I don’t know if I start with how beautiful and quiet the community is or how professional, warm, friendly AND funny Cindy from the leasing office is. We’ve been put through ringer with other complexes. The market is crazy and everyone is looking for a place to rent. I’ve been so worried I was going to end up in some run down complex with horrible office staff, but that is not the case with Dobson Towne Centre. Cindy has answered my million questions, with a smile, never hinting she was bothered or annoyed. True definition of customer service. The community is great, but Cindy is the much added bonus. The time she took for the tour, answering my questions, discussing the various events she offers residents every month (this month is bingo) is just absolutely amazing. I hope Weidner knows how lucky they are to have an absolute gem. My roommate and I are both so excited to move in two weeks!

These apartment homes are amazing. The grounds are wonderful to take morning walks with the mature, well groomed landscaping and peaceful environment. The surrounding community offers many convenience with great shopping and services. The office staff at Dobson Towne Centre Apartment Homes are extremely helpful and always pleasant. The apartment I occupied here was extremely quiet to the point it did not seem like I was in an apartment. The few maintenance requests that I made were immediately taken care of. I cannot say enough positive things about Dobson Towne Centre Apartment Homes and its staff.

Theyre pretty decent compared to a lot of apartments Ive found in Maricopa County. A bit sad I had to move. Kind of a boring area to live if youre looking for night life but perfect if you want to feel safe taking your dog for a walk at midnight. Good neighbors. Biggest complaints have to be the blinds and paint. Cheap paint and no matter how much I clean the walls they still looked dusty and Id barely touch the blinds and theyd fall off. When I moved they charged me for the broken blinds when it was sun eaten and it would have happened whether I was in the apartment or not. They should have replaced ALL THE BLINDS before I moved in. They where discolored and dirty and no matter how much I cleaned them I couldnt get them all the way clean. Office staff was nice. All in all if the biggest complaint is blinds youre probably in good hands as far as apartment living goes lol. Thanks to everyone at Dobson who made my first experience living alone memorable.

I have lived at this community for almost 3 years between two different units. The apartments are really nice and the price is comparable for the area. The staff is very helpful and willing to work with you on almost any issue. Valerie and Leigh are both great and have helped me multiple times. The complex is neat and there are landscapers here weekly as well as pest control. Maintenance is responsive. Good location, very close to freeway. Its quiet and kids play around here without worry. Lots of families with kids who go to school down the street.

I rented my apartment site unseen. When I was ready to move in, I was a bit nervous. When I walked in, the first thing I noticed was the smell. It smelled fresh and clean. The apartment was inviting. The apartment is beautiful and homey. I just love it! Thank you to Leigh, the Community Director. She made the process easy. This property deserves 5 STARS. Thank you Dobson Towne Centre

Lived here for almost 2 years. Not the best place to live for families with children you will receive complaints. Children shouldnt be locked in the apartment 24/7 we all suffered enough throughout COVID. I Left my apartment clean and still charged a cleaning fee . What did you clean? Charged for carpet replacement and other miscellaneous charges mind you me and my children resided in a unit that had MOLD in it, which caused us to become very sick and destroyed my items through the master closet wall.

Everyone that works here is extremely helpful and friendly. The community is very well kept. It is neat and clean and well maintained. The maintenance crew is very responsive and does great a great job.I had lived here previously and liked it so much that when I moved back to the Phoenix area, it was a no-brained for me. I moved right back here. Happy to be home.

Nice staff, but problems that could’ve easily been avoided with an inspection. No cold water on move in, broken baseboards, dirty and dusty surfaces, outdated appliances, fragile blinds, sharp carpet nails exposed and easy to step on, mold and algae in bathrooms, rusted and chipped toilets and plumbing, broken kitchen tiles, peeling counter wood trim, etc. Unfortunately it’s not very efficient to warn of these problems as the third party plumber who came to fix a shower soon after we moved in, talked on the phone the whole time and did a very poor job with the installation of a “new” shower, the worst part is it took them a month to come fix it in the first place.

Cindy at the front office was extremely rude. Thank goodness for the great manager Leigh, but Cindy would make me not want to renew. Very condescending, not helpful and impatient. She would not work with us at all after paying on time for over a year and doesn’t care about the residents. Hang up and call back to someone else if you reach her.

Moved here from Texas and the people who work at this apartment complex were so helpful and made the move very easy and pleasant ( since moving by itself is very stressful ). Very happy to have found Dobson Town Center. Office staff are very friendly and helpful while the maintenance team is getting things done. Very fast with maintenance request. I would recommend these apartments if one was to be looking to find a good place to call home

My family and I came in looking to see a two bedroom apartment. We met with Valerie and she was very nice and helpful! I felt really welcomed and she answered all my questions without making me feel rushed. Dobson town center staff has such a eager beaver attitude! have I have been apart of this community for well over twelve years now .The lobby area is a great 👍place to come socialize !The staff members work very hard to make our neighborhood feel welcome .they remind me of a group of social butterfly too! I have lived at this community off and on since 2016. During my time here the grounds have been meticulously kept, the staff is eager to help and friendly, and the service staff completes work order almost immediately. The main reason I recommend this community is due to its safety. I am a single mother with 2 kids, and I rely on them to walk home by themselves and let themselves in on a regular basis. The staff here knows my kids, welcomes them at every function, and has even let them into the apartment when they locked themselves out. Leigh the manager made my move in experience a memorable one. Diana and Suzann are delightful and genuine, and always super sweet when I come into the office. The service staff here is beyond great and take the time when they see you to say good morning, smile and wave. I definitely recommend this community.

