We had amazing 2 years staying here. From the office to maintenance staff each and everyone were amazing people. The apartment complex is well maintained and clean. My kids enjoyed the Liv events every month. Would highly recommend this place.

I lived here for 2 years and I would have stayed for many more if I hadn’t purchased a house. This is BY FAR the best apartment I’ve ever lived at. Amazing amenities, super friendly and helpful staff and a beautiful community. I do not have enough good things to say about this place , it is worth every single penny. The offer so many different events for their residents such as monthly happy hour (this is AMAZING), group fitness classes/yoga, weekly food trucks, activities for kids and so much more. If you’re looking for a place to live in chandler- this is it!!!!!! I am going to miss it dearly.

Nice place, nice low level employees, simply terrible management employees though, from the property manager & up. If you want to fix it, start by canning Heidi, your organization is rotten from the top down.

Absolutely the best bang for the buck in Chandler. Nicest staff I’ve worked with, great amenities, and the residents all seem to get along great. If you want an apartment and aren’t living here, you’re making a big mistake!

My husband and I have been here for 2 years and have nothing but nice things to say. The staff, all of them including the managers are friendly and helpful and very welcoming. Maintenance always gets done in a timely manor and even though I havent signed up for a big spray in a couple of months we NEVER have a bug problem. All of our neighbors are great and also respectful. The community is up keepers at every moment and it feels safe to live here. If it wasnt for us having a baby and getting a home we would be staying here another year. Totally worth the money you pay. Plus they have great resident perks like their Liv points. I cant help but to rave about this place considering we came from a mile down the road and were treated so poorly. This place is a happy safe and beautiful place to live. I trusty love the way I liv

Liv Avenida is truly amazing! As with any apartment situation, You will get out of it what you put into it. Liv Avenida sets the stage for you to maximize this experience.The staff is friendly, and will work with you on issues that you have. The grounds and amenities are enjoyable, and they are always looking to upgrade and enhance features.The community and social aspect of Liv Was the ultimate deciding factor in our choice. There are countless activities and opportunities to be out and about, meet your fellow residents, and feel like you’re part of something bigger and better. It truly feels like a home, and that people actually know who you are and care. This is in direct contrast to many other properties, that feel too large, and that you’re just another number to them.

I moved to Arizona two years ago and have been at Liv Avenida the whole time. I love living here. In my opinion the best part of Liv Avenida is the staff. From the office to maintenance. They are always so helpful and patient.

Friendly staff and nice amenities. the only issue are the unregistered dogs that reside in the complex. the registration costs ~ $160 which helps identify owners not cleaning up after there dogs. the front office is taking actions.

My experience here has been absolutely wonderful.We have the BEST STAFF ever and everything is done well and on time.There are plenty of opportunities to meet and greet, so we really enjoy that. I must say I am very Happy here on a daily basis.

Liv Avenida is one of the Best apartments I have lived so far. Abner, who is the Manager of Liv Avenida is a very good hearted person, understands residents isdues/concerns very well. They treat residents as their families, doing Happy hour, resident of the month gifts, pancake breakfast. They are awesome guys. I loved staying there. Full management staff and maintenance guys are very friendly and helpful.

I never rate apartments but I like this complex so much I think they’re worth the time. I would HIGHLY recommend Liv Avenida as a permanent residence. Their rent specials are unbelievable. I’m sure they change with time but we moved here from a luxury apt in Gilbert last year. Our rent is over $200 cheaper per month and internet is included in the cost.The amenities alone make the cost worth it. They have a LOT of community events that are actually a lot of fun. Family friendly, pet-friendly property with events for everyone. Kids club and Free pancakes once a month, happy hours, a community garden, a PHENOMENAL gym, yoga classes, fundraising events, a personal trainer on site, free bike rental, 24 hour common room, two pools, a hot tub, an Amazon Hub, holiday celebrations, networking events. That’s maybe half the list. Its insane. The staff is incredibly friendly, like genuinely NICE. I’ve never had a maintenance request take more than 48hours to complete (they had to order a part).My ONLY con is the fact that the apartments are a LIIIITTTLE bit older. The insides are nice and updated and the grounds are well kept so it’s not really an issue but sometimes the building shows it’s age in terms of appliance and electric functionality. There’s not much that can be done in that regard and it’s not significant an issue often enough to deter me from living here.Seriously. Just stop by. It’s worth it.

We spent a little over four years at Liv and we honestly can say we had a great time living there. The property is very well maintained, it is clean, and the staff was always friendly and professional. I would recommend Liv to anyone.

