Great place to live and friendly people around the complex! The complex is pretty quiet all day and you never really hear too much going on. People are very respectful here and the area is relatively pretty clean of trash/poop/etc. I highly recommend checking out this complex as your next home!

I just went to a friends apt during the late hours of the night for a bit. The apartment is was very nice. A two bedroom, fireplace, balcony.

My AC unexpectedly went out, Shawn the maintenance tech responded in a timely manner. Was understanding about the situation even though he had 2 others ahead of me. Took care of the situation without hesitation, professional and thorough. With the upcoming hotter temps, this is much appreciated.

I just want to take this time, to thank you for being so expeditious in the many requests Ive had since I moved in in January. As you know, I have had some difficult times in the beginning and was at my wits end. Since then Ive noticed you guys are right on it from the simplest requests to major. I feel like Im at home now. I moved here a year ago. The staff was friendly and very helpful during my move. They do provide fun activities for people staying there. But renters please be aware this is not the best place to live. The first day I move in I seen cops cruisers out side arresting some on the first day. Also the community is not very clean. The people they hire to clean up the grounds just blow dust and leaves over everything over peoples cars. The children that live in this community are not watched so they do run out in front of cars and be in the parking lot. People do have parties and play loud music at night and during the day as well. Police are in the community a lot it’s not safe. My last night living there there was a big altercation outside where some of the neighbors that live in the community where fighting and someone called the cops and they came out again. Service request there are terrible I have to submit 6 request and call over 5 times for my move in. Also the inside of the apartment is so old that things need to be replace and they just repaint over the rust and broken fixtures. I wouldn’t move here it’s not a safe community and I never felt at peace this is why I moved away.

Stay Away at all cost!I used to enjoy to live in this apt and working with the staffs until below issues happened...My Master Bathroom had water leaking from upstair twice within a year, water was all over the place of my hallway... Took them 2-3 weeks to get it fixed.AC got broken 4 weeks before I moved out, took them 10 days to get it replaced and fixed the whole unit.They charged some ridiculous amount of money on my moveout statement for something I have not done, such as dark spots on the walls came from fire of my neighbor, old/faded/ discolored kitchen countertop/ bathroom sink. Even thought I had dicuss with them about these issues, they still decide to keep my ridiculous move out statement as it is.They provided you an old apartment with out-of-date appliances, and they want to have it back as brand new by taking money from old resident to remodel it. Im very dissapointed in the way how they do their business. Will stay away from this place next time if I have chance coming back to AZ in the future. Will not recommend this area to my friends or co-workers either.

Do not rent here old apartment everything falling apart anything that happens is your fault. To add my car got vandalized worth 800 dlls in repairs.Anything you do avoid living here.

I recently lived here and loved the entire complex, they always have FUN activities planned out for the community. My wife and I enjoyed walks in the beautiful neighborhood and walking to the mall close by.I also want to point out that this complex handled the covid-19 situation very professionally and carefully!

Run down apartments. I rented a 2bed/2bath this year that was severely outdated and damaged. Upon moving into the apartment the front door wasnt sealed properly allowing bugs in(took over 3 tries for maintenance to get it right). Fridge had major dents up and down the entire unit. All the cabinets were peeling from the fake wood vinyl wrap it had. Sinks were broken or clogged. Bathrooms do not have any fans, thus if you dont leave the door open it will get moldy. Dryer was not hooked up properly, coating the entire laundry room in lint(paid out of pocket to get a new part because i was fed up with maintenance at this point). The list goes on. Front desk was friendly and they do offer a lot of events, but I realized now that it was to distract you from the outdated rooms that need desperate repairs.If you are in a tight spot financially then this may do, just be prepared for headaches. But if you can, avoid this place and look elsewhere.

My family and I enjoy it here, its right next to the school and has solid amenities. Sure its not perfect but its one of the best apartment complexs Ive lived in.