This is an AMAZING place to live. From the time we came to view the apartment we have had nothing short of excellent customer service from management. The property is Beautiful. The community is friendly and respectful towards one another. Maintenance rocks. Great follow through and very efficient. I highly recommend living here.

Tonight I had an emergency where my AC went out. I did not arrive home until 730 which is after the office is already closed. I reached out to my emergency maintenance to get this issue resolved. He was unprofessional and rude. He told me that until my unit became 85 degrees he was not going to come out. He also told me that he spoke to the property manager who also advised him that he would not get paid if he came out. My mother has asthma which is triggered by the heat and the temp outside was 95 but that didn’t matter to him or the property manager. My mother was sent to the hospital due to not being able to breathe. I am discussed with the way my family has been treated. The office is well aware Of my mother’s issues. We were also told that because other residents have the portables we would not be getting on. I had to call and text over and over again before he said he would come out and even than it’s been over an hour and he hasn’t stopped by. I can’t believe a company would allow employees to talk this way and treat loyal residents this way. I hope no one ever rents here again once this lease is up we are gone and never coming back. Shame on this company and the employees in the office. You should be ashamed and lucky if I don’t sue your company for my families time and suffering.

I feel more at home here then I have in any other house I have lived in for the past 20 years. Neighbors are all friendly as well as the employees. My daughter loves it so much she calls it our vacation condo. The events are wonderful to get to know your neighbors.

Cons:1. Bark scorpions in the apartments. I even kept all doors and windows closed while we lived there and we still got them. They come through the drains and vents.2. Little ugly roaches come through the kitchen sink and bathrooms. Disgusting. No matter how clean your apartment is you get them.3. Carpet is older than 5 years old. Person before us had a pet that left pet stains on the carpet (management claims they didnt just because the owners didnt tell management they had a dog). We had a carpet cleaner come two months into living there and he said the carpet was at least five years old and had old pet stains. When we moved out the apartment said they charged us for carpet cleaning which means they still have not put in new carpet after we left.4. Broken entrance gate for two months. For the high apartment prices, it would be nice to actually live in a gated complex.5. No matter how much you clean the apartment before you leave they will still charge you a cleaning fee per hour. Ive never had an apartment charge me for not cleaning behind the stove and fridge!6. Main pool is closed half the time for cleaning and the second pool always has debris in it.7. The security that they claim to have is pretty much non-existent. I saw the old guy come out twice within two months.8. Good luck finding a parking spot if you get home after 6:30 pm. Pretty much non-existent.9. They offer complimentary pest control but the guy even says he doesnt spray for scorpions.10. Our air conditioning broke on the day it was 107 and we had to wait until the next day to get a portable air unit.11. Rent is overpriced since you dont get upgraded carpet and kitchen cabinets or an updated bathroom. The quality in the model apartment is not what you get in yours. Be aware.12. People speed through the complex even when there are children playing in the streets.Pros:1. Nice neighbors.2. People clean after their dogs.3. Safe area.4. Nice maintenance guy.

I have lived here for a year now. I loved the winter and felt all my needs were taken care of. Recently I can not seem to get anyone to respond to my concerns. My AC has been running constantly and it is HOT in my apartment. I have a 350$ bill for a 2 bedroom apartment. I moved out of a 5 bedroom home with a pool and never had a bill over 300$ in the middle of Summer. I am very disappointed and currently looking to relocate which, is sad because my children have made friends and we are located close to school. This review will not stay up long because they like to discredit residents true feelings. I hope this gets handled so that I do not need to take this matter to the next level

I have lived here for 2 years and love it! We have a two bedroom upstairs unit, and I love the open floorplan, laundry room, spacious patio and great walk in closets! The staff here has always been helpful and friendly. I think that for the price, this place is hard to beat. Unfortunately we are about to turn in our notice, because with two people working out of a home office, we need a 3 bedroom and all the three bedroom units here are downstairs. I have spent a lot of time in choosing a new place. While many of the complexes we looked at were newer, the floorplans were choppy and I just didnt like them as well. It took quite a while to find one I like, and we will be paying substantially more.I rented this place sight unseen over the internet while moving from Texas and I couldnt have been happier here! Highly recommend.

AWFUL. Weve had at least 13 scorpions between February and September. Theres an earwig problem and we also had termites. The maintenance team is severely understaffed, and the office team is horrible aside from Lizeth.
