I’ve been at this apartment for over 3 months and it’s been great. The only gripe I have is that my assigned parking spot is on the other side of the building rather than the spots near my side. Also, the management is really nice. Thumbs up for their quick responses.

Just moved here a month ago. So far so good. They have a neighborhood app portal that is awesome! Neighbors are all helpful, courteous. Seems like a little family community where everyone gets along. Very unusual. Maintenance was quick when I had a leak under the sink. Clean surroundings and great location. This was my 3rd inquiry apartment hunt & I am happy with Mark Taylor managing this place. They are attentive.

Its one of the worst stay atbclub cancun apartment.. so much noise coming from other residents ..they plays loud music throughout the day..but the leasing office associates not even taking any action.. they never clean or disinfect the common area and stairs ..but they charged high amount everymonth.. the water clogged in toilet tub every week but they dont bother about it.. but swere charge is high every month and the worst service we are getting...they are not helpful at all..i talked with some other residents and they are also facing lots of problem... i thought i will share my experience so whoever are thingking to come here they can think twice..

They do NOT deserve 1 full star! RUN & I MEAN RUN AWAY FAST (OR YOU WILL WISH YOU HAD)!!! The pictures on their websites (all of Mark-Taylor properties) were done professionally, so it lures you in but do not fall for it...just type in Mark-Taylor Residential & check the reviews/nightmares for yourself. For those of you who wont listen: Esp during COVID, Do NOT move in before physically viewing and inspecting the unit! PLEASE DO NOT PAY ALL THE FEES NEEDED TO GET THE KEYS LIKE I DID! RUN!!! If not, I promise you will be one of the unfortunate residents liking & wishing you took heed to my review..I wish I was FULLY warned! (**I will update with full details & pics once I leave**)

My wife and I lived here in a 1-bed apt from Nov 2011 to Jan 2014 while I was temporarily relocated to Az with work. We loved our time here! Our apt was great and the staff were always friendly and helpful. The amenities were of a high quality and the location was perfect! I would highly recommend!

Ashley has been such a big help to me so far. I appreciate her patience and diligence with assisting me with my apartment set up. I am excited to be a tenant! :)

I’m currently looking for apartments & of course, reading reviews & I notice an attitude from whoever is responding to the bad reviews made. That’s already a bad sign lol

Here for 6 months. Very quiet and peaceful. Great area as well. A+

Although the office staff is really nice, I dont like the fact that they upgraded the apartment above me with what sounds to be hardwood floors!! Because of this, the girl that lives above me, who by the way only weighs maybe 110 lbs, makes so much freaking noise all dang day!! It literally sounds like she weighs 200 pounds with how loud it sounds. Why in the world would you put hardwood floors in a upstairs apartment, makes no sense to me!! Ive complained multiple times but it hasnt gotten any better. The last time I complained I was told to record the sound so they could hear how loud it is, but I told them recording her wouldnt do it any justice! Then I was told to call security and have them come into my apartment so they could hear it then report it back to them. Why do I have to go through all the trouble to get some piece and quite, I pay my rent every month and Im respectful and dont make a lot of noise, its just not fair to me!! They have asked her once to keep the noise down and she did for a couple of days but went right back to doing it again!! So shes aware and I know she can be quite, but she obviously doesnt have any respect for other people, or for the front office since theyve asked her to keep the noise down. I know shes capable of not making l that noise, she just doesnt have the respect for others to keep it down!!

Why have an apartment when you can just live at the club and party 24/7. Thats basically what you have here ladies and gentleman. The party never stops at Club Cancun. Its like your always on vacation. It dont stop! Lol Ughh, Na Na, Na Na!

Lived here for a few years and its been pretty awesome. Pretty chill, love the pool and hot tub area and hearing the fountains from the private balcony. Also like the landscaping. Staff can usually be pretty helpful as well, at least in my experience, but then Im not a very needy person.

I lived there a year ago and the place is just very nice, hopefully it is still the same

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! My girlfriend and her son moved in with me and Club Cancun advised me that a 2 bedroom Apt would be too small (for three people) per their policy. So, we had to upgrade to the 3rd floor (from the 1st) and my rent went from $900 to $1,250. This was pure trash, but they cited a Mark Taylor policy, told me they would obtain a writ of restitution (i.e. start the eviction process) on the grounds that I had too many people in my Apt, which was a violation of the terms of our agreement. Additionally, they told me if I left they would charge me the rest of my lease (which was like 9 months) along with other fees and what not. Of course this move ended up costing much more because I had to turn off all utilities and have them turned on in the new 3rd floor Apt, it was a total nightmare.Next, the rent fell on a Thursday and I worked out with the property manager to pay rent the day after (Friday) when I got paid. She said that would work just fine, however, when Friday came along, I had a notice on my door from a law firm. I went to the office and the passive-aggressive property manager was confronted with this letter she cited another Mark Taylor policy (even though we had made a verbal arrangement prior). Needless to say, I couldnt afford the $600+ dollars in legal fees on top of an already outrageous rent payment. This was all in 2015 and Im still picking up the pieces of my life from this. Mark Taylor has sent thousands of dollars to collections against me and this has destroyed my credit.I tell everyone I know to stay away from Club Cancun and any Mark Taylor properties because of how they treat their tenants. The property wasnt even worth all of this trouble and the lasting damage.

I have lived here for four years now. I have read the other reviews and I need to express that none of their issues are valid with me. Each time I called the Leasing Office, they were always gracious and accommodating and with good knowledge of policies and procedures. If unavailable to respond to the call they would return call within the hour. So also with the maintenance of the place. The crew would immediately attend to a problem reported within the day despite their tight schedule and were always polite, restricting even their looking around the unit outside the parameters of their work area. The grounds are always kept clean and the pool constantly monitored for hygiene. No complaints but only praises for management and staff!

I havent lived here so I cant speak on that but I did come to view the apartments. When we walked in we were greeted with a what do you want attitude which is why we are leaving our current place and they dont allow dogs, only cats. Who doesnt allow dogs?

DO NOT RENT HERE! A high powered rifle was stolen from me while I was on a trip I returned to an unlocked apartment. Given the fact that nobody besides Club Cancun employees had a copy of my key, an employee of Club Cancun presumably let themselves in. All circumstantial evidence points to one of their maintenance guys (Mike) however the Chandler forensic team could not find hard evidence/fingerprints,etc. I made the mistake befriending the employee (Mike) and told him I was leaving that weekend and he was the last person in the apartment before the robbery performing a repair I requested.Club Cancun will not be a safe place for you to live because they do not have a Lock Tag Box. I confirmed this fact with a Club Cancun employee. This provides security as whenever a residents key is checked out, the company has record of it. Avoid Club Cancun at all costs. Thankfully they immediately terminated my lease after this felony occurred (documented in the Chandler Police Report).

Beautiful place

The gym does not look like this anymore I wish it did but there is very little equipment and space. Wish they could upgrade that for the price we pay.
