Best apartment I have ever lived in! I moved here April 2021 and currently it is late July 2021. I really appreciate how organized the staff are and how well they take care of the property. Jasmine is the best apartment manager in the world! She is super organized— keeps on top of everything and is readily available to answer questions. Maintenance staff are great at their jobs, too! As soon as I put an order in, they come the next day and quickly fix whatever issue I’m having. Everyone who lives here is nice! The apartment also organizes social events and food trucks which I LOVE!!! AND they have vallet trash!!! You leave your trash outside and someone takes it to the dumpster for you! So happy to be living here!!!

I enjoy living at Elevation Chandler. The office staff and the maintenance staff are all very kind and respectful. The units and the amenities are well maintained. Its a good place overall to rent. I have had no issues over the past year.

I recently moved into Elevation Chandler and the best part has been Jasmine. She has exceeded my expectation for staff within the community. As busy as she has been over the pass month, every concern or request Ive had she has handled quickly and with a smile. She has single handedly made my move in easy while handling alot of business transitions. Thank you Jasmine for all your help.

Ive been living here for the last three months and I had an issue come up with my lease and the office Manager, Jasmine was a great help. We came to an to an acclimable agreement. I consider her a great liaison for the residents.

A very beautiful apartment complex to live at. Whenever I have guests over, they are always very impressed with everything, especially the pool. It’s like a little paradise. The Front Office and it’s staff are very helpful. Maintenance requests are done surprisingly quickly. The complex itself is very clean, and relaxing. I love coming home to Elevation Chandler after a long day at work. Definitely going to look into transitioning into a two bedroom when my lease is up.

Such a peaceful place, has a more private feel and love the floor plan. A one bedroom has plenty of closet space to stay organized, spacious bathroom with a bigger tub then most apartments and a nice spacious kitchen with pantry. You also get a nice desk/office area built inside your apartment for those working from home during this pandemic. Fireplace in pool area is pretty nice to have for cozy winter nights. I highly recommend it if you are looking for that resort feel type of lifestyle.

I love living here and just extended my lease. The property is always clean. I have never had any issues while living here and have always felt safe and comfortable. Everyone who works here is super friendly and professional. Special shout-out to Jasmine and Joe for being some of the most awesome people you will meet at this property!

Front office staff is never busy as they say they are, theyre actually doing their kids homework. Oh yea, lets not forget about the parking. If you have more than one car per apartment, good luck finding parking if you get home late. Only ONE vehicle per apartment gets to be covered regardless of how many roommates there are. Cant wait for the lease to be up.

This place is fantastic. Especially the staff. They are very helpful and they have throw great events to help get the community together. The pool is amazing. And the apartments are in a great location. Best apartments ever. Jasmine is the best.

I just moved here from Chicago and had to find a place online which can easily turn into a bad situation. I definitely lucked out with this spot. Such a great place to live. All the residents are super friendly, the building manager Jasmine and assistant manager Andrea are so nice and super accommodating, and the amenities are amazing. It feels like I’m living in a resort on the daily.

Elevation Chandler has been a great home! The staff and maintenance crew are the best. Questions are answered quickly and any maintenance needed is done right away. My boyfriend and I started off in a one bedroom and it was a smooth transition to a two bedroom. The pool is 24 hours which is amazing coming from the East Coast and it’s always nice and clean. We love living here❤️

I cannot say enough about this community. First and foremost the maintenance team is fantastic and are always very friendly and always available right away with any issues you may have. They also keep the entire property very clean and running smoothly. I have been living here for 4 months now and have enjoyed every minute. The pool is fantastic and a great way to spend my afternoons off, plus the 24-hour access allows me to use the hot tub at night after a long day at work. The gym also offers a great variety of equipment and is kept very clean. The location of this community is also great with a very short commute to many stores and restaurants within 5 minutes. I also enjoy living in a gated community as it gives me peace of mind for security. Overall, if you are looking for a great community in the Chandler area this should definitely be at the top of your list!

My roomie and I have lived at Elevation for a year now and signed on for a second year! The amenities are beautiful, the spaces are luscious with tall ceilings, big windows, happy trees and cozy apartments. The administration team in the office are personable and professional... but the best folks around here are the maintenance staff! Joe and Jason are fantastic! They respond quickly to requests, they work hard and are so friendly and encouraging! It’s a wonderful community, mostly quiet and peaceful and we look forward to calling it home for some time!

