We ended up living here a second time after covid changed our plans, not even looking at other places because we knew we would want to live there again. The office staff and maintenance stuff are the main reasons, they’ll go out of their way to be helpful and kind! The buildings are a bit older, but the units are being updated and landscaping is kept up on very well. Only reason we moved out was because we needed a yard :)

Ive lived here since January 2021, and have been impressed since day 1 of the property, the management, staff and maintenance crew. At every opportunity they have shined! For example, I had briefly mentioned how well lit this property was but that there was a dark area that seemed oddly out of place. The property manager and staff understood, and said they were never there at night and no one else had ever mentioned it before. Fast forward to today--New lights! Bravo! The team at Chandler Meadows know how to take care of their property and their tenants! Thanks!!

Our time at chandler meadows was great! Staff and maintenance are amazing and respond to requests in a timely manner. One downside is amount of cats around complex.

Moving in was fairly easy and stress free with a great office staff to answer any and all questions.Maintenance came sooner than expected which is absolutely appreciate it in this apartment.

Super weird experience.Made an appointment to stop by to take a tour of the facility. When I arrived, they told me that I needed to submit an application before I viewed the apartment. I asked if they were going to run my credit with the application and they said yes. Why would I let them run my credit if I haven’t even seen the place? In all honestly, I think I was racially profiled by this facility. They didn’t say I needed to submit the application when I was making my appointment to tour the facility. Super weird, very uncomfortable. I drove down here for nothing.

Lived here for a little over 3 years and loved it! The only downside was some noisy upstairs neighbors but thats a risk in any apartment complex. Management and maintenance are really nice and if you have any questions or problems they work quickly to get it taken care of! I will definitely be moving back once I am finished with school.

I just moved in last week and so far my experience has been great!! The leasing office staff and maintenance crew are very kind and friendly to talk to, and the grounds are comfortable and look great. The apartment was clean and in excellent condition when I moved in, so no worries for me there at all.

Ive lived here for almost a year and I dont have any major complaints. My unit is nicely updated and clean. I had one scorpion last summer, but the office has a regular pest control company come out to spray the buildings, and will go into the units upon request.My main issue is that I wish there were stronger policies against smoking in shared spaces. My neighbors frequently light up on the stairs instead of on their patio, which makes coming and going a sometimes annoying experience, and keeps me from being able to open my bedroom windows.Maintenance and landscaping do a nice job of keeping the complex up. I do have a couple of issues that havent been properly fixed (screen slider and a drawer in the kitchen being off track), but generally repairs are addressed quickly.The office is communicative with residents over text and email to keep everyone in the loop on announcements.There are some feral cats that live on the property, but not as many as there used to be. The ones that stick around are because some people feed them, which the leasing office heavily discourages. Also, some horrible people poison them, which the leasing office also heavily discourages. Either way, I would not recommend moving here if you have a cat that likes to go outside!

Any problems or issues that we’ve have were fixed the next day. The wife and I love this place. Lexy from the front office was professional and friendly as they come. This is a great place to live.

Chandler Meadows is a complex with super nice management and a grest maintenance team! We lived in this complex for a year, and only moved out to give our dog a yard, otherwise we planned on staying longer. For the area, it’s one of the more reasonable priced apartments especially given the size of the apartment, though a little aged. They did also recently start offering newer remodels though. The ladies in the front office are very kind and helpful, and love animals. Our dog’s favorite thing was to walk by the office for a treat and some love. Also, the maintenance staff were quick for any problem we had and super friendly. Even took time away from their work to help me carry something up the stairs once! It’s also well kept and generally quiet. I’d recommend this complex, and if I ever looked into living in an apartment again, would consider this one.

In the year I lived at Chandler Meadows I had no issues which werent resolved the same day. They were professional and friendly.

Love this apartment complex! They always go above and beyond for the residents, the leasing office staff is amazing, maintenance is always on top of everything, there’s security patrol and they keep it very safe, the whole staff is extremely dog loving, I could go on!! We are nearing the end of our year lease, but without a doubt are renewing :)

Initially, I loved this place. It was a great deal in a great location. After a few management changes to a larger management company, I started to have a mixed experience, but overall, my stay was alright.

The staff is super helpful and friendly. Overall nice place to live with well maintained grounds. Hot tub is a very hot tub and nice pool with workout room and other amenities.

The maintenance guy was prompt, did a great job! The whole maintenance crew are very nice!! I have seen him take care of our apartment before and I think hes been doing a great job! Keep up the good work!!! -30-

We just moved in as short term tenants, so far the area seems very quiet and clean which is important to us since we have kids. Our apartment is a newly remodeled unit and is nicer than we anticipated moving in site unseen. New washer and dryer. Our unit is furnished with all beautiful matching sets through out.