I lived at this place for over 4 years. The leasing office doesn’t care about you at all. Lisa A. and Marie will bring up the lease contract document when you point that they are mistreating you and ask you to move out and pay $3000 extra and break the contract. The AC unit broke down 12 times this year alone. They left me having to deal with summer heat for 4 days with no AC as they were replacing the compressor. They charged me 150$ Extra with no prior email or phone call that my auto pay expired. They misdiagnosed my house for big treatment and charged me $700 when it should have costed 250, as I reported when I found ONE bug. Constant issues with AC and plumbing system. Water is off for 12 hours on a Saturday! They didn’t even reimburse 10% of the rent for the residents to go stay somewhere else for the day.Do not move here if you like to have peace of mind. This is a genuine review. Trust me.

DO NOT COME HERE!!! They overprice their apartments, they are very old apartments and torn down. The carpet is cheap, it comes out by just walking on it, and they will blame it on you so you pay. The apartments were infested with brown recluse and nasty roaches. This was the WORST apartment Ive ever had, and the office wont do anything to help you. My A/C was out for 4 days in the middle of blazing summer and they didnt even fix it the first time. Go find a better apartment for the same price but completely better. Ashamed to live here.

The lady that answered my call was rude. She then called me back to discuss something I hadnt ask about.

I stayed in this apartment for more than 2.5 years .Management is highly unprofessional and dont care for the residents.There was issue with A/C and took lot of time to fix those . When I have to move out charged me for cleaning where its caused because of malfunctioning of A/c.There was a black soot coming out of A/C and it took more than 4 months to fix after repeated calls. Now when I say to them that most of the dark shades on the wall are because of air filter issue they are ignoring it and say we dont have any such issue and were very rude to me.But they are no ready to listen to these issue . I emailed them multiple times and called the management but they hardly care. Management is just greedy and want more from the residents. They have not even respond to my email till date. If I call their office they will give a reason that you will get a response from management but never called till now. If there is a issue with maintenance we need to call atleast 2 to 5 times to fix it.There is no fan or light in the bedroom and if I request to install, management will give us a response to install on our own.The rent hike is more then 10% every year and within no time will cost the same as premium apartment but no facility like gated community and party hall.I will not recommend to join this community.You guys can find all pest in metro and management hardly bother about these things. If I had a negative ratings I would have given it.

My family lives here, they are nice and spacious. Nice semi- open floor plan. Decent sized rooms, washer& dryer ( in their unit, check with complex). Lots of extra parking.

COCKROACHES!!!!I have been living in a 2nd floor apartment at Towne Square for 9 months. For the past few weeks (5+), I have had excessive cockroach issues. 1-2 inch long dark cockroaches began crawling out of my sink drain, despite the fact that I already keep the floor, sink, and dishes constantly clean to avoid bugs. I have been playing a back and forth game with the front office staff both on the phone and via email explaining the problem and its location, and requesting pest control. After the initial 2 sprays provided (both of which took about 10 seconds (as have all following)), the situation had gotten worse (I was now seeing over 4 of these critters at a time when i came into my kitchen and flipped the light on); I contacted staff again and was promised someone would come out to do an investigation; they did come 2 weeks ago, and they promised to order traps; I called 1 week ago and was told they will order traps (interesting that it was the same promise repeated as if it had not been fulfilled the first time). Maintenance has been requested and come again in that time, knowing nothing about the traps when asked. I will call the office again, but I have had pest control come in multiple times, am waiting on traps that may or may not work, and I still have baby and adult cockroaches coming out of my sink drains, inside my dishwasher, and crawling over my food and dishes. It has been too long with no results (especially after having pesticide out so many times and then seeing the problem steadily worsen during the treatments); due diligence has been done on my part and I will keep it up, trying to address the problem, but I have no expectation that this problem will be resolved. My lease is up at the end of February and I will hopefully be saying goodbye to my extremely old, poorly insulated, COCKROACH INFESTED apartment here, unless I see serious changes in pest management attitude and have reason to believe the promise of consistent and effective follow-through. Imagine cockroaches every time you go to do your dishes, grab food, or cook. Imagine them crawling over your hand as youre doing the dishes (yah).