I have lived at Elevation for over 4 years now and I don’t have a single negative thing to say about the complex, the management team or maintenance team or the other residents. Everyone is so nice and helpful, the community itself is adorable and well maintained, it is close to town/shopping/freeways/etc. so location is perfect... I love living here and honestly I don’t think I’ll ever leave!! :)

This apartment is a gem! I moved to Chandler unfamiliar with the area and this apartment location was absolutely perfect. The staff is always incredibly helpful and kind. The maintenance staff are reliable and so so friendly. My apartment really feels like home with the beautiful interior and amenities. Couldn’t be happier with Elevation Chandler.

I’ve been a resident here at Elevation Chandler for over 3yrs, I absolutely love it here. The maintenance crew is fantastic & very helpful. Jasmine & Andrea go above and beyond & are always happy & willing to help no matter what the situation is.The grounds are always very well maintained. I love the pool & the gym & both are always very clean. I always feel like I’m at a resort. The complex is small & friendly & always welcoming.

Equipped great facilities. And the most impressive thing is the staffs are so friendly to residents like a family. Also residents can enjoy a lot of fantastic events! Really comfortable.

We lived here for three years and it’s been a great time. The apartment is very nice and the facility is great. I liked the gym , the Swimming pool and the club house. It’s a secret boutique resort located in the heart of Chandler. Elevation is the answer to your question of where to live. The staff (Jasmine,Andrea, Jason and Joe), is outstanding, helpful and hardworking! We searched high and low when we decided to downsize to a turn key lifestyle. The open space layout and luxurious amenities sold us. As importantly, the staff treat us like family and are there at a moment’s notice. Three years later, we are as enthusiastically happy with our choice as we were move-in day!

The apartment managers Jasmine, Amanda and maintenance crew Jason and Joe, do a phenomenal job at Elevation Chandler. The department managers are very accommodating and courteous to all residents and guests that come to their office. Furthermore, the maintenance crew does a phenomenal job in keeping the facility going,and will go out of their way to help you any way they can. Growing up in New Jersey I lived in apartment buildings most of my life and never met such a great group of people who make you feel at home.

I just LOVE this place and the TEAM at Elevation Chandler! I am always greeted with a warm smile by Jasmine and the rest of the Team. This is one of the few places I go and if the Ladies in the office are dealing with other guests, the Maintenance Team will always try to lend a helping hand :) The Community is beautiful and very well maintained, definitely a 5 out of 5 in my books.

Today is my move-in and I have been anxiously nervous with not being able to see the unit beforehand due to negative experiences from other places! Elevation Chandler is a great community. Everyone says hello to you, the people are really nice and the grounds are well kept, just a beautiful place to live. The staff is excellent, very friendly and super helpful. I really enjoyed my two stays at Elevation Chandler.

My husband and I moved into Elevation when they first opened their doors almost 6 years ago and ultimately it has been a great experience. The grounds are very well maintained, the communal facilities are always clean, the office staff is friendly and always address my questions or concerns promptly, and lastly our maintenance team is exceptional. There has never been a time that my requests went unanswered. Both Joe and Jason are always prompt, thorough, and always greet you with a smile. You are all truly appreciated.

Great living space and very active management. I have been living here for almost 5 months and I am loving it here. Its a quiet neighborhood and close to many shopping places like Costco, Walmart and Fashion Center which makes it more easier. Maintenance team is very prompt in replying to any requests and great at their job.

I have nothing but good things to say about Elevation Chandler! Every interaction I’ve had with the staff has been phenomenal. They really make you feel as though you’re part of the family, whenever I stop in the office they already know who I am and what apartment number I’m in. Maintenance staff is always super friendly, and always working hard to keep the property clean and running smoothly. They also answer maintenance requests in a surprisingly fast manner, even when you contact emergency maintenance! I love coming home after work and being able to relax in my apartment, it’s spacious for a one bedroom, and the kitchen is functionally designed. I don’t feel cramped in my space, or on top of my neighbors who are also friendly! They always host social events (not as much now because COVID) giving you plenty opportunity to meet your neighbors. Plus the pool is beautiful, complete with cabanas and a fire place. I’ve been extremely pleased living at Elevation Chandler, and recommend it to anyone looking for a decently priced apartment in Chandler!

We have been living at Elevation Chandler for about 4 months now and it has been a wonderful experience since day one. We moved here from Missouri and had to find an apartment remotely, and Andrea was extremely helpful throughout the entire process from doing a virtual tour, helping us with our lease, and answering all of our questions along the way. The actual move-in process was very smooth and our apartment turned out to be much more beautiful in person! The maintenance team is constantly keeping the property looking great and are always so friendly. We are so happy with our decision to live here at Elevation Chandler and would highly recommend to anyone looking for an apartment in the area!

