This place was outstanding I usually don’t write reviews because I’m lazy lol but I had to after today’s experience. I’ve been to several dentist hate going because they usually try to find something to charge extra that you end up spending so much money and also hate the experiences I go through but i need to keep a healthy smile. This place not only exceeded my expectations but it was comfortable and painless to both my pockets and my teeth thanks to the wonderful staff you are awesome 🤩

Hey man as a new client as I relocated back to the Dallas area after living in Connecticut for 6 years. It was a very positive experience from the time I contacted them the schedule, through the exam x-rays consultation and my cleaning. Extremely courteous informative staff very efficient and professional. They explained a lot of the different programs available to make things affordable since I didnt have dental insurance. It was a very smooth easy process fan only 6 minutes from my house!

Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. The facility was nice, and the service was exceptional. There was never any wait time between the x-rays, exam, and cleaning. I also like that they go over costs of treatment plans prior to actually performing them. Keep up the great work Ideal Dental!

I had a great experience with everyone at Ideal dental of Carrollton today. Everyone was very friendly, nice, and helpful, from the dentist Dr. Duong to Lacey the dental hygienist, Christina, the tech and Robert the receptionist, and other staff there. Going to the dentist 🪥 and having teeth 🦷 checked or fixed is not a comfortable feeling, sometimes even scary, but staff here makes it more comfortable and less stressful.Thank you everyone very much! I had my wisdom teeth extracted back in March. Everything well and the customer service was great. The only issue I’ve had not resolved is the overpayment. I paid upfront what was calculated would be the amount owed. Then upon receiving the explanation of benefits from my insurance it was noted that I overpaid $375. Since then I’ve been in contact with Robert Zentner, who check and verified I’d be receiving a check. It is now July and I have not received anything.**Update: I did receive a refund a few days after posting reviewing.

I have never had a great experience at the Dentist as I did at Ideal Dental in Carrollton. Vanessa was just amazing, she was caring and sweet! Dr.Patel was very informative and very caring as well. If you want to have a great experience from beginning to end go and visit Ideal Dental. Front staff is very helpful and answer and explain any question a you may have.

I took my father to Ideal Dental of Carrollton. He is elderly so there were some challenges with him physically and with communication. The experience was great from start to finish.

I love coming to Ideal Dental in Carrollton. The hygienist who helps me, Lacey, is so nice and sweet and I always appreciate Dr. Patel’s advice on how to continue caring for my teeth. My gums are inflamed and I currently have braces but they both help me so much.

Ideal Dental of Carrollton is a good practice for your dental needs. They have all the latest equipment and do more things than my last dentist from another state. I am switching jobs soon and hope to stay with them under my new insurance plan. The staff is really great too, explain things very well.

Very professional company but also make you feel comfortable.

I went in for a simple cleaning. Dentist recommended a deep clean but my insurance wouldnt cover the cost so I said Ill just do what my insurance covers... WITHOUT any explanation of why not they said they wouldnt do a normal cleaning, it was either spend over $500 or get nothing even though the deep clean was not necessary it was ONLY recommended! COMPLETE waste of my time! Explains why their office is so fancy... they dont care about the patient they only care about the money. Think twice before going here!!!!

Friendly staff, I enjoyed my experience. The reason for 4 not 5 stars is efficiency. I waited some time between each step of the process. They are a busy group and I am still very happy with my experience.

I’ve been going here for the past month and the staff is very accommodating and friendly.

I came here for the first time and did not have a great experience. I was told that I needed a deep cleaning and I was ready to do that and pay the costs. After that, I was told I had to get some additional work but the cleaning would not be done with out doing the other work first. I am extremely unhappy with the professionalism that I received and would not recommend anyone to visit Ideal Dental.

Absolutely love this place every staff member from the receptionist to the assistant they where very concerned about the condition that I was in because I came in with Excruciating pain and was seen right away. Dr Patel was amazing she quickly gave me meds to ease my pain and although I needed a root canal she made it effortless and painless she checked on me several times throughout the process and now I am pain free 🥰🥰🥰 I would definitely recommend this place to family and friends. Dr. Patel is extremely judgemental. Despite the fact that I told her and the staff multiple times that I am very aware that I have a lot of dental work to get done, she still felt the need to constantly repeat it throughout this routine dental exam. I just wanted a routine exam, but they felt the need to keep rubbing it in my face that my teeth are not good. I get it, absolutely no need to be so rude about it. Additionally, they also showed me a weird Invisalign marketing ad and Dr. Patel made a comment about how I need to stop continually drinking tea for hours (even though I never said that I did this)? I did not feel listened to at all and I will not be returning to this office.Response to reply: I have been to dentists that have informed me about my dental needs without unnecessary judgements and pushy sales tactics, unlike this location. People would be much better off searching for a much better dentist that ACTUALLY cares about your dental needs.