Travelling for work, there furnished apartment was a big plus, the quality of furnishings is as expected. Staff is always nice and supportive. Maintenance crew is exception, on time and modivated to reach your expectations. Apartment is clean and updated, I would definitely stay here again. Also the pool and gym are well maintained.

Bad internet. They said they have free WiFi at home. It is fake news. You only have four devices can connect the low speed internet. And more importantly!!! You CANNOT change the devices !! You need almost one week argued with them. Waste your time and life. Very very very very bad experience.PS: This place is not safe. I just put my shoes at my door last Saturday. And then my shoes was stolen. I can’t find them anywhere. I am so angry.

Ive only been a resident here for a month so I will update it again when ive been here longer. So far its the best experience ive had at an apartment complex! The beginning process was so easy despite the COVID craziness and all the staff have been so helpful, sweet, and patient with me. The apartment is clean, newer, and no smells of anything prior. I havent seen any pests inside the apartment and all the other tenants are quiet and polite. I wish there was recycling but I have not seen recycling at other complexes either so I dont think its very common in Arizona. As far as maintenance I havent needed it yet so I cant say anything about that. I feel really safe here and look forward to everything being fully open (such as gym and pool) with the regular hours after the COVID problems slow down. I recommended this complex to a friend and they are actually moving in soon!Thank you guys/girls for an awesome experience so far!

Move in was quick and easy. Place was very clean upon move in. Both ladies at the front desk were extremely kind and helpful. Pool area is very clean as well as the pool itself. My wife and I look forward to staying here!

This apartment complex is a gem! I have lived here for 4 months in a furnished apartment and I love how quiet the complex is. Apartment is very clean and cozy. I had an issue with my microwave and it was fixed in 3 hours. Daniel the maintenance man is super friendly and knowledgeable. The front desk staff is always friendly too. I would highly recommend Chandler Meadows if you are looking for a quiet, clean place that is centrally located.

The apartment was clean. I pay close attention to detail so I may be a bit critical in my judgement here. The electrical devices, doors and locking mechanisms are sub par. For example the sliding back door has an outdated lock which doesn’t seem to be safe. There has been a lock bar installed to help this door actually lock properly. The apartment I have is close to the garbage dumpster which in the week I’ve been here has been smelly and overfilled allowing debris to be spread in the surrounding area. I also am not pleased walking up to the apartment viewing cigarette butts littered throughout the rock landscape.Another eyesore and most possibly a safety concern is the overhead parking awnings that in two areas I’ve noticed have been crashed into and left hanging.Being in the construction trade and proud to be,I am quite aware of procurement and scheduling of work. In my opinion these awnings should have been dealt with within days of its happening. I hope this helps make a better community here.

I love the staff! They are friendly, beautiful inside and out, helpful, understanding and professional. I just renewed my lease for another year, they are awesome!

They charge you for every small repair & they care more about renting apartments for a higher rate than they do about your comfort living there.

Have lived here since October. At first, I loved the complex, the grounds, the amenities and the apartment itself.As time has gone on, and when I upgraded into a 2 bed, “premium deluxe” apt. Everything has went down hill.For starters. I previously made a review back when I first moved here. Gave the place 5 stars...Now, I barely want to give this place 2 stars.. only reason being is the maintenance crew and office ladies do pretty well.So. Roaches. Everywhere. Especially at the buildings closest to Price Rd.I wake up at 4am for work and take my dog out on walks. There hasn’t been one morning since living here where I haven’t seen 3 roaches running about the pavement.Not only that, but the very short time I’ve actually lived in this “upgraded” unit ive seen a TON in my apartment itself.Bug guy has come to spray, didn’t work.2nd, when I moved into my new unit. Everything seemed perfect at first glance.But sure enough I figured out that it wasn’t as great as it had seemed.No Ethernet jacks were ready to use for Internet.The brand new dishwasher leaked from day 1.The dryer/washer hookup didn’t work.The shower doors leak constantly when the water is running because the seal isn’t very good around the door.Oh, did I mention roaches..?Now that COVID has slowed and the state has opened back up completely, I strongly believe this is the last Apartment complex In the state that still hasn’t opened up their gym, or opened up the playground for kids to play at. And yet we’re still paying for the amenities. Ridiculous.I’m paying an absurd amount of money for a 2 bed “upgraded” unit when it’s an actual downgrade from the 1 bed I was living in previously at the complex..Could be living somewhere so much nicer for what I’m paying but here I am. Smh. 🤦‍♂️

Nice community. Safe place, and simple apartments. Leasing staff is friendly and maintenance handles issues promptly. Also, this place has a really nice gym.