The amenities were awesome! We truly enjoyed the pool and have great memories there. Maintenance was always quick to respond. Covid-19 precautions made us feel comfortable. We also loved the community and staff greatly.

Ive lived here for less than a year but already it has been AMAZING!!! The maintenence and management team are so kind and accommodating. Far more superior than any other complex I have lived in. They really care about their tenants and they cleanliness of the complex, glad to be living here.

I absolutely love this community. The staff is friendly and professional, and the facilities are beautiful. I use the gym frequently and it has everything I need for a great workout. The resident events are always a blast. It’s the best apartment I’ve had in the valley.

Absolutely best apartment complex! We moved in about a year ago and havent had any issues whatsoever. Just signed our lease for another year. COVID had shut down some of the activities but were starting to see a slow and safe increase again. Jasmine and Andrea are amazing, always so welcoming and friendly. Living here at Elevation Chandler has been phenomenal. The staff in the office and the maintenance are amazing. Anytime we need anything to be fixed or have questions about anything we are they are literally only one call away. To top everything off the amenities are great and are very well maintained by the staff. Overall we are very satisfied with living here at Elevation Chandler.

Elevation has been a joy to live at. We have been here for a little over a year, and there has been no issues. We have also switched from 3rd to 1st floor for convenience and the process was pretty good throughout the whole thing. Jasmine and Andrea are super helpful and sweet and the maintenance has been top notch. We have lived at Elevation for over 5 years and have seen many improvements over the years. As we are growing our family, we were happy that we can simply move from a one bedroom to two bedroom unit with ease. Their pricing is reasonable and compared to other apartment complexes, they take better care of the property. Also, it’s nice having a smaller complex rather than getting lost in a huge apartment complex. It allows us to get to know people easier, especially the staff and maintenance crew. They are readily available to answer any questions we have or take care of any maintenance needs. Like with everything, there is always room for improvement but overall Elevation is a great, safe, family-friendly place to live.

The apartment is very nice and I have not had any problems with it at all, and the amenities such as the pool and gym are always clean and very well kept!

My Wife Lisa and I like Elevation Chandler. It’s mostly quiet and has great amenities. But what really stands out here is the maintenance crew which consist of two gentlemen (Joe & Jason). These two guys work extremely hard day in and day out to keep this complex looking good! They go above and beyond in different ways to make sure you’re taken care of. They’re kind, to everyone, always speaking and saying hello, which just makes you feel welcome. Now, I really do appreciate their hard work, as I work hard myself! I take a lot of pride in my work and it’s a great when you see others that take pride in what they do as well That’s a quality that is hard to find these days!

AMAZING STAFF AND POOL!

The place is amazing in all honesty,So peaceful and quiet, the community is really great as well, there’s not really a whole lot of activity in the pool area which is surprising so it’s again, very peaceful. The staff is very very amazing, from the office staff to the maint. Guys, who by the way will get to know you on a first name basis as they say hello or good morning when they see you outside. The ONE downside to this place has been very inconsistent trash pickup, which isn’t a higher deal but you do pay for it each month, the reason this doesn’t effect myRating is because it’s truly not the properties fault. It’s the fault of the trash company that was hired, so again this doesnt effect myRating but it is worth mentioning.. overall I would HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone looking for a high quality living experience.

I have lived here for 6 years. Elevation Chandler is a quiet little community conveniently located near Chandler Blvd, Chandler Fashion Center, Costco, Target, Walmart and 7 minutes driving to Intel Corporation. It is clean, safe and well maintained. It has a nice pool and BBQ area. Jasmine and Andrea made me feel at home and the maintenance staff are always very friendly and kindness. I would certainly recommend this location as a great place to live. Five stars is not enough to show how great is to live at Elevation Chandler.

Im going on my 3rd year living at Elevations. The staff is outstanding! Joe and Jason are always on top of any maintenance issues I have - never having to wait (not that Ive had many). They go over and above any other apartment complex Ive lived at. I work remotely and see Joe every morning. Hes always in a good mood, asks how my day is going, even asks about how my mom is doing (she had serious health issues last year). The grounds and pool are pristine. This is a place to call home!

