I lived at Camden Pecos Ranch for a year and would have renewed the lease if not for an opportunity that was too good to pass on. Beginning with the initial inquiry about Camden Pecos Ranch to signing the lease, their welcome to Camden move-in process all the way through to the last day of the lease, Tom and Veronica were fabulous to work with! Both are consistently responsive to any questions, concerns or requests. Both are outstanding, great communicators...personable yet professional. When the A/C went out in my unit within a month after moving in, Veronica went above and beyond to accommodate me with options while the A/C was being repaired - which was not an immediate fix due to having to replace the entire A/C unit. The maintenance crew, specifically Austin, are always on top of maintenance requests, handling them with priority and efficiently. I truly cannot think of one negative experience working with the Camden Pecos Ranch team, including the move-out process. I enjoyed the layout of the apartment I lived in. Spacious, lots of storage in the unit, good size patio and convenient to the Bark Park across the street. Community itself maintains a peaceful setting, generally quiet without a lot of excessive noise and the Camden team maintains a clean community. Overall, living at the Camden Pecos Ranch community was a good experience and should I ever find myself moving to an apartment community again, I would come back to Camden Pecos Ranch or at the least, consider another Camden community. Huge thank you to Tom and Veronica (and Jordana even though she moved over to another Camden property) for all you did for us during our time at your community!

Currently I am an employee of Camden, but I have been living at Pecos Ranch since before working with Camden. The team and the way they uphold themselves and their community are what made me want to join this company. The community is always clean, service requests are always handled in a timely manner, and the team is beyond the friendly. They genuinely care about their community and the people that live here. Even though I work for camden and have the ability to transfer, I definitely plan on staying as long as possible. I LOVE it here!

I live in this apartment complex, had I known what it was before I signed the lease I would have moved to another apartment complex. They are very inconsistent with the lease, it varies from month to month and they nickel and dime you for everything, they estimate on how much water you use. Inside the apartments they have outdated appliances, the ceiling fans are outdated, they can buy a nice one for only $65.00 dollars at Lowe’s or Home Depot. The stove is the old fashion one with the coils and the washer and dryer are not energy or water saving efficient. I live up stairs and it gets very hot. I was told by maintenance to leave my a/c at 83 degrees when I’m not home, If I did that it would constantly run. The windows are not dual pane, another waste of energy. In the summertime you cannot touch the windows because it’s so hot, you’ll burn your fingers. And my A/C unit, where the filters goes in, it goes into the attic part of the roof, it does not go into a vent so I get dirty air circulating back into my apartment. I couldn’t figure out why everything was so dusty all the time, when I am constantly vacuuming and dusting. Now I know.

I have some complaints that Im waiting to be addressed, but otherwise it really is a nice place to live. The people in the main office are really friendly and responsive

I love Camden Pecos Ranch! I have lived here for a little over a year and can say they are the absolutely best! I am sadly moving soon to be closer to work but as I begin to pack slowly. I wanted to write a review and just thank everyone. Everyone in the office is super nice and friendly. The Maintenance team are beyond excellent. I am sad to be moving from here but have enjoyed my time immensely at Pecos Ranch!

The Camden Pecos Ranch Staff is the best! I lived at Camden Pecos Ranch for 13 months and the apartment was very nice! What really made the complex special was the was the staff there. From the management team to the maintenance crew they were professional and really went out of their way to be helpful to me and the other residents. Their response time for solving any issues I had was excellent. Sometimes it was immediately! They all seemed genuinely eager and happy to help address any concerns or questions I had. I lived there through the first 10 months or so of the Covid 19 outbreak. This was not an easy time for anyone yet Veronicas team made an extra effort in various ways to make it easier on the residents.......they collected food to help people! Tom made up goodie bags with chocolate and candy for the Easter holiday season to share amongst the community. They encouraged residents who expressed themselves artistically by turning river rocks into colorful objects of joy and hope in a trying time. Most of all they always greeted people with a smile and a kind word. Veronica, Tom, Austin, Jordanna , Amy Joe and the others all seem to like their jobs most days and it shows in how they treat the people who live there. No one is perfect but I think what makes Camden Pecos Ranch special is the people who work and live there.

