We have lived here for years and love it. The community is clean and continually updated— very well taken care of. Maintenance issues are resolved quickly. Staff has always been friendly and professional. We love our home!

What can I say? I love San Hacienda, its staff, and its community! I have lived at San Hacienda since its inception (15 Years). I consider San Hacienda my home, not an apartment. I have always had a great rapport and excellent service from everyone here at San Hacienda! (I just wish I could sign a lifelong lease!)

I have been in this community since 2015. Although I believe this property could use so much needed upgrades, I have enjoyed living here. Tonya & Kendall in the office are always going above and beyond in delivering excellent customer (resident) service. Also maintenance staff is very prompt and always professional with all requests.

I love it here! I’ve lived here for 3 and a half years now and the staff is always so helpful and kind. I wish we would have more upgrades to the apartment to spice it up but Nonetheless, it’s still beautiful!

I live in apt 2116, my neighbor, Marecela works for the complex and every time I see her she’s always so nice, she always says Hi with a smile on her face. I always see her cleaning the complex and making this a beautiful place to live. She’s definitely a good asset to our apartment complex

Unfortunately I didn’t get a chance to live here due to having to go back to my home state but after the tour, I was sold. The grounds are beautiful, the staff is welcoming, and the apartments were amazing! I will definitely be renting in the future.

San Hacienda is an excellent place to live. The property is always clean and well located in North Chandler. It has different amenities such as business center, club house, gym and pool, everything you need to make yourself at home.The most important feature is pet friendly! Therefore you have everything luxury, location and convenience in the very same place.

A very nice and well attended place, when visiting our acquaintances everything seems in order and the environment for the public facilities are great.The room in which people can socialize always is a great place to enjoy some time together and the pool is always clean. I moved into San Hacienda in 2016. Every year since, we have the same conversation: Should we build? Should we buy? Should we lease a house?And every year, we make the same decision: Lets sign a new lease.Hopefully the market rate increase will be more fair than mathematical, but it would be really difficult to beat the management here. They successfully stay on top of everything that makes a property a home. Ray is the best maintenance man around, and Tonya in the office is not just bomb, but a friend as well.

San Hacienda is one of the cleanest, comfiest and relaxing places Ive ever been in. Also the maintenance in this place is amazing.I may say I love to stay by the pool and every amenity theres inside. 100% recommended and the attention is incredible.

After living here for a year, I can say that maintenance team is the most responsive and courteous I’ve ever had out of the many apartments I’ve lived in. When my water heater leaked, it was completely replaced in under 90 minutes (plus they put everything back in my storage unit for me after cleaning both it and the patio). Incredible! In addition, the grounds are meticulously maintained, the amenities are top notch, and parking has never been an issue.

Maintenance staff is so helpful and friendly. The grounds are kept really clean and the property is quiet.

One of the great communities I have lived. Even though its just 3 months here, I feel ,l do feel delighted living this neat and clean apartment community. First thing , when I moved here all my moving activity was completed in 1 day, which is exceptional moreover that was on weekend. Leasing office is great, they went beyond the expectation because it was time sensitive for me. Thank you so much Kyndell and Stacy for helping me.Second apart form the beautiful community pool and park, they have a great staff as well, which is cherry on top. My experience with Andy was awesome. Except immediate after the new year vacation, which is understandable, they are always on time and get the job done in first shot.In nutshell, nice place with full of amazing peoples.

Nice place to live?.

Living here is just okay. They have good amenities & they respond to maintenance requests fast. However if you live on the main floor and have a family living above you, be ready to be annoyed all the time. Our upstairs neighbors are so loud at all hours of the night, they shake the walls, we heard them stomp around, we can hear the kids screaming from upstairs. ITS HORRIBLE!! We’ve talked to the office 4+ times about it and they do absolutely nothing about it. Plus our upstairs neighbors smoke and they ash onto our patio, they’ve dripping their full cigarette and cigarette buds on our patio, and they’ve dropped a hot dog with ketchup onto our patio (and the ketchup stained our patio), and we’ve told the office about it all and again they’ve done absolutely nothing. We’re counting down the days until we move out of here because living here is NOT IT!!