This was the easiest apartment I have ever gotten in my life. The application wait time was only a weekend. On top of that the woman who helped us, Im pretty sure Jaime, was so nice to me and my partner. On top of that they were able to work with our tight time frame since we had to move immediately. Would definitely recommend this complex. So far our stay has been pleasant, the neighbors arent too loud and are polite and the pools are never too far from us.

I absolutely love living here. I hate to leave but we need a bigger place. The staff are all excellent, maintenance always on point, beautiful landscape and units. I loved our time here.

The property is well kept and maintained. It has great amenities. The office staff is very helpful and friendly. The maintenance team does a great job in getting requests done in a timely manner. Towne Square really cares about their community. Every month they have great events that really bring the community together.

My husband and I just moved in a few weeks ago and we have both been so impressed with the level of care and attention to detail provided by the staff and management. Lisa, the manager, personally checked on any maintenance issues before our move-in date and even had brand new appliances installed for us. When we moved in she informed me that they would be addressing a small dip in the kitchen floor (I did not even notice it!). Towne Square followed up with the small matters that we had identified during the walk through and they were addressed very promptly. Our first day moving in, we were also greeted by their Apartment Life Coordinators who gave us a warm welcome and even helped us move some of our belongings upstairs. Our move in process has been nothing but smooth, and we’re loving our new place!

My family and I lived here for 4 years. Honestly it was a rough start when we moved in.Water damage on the cabinets, some appliances were likely older than me, etc. Mainly cosmetic things.But we made it work.When things break down, you communicate it. It’s that simple. And I’m sure the maintenance staff does the best they can getting to the maintenance need.The front staff has always been sweet to me. They empathize and they bring themselves to my level to understand where I come from.If you’re considering this place- understand this: you get what you pay for. Be patient with the process. If your needs aren’t met, communicate it. It’s that simple.Hopefully things go well with our inspection since we moved out.

I received a tour by Jamie. She was awsome and very knowledgeable. The property is in a great location and you wont be disappointed with the overall experience here. The gym is nice and the poolside looks like a vacation resort check it out.

By far the best complex Ive lived in. They actually care!

I moved from out state and within being on the property for 10 minutes i felt at home! The office staff is amazing and really helps you out with anything you need and as well as the maintenance staff, any time i had a issue they were there the same day! I’m really happy i found this place to call my first home in Arizona! Not to mention the location is perfect! Mall and freeway close by as well as a lot of difference places to go out for a drink or some food!

I lived here for a year and the location was absolutely perfect. It was so close to the elementary school and perfect for a family. The maintenance staff was amazing and always fixed things promptly and with a smile. The front desk was always filled with a friendly staff as well. After reading these reviews and seeing it wasnt at all like my experience I felt the need to share that it really is a nice place to live.

Great location and pricing for where it is. Very conveniently located by the mall AND it only takes me about 6 mins to get to my kid’s daycare. Friendly office staff and dependable living arrangements. There is always parking too so that’s good, unlike other apartments I’ve been to that rarely ever have uncovered spots available. A very close friend of mine lived here for three years before she bought a house and she loved it and recommended Towne square to me, now here I am and I love it too

I just move in October 2019 and this place is Phenomenal from staff in the office specially Diane she is amazing location is terrific everything is near freeways mall shopping center hospitals and also I know one can’t beat the beautiful sunset everyday of my unit! Park is next to it and school cross the street is amazing! Very peaceful and safe community!

Nice property, good area, but bedrooms are too small and I feel their pricing is a little out of whack.

Staff is always professional and kind. Jamie, the leasing agent is patient, understanding and always eager to exceed expectations. The grounds are well kept at all times. A great location near shopping and a great school district.