My experience here has been hot n cold but i can honestly say this is the coolest apartment ive seen for the price. my 2br 2ba has basically 2 master bedrooms and one with a patio door. the management and office is always super understanding. Jordanna and The maintenance team have been wonderful throughout my experience here and i would totally suggest living here. must i add *excitement* were getting remodeled!!!! if your lookin for an affordable, cozy, nice apartment though, camden pecos ranch is the place to be :)

I have been living at Pecos for about 2 years now, and just renewed my lease again. I absolutely love it here! The grounds are always kept looking beautiful, Maintenance requests are filled so quickly, and the staff overall is amazing! I recently asked for some air filters to be dropped off at my home and not only did they bring them by within the hour, but they also brought me toys and treats for my cat! Veronica, Tom, and Jordanna are all so responsive and active throughout the community and I know I can count on them if I ever need anything. Thank you all for being so awesome!

I have only dealt with Veronica and Tom on multiple occasions, but I think it is very important to note that both of the property managers are exceptionally invested in the welfare of their community and environment. They go above and beyond for the people of their property as you can tell that this position is more than a job for both of them. So many kudos to both of them for making our first apartment experience one that we will cherish and always fall back on if needed.

Veronica and her team at Camden Pecos Ranch have been so good at taking care of their residents especially during this pandemic. I have been able to live comfortable knowing that Camden cares & wants to help in every way they can. During this rough time, the little things go a long way. Veronica has gone out of her way to make sure all my concerns are heard and resolved. Update: 10/29/19 Ricky thank you so much for coming to my rescue today! I called the front desk because my key was stuck in my lock as I was leaving to take my dog to a vet specialist. He came in a matter of minutes and fixed it so fast for me. You are so amazing! Thank you so much!!!!My boyfriend and I moved in a few weeks ago. So far so good! The grounds are kept beautifully. It’s very quiet and peaceful here. We’ve been so busy with the move in process that we haven’t had a chance to experience the amenities, but we look forward to doing so when things settle down. The pools look amazing. I only put one service order in and they took care of my concern immediately. Very much appreciated. Thank you! My boyfriend picked this complex. He couldn’t have done better. I feel very safe and at home here.

My experience living here wasn’t very positive. Upon move out I was charged a large amount of fees and when I didn’t agree to pay these fraudulent fees, they sent me to collections. I contested these fraudulent charges and they were removed from my account. Stay informed, know your rights and keep all pertinent documentation.

If you like your rent going up $75-100 every year. This is the place for you. If you like paying pet fees and deposits after you were told the initial $950 deposit would cover those fees. If you like friendly red ants coming into your apartment to join you for dinner and a movie, you have found the right place :).

The staff is very friendly and always willing to help. The property is very well kept. The lawn is always manicured very nicely and I never see trash laying on the ground or flying around the property like I have at other properties. The staff really try their best to make Camden Pecos Ranch a great place to live.

Extremely professional and friendly staff. The maintenance team is solid and I couldn’t ask for better people. Ricky came out and fixed my washer within an hour of reporting it. Jacob drove all the way out here at midnight to let me in my apartment when I lost my keys. And Austin promptly came over when I was having problems with my security system. Not only is the maintenance crew top notch but the front office workers deserve just as much praise, thank you all.

Moved into the complex in October 2018. This is the 3rd Camden Property that Ive rented from (due to job transfers) and theyve always made it very easy to complete the transfer. I stay with Camden since they provide excellent value-for-the-money, great amenities (pools, recreation center, on-call maintenance staff that fixes issues right the 1st time, secure/gated community, etc.), and regular social events. They also provide a web portal where residents and staff can post key information. If you work or want to live in this part of the Phoenix Metroplex, look no further.

Good community with friendly front office staff. Grounds are maintained frequently and fast maintenance if needed.

Its been a long time since Ive enjoyed living at a complex! Ive had my share of moving after my lease is up. Suffice it to day, apartment living is a lot like car insurance - my loyalty lies in the cheapest bidder. Camden has changed all that (like Allstate has in the example). Ive gone from budget loyal to brand loyal. Camden has much of the luxury updates that have been boasted by other complexes in the last few years, but what sets them apart is their green campaign, management style, and (most importantly) their resident engagement. Every month or so, theres a resident event in the Welcome Center. Couple that with their quarterly visits for maintenance items like filters and water heaters, Camden is a place that I really enjoy living. The granite counter tops, smart washer and dryer units, and fetch fixtures, this place is the best. I love the staff, they always wave high reminding me of those old southern backroads as a kid. Oh, an the trash valet service! I never liked taking the trash out as a kid and now I dont have to!

