I used to be so anxious to go to the dentist, and when I came to Dr. Hattaway’s office for the first time it had been four years since I had been to the dentist. With the help of Him and his team, I have been able to completely turn around my dental health and hygiene. Dr. Hattaway is very personable, kind, and thorough; he really takes the time to explain everything and makes sure you are comfortable. I recommend him to anybody as he is AMAZING!

Okay so, I’ve been in search for a dental home for 6 years!I didn’t have dental insurance as a child, so when I got a big girl job with big girl benefits I began my search. I needed a LOT OF WORK.Without adding the details about my mouth fiasco, I finally got braces put in!But still didn’t have a dental home because all the dentists I’d seen were not very... ummm... good. 😐5 dentists later - being referred by my ortho to Indian Creek Dental has been the best thing that has happened to me.The staff is fantastic and Dr. Hattaway wants the absolute best for his patients.They’re stuck with me now! Lol ♥️

To say that I have dental challenges and have my entire life is an understatement. I try my best to care for my teeth, however, I cannot remember the last time I left an exam cavity-free nor do I think I have one tooth in my mouth that hasnt had a filling or other kind of work done (fillings, crowns, veneers, root canals, gum surgery). Combine that with anxiety/fear of any appointment dental- related and it is a definite pain point that leaves me overwhelmed. A previous dentist told my husband that I was his most difficult patient and that led me to tears. I met Dr. Hattaway 2 years ago and he and his team have consistently taken care excellent care of me. I completely trust him and do exactly what he tells me to do- we are in the middle of my treatment plan now (which is extensive) and I have never felt more comfortable with a Dentist and dental office before. I moved from Carrollton to Anna one year ago but drive the long distance to see Dr. Hattaway- it is a no brainer for me and feel so lucky to finally have found him. His bedside manner is wonderful and he truly cares about his patients. He is a young, brilliant dentist who is smart as a whip and uses the latest and greatest technology to round out the best possible dental care you could ask for. If you experience any of these challenges and/or fears - dont think twice- just call them. I will never go anywhere else. I write this review not after only 1 or 2 appointments- probably closer to a dozen visits in the last 2 years.

This is the dentist Ive been trying to find for years! Hands down the best experience Ive ever had . Great technology, great staff, great dental work. Patient care is more about getting and staying healthy, vs. a reactive approach. Wish I had this kind of dental care my whole life!

Well I must say Dr Hattaway was great!!! Went in with a bad tooth. He took his time to explain what my option were. His staff was awesome and his concern for my comfort during the procedure was top notch. I look forward being his patient for a long time.

Then at that point, I play a game of closest dentist, in network who can see me right now.But Im 30 now and all adult, so this time I only waited until I was feeling discomfort. (I do realize that once I graduate to full adulthood, Ill get regular cleanings... more on that later). I look on Nextdoor, find Indian Creek Dental recommended and they are super close to me. Win!Called and set up an appointment. And may I add, I HATE calling to set up appointments, but it was easy! Quick. When I got to the office, I was greeted and helped by Carlotta and Patty. Both of whom were very pleasant and helpful. It was easy to check in and I didnt feel rushed or that our convo was forced. I wasnt sold yet. Because great staff doesnt mean the dentist is great...Then I met Dr. Hattaway. He introduced himself and walked me through my x-rays that had been taken earlier. I asked all my questions and we discussed plans for my teeths future. Honestly it was an experience that I feel I should have had before! We went over the x-rays in detail and I got to understand what all the symbols meant and our plan of attack. He really made me feel like we were a team in my brand new healthy teeth journey. I didnt even care this much about teeth before, but honestly this experience changed how I feel about my dental health.Then I had a whole root canal, crown and cleaning and felt no pain at all. Just some discomfort at times, but right now my teeth feel good as new!I get nothing in return for these reviews, I just feel like I have seen the light! Of what dental care can be and I want everyone to have the same experience! Go! Now!I wanted to go back just to hang out honestly...

