Warm, personable and professional team that has made my 13-year old son and me feel welcomed.Cindy, the hygienist, has cleaned my sensitive teeth with extra care, and has made my son feel very comfortable and relaxed during his cleaning.We appreciate a very thorough explanation of Invisalign handled by Syd - not with a standard brochure but with a testimonial from a teenager, making it relevant to my son. As a result, he is looking forward to his upcoming appointment.Michelle and Pam, ladies at the front desk, take patient service to the next level by being very helpful and extra nice, both over the phone and in person.I have also found out that the team has been working together for more than 10 years and that alone tells a lot about the practice.Final comment - Dr.Proctors practice is not in our network; yet my husband (a new patient), our son and I will be going there.
