Great place to live if you can afford the price. Only issues Ive had was with AC going out which took a while to fix but maintenance was quick to respond usually. Also parking is limited if you dont use the garage, but those are the only things Ive had to worry about.

Flew to Arizona to check out homes as I will be relocating there next year. I read horrible reviews but decided to check it out anyway to form my own opinion. I entered the building to a young man who was pleasant but seemed unsure and asked him about seeing a 4 bedroom unit. A woman in an office off to the left, bluntly yelled we dont have any 4 bedrooms available and wont until next year, we cant help you. Ok well had she spoken with me she would have found out I am not moving until next year and oddly enough I just saw a 4 bedroom listed on zillow today. No customer care qualities at all, missed revenue, horrible example to her staff and as a Resident Manager myself, I was blown away (not in a good way!). I guess the reviews were dead on in this case!

Id really like to give them the benefit of the doubt just because I really like my living space, but I cant keep giving them a pass. The parking is a nightmare. People park wherever they please, blocking fire lanes, blocking peoples garages. Its a mess if you have more then two cars. The east side of the complex is the worst. Im sure the management is trying, but Ive been here since day 1 when almost no one lived here and its gotten progressively worse.

Rent price changes every month, the office staff has no idea what theyre doing, there is absolutely NO PARKING available, your car is constantly getting towed. Dont live here, trust me this place is a nightmare to deal with

Went to tour the complex but they didnt have a model to show me. He told me to do the virtual tour online.

Really nice townhouses. Pool is warm. Management is alright not the best. It is brand new. Things are getting figured out. Parking otherwise in garages is terrible.

People park wherever they want. Owners let there dogs bark all night and dont pick up there dogs poop. Dumpster is a mess with trash everywhere. Looks nice at first but have some low class activity going on. Management is terrible.

This place sucks, the homes are nice but management is God awful.

Management isnt the best. And parking is an absolute nightmare. People just parking anywhere, even on the fire lanes which make it impossible sometimes to get in and out. With how much rent is, save yourself a couple hundred dollars and rent a house.

Love it