I made a appointment at the Carrollton location. The 3 stars is for the front desk & dental assistant. The front desk was very friendly and it was easy to make a appointment. The man whom tells you the pricing after your images and plans are created is patient & kind. The dental assistant was kind and professional, she felt she had to overcompensate for her Dentist rude behaviors. The only huge disappointment is the Dentist. She has horrible bedside manner. She was impatient with her assistant, heavy handed & rough. I definitely don’t recommend her. She even cursed at the end of the visit because water was on the floor and the cords were wrapped around her stool. I could not even focus and became so upset during my root canal from the Dentist obnoxious behavior. The Dentist told me to raise my hand if I felt any pain or discomfort and when I did she said to me, you can’t be in pain I numbed the area. First of all, who is she to tell someone what level of pain they can tolerate during a dental procedure, everyone is different. Furthermore, she should have more empathy & compassion when she is drilling in someone’s tooth. I feel none of her negative actions were necessary. Most people are aware that visits to the Dentist can already be overwhelming if you are experiencing a tooth issue.

This has been my dentist since they were Milestone Dental. Today I came in for a cleaning with high anxiety (because we are in a pandemic) and was greeted with a smile by the front office. I quickly came back to my room where I was greeted by Vanessa. What a gem. She made me feel very comfortable and provided details on what she was doing. She was fast and didn’t require having to rework what she had previously done. I am thankful she was there for my appointment! She reduced my anxiety and made me feel like a friend. Greatly appreciated the great tips she provided on how to keep my teeth healthy.

I came to Ideal Dental to have a long overlooked issue I had with my two front lower teeth..I hadnt been to a dentist for several years so I was not sure what to expect, and really nervous! The staff at Ideal Dental were amazing. The dentist has the most gracious bed side manor and listened to my concerns, she was very caring and made me very comfortable with what she was doing. I felt zero pain..thats ZERO pain. The staff explained every part of my treatment and answered all of my questions with confidence. Absolutely have found my life long dentist will be going to them for life..love them! Thank you Ideal Dental for making me feel at home and giving me the beautiful smile that I deserve!

First time being here and I loved it! the staff is very professional and they’re taking extreme measures due to Covid, by sanitizing everything after using the equipment. Also, the staff was very gentle, they made me feel very comfortable throughout the whole time I was there.

Normally at a dentist office, I’ve found that for some odd reason, there is always one person that is always in a bad mood, either it be the front desk folk, the in between techs, or the doc. But I can happily say, not here. They have a great team where everyone is friendly and nice. It’s uncanny! I think someone must have left the laughing gas on because this normally doesn’t happen. Kudos to laughing gas. And kudos to this dental office. Why did I give two kudos? Because it’s kudos. Not kuuno. *drops mic*

I’ve gone to so many different dentists because they mostly care about the money and not the person. This place made me feel like they cared about me. I will be going back there to continue my treatment.Returned to compete more treatment. This is the place to go if you’ve had anxiety because of shoddy work in the past, again, this is the place to go.

I had to wait over a year for this procedure to be done. I was able to get it completed within two days after making the appointment. The dentist who did it was kind and professional, though I cannot not say as much for some of the other staff at this office. On the day of the procedure, the work area was too loud with gossip and conversation which I really did not care to hear. The cost of the procedure was reasonable, given my insurance coverage. The proximity of the office to my home was a great convenience to me as I normally must drive 9-10 miles to see my regular dentist. Thank you!

This place is amazing!!!! My fiancé had to get a tooth pulled and a root canal done he was in a lot of pain! Robert answered the phone soon as I called! He was soooooo nice (you will see the sooo nice will be repeat about all the staff) advised us of open appointments. Got us in very quickly soon as we got there! Vanessa brought him back once he was all settled in let me come back. She was awesome and soooo nice! Talked to her like she was a person I knew forever. THEN come the dentist AMAZING woman Mrs.Patel! Explained everything and sooo nice! EVERY staff members treated you like a friend instead of just another person or another appointment. We were the last ones there an was treated like they didn’t mind at all! Even called him the next day to check on him!