First off, this is one of the best apartments Ive lived in thus far. Amenities are nice. Landscape is well-maintained. Parking isnt horrible compared to other places Ive seen. My guests have always been able to find an uncovered spot close to my apartment. The inside is renovated and updated to reflect perfectly-kept stainless steel appliances, wood flooring, quartz countertops, and wood cabinets. They also put in brand new carpet before I moved in which I really appreciated. Theres a ton of storage inside and out which was a huge must-have. Ive never had any issues whatsoever except of course, the A/C went out the last two days of moving (what are the odds right?). Im not taking that into account for the rating though because it happens, we live in Arizona where A/C units only have so long to live. Maintenance was really helpful and accommodating and brought in a portable A/C unit which they installed from our patio while I packed everything up for moving. Shoutout to Andy, Michael and the rest of the staff for making it a pleasant environment! The only reason Im moving out is because I want to relocate closer to work. Otherwise, I could see myself in this apartment for years before moving to a house.

My wife and I really enjoyed our time at San Hacienda. We lived there for two years and everyone from the office staff (thanks Tonya!) to the maintenance team (thanks Ray and Andy) were very friendly and helpful. If we hadnt found a home wed probably still be here. Id recommend this community to anyone looking for a place to live.

My husband and I moved in recently and we love it 💖 here at San Hacienda. I was impressed to find toiletries upon our arrival. First ever! and thank you San Hacienda. The apartment is comfortable, modern, love the gas stove, a huge balcony with a view of the pool and jacuzzi area. The staff is professionally friendly, very welcoming.

We love living here! Impeccable landscaping, great team of employees. It’s like living in a resort!San Hacienda is a great place for either single people or families!!!

While the property is clean and spacious, I ended up in a situation of having to break my lease due to a job loss. Even though I explained all the circumstances to the property management and asked for leniency, these people mercilessly and relentlessly hassled me to collect the final last penny. After I lost my job and came into serious financial problems, they showed no sympathy whatsoever and continually called me, sent letters and threatened me with collections, even while I was unemployed for 3 months. This company has over $ 3 Billion of real estate holdings and yet endlessly and aggressively pursued me and threatened me over 51 $ of debt (even though I had already paid off 1150$ of what was originally a 1200$ debt). They have no compassion or patience whatsoever and are ruthless. DO NOT RENT AN APARTMENT HERE.

I lived here for 2 years and loved it! Im sad I had to leave but I decided to move closer to my work. If Im ever back on this side of town Ill move back here in a heartbeat. Ill skip the obvious, you can already see how beautiful the property is and Im sure you know about the Mark Taylor name. What truly makes this place stand out is the service from the management staff and maintenance crew. I never had a problem that they couldnt fix and all maintenance requests were filled in a timely manner. Tonya will take great care of you!I spent months researching apartments to find the best place to live and this is it. I spent so much time because of all the horror stories from friends about things never being fixed, mysterious charges, etc. from their apartment complexes.After 2 happy years and a smooth move-in and move-out period I could not be more impressed. You will not be disappointed here!

We always had a great experience serving the tenants and the staff with our Food Diva truck. Now we are part of Wild Elk Den Restaurant in Chandler. Come out and have some great food again

The staff here are so great! Especially Tonya and Diane, always willing to go the extra mile for the tenants. They are always to friendly and cheerful.We always get a fast response when maintenance work is needed too. The grounds are beautiful and it’s a great complex to live in.

I absolutely loved living here. The staff was always very friendly and helpful, and maintenance was always same day or next whenever there was a problem. I lived here for a year and a half and never had any complaints that werent fixed immediately.The grounds are beautiful and spacious and the amenities or very nice. There are recycling bins all around the complex as well as next to the mailboxes which makes recycling a breeze.I was sad to leave, but I want to buy a house.