Nice quiet place to live. Staff is great and friendly. Rent is comparable to other locations. Just two major suggestions for improvement. 1) The 35-year-old doors, windows and seals are horrendously energy inefficient and also allow too much dust inside; and, 2) There is no electricity or water on the patio, thus rendering it effectively unusable. Perhaps instead of an exterior paint job, management should have the improved the actual apartments.

The maintenance man arrived quickly,was very concerned and friendly. He appeared to be very efficient about the repair he was doing.

I rented a 2 bed 2 bath and it was very spacious. Everything was brand new when i moved in, carpets, cabinets, flooring, etc. Only thing i would complain about is the rent was a bit high for my liking. The staff was always friendly when i dealt with them, and they got to fixing anything that was wrong the exact same day that i put in a request. Would live here again if they dropped my rent by $300.

This place was horrible to deal with. We had 2 scorpions in our apartment and the bigger lady in the office had an attitude anytime we tried to talk to her. She made it hell! so glad we ended up finding an amazing apartment!

Went to view the models, wanted to see both a 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom, was told I could only see 1 unless I filled out an application. I asked why, said its policy. If this is how they treat potential renters, how do they treat their renters.

DO NOT MOVE HERE! If you are in Apt 1292 or planning on moving into it, there is a leak in the foundation of the building. If it’s in the bedroom to the left of the window. If it rains your room will be covered in water. Although it does not rain much here in AZ when it rains it really gets bad sometimes. I asked them to fix it and the told me they would cut down the tree, fix the clogged gutter,and move the rocks but they never acknowledged fixing the actual leak. The second time was really bad. My room was completely soaked and even the bottom of my bed and dressers have damage from all the water they sat in. AND IT STUNK! I asked them again to fix it and the reminded me of all the steps they took the first time but refused to fix the actual building. Then in Nov they put a letter on my door saying they will not renew my lease! I have NEVER paid late, my apartment was in wonderful condition, and I never have them any trouble other then sending photos of the damage and asking that they fix it. But instead they kicked out a good tenant and refused to give me and explanation. The women in the office (Grace and Kaitlyn) kept repeating that in AZ they have to right to refuse to let me live there and they don’t have to give me and explanation then they gave me a number to a woman who already knew I was calling and only repeated the same information. I really loved that area and my apartment. I was never late on rent and never caused any trouble so that fact that I was not allowed to stay bc I asked them to fix a leak in the building really hurt me an I don’t believe it was fair. If you want to see any photos for the damage or their responses about the leak please let me know.

They cancel your payments and then charge you late fees. Be careful very shady when trying to pay rent. They like to steal money from you.

I lived here for 14 months and I never had any issues!!I moved in when it was owned by greystar then MEB took over and was a great experience with them. I would love to move back here again!!!I always paid rent on time and any issues I had they were promptly taken care of!

I have lived here for 9 months since moving from Miami Florida to Chandler Arizona. I needed a furnished apartment and I tried other places but none were as welcoming as Chandler Meadows. From my first call to Chandler Meadows I was so impressed with how Grace, Fabiola and Kaitlyn went above and beyond to make sure that I got everything I wanted. They were extremely attentive, professional, patient and caring. The maintenance guy Daniel is always so helpful and knowledgeable and he gets the job done efficiently and quickly. I absolutely love living here because I feel safe here and I know that any problem I have would be resolved immediately and I can completely trust Grace, Fabiola, Kaitlyn and Daniel. Great Staff who REALLY CARES!!!

This was my first apartment and it was great. Spacious staff was always friendly. There was always parking to accommodate my company. Work orders were handled next day if not same day. The free Wi-Fi was great until I needed faster speeds. Generally quite, hardly heard my neighbors I dont know if they could hear me though. They are about 5 stray cats and you can hear them some nights. As for the cost, it is a bit high I would most definitely would have stayed if it was 100-150 dollars less; but thats just how the market is. All in all it was a great 14 months here. They offer movie rentals in the office, never used gym or pool though.

I forgot 1 luggage in my apartment after turning in the keys, I went back the next day and all thats left is my empty luggage. I do not recommend this place. No courtesy to its tenants.

The only place in the area to rent if you are looking for short term/furnished. Its safe, clean and well maintained. I personally dont care for renting in complexes which is why I moved. I suggest renting a second floor apartment if available. When moving out I spoke to management regarding some problems I had with the complex. Most of the issues (parking, stray cats, inspection process) were already in the process of being resolved. If you ever have an issue, take the time to go to management, they do care and will work resolve anything that can be addressed.