Best dental experience EVER! They got me a same-day appointment, and all of the staff are knowledgeable and very friendly. This place focuses on patient education, and it really shows. The dentist explained everything in great detail and tailored his care to address all of my concerns. I had all my questions answered and never felt rushed. The office is very clean and modern. This place has set the bar for a great patient experience! I definitely recommend.

I went to Indian Creek Dental after experiencing a toothache. I had been taking Tylenol several times a day for my toothache, but Dr. Hattaway said he could help get me off - and he did! Turns out I had a gaping cavity that needed to be filled, and Dr. Hattaway had just the tool to do the trick.I’ve had a lot of dental work done over the years, but no one has ever treated me as tenderly as Dr. Hattaway. From the time he told me to “open wide,” I knew I had found a life partner in my quest for dental health. Regarding my previous, shoddy dental work, he said he could strip me to my comfort level. He even offered to fix my uneven implants!As soon as he got inside, he said he noticed my engorged, swollen gums. He told me to stop going at it so hard when I brush. Then Dr. Hattaway gave me a sample of his special, all-natural mouthwash, saying I could get some more any time I wanted. The mouthwash was a bit thicker than I was expecting and tasted a little funny, but it definitely improved my gum health. I wish I could remember what it was called, but I was still pretty woozy from the nitrous when he had me try it.The only moment of awkwardness came when he insisted on playing “Kiss from a Rose” before discussing my sealants. He kept pretending like we’d never met and repeatedly entered and exited the room until he “got the perfect take.” Otherwise, this was a perfect visit to the dentist.

Dr. Hattaway is way better than the prison dentist I had. Contrary to the photo below they would not gas me, no matter how many times I asked. And no, I have never gotten the patient of the day award, I believe it is rigged.Anyway the staff are very cool, but really how cool can you be working for a guy who went to Michigan?

The family at Indian Creek Dental agree that education of your mouth;ICD has a common goal that you have as much knowledge as needed to make a healthy choice for your teeth which aids in good health or reasonably good health. I shamefully admitted to them that it has been 5 years,when now I think about it its probably been longer. I actually met Dr Hattaway through mutual friends at a party and found out his office was right across the street from my apartment. I loved coming here since it was easy and convenient . Front office staff is very friendly and accommodating and Dr. Hattaway made sure I understood what he was doing and what I needed was optional and could get needed items at a later time if i needed to. His assistant Bianca recommended using mouth rinse in my water pic which was an awesome suggestion and My mouth still feels fresh and clean 3 days later thanks to the advice and care taken during the appointment! I will definitely be back in 6 months!

First of all I’d like to start by saying I haven’t been to the dentist in years because I was severely afraid. I had an appointment today 12/10/18 6:30am I showed up and could barley breathe ( was also crying). I received hugs and patience Dr.Hattoway even came and sat with me and answered all 5,000 questions I had. The procedure was a breeze (this was serious work) the numbing shots I barley felt and even fell asleep in the chair!!! The support staff is the best out there I will NEVER see another dentist for as long as I live!!!!! He is amazing this place is amazing I have 0 complaints!!! They covered me with a blanket in the chair it was so comfortable.

My crown fractured over the holidays. Dr. Hattaway was able to get me in quicker than I anticipated possible. The staff is extremely friendly, and they were so attentive to making me comfortable throughout my treatment. Im not a fan, when it comes to dental injections to numb the area to be worked in, but Dr. Hattaway has perfected the technique! FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE!