This is so far the best apartment in Chandler we found. Heated swimming pools, best gym equipments and trainer, yoga classes and internet is included in rent.. We loved it, living here since last 3 years, they also have good referral discounts which takes care of some of the moving expenses :)

Liv Avenida is like no other place Ive ever lived in. I love it here! Weve been here about 2 years now. Love the smoke free environment, clean community, quiet, safe, great neighbors, everyone is friendly, fast maintenance response. Since the new management came in the only suggestion I would make is maybe, try to make sure there is at least always one person in the office to answer any phone calls or for when residents need to come in for assistance/questions etc...

Originally planned to stay for 6 months till we found a house but after being there for 2 months we moved into a 3 bedroom and signed a year lease. The office staff is awesome and they are continually working to keep residents happy through all kinds of fun events. The maintenance is super quick, friendly, and does excellent work. Housekeeping keeps the property super clean and in tip top shape and the landscaping is immaculate. I seriously think those who gave it 1 star accidentally posted on the wrong apartment complex.

I have lived at LIV AVENIDA CHANDLER for almost 4 years now. I love it. It is like living in Paradise. The many amenities... two salt water pools heated throughout the year, hot tub, splash pad, dog park, state of the art gymn with trainer, the Hub (Club House) with coffee tea hot chocolate, poolTable, two computers, lots of lawn chairs out by the pool area and lots of grills and a sink. Not to mention tvs a misting system. An herb garden , a bike path and bikes to check out WOW! Lots of activities... monthly pancake breakfast, Happy Hours, Thanksgiving feast, Christmas Party. I am impressed that they involved with Relay For Life for people with cancer. We are creative in ways to give.... Bake Sale, Vendor Fair, Helping the Vets, School Supply Drive, Food for the Poor, Pillow drive to name a few. My apartment in one bedroom various spacious with lots of storage. Plank flooring in all area except a carpeting in the bedroom. Stylish ceiling fans in LIVINGROOM and bedroom . Large walk in closet in bedroom and built in book case. Granite counter tops with stainless steel appliances, plant shelves above cabinets.Bathroom with large vanity tub with shower and glass doors, Linen closet. Front coat closet. Patio door overlooking private patio with adjacent storage closet . The landscapers keep the property meticulous. The office staff is friendly and helpful. The maintenance staff are helpful and friendly. The location is outstanding. Come LIV LIKE NO OTHER!

I love this complex and the many amenities it offers. The staff is willing to fix any issues promptly and are always courteous. The apartments are gorgeous and one of the best communities we have lived in.

I’ve been doing personal training with Dameon Hahn with VimTrim at Liv Avenida for the past few months. Dameon is an excellent trainer!!! Extremely knowledgeable and keeps you motivated. His approach is simple but very effective. I would highly recommend his services to anyone looking to lose weight, gain muscle and improve their nutritional habits.

Ive been a resident here since 2015 and I absolutely love living here. Its such a wonderful community, think asking your neighbor for sugar type of community. I actually asked her for a plunger but thats a story for another day! =PI love all the events that Liv continuously hosts, from Happy Hours, to pool parties, to yappy hours for the dogs, painting parties, weekly pizza from Papa Johns, the food trucks, the on site grooming and hair cuts, to our wonderful yoga teacher and personal trainer Steve.Maintenance is awesome too, they are always a delight to deal with. Ariel and Jeff are always smiling and so pleasant!The leasing office is like family now, Katie, Crystal, Sue, and Abner are such a wonderful team and seriously the nicest people!Sue was my leasing agent and she is an absolute sweetheart, our business relationship was immaculate from start to finish and now Im happy to call her my friend. Shes literally amazing to deal with and answers all your questions even before you thought you had a question to ask!I cant recommend this place enough, as a single gal who moved here alone 2500 miles away from friends and family, I have new friends and new family here at Liv!#LivLikeNoOther

Pristine! Liv has very friendly and thorough management, very clean grounds and amenities, and very quiet apartments. The residents are respectful of each other, and the place is over all very clean and happy.

The best apartment community!