Worse place ever! I live in the 1st floor and hear every single movement that the people above our unit makes! Every single step! 1 office personnel raised her voice multiple times and saying that theres nothing they can do and that our only option is to move to a 2nd floor unit. Too bad we got 7 more months to go!

I’ve lived here for a total of 11 years and the staff are amazing. It’s a nice area and some of the office staff are still there from when I was kid. I was living in “luxury” apartments for a bit, still doesn’t beat this place. It’s amazing and affordable for the location and I wouldn’t rather be in any other apartment complex. Plus they do really neat events for residents and have kept the same standards of quality service through out. All in all a 5 star experience for sure

They raised our rent by $200 this year. We are now paying over $1400 for a two bedroom. We started out at $1100. Might as well get a house! Stupid!They also never came to kill the termites in a our apartment. Yup, we have termites. And the exterminator never came, that they supposedly had us scheduled for.

Move-in process was seamless. Management staff has been very responsive and the apartment/amenities are in great shape. Amazing location, beautiful property. Definitely recommend!

Stopped in to take a look at an apartment for my brother and I liked it myself! The property is and apartment is a great location and Im going to move when my current lease is up in January. The staff were super freindly and i really like all the events they do for the community.

I lived at Towne Square for a year and I wish I would have renewed my lease but instead I moved to Tempe to be closer to work. Huge mistake! Everything about this apartment and complex was great. The apartments are very home-y, no noisy neighbors, plenty of parking available etc. The office staff was always very friendly as well as the maintenance crew. I would highly recommend this complex!!!

All of the office staff was very kind and patient with us while going through the process of getting my kids approved to live in the apartments. They allowed us extra time due to our work and school schedules to fill out paperwork and get everything turned in. They communicated through email, phone and in person on multiple ocassions. Marie was timely with her communication letting the kids know what they needed to turn in and what they were missing in order to get qualified. She was respectful and very understanding. The kids are excited to live back in Chandler and weve all appreciated the help and support in getting them approved. Thank you!

Friendly and helpful staff that was very prompt in resolving a few issues I had when I first moved in. The prices are cheaper then most in the area. There is a park nearby and plenty of kids around which my son loves. Also within 5 mins to pretty much any place you can think of to shop/eat.

My husband and I just moved to AZ on June 3rd of this year and by that weekend we were moving into our apartment. Ruby was the person that we worked with. She was so nice and helpful. She did everything she could to make sure we could move in before my husbands first day of work here. The complex is so clean and the 1 small work order we put in was completed in an extremely timely manner. We are so happy here!

My boyfriend and I have stayed here before and we came back because of the very friendly staff, and because the units have a great lay out. The Maintnance is always on time and gets the job done. The office never misses a call from us, and if so they call us back right away. We feel really comfortable in choosing to come back and appreciate all they have done to make us feel at home.

I love this community! They have amazing get togethers for the residents every month to make everyone feel welcomed! Ive been here almost 2 years and Im hoping to sign a third year with them! The office staff and maintenance are really attentive and helpful.

If I could rate zero stars I would. I guess it’s pretty normal, but the first complaint I have is how much they raise your rent after the first year. It’s ridiculous. Then when you move out, be prepared, because they will bill you for every possible piece of damage whether they can prove you did it or not. They actually cut up carpet, flipped it over, took a picture of it, and sent it to me saying I was responsible for $800 worth of pet damage. I didn’t even have a pet! When I tried to dispute it they refused to help me (I have email proof from the local and district manager). And then 30 days later they put you in collections. I talked to an attorney who said they likely do this to all of their tenants to help compensate for making repairs they should be responsible for. There are other in much better apartments within the same area that are well worth it. Do not rent in this place!

I moved in two weeks ago and so far my experience has been really great. The front office was kind I had no issues moving in on my date and when I turned in my move in checklist and told the office about my bathroom exhaust fan maintenance promptly came and fixed it. The neighborhood is nice and quiet and there is a lot stores and restaurants nearby I am enjoying my stay so far and would recommend.