I had been planning to move to AZ since November 2019. The previous apartment complex I resided in in Indiana was awful. Management was unreliable and so was maintenance. I was afraid of moving to another state and being stuck in a lease for another apartment building that was not worth the money and agony. Living in a different state and attempting to find an apartment without physically seeing it AND during the time of COVID seemed like a daunting task. Thankfully, after consistently praying to be led to the perfect complex, I came across Elevation Chandler and was amazed by the pictures and the amenities. To make things even better, I was immediately helped by Jasmine and she made me feel like I was already at home even while still being across the nation. I even told her that I wanted a good view outside of the window, and she took pictures in places that I could see if the apartment I was looking into had a good view. She really made me feel like she was a friend that was there to truly help me. Of course, living in my previous apartment, I had tons of questions for her so that I could ensure that I was making the right decision. Her responses were prompt and so very helpful. Everything just felt SO right. So, I decided to take the leap of faith, and here I am, 3 months later and absolutely loving my new home. The staff members are so welcoming and kind. My neighbors are also considerate and friendly. The property is always tidy and I am in love with my apartment. PLEASE DONT HESITATE TO COME CHECK OUT ELEVATION CHANDLER!!!!!! It has put the cherry on top of my journey across the nation! :)

Great facilities. The pool is my favorite! Even during Covid, while we cannot go into the clubhouse they bring the clubhouse out to us offering us snacks and goodies. The maintenance staff is amazing! Jason and Joe deserve the best of kudos. They work so hard and keep this place looking and feelingAmazing. Whenever there is even a small problem and I mean small because they do such a great job such as meeting a new filter for our air-conditioning or we had a problem with our washer they are always there the same day within a couple of hours. We love Jason and Joe!

Well I moved from Indiana/Illinois to Arizona. I had about 3 Apartments lined up , so I had to do a drive by and look at all 3 from the street and guess who I chose ? Yep Elevation, not because how it looked from the outside but because how people person Jasmine is. She is really nice . Now I know apartments aren’t perfect , things happen and you deal with it , however so far I am happy I chose Elevation , it’s quiet , my apartment is nice , it’s within 5 to 10 mins of everything I need , close to the expressway and clean. . Recently I had a minor water pressure problem and Joe took care of it. I’m good👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾....... Oh and I rarely give reviews.

I just want to take the time to give a huge shoutout to our maintenance staff, Jason and Joe. Since I moved in, they have been extremely accommodating and made this place feel like home. Truly appreciative of everything they do! Keep up the tremendous work fellas. Peace.

Coming up on 5 years living at Elevation, and its still an incredible place to live. There is a lot to say, but here are some main points:- The office management is extremely friendly and does their best to help answer questions and address issues in a timely manner. Ever since I moved in, most of them remembered my name and apartment number- The response to COVID has been reasonable. Currently the gym is closed, but they worked hard to establish procedures to reopen the pool safely.- The view I have of the pool is spectacular. None of the amenities are plagued by maintenance issues that you hear about in so many other places.- The buildings are fairly new (5-6 years), so things are becoming more settled and signs of age are starting to appear. Again, the property management has been diligent on powerwashing concrete, resurfacing walls, repainting where necessary, and any issues with the landscaping are addressed quickly. One thing I would like to see are the outside of windows being cleaned for the upper floors.- Unfortunately the cost for valet trash is mandatory. It is a nice service, but I wish it was optional.-The rates are comparable to nearby apartments, but Ive found that the amenities, build quality, and size of apartments at Elevation are superior for similar prices. The amount of storage I have in my 1BR apartment is not comparable to any other 1BR unit Ive toured.-The location is good and keeps getting better. Proximity to the mall, good food, and the highways (easy access to the 101,202,10,60) make it a very easy place to live. There is one lot along Ellis that has been partially constructed and deserted, but the neighborhood is very safe, even at night.This is a great community for families, elderly people, and young professionals. Ive seriously considered moving more than once now, and it is hard to find an apartment complex that can beat Elevation.

Still a nice place to live after my second move to a 2 bed 2 bath. Facility’s is always so fast to fix issues, and very friendly.

Great apartment complex, amazing location. Ive lived here for 3 years, but now have to move for personal reasons and Im a little bummed about it.Pros:Facilities are clean, the pool is great, and Ive never had a problem with noise or management. Everything you could possibly need is in a 5 mile radius; Chandler mall, Costco, grocery stores, pharmacies, restaurants. You name it and its close by. Apartments have nice appliances, and feel spacious. Very safe area that I felt comfortable walking around in by myself at night.Cons:Often a couple of the grills are broken, but Ive never had to wait to use one that works. The pool can be a little crowded during peak hours but thats to be expected.Ive honestly enjoyed my time here and have referred people from my office and theyve enjoyed it too. If youre apartment hunting in the area its definitely a must visit.

Toured the property today. This place is amazing! The office staff is very personable. What really impressed me is how they knew every persons name that walked in the door that lived there. Thats rare!As Jenny and I were walking around the community the maintenance guys were actually doing work! One was cleaning up the pool area as the other was tending to the grills.The 2 bedroom model has a great open feel to it. Im excited about the resident events and I cant wait to move in!