I absolutely love living at Camden Pecos Ranch. This is the first year of apartment living for me. The staff go above and beyond to make sure that the residents are happy and comfortable. It is very quiet, clean, safe, luxurious and they have great amenities. I would not hesitate to recommend this apartment complex to someone who hunting for all the above mentioned expectations.

Way over priced one bedroom apartments! Can hear neighbors through walls all the time, lawn grounds are not kept up with and dog poop all over the place... valet trash is a joke, half the time they dont pick it up so you have to take it out yourself which is no problem but you still have to pay for a fee that doesnt happen.. on move out day they charge $75 dollars a trash bag minimum 3 bags apparently.. I had absolutely everything moved out on moving day and this is what I was charged

I moved between 3 different units while I lived in Phoenix at this location and loved each unit for different reasons. Towards the end, I was looking for a job outside the area and the front office was very accommodating with regard handling the relocation I was going through as the date seemed to keep moving.The rent is a bit pricey, but that had more to do with the location and extra amenities than anything else. I hope all my future apartments are within the Camden family as they have great facilities and great staff.

I have already given this place 5 stars, but I have to share how wonderful Glenn is. So kind, honest, and professional. It is really hard to find that now these days. He is a huge asset to Camden. Thank you so much Glenn for your awesome service!!

My family and I have been living her since September 2016. The office and maintenance staff are great and friendly.

I have been a resident at Camden Pecos Ranch for about 2 1/2 months now. I relocated from Ohio to Arizona for work. I was unable to visit this establishment in person before signing a lease and moving in (which can be very sketchy). But the pictures and amenities are true to the site. The apartments and community are gorgeous!! Most if not all apartments have new appliance, carpeting and cabinets. When I first moved I was in a one bedroom that was perfect for just me. I had a few minor glitches if you will however maintenance was on it right away. My boyfriend is now moving out here so I upgraded to a two bedroom two bath (one of the larger 2 bedroom units). They did not charge me any additional fees for breaking my current contract to keep there promise of customer satisfaction. Bringing me to the staff. Everyone from front desk, maintenance and management are a delight to deal with. They have made me feel at home since day one.I dont have any real complaints other then my air conditioning breaking down a few times and minor glitches as I have mentioned before. However the staff and maintenance were right on the situation and my problems were fixed immediately. I believe the cost is reasonable for complex and I would recommend this place to anyone looking for apartment living in the Chandler area. Which is a great location. The residents pretty much keep to themselves and range from all ages.

Nice place to rent. Quiet, not much traffic and staff is friendly and responsive. Rent prices are relatively low in comparison to nearby facilities, but you are required to use valet waste which comes at night Sunday through Thursday evenings (No Fri/Sat) at about $15 a month and the technology package (Phone, internet and cable) at $95 a month. Both are good value! The grounds are well maintained. My only constructive feedback since I moved in about a year ago is I think there are too many speed bumps in the complex... so pretty awesome overall!!!

Absolutely love it here. The remodeled apartments are absolutely amazing And the staff is outstanding and always polite. We are happy to call this our home. Highly recommend here to anyone.

I am so happy at Camden Pecos Ranch Apartments. Ive been here a year after leaving a terrible complex in Ahwatukee. I love this area. I feel extremely safe. Its quiet, pleasant, and everyone is helpful. The trash valet is nice, no more hauling my trash to a dumpster all the time. The apartments are nicely renovated to make it feel very much like a home and super well laid out.

