hour and was dismissed before an officer arrived at the scene.I have a movie clip filmed at my balcony at 8:30PM on May 1st, 2021. A resident with his/her companions hired a professional DJ for their pool party. It was the loudest yet unbearable music I have heard at this apartment ever since I moved in. So, I called the police and two officers soon arrived at the scene when the party reached its climax. The host made an excuse to the officers that the party will be over at 9PM. As soon as officers left, they turned volume back up and resumed their party. The pool is for all residents’ relax not for chartered pool party place. I suggest the owner of this property to change its property name into ‘The Pool Party Club at Chandler’. They may advertise this places as “Don’t visit Cancun or Miami for pool party. Come here for CHEAP”. If you want to sleep, please do not move in here. Remember pool party never sleeps.

The District at Chandler has all the pieces to be great with great amenities. Unfortunately, being new, there have been a few issues. We chose to live here because of the amenities and recreational options. Unfortunately, they are only available during office hours, which is completely contrary to what we were sold. Most events (super bowl, UFC fights, date nights, gatherings) happen when the office is closed and access is not allowed. Eric has been responsive and attentive, however without access to the amenities , it’s just another apartment.Edit: parking is horrible, multiple times had to park outside the community. Golf simulator has on worked a couple times it has been down most of the time. Hallways tend to stink with the smell of trash, especially on long weekends or holidays and trash dumpsters are full and overflowing most of the time.

This property has been a nightmare. We moved in and we’re told that it was open parking in the lot. Three days after moving in we left on vacation and they towed our vehicle for no reason. The office staff was rude and argumentative when I reported the issue. That was a $275.00 inconvenience the property wound up paying for. They have now reserved all the open parking spots so people are parking in fire lanes, driveways, and any other spaces they can find. We pay way to much money to deal with this sort of parking problem. Not impressed and would not recommend moving in here.

Do not live here. It’s a hell hole. You will get robbed and you will not be able to use the amenities after 5pm. And worst of all, as a resident, you will not find a parking spot and will have to park at the chandler mall basically.

I currently live there and there was a change in management. They dont give notice about any changes. They have locked the amenities after 5pm and will not allow people to use them. They also do not wear a mask at all when someone needs to talk to them. Its a shame during a pandemic. Most of the office workers do not know what is going on and give you weird answers. Overall, the apartment is nice for show but you will never be able to use what you pay for.

A B:We truly empathize with your frustrations regarding the construction dates changing. We are so excited to open this property and though we have control over many things, construction and the issues they run into during the building process unfortunately is not one of them. We have 74 homes that will be available for move-in on 4/25 and another 44 homes available 5/16. Nearly every floor plan is available between these dates. We have graciously refunded all monies to anyone who had dates change that didnt work for them and worked diligently to place them in homes that are coming available in April and May. We will continue to ensure we have complete transparency with all applicants and we know the wait will be worth it for the amazing community we hope many will call home.

As President of Management, I am so very eager about launching this community. We are SO close to the delivery of our apartment homes. We have had delays in getting public utilities to connect to our community (we are subject to their scheduling), but it appears we have that resolved and are on a solid glidepath to deliveries. The amenities will be spectacular and the interiors are the best in the area! We are so very proud of this community and cannot wait to show it off to the first of our residents. We are confident it will be worth the wait! Please reach out to Jodi to schedule a personalized hardhat tour! Blessings!

Originally agreed on a lease starting in January. They then tell me its moved back a few weeks to February. No big deal. They then call me saying the units wont be ready until June. Its apparent they have no idea what is going on with the construction. I would strongly advise NOT to apply online, and to not even consider living here until 2021. At this point, who even knows when theyll finish construction?

After reading the reviews below, I would have to agree with A B and disagree with the management team. My fiancé and I were originally supposed to move-in in the middle of January and then it was pushed back to the end of January. We said okay and pushed back our current apartment lease (luckily they allowed us to do that). We were then told it would be pushed back until middle of February and then again to the end of February and then until APRIL. FOUR MONTHS from our original move in date.At that point we decided to look elsewhere, under the pretense that management told us we would receive a full $300 refund for applications and holding fees.It has been 2 months and we have not seen that check.Stay away from those apartments until they are completely built or you might end up homeless and moneyless.