I am so thankful that everything worked out the way it did. I moved here from across the country and the whole time working with Andrea and Jasmine has been nothing short of amazing! I mean every step of the application process to the move in was nothing but seamless. My wife was the first to see the unit and her exact words she texted me as I was still out of town was Im obsessed it is so beautiful, and then she said I think I might cry because its everything she ever wanted in an apartment home Fast forward to today and our experience has been amazing, everyone is nice and the community feels like a family because its smaller then most apartment complexes in Chandler. If you are looking for a luxury with a family atmosphere this is the PLACE!!!

We absolutely love living here. Weve lived in a few other apartment complexes and Elevation cant be beat. Jasmine and Andrea have been so responsive and helpful from day 1. The property and pool are always pristine. Maintenance is so quick to respond to service tickets and general needs around the property. One evening I saw a stone that had become dislodged from the wall and first thing in the morning a maintenance worker was fixing it. I cant say enough good things about this community.

Was thinking about renting here and upon looking at one of the apartments the outside hallway by the front door was covered in dust on ceilings. Spider webs etc. I asked if they ever cleaned them since they were so filthy and the lady giving me the tour working there stated they are cleaned regularly. That was a clear lie and if they lie about something right In front of them wondering what experience someone will have living there.... no thanks

Nothing but good things to say about this place! I toured around 20 apartment complexs before I found Elevation including all 4 in the immediate neighborhood and Im so thankful I didnt lease anywhere else! I walked into the leasing office 10 minutes before it closed and Jasmine stopped everything she was doing to give me a tour and tell me the pricing/ lease information! I have been here for almost a year now and dont have a single complaint. The pool is really nice and well maintained, the apartments are very clean with new appliances, the property is very well maintained, and the staff works hard to make sure that every resident is happy. I havent had any issues with loud neighbors or crime. Ive had to put in only one maintenance request for an issue with my circuit breaker and they fixed the problem within a day! Every time I pass a member of the staff they wave to me or ask me how Im doing. Ive lived at many apartment complexs and this is the first one that I cant find a single issue with. There isnt a high turnover rate in the leasing office which is so nice because Ive lived at places before and every time I walked in needing something there was a whole new staff making it so hard to get anything done. Jasmine, Andrea, Joe, Jason, and Kim are all the people that Ive interacted with since moving here and they have all made an effort to get to know me!

Great Friendly Staff

I’ve recently entered my second year lease at Elevation, and am completely satisfied with the accessible unit; upgraded flooring, carpet, and finishes (granite kitchen and bathroom counters, front loading energy efficient washer and dryer, lighting) The floorplan in the 2BR/2BA unit is great for when family and friends come to visit, and offers a lot of storage.The gym is well equipped, and kept clean. There are fitness classes offered throughout the month, and a trainer is available. Jasmine, Andrea, and Kim in the office work very hard to ensure this feels like a community, hosting a variety of mixer-style events, food trucks, paint parties, even Yappy Hours for our four legged family members. Jason and Joe from maintenance are thorough, kind, and can always be seen around the property working hard. The grounds are well kept, the pool and clubhouse feel like a resort, and as a smaller property, you tend to know your neighbors. I appreciate the controlled gate access, and on-site security patrol.I’ll truly be sad when the time comes to move on, if these were condos, I’d buy tomorrow. Centrally located to Chandler Regional Medical Central, the Price Tech Corridior, Chandler Mall, and a myriad of dining and shopping venues, parks, the 202...Finally, a big shout out to Jasmine and her team who work very hard to improve the quality of life for all residents: your efforts are seen, valued, and appreciated.

This is probably my favorite apartment complex I have lived at in the past 4 years! I especially love the modern touches to the units from granite countertops to stainless steel appliances. On a side note from the units themself I couldnt be more grateful for Jasmine & Jason! They have had my back in ALL of my needs since day 1 & I couldnt be happier. They ALWAYS are willing to help me with requests & in a timely manner! In the summertime I spend most of my time outside at the pool & its definitely great to have the cabanas for shade along with barbecue grills right in the area. Thank you guys, continue rocking it! This place is awful. Dont rent here you will regret it.

This apartment LOOKS great but is built poorly. All flooring is wood so we could hear our above neighbors every move and they had children that ran so it was AWFUL EVERYDAY, walls are paper thin!! The water pressure was horrible and the management insisted it was a city of Chandler issueso they could not fix this. There also was never any parking and we consistently had to park on the other side of the building and our designated spot was nowhere near our apartment. Now we are having billing issues afterwards. They say they will call back but never do. Please go elsewhere, these apartments are not worth it!