First lets talk about giving a star rating thats because there is no option to give zero stars. My girlfriend and I have lived here for 6 months or so and these apartments are terrible. They are old and overpriced but thats not the biggest complaint I have. The noise from kids screaming day and night running around is unbearable. We have contacted the office over 5 times and nothing is being done about it. We cant even watch a movie without having to pause it due to the noise. This is unacceptable and its sad apartments loose good tenants due to simple requests. I would sincerely advise caution before deciding to move into these apartments. Ratings are ratings for a reason!

Going on our third year now. We have always received excellent service in the office. Marie has always taken care of my family; she is awesome! Maintenance has always completed issues in a timely manner. I suggest anyone who is looking for an affordable home to stop by and take a look for yourself!

I’ve lived here twice. Both times it was okay, utility bills are high as there’s basically no weatherproofing/seals on doors and windows.Mainly leaving a review to warn prospective residents that the $50 per gym RFID key deposit is advertised as refundable but I never received any of my gym key deposits back and it’s been almost a year since I moved out and turned them in.The Scottish lady that was the manager will just give you the run around like she did with me and my gym key deposit amongst many other things...

The management is great. Really friendly and willing to help. The grounds are kept nice and clean. There is some neighbors who just let their dogs crap and not pick it up. Please tell the management so they can fine them, it is illegal. Im living in an older rental (the one that was built in 1988) the insulation is okay, but if you have curtains there is no issue. Sometimes people can be loud (music/banging/kids crying) but this is apartment living, and its not constant noise. The fitness center is open 24/7. The main pool is heated during the winter and all the spas are heated. There is a lot of parking available. It is right next to the freeway but I hear nothing. This place is great and I would like to renew.

Ive lived here for for years. I am most happy with the guys in the maintenance dept. they all seem like a great crew of guys. I am also impressed by the way the whole staff helps my elderly neighbor, checking on her, and assisting in getting her the things she needs. They go above and beyond.

I really love the location of the apartments, not only near Chandler Mall, but, the apartments are situated in a neighborhood. There’s no busy street that we actually will live off off, but a nice neighborhood. There’s an elementary school across the street & next door is a park. I like that it’s between Chandler & Ray, rather than directly off a main, busy street. I am moving in April & truly can’t wait.Marie has been such a great help. I know I can be a little neurotic or annoying with questions but she never ever makes me feel like I’m a burden or asking stupid questions. She has always answered my questions with a very happy tone. She has made this experience a much better experience than I was expecting apartment searching to be. I highly recommend to speak to Marie!

Towne Square is a great place to live. Lots of friendly people, great amenities, and close to lots of great shopping, parks and schools.

Beware of this place!!! They do their best not to fix the problems with the apartments and when the problems do arise...they just deny that they are responsible...black mold was growing in the shower to one of my friends apt bathroom. She had been getting more and more sick. So I came over and saw and smelt the mold in the bathroom. There is no fan to get the moisture out of the bathrooms, so mold just grows more and more. If you dont mind getting sick all the time and paying for doctor visits then by all means move right in. Giving this apartment complex a 1 star was WAY TO DESERVING

This is the absolute worst place to live. Youd be better of renting from the Warrens. Lived here for about 8 months and we are done with it. The conditions of the units are barley livable. Especially for the premium you pay. The grounds are always dirty. Water is shut off on a monthly basis. The office personnel are completely inept and rude. It took 4 visits from the maintenance to get a toilet fixed. 4 visits! Needless to say it was installed crooked and continues to leak. Then there are the neighbors, oh the neighbors. I have never lived next to such ghetto, inconsiderate people. The second day we lived here I had a woman banging on my door screaming for me to call the cops and let her in. The other neighbor has had his door kicked in twice. You dont need a tv or stereo here, your neighbor will most likely make sure you can here everything he is watching, playing, or listening to. At all hours, every day. The office doesnt care, Ive left multiple messages and talked to them in person, still nothing. Black mold and bed bugs at one point as well. So truly, do not move into this complex. Period.