Two years ago I walked in off the street lost to see another dentist in tears and they helped me on the spot and put in place a bridge. Since then my anxiety level in going to the dentist is low. I come from Frisco to go to them when needed.

I had a bad experience with this location after 4 months, I had an appointment to check up my partial and after 45 min. They told after to reschedule because the doctor was doing something else I was unhappy because I was on time they got 2 persons they came after me first . Luckily was a person her name was VANESSA who offer her help, she told me if you trust me I can help you and she was kind and had knowledge what she was doing on 5 minutes she fix what I have to wait for 5 months. Cudos to Vanessa,

The cleaning was fast, the doctor was very nice. But they pressured me to get a filling done the same day even after I said it was not a good time. I shouldn’t have agreed, but did and now I’m super sore and frustrated about the whole thing.

First time at this location and I was very pleased with my experience. The front desk scheduler was friendly and very helpful. Vanessa(RDA) was also very pleasant. She talked to me and made me laugh the whole time which made me feel alot less nervous and at ease about the whole experience since I have had some bad memories at my previous dentist visits. Lacey(RDH) explained my whole treatment plan to me in an easy way to understand. Dr. Patel also came in and straightaway asked me if I had any concerns or pain/problems which is something my last dentist did not often do. Overall all team members were very friendly and showed concern for my own needs and I highly commend their staff.

My mom had problems with her dentures and IDEAL dental was able to resolve the issue with the dentures and has been very happy with her results.The office staff are very courteous and always send reminders of appointments. I just moved to Carrollton and decided to visit this place as its close to my business to get my 6 months exam done! I was very happy with the staff they were all kind and nice. Dr Patel was very kindand knowledgeable and she made sure I am doing good, I paid $19 only using the offer online and they did all the xray and exams for $19 only which was perfect! !I am happy having a dentist close to me and I will make sure to go back again.

Lacy is very helpful with tips and tricks for my oral routine and she was very good with my cleaning, she was also good conversation which is what I love when it comes to these kind of appointments because I never want it to be just transactional. Creating that kind of bond with your clients is super important and 5 stars in my book!

I went there in need of a new dentist since my last one sold his practice sometime after my last visit (roughly 2 years ago). I guess I shouldnt have waited so long. Long story short, I was in pain and had lots of dental issues. I was scheduled for the next day to get to the root of my problems. Dr. Patel and her staff were great in my care and treatment. I was able to get a root canal and temporary crown done same day as my initial visit. I now have a skilled Dentist and friendly, knowledgeable staff that are helping me avoid dentures before my kids graduate. 😁

I had to check in with staff at the office multiple times throughout my visit to request attention as wait times were inordinately long. I spent 1.5 hours on site and had no work done, this was only to get a treatment plan. I will follow through with this treatment plan because I need the work done quickly, but I will be switching dentists.

All of the staff members are so nice! The hygienist is so gentle and the dentist is extremely knowledgeable and AMAZING at giving shots. Barely felt anything when I had to have a crown replaced! Would definitely recommend!

I called twice before coming in to verify that I could use a $19 new patient coupon. It was never mentioned to me that they would still bill my insurance for the cleaning portion. Now I am having an oral surgery that I have to pay more out of pocket for, because Ideal Dental took a big chunk of my benefits for a single cleaning.

First time here visiting Ideal Dental all staffing was great I loved the way they treat me and my family come and visit theme today if ya need any type of dental help.

I was able to get into the office on short notice, so that was a plus to begin with. My last dentist visit was over five years ago. Even though I brush my teeth religiously, I had a few cavities that needed attention. They were very clear and concise in explaining what the procedure would include and my financial responsibility. I highly recommend Tiffany and Doctor A as they did a terrific job. Ive definitely found my new dentist and plan on getting back on a regular visit schedule.

Came in to get my gums irrigated after wisdom tooth removal at a different Ideal Dental location. Char at reception was so helpful and made sure to fit me in as soon as possible so that I was out of pain. Dylan did a great job cleaning my gums and relieved a lot of my post-surgery discomfort. He was so friendly and answered all of my questions knowledgeably and clearly.

No stars for Milestone Dentistry. I have never encountered a dentist like this one. The charged our debit card, without our permission, for a crown my husband is to receive later this week. Was told thats the way insurance bills. This wasnt insurance I was inquiring about. This was money out of pocket. Why would a dentist charge for something in advance? They are very aggressive in their approach to dentistry. They wanted to have a root canal and a crown put in when our previous dentist said I would eventually need one but not right way. I dont like these people.