First, I don’t bother writing reviews and haven’t been solicited, but I did a lot of web searches and research before moving, and wanted to contribute back. I waited months before posting a review as sometimes things change as time goes on and a lot of reviews came from new residents. To keep it simple, this is the best place Ive ever lived.I moved 3000 miles to start a new job and I have been very stressed out the past 4 months. The whole process has been a breeze. Ill cover each aspect of the process independently.The Main Office:Staff at the main office is not only helpful but clear and direct in setting expectations and communicating how things will go. They address things as they come up and listen to feedback. I made a few suggestions on some improvements (to an already amazing home theater system in the community area) and my ideas were not only taken but implemented. I had some issues with package delivery and brought this up, the staff was aware of the problem, explained what happened, and had everything documented. For the record, it was an issue with a delivery driver not the office staff, which was confirmed when I called the delivery company.The staff listens, summarizes and restates the issue, and provides clear expectations on the next step. While this is customer service 101, I rarely see it done so well or so organically. There are great communication/automation tools like getting emails when packages arrive as well. I feel like a human not a number and have always been treated quite fairly.Maintenance:The maintenance staff is busy and works hard, but has never made me feel rushed or unimportant. They are courteous, generous with their time and knowledge, and most of my calls are asking for help with something, not because of the facilities.The apartment:Walls are much thicker than I’m used to and I rarely if ever hear my neighbors. Much better than my past rentals, but depending on the neighbors your mileage may vary. Everything is at or above standards and I love the floorplan (B2) I’m in.The Community:There are tons of sponsored events that others have gone over. What I will say is that there are predominantly 3 types of people I’ve found in the community. Working professionals, Medium sized families, and Dog lovers. Liv is very dog friendly and the dog owners are amongst some of the most responsible I’ve run into. The working professionals are courteous and quiet. The families are mainly notable at the pools on the weekend and I’ve had no issues with any of the children. Long story short, I’m a slightly curmudgeonly bachelor, and neither the neighbors, the young kids, or the animals have been anything short of a complete pleasure. Community is one of the strongest points in an already stellar package.Amenities:I’ll keep this simple, you get as good or better than on the webpage. If anything, they are underselling it. If you are worried, don’t be.Rent:I pay my rent on time so I can’t comment on this. There is a webpage and a mobile app and you can charge a card for a reasonable fee. Free for EFT.The bad:Everybody has something to nitpick. Something that isn’t 100% so here is what negative I can provide for those who only look for the downsides.1: One of the gates has been having issues and has occasionally been left open. Additionally, like everywhere else you have so many people in a limited area, the gates are opening and closing regularly. Traffic has NEVER been an issue, but someone super security conscious may be surprised that you can wait for 5 minutes and likely drive in. There is literally nothing to be done about this, but if you are the highly paranoid type, find a place with only a few people.2: Delivery drivers. You driver can dial an extension and you can buzz them in with your cell phone, but the building/apartment numbers are difficult to follow. You need to give good directions if you get a lot of deliveries.Those are the holes I can poke in this place. You won’t be disappointed. I expected to be, but wasn’t.

I have just rented a 2 bedroom apartment and we are so excited for many reasons. This is an amazing complex, in fact, referring to it as a complex really sells it short. It is a community like no other. Let me start with the staff, first off. Kimberly is the manager. She is so compassionate and considerate and just an amazing asset to Liv Avenida. Everyone of the staff are so pleasant and helpful, from Josh to Kenzie and Katie. They are the key to this community, not a complex. They help to create the most innovative community I have ever seen. I call the apartment an apartment home because Liv Avenida spared no expense on these magnificent homes, they are beautiful. The amenities are beyond anything you could imagine-JUST SPECTACULAR! Its an experience you must see to believe. Dont let this community pass you by because its extraordinary! We are blessed to have found this community. Anyone reading this should take a ride down and check it out, I guarantee you will be blown away. It is truly like nothing ive ever seen!!! From personal trainers to valet dry cleaning, pet grooming,car care with electric car charging station,valet garbage, many monthly community events such as monthly pancake breakfast by staff, yappy hour, kids clubs, restaurant reviews, 24/7 tech support and so much more. We are thrilled as weve been watching them create this most innovative community that is like no other! Thanks for having us!!!

Horrible Management! These people are very evil and crooked! When I moved in December 20, 2012 the maintance guy told me that they were going to charge me for something when I move out, and they did for carpet cleaning $186.00 dollars, and I left the apartment spotless! I moved out October 13th 2014. Management also told a neighbor who lived below my apartment to harass me at 5:00am in the morning, about walking in my apartment. The worst place Ive ever lived! , and racist environment! Black People Be Warned!

I moved in thinking I was moving into a luxury apartment community, the first month I was there I was experiencing a bad bug problem with roaches, crickets, grasshoppers, and mosquitos from the standing water outside of the complex. I complained to management and they were non-responsive and not concerned. The problem has gotten worse and nothing has been done about it. There are spider webs all over the empty units here, and the landscaping is over grown or dead and there is not consistent landscapers to maintain the property or to even clean off walkways or common areas.