The complex staff and interior aesthetics are the only reason that the complex is deserving of more than one star. The staff is generally friendly and helpful, and the apartments look nice.Twice during the two years I lived there, there were roof leaks - one of which took a couple days to fix as it happened at several units. Both of my vehicles now have scratches on the top and hood due to the feral cats in the complex (about which there was apparently nothing they would do). Of lesser consequence, but annoying was that when the Smith Machine broke in the gym, it was out of commission for months... Not sure what the hold up was - it takes up 20% of the gym.The worst part, and the reason that this rating is so low is due to the way I was treated after leaving. I asked during the time I was signing my exit papers if there was anything more I should owe - after having over-paid my final bill to cover the additional pro-rated amount I would owe, and had utilities on auto-pay. I was told no. About 6 months later, I received a notice that they were going to send me to collections if I did not pay $350 +/-. I called to find out why, and first spoke with a person at the call-center who was unhelpful, condescending, and by the end of our conversation, seemed a little indignant. I called for a manager, and was told (politely) by the manager I spoke with that I would need to speak with a different manager. I left that manager a message, which was returned once when I was in a meeting, but when I called back (several times) none of my subsequent calls were returned.Not long after, I got a letter from a collections agency. I called them to see if they could explain. They did their jobs as they were supposed to, and were not rude in any way, but was told that if I wanted to resolve this, I had to either pay it, or get Camden to drop the charge. I called Camden again (no answer, no response, at this point, not surprised). Finally, a couple months later, I got a settlement offer from the collections agency that I ultimately paid, since paying the amount offered was cheaper than fighting it or a mark against my credit would be.The moral of the story is that while theyre there, the people that work there will do their best; if you live on the south end of the complex, cover your car every night; if you dont plan on being there forever, consider other options; if you are leaving, get a statement in writing with how much you could potentially be charged after moving out.

Was considering moving here but the leasing office does not collect packages for residents. Ive never heard of that at any apartment complex Ive lived at or toured. Makes you wonder what else they cant be bothered to do.

I only lived here for 6 months because I moved for work, but I would have stayed for years had that not been the case. The staff are always pleasant and helpful and happy to see you. The apartments are clean and updated, and the outside areas are always maintained. Ive never had any problem with neighbors, and Ive always felt safe here. I had to break my lease to move, and the staff were very friendly about it and showed me each and every charge and walked me through the whole process. It was expensive, but nowhere near the price that other apartments charge for that! I would 100% recommend living here to anyone.

Ive lived here since Jan of 2017 and happily just renewed my lease for another 18 months. Ive lived in Az for 15(7yrs in Chandler) yrs and all in apartment complexes. We knew when we toured the property that we were going to enjoy living here, but our experience has exceeded our expectations .This company and complex has been the best apartment living experience thus far and it isnt even close. Its feels more like a community vs an apt complex between the friendly and attentive staff, to the knowledgeable and efficient maintenance crew to the well kept grounds to the 24hr customer care center with live people to take your call . it has been a top shelf experience and I would highly recommend this company and specific location (Pecos Rd) because of the deliberate effort to make residents feel valued. The welcoming staff along with the entire maintenance crew go out of their way to throw events and functions to show that they their residents. Im telling you from first hand experience if you plan on living in Chandler, it is worth spending a few moments of your time to learn for yourself how this can be your home.

I’ve lived here for about a year and the apartment is nice inside but the grounds are pretty trashy. No one picks up their dog poops, rude. There is a nice little covered patio with a picnic bench by my apartment but it always gets trashed by the kids that live in the neighboring apartments. The kids always play by my apartment because that is the only place with grass so there’s always random trash strewn about: empty drinks, little socks, chalk master pieces. The gym is great. When you can use the pool in peace, it’s nice. But other than that, my only complaint is the kids that run amuck.It is what it is.

Love living here so far- I have only been here for a couple months. Love the staff and the ammenities are very nice. Pools are awesome and its nice they are open for 24/hrs. The apartments are fully renovated so the granite countertops looks great!

They charge you for everything, besides the fact that you pay wayyy to much for what you get. They will even try to screw you and charge you for whatever a random delivery guy damaged. The apartments are so close to the freeway that youll get to hear it every single day at all times, if you like that, it is the place for you, otherwise look somewhere else. Good luck calling them, cuz they never answer. The only plus is the quick turn around time to get things fixed.

Negative stars. By far the worse customer service skill ever, all they want is your money and will charge you for anything they can. I wasted a week fighting for my money back and all I got was excuse after excuse and that it is my fault I was charged in the first place. Dont ever move here, you will get screwed over!

Camden Maintenance called in Professional AC came out to address not cooling- feedback was layout of complex was poorly designed- AC set to 74 bedroom is 82 - Camden Regional Manager refusal to move to different apartment without having to pay whole transfer fee unless same apartment (the one with the bad airflow design)- would not recommend this place to anyone due to Camdens unwillingness to address serious issues that come up