Stay away from this place!!! I’m so angry 😤 I have lived here for 23 days and it’s been a nightmare. The staff is great the apartment is a joke. No heat just loud equipment that sounds like a dump truck all day and night. I can’t believe I have to sleep in a hat and gloves like I live on the streets. Appliance leaking water throughout the kitchen after sitting boxed up in the middle of my door, until I finally asked a week later what is going on with installation. The apartment looked nothing close to the unit they showed me. However for additional month rent they offered up grades well I agreed since I had no where else to take my family who came From California. Yet 23 days later I only have half of the upgrades they promised, which were installed incorrectly. Really 1430 a month this is cruelty. I need a lawyer!!!!!!!

First and foremost when I called to ask about renting the apt. the person i was talking to on the phone was very rude and seemed like she was annoyed with all the questions i was asking. I just recently moved in to my apt. and it was the worst mistake ever. I should have stayed at Club Cancun where i was previously at. The cabinets in my apt are full of water damage. The apt. was not fully ready when i got my keys. They stated that i needed to schedule a day that we could be out for 8 hours so they can repair the sealing around the tub. Which is a real big inconvenience for us because my sister-in-law is a stay at home mother. We have no close family here so there is no where to go. I did call the office and complained yes they are letting her stay in the Business apt. they have for the day while they fix it but that is not the point they should have had it all done before we moved in. Then my garbage disposal is not working along with the bed room doors not closing or locking properly. I would not recommend these apt. to anyone. I am hoping this experience gets better. And after reviewing all the other comments i will be taking pictures of everything because I do not want to be charged for issues that were not ours at the end of our lease.

Again..NO WATER!!! Water shut off again is very hard to live like this especially when you want to take a shower before you go to work when you have dishes when you have kids at the house and they all want to use the restroom... electric outages are also common here.... Maintenance is good,fast and friendly.. Office staff here is clueless on their job,except Marie she is very friendly and she knows her job 1000%. We have a great clubhouse but we CAN NOT USE IT FOR PERSONAL PURPOSES.

Everything went smoothly from start to move--in date. There were only a few minor issues when we moved in but maintenance promptly fixed them.

Great property easy access to freeway and shopping love it here, not to expensive the best part is the shopping.

Difficult to navigate. Delivery was delayed over 39 minutes. Non contiguous numbering multiple Building with same number. Numbers so small and totally inconspicuous. So sorry for delivery personnel.

Wish there was an option for zero stars! I just renewed my lease end of may to only find out in June that they were going non smoking community! I would of never signed another lease had I known this was going to happen the very next month! I feel i was misled to believe it wasnt anytime soon just to get me to sign another lease! They told me I could break my lease for 2 months rent which would roughly be 2000. Had I known this was going to happen I could of stayed month to month for 200 a month extra, do the math, I feel they were just looking to maximize the amount of money they could get.Not only that issue but the fact my ac was out for an entire weekend with very little help with the maintenance people. Said they would come and never came or called. I had to keep calling the on call guy, which they only have 1 on call guy for after hours for the entire community was what i was told!This would be the second summer I had issues with my ac. For the amount of money I pay for rent here, things should be working perfect and or taken care of in a timely manner.

Be smart and do your research. After viewing the complex I decided to apply. During the process I told them many times that I have a boxer (dog) and was informed that they are welcome. I applied, payed the holding fee, and ran my credit. I was accepted and all was great. Then a few days later I received a call and was told boxers are not allowed.... I was frustrated but understand people make mistakes. Norma, who helped me apply was great. She refunded the holding fee but was unable to do the application fee. I reached out to the manager Linda. Clearly this woman is a joke with limited management/customer service experience. She admitted they were at fault since they did not know my type of dog was not allowed. But said the application fee is non refundable. I explained how I filled out the application with the understanding from the staff that my type of dog was welcome. Why would I apply if they told me boxers were not allowed??? Linda then told me she would reprimand the employee for informing me correctly.... So then I had to kinda argue with Linda on how can you reprimand an employee of yours if you dont even know what the up to date policies are. Long story short Im not getting that money back. Linda refused to even entertain the idea that I applied under false pretenses and that should justice the reimbursement. (But she admitted they were wrong) My guess is she would have to get approval to refund the application fee and was just covering her own self. Norma, you were great and I hope you did not get in trouble. Linda, take some management courses or read some books, your a joke.