Welcome is good!Rooms are very small.They will recharge you a lot of money while leave the apartment. if you have given any refundable deposits forget about that too..Huge utility charges every month.Usually we can see cops so many time inside.Security people come and knock on your door in the midnight without any reason.Gate remotes never work.Maintenance is quick.

I moved in about a month ago and the entire experience (from the moment i first walked in there front door) has been nothing but outstanding. The girls at the front office are so welcoming that you immediately feel like you have new friends and theyre so helpful no matter what you need!The apartments are beautiful and spacious and even though i had some concerns about how clean my apartment was, the girls made sure all the issues were addressed the very next day and i could tell that there apologies were 100% sincere.I would HIGHLY recommend San Hacienda to anyone who is looking for a quality place to call home where they can live worry free because the staff takes care of your needs as their top priority!Also, Megan, Diana, and Toanya are the best there is !

If you can afford it - great place to live, but at move out get ready to be taken to the cleaners, Was charged “pro-rated” to replace the carpet. Moved in and carpet was used and soiled had them re-clean at move in stains still on carpet. Cleaned once a year. Stain always there. After 3 years of living there they tell me I am being charged to replace carpet just bad business. Not prorated for normal wear and tear. Wow!!!!!!! Just prorated from new.

I dont know where to start! So many bad things about this place, it doesnt even deserve a star! They will rip you off and charge you for everything. Beware when you move out, they will bill you for something you didnt even use. I hate this place so much that I moved out before my lease is over! They billed me for water usage that is 3X the amount of what I normally used when I was living there! I have no leakage on that apartment whatsoever, so I have no idea how they come up with that bill when no one is living there using water! They blamed Utility Smart that billed me for that water usage. I contacted them and told me that they bill me for whatever San Hacienda read off from my water meter. San Hacienda lied about my water usage to charge me before my final move out to get more money! When I moved in, the apartment was filthy! They didnt even vacuum the carpet and it had pet hairs all over the place. I had to rent carpet cleaners and bought an expensive vacuum just to get all those pet hairs out due to my allergies! The carpet even smells like pet urines and had stains all over the carpet even inside the closet! Whoever used to lived there is not very clean at all and San Hacienda didnt even bother cleaning it! This apartment is also built very poorly. You can hear EVERYTHING. Whether your windows are close or open, it doesnt make a difference. You can hear footsteps and every move of your neighbor due to the walls are very thin! You have no privacy whatsoever. If you have kids, this is not a place for you. The staff are rude and unhelpful. They will charge you for every little thing that they can find your doing wrong even if they falsely accused you, you will still have to pay the $25 fine. If you like Mark Taylors apartments, I recommend for you to check other ones but San Hacienda. There are better ones with more helpful staff out there. I dont recommend San Hacienda for many many many reasons. I wish I had the time to lists all the issues Ive encountered here, but to save you a headache and money, dont rent here. Ive suffered living here and if only I can afford to hire a lawyer, I would definitely sue the manager for being unreasonable, unhelpful, greedy, and most of all, unlawful. They definitely need a new manager that is knowledgeable to do the job!

I have lived here for close to a year, and will be moving out this month. My stay here has been ASTOUNDING! From amazing staff, quick maintenance response and the resident events, I could not be more happy.The amenities are very well maintained, and spacious enough to not be running into people, while working out/swimming.The location is ideal, as there is shopping, gas, food, etc. within walking distance. Being close to downtown Chandler is also a plus, as there are plenty of things to do. Its a $3 Uber ride if you happen to have too much fun in DT Chandler.Diana, Tonya, Lisa, Jennifer and Megan are outstanding. Anytime I needed assistance, they were there.If you are looking for place to live, JUST DO IT!