Still live here but very sorry I signed a new 6 month lease. Rent can be paid online, which I utilized a few times and it was actually a few dollars less than what the office was charging me. I was given a notice saying I was short on my rent, the times I paid online. Paying online is the management companies website. Shouldnt they know what my rent is monthly? Kind of makes you think the apartment management is taking a little commission each month.

I love this place staff is great, neighborhood kept up well, they allow animals, they have a wonderful gym, pool, and hot tub! Apartments are very nice and up to date.

Chandler Meadows has been a great experience for my wife and I. We found this place online and was planning on moving here from out of state but could not decide which apartment to choose. We called multiple times and switched up our plans so much it would be understandable for any reasonable person to think we were wasting their time. But the staff here was amazing! They never gave the impression we were bothering them. They were just as helpful on call number fifteen as they were on call number one. With the exception of them removing my basketball court (inside joke) this apartment offers everything we need to feel safe and comfortable. We have easy access to the 101 and the 60 which makes it possible to be in Chandler, Tempe, or Mesa in less then 5 minutes. They are also painting the buildings and putting in a new play/ bbq grill area. This place is like a hidden gem.The best part of this total package is the staff; they are the glue (in my eyes) that holds this all together. Grace is my buddy. Her and I go back and forth joking around and dream building about the grand revel of the upcoming basketball court, Lol; Fabiola has been a great help to me in my countless time of need; and Katlyin is always helping my oops I (need / forgot).......... wife out with stuff. :). They remain the same, from the time you move in and while you stay. I hope that helps!

SCORPIONS!!! My baby was stung and had a terrible reaction; eyes rolled back, shaking, couldnt talk....like a seizure!! We raced her to the hospital, running into the ER screaming for help, the nurse grabbed her ran down the hall into a room! Her reaction was pretty bad they had to give her anti-venom!The place is infested with them. Dont believe me, go buy a black light flashlight and walk the complex at night. They hide by the bushes, in the cracks of the walls, and in the gravels!! We moved to the other side of the complex and scorpions were still coming in!

I feel that ratings for apartments are misleading in some ways. It seems that people only rate if they have had an awesome experience, or a really terrible experience. Chandler Meadows was the first apartment complex my wife and I lived in, so not much prior experience with other apartments. We lived there for almost a year and a half and had a great experience with very little complaints. Maintenance was excellent with being quick to respond to repairs or any issues. The big selling point for us was that the wifi and water utility were included in rent. A big money saver. Having our own washer/dryer unit was a plus too. Some of the amenities we enjoyed were the fitness center, pool, dog park, tennis court, and free DVD rentals. It was nice to have the option of a longer lease, or the month-to-month option as well. The location was perfect for us to be close to work and ASU with easy access to the freeway. We became well acquainted with many of the employees there. April, the front office manager is super cool and is always really friendly and helpful. We’ll definitely miss seeing our friends who work with maintenance Ramone, Javier, and Gilbert. Thanks for a great experience, we’ll miss you guys!

The evidence of the roof leak has been observed. That is all that has occurred so far. The situation is not yet closed.

Horrible!!!worse apartments ever...Moving in the AC and refrigerator were broken, the cupboards above the sink were falling down, the oven unplugged and a leak under the kitchen sink. The AC took 4 days to fix in september which made the apartment unlivable.Rusty razor blades were found in the carpet and a leak in the roof in the master bedroom. The leak in the roof took over a week to get looked at.DO NOT move here,the staff cannot keep paper work organized or apparently properly assign parking spaces and continuously assigned the same spot to different tenants.

Between having new loud neighbors every month and waking up to scrpions in my bed Id honestly rather live in a hotel..I moved here before they started doing furnished month to month and every since then its been an uphill battle with management to get things fixed or even trash around the property picked up. not to mention about 50 wild stray cats live on property

I am not happy with this apartment complex, for the reason that they dont have no vending machines , or a water fill machine.

Air conditioner is VERY LOUD!!!, there is an ants problem as well, they nickel and dime you on the move out!!!

Used to be decent but now has a terrible new ownership that put ineffective and incompetent staff in. constantly losing or confusing paperwork--transforming the complex into a low end rent by month property. staff is rude and doesnt respond to any requests--avoid at all costs this apartment complex

I have never lived there but have ad dealings with the office staff and I would NEVER rent form any of the GRAY STAR propertyes based on my experience with them.