They take care of the maintenance I need done on my apartment very quickly and it is done very well.

Ive lived here for 3 years now and absolutely love it!Good things to know:-The rental price doesnt hike up as much as other places after the first year-Quiet neighborhood-Pet and kid friendly-Several layout choices for the bachelor up to the whole family-Easy access to the 101 and near the 202-Service/Maintenance requests are done very quickly-All the staff is amazing! (look for Marie, Norma, or Linda)I must admit, I havent had any of the same issues as some of the other reviews. The reason Im moving out is because its too quiet for me! All the tenants around me mind their own business and are quite friendly in the walkways when we pass. Also, if one pool is full, no problem, theres 3 more to choose from!

I am really liking this place. Cant think anything better in terms of good services i am getting in Towne Swaure Apartment Homes. Awesome admin staff and service staff very much proactive and efficient in their work. Good location and most of the places are just few minutes away. School. restaurants, Walmart, chandler Fashion mall and so many other required locations are just on walkin distance. Multiple pools and gym, which are always kept clean. So far so fun and enjoymenttttt...

These apartments are not secure and very fragile and in my friends and my air conditioner keeps producing water out of it. The kitchens are very small and I love to cook and I am a very good cook. My friends and I always here cracking in the floor like someone is walking but nobodies there.

Staff members are very friendly and give quick response. Community is very nice to stay.

Absolutely dont rent here! I have lived here for over 3 years and cannot wait to move when my lease expires. Recently l discovered a mold problem in my carpet which the office says is mud! Hello! I know the difference between mold and mold! So I guess if I die of black lung disease my apartment will be available to rent! Plus, the office no longer accepts packages on your behalf! If you have a package that is going to be by USPS, you have to go to the post office! Absolute BS!

Towne Square is at great location in Chandler and reasonably priced. The people that work there are great, they have a lot of resident events and it seems like they really care about the property. I am staying here for more than 5 years and has no issues so far. Must recommend to stay at reasonable price in Chandler.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This place is HORRIBLE. The only redeeming quality is Marie in the office. Shes great but the rest of the staff should find another career choice. Our apartment has been flooded 3 TIMES. YES, THREE TIMES. All of that was thanks to our neighbor. We wanted to move apartments after the first time but they informed us we would have to pay more to move! WHAT?! NO thank you. They should have done something about it. Im pretty sure we have mold in our walls now and it destroyed the back of our leather couch because the wet walls ripped off part of the leather. AND the final straw for me was they claim our auto pay is turned off when we give our 60 day notice. When I signed my notice, I was told to bring in our last months rent (May) and that was it! When I get on to pay said rent, our account is STILL SET UP FOR AUTO PAY! It had me verify that I wanted to make a payment even though our account has auto pay set up. Linda was rude to both my husband and myself and would not work with us on anything. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASSSEEEE do not move here. Im surprised we almost lasted a year and put up with all the crap from them!

I only gave this place a one star because I have to give it something. I never moved in here I called to ask about restrictions in the pet policy and the women Marci answered the phone and was very rude. The woman said that my dog was on their list for restrictions because she is a wolf hybrid. My dog is a husky she is not a mix mixed with wolf. But what made me mad is that she said that she was on their restriction list and just hung up. Didnt bother to ask if I had anymore questions nothing. Ive worked with people my hole life and if you want people to rent at your complex you should train your employees better. I wouldnt want some else to be treated that way.