Ive been here for a month and I absolutely love the community, the amenities, the staff. Initially I had considered buying a home. But when I first visited San Hacienda, I was sold the apartments have more than enough space to accommodate any size family, and considering all that you get its totally worth being a renter. you can have everything you want without having to worry about paying for the major repairs of owning your own home. Its so comforting a welcoming to have a apartment management company that caters to its tenants and have listened to what we look for in an apartment community. Its your own little Oasis.After reading other posts, I have to say I dont agree with them, but everyones entitled to their own opinion. Yes its pricey but compare to other states like Chicago, New york or even California the rent is worth it, id rather pay a little more and have full service, than pay less and have nothing, just my thoughts. And if management is considerable enough to invest time in maintaining and providing great services, Im happy.

Beware... when you are moving out, you will be charged pretty high even though you leave the apartment in decent condition.The condition of the carpet was not so good when I moved in. I noted it down in my inspection report when I moved in too. But, I was charged for replacing the carpet for the whole apartment when I moved out. Just got ripped.

This is the WORST apartment complex ever! Its expensive and the administration SUCK. The complex has doubled in size since we moved here 1.5 years ago. Even though many,many more people live here now we still have to SHARE the gym and the pool which gets ridiculously overcrowded. When the newer apartments were under construction we had to put up with all the noise for more than 6 months and the beautiful view of the mountains was gone. On top of that they closed down the pool for 3 months in the summer. The reopening date kept being postponed. And people are PAYING a full price for this?Something this apartment complex obviously doesnt have any clue about is the global warming. There is one recycling bin at the very end of the complex that people dont even know exist. The amount of advertisement that you get in the mail several times a week is also ridiculous. The best thing to do would be to set up a recycling bin next to the mailboxes since thats where the advertisement goes anyways. But no, instead there are TWO trash cans where people throw their advertisement. I mentioned my idea about a recycling bin TWICE to the office, but nothing has been done. Weve lived here for 1.5 years! The lady in the office just tells me that theres not enough space.The staff is rude and uneducated and try to charge you for things youve already paid for. When me and my husband had bought a dog we mentioned it to the office and paid a fee immediately. Despite this we got accused for not having paid for it a month later. Luckily we sorted it out at last.I would NOT recommend this place. It doesnt even deserve one star!

Nice complex and grounds are kept clean

I live in this property with my husband Willy and love the service here. Diane is awesome always willing to help go above and beyond always wiling to go the extra mile. We were at the pool about 2 weeks ago the signal on the tvs went out and Diane came out and fixed the tvs even though office was closing she made our day. She even came back to make sure the tv was still working. I love giving reviews when someone deserves it and she deserves it!!! Mark Taylor is lucky to have an employee like her.. Be Very Careful wen you move out of this apartment,they will charge you a lot,even though u keep the apartment in decent condition.We just stayed a short term and they charged us huge amount telling about painting charges and some for carpet charges.They do have remote for gates which doesnt work at all.It will be always under maintenance.

I have had a bad experence live at san hacienda. the managers are rude and at times can be careless.. i always paid my rent on time and even before time. so for the experence that i had it felt that i wish i could tell the world about how messed up these places of mark taylor really r. some of u out there that have lived here no exactly what i am talking about and just never cared or had time to post a review well im here to say i will....i have a nurse that cares for me and i needed here to pay bills online so i had her to go to the office to use the computers and when she was there the staff did nothing but ask what apartment are u from and why she was there making her fill that she never wanted to come back. for this luxuary place there should be no questioning only welcoming. no matter who u r u shouldnt have to fill that u have to be asked questions just welcomed.Also if u have pets u will be targeted. i had mattes placed down over my carped because i have a dog so if my dog did anything it would be on the matts not the carpet. they tried to say that the carpet was damaged when in fact it was not. they actually asked me if i had a cat umm no a dogs dont scrach...So they targeted me noing that i have a dog a charged me for new carpet...i had a cleaning crew come through and clean so i no my place was very clean. i took a manager throw on a walk for the second time and he told me that if my apartment looked this good on move out day he would sign me off well guess what on move out day i turned in the keys they came for a final walk and what do u no i was not signed off. there were things they said that they found which were untrue. so please take from my experence find some where else to live its not worth the time and money to live in a nice place with shaddy people...