But, I had a few minor concerns that I knew would require more intensive dental work in unison (think a dream team of periodontist, orthodontist, and dentist). My regular dentist didnt even want to have a conversation about my needs because he thought they were too minimal and only cosmetic (in his eyes).Enter Dr. Hattaway...he listened and empathized. I switched to Dr. Hattaway earlier this year after years of dissatisfaction with my previous dentist. I am so pleased with Dr. Hattaway’s service, staff, and expertise that I cannot recommend him enough. When I went in for my first appointment, Dr. Hattaway took great care to thoroughly explain things he had noticed with my teeth that my previous dentist had missed for years. Today, I went in to get some fillings and the whole process was virtually painless, and Dr. Hattaway and his tech, Bianca, were efficient and remarkably professional. We also took in our 19-month-old daughter for her first visit to the dentist’s office, and Dr. Hattaway was incredible with her. He was patient, knowledgeable, and knew when to pull back so that she left with a good experience.I can not recommend Dr. Hattaway and his lovely staff enough. In addition to everything above, he finally gave me real solutions for my years-long jaw tensing issue that my previous dentist ignored or dismissed. I have an extreme fear of the dentist. When I go I usually shake the entire time I’m in the chair. When I walked into Indian Creek Dental there was an immediate difference in the environment. Everyone was so warm, inviting and kind.What impressed me the most was the equipment. Everything was top of the line, new and exciting! I was able to see my x-rays, go through the treatment plan with Dr. Hattaway and ask questions. The chair was comfortable and smooth going up and down. When they did the work they provided headphones (I could pick my own music), dark sunglasses, and I opted in for the nitrous oxide. He did a dental cancer screening on me (something I don’t think I’ve ever had done but was glad to have it because cancer runs in my family.) After my consult with Dr. Hattaway the office manager came in and explained the pricing, my insurance benefits and how we could get the most out of my insurance. They truly worked to maximize my benefits, which was incredibly refreshing. They aren’t there to try and take your money, but to make you healthy.I would highly recommend Dr. Hattaway and Indian Creek Dental to anyone. If you are looking for a dentist that is honest, meticulous, and friendly this is the office for you. The attention to detail in the office is incredible. I was initially introduced to Dr Hattaway by my Ortho to do cleaning before invisaline. I came here with no dental insurance, and they worked with my budget thru a simple discount program. My total cost for full 4 quadrant deep cleaning after the discount is very affordable! Been to quite a bit of dentists around town, good and bad, but decided to stick to Dr Hattaway.

I have never had such an awesome experience with a Dental Office as I did with Dr. Hattaway and his entire Staff! Everyone welcomed me like a Family member and not just a new patient! Dr. Hattaway has an amazing attitude about his patients and their needs. He is truly Genuine! His Assistant Bianca is just as awesome in explaining all she was going to do before doing it! I have never really had a Dental office to recommend to Family and Friends but now I do! Thank you Dr. Hattaway, Bianca and your entire staff! Referrals are coming your way, YEEHAW!!

Omg !All of my Dental Care Dreams have come true !We have a place now that can take care of all of my dental care needs in one location. We did our Dental Cleaning , Fillings and discussed my options for Impants. Dr Hattaway does his own cleanings which was very important to me and my family . That way he knows first hand what our cleaning challenges and how to help us improve. He and his staff were so friendly and patient . They took their time explaining everything to us. I was so happy they were able to do our cleaning and fillings all in the same appt. Which is impressive . Thanks Dr Hattaway !!.

I was too afraid to go to the dentist or the last two years with a medication leaving my teeth incredibly sensitive, and having terrible gum recession. A regular cleaning at a prior place hurt so badly I had to have my entire mouth numbed up for the same way a tooth extraction would require, (according to them), and it still hurt so badly, I felt everything, and I couldnt fathom going to a dentist again. After my sister came home thrilled with the place, I made an appointment. They spent plenty of time with me on the phone getting me set up and explaining the process. Dr. Hattaway and his staff are absolutely amazing. I got through the cleaning with NO NUMBING whatsoever because the he was so gentle and actually listened when something approached being painful and didnt touch that spot again. Most dentists keep jabbing away... Theres gas if you need it (which is fabulous) and I was able to have a crown repaired, filling made, a cleaning and some other treatments with NO PAIN and NOTHING SCARY. I absolutely cant believe I found such a fabulous dentist. He himself has sensitive teeth and understands what its like to be in pain. Ive already forced several neighbors and coworkers to call this office. Dr. Hattaway is really helpful with education, takes great pictures ad shows you exactly where you need work, and his staff explain every part of the billing, and the prices are VERY reasonable. My husband hadnt been to a dentist in 4 years and had some major issues. Dr. Hattaway spent over 4 hours with him and got him on the path to health with no pain as well. Im so unbelievably happy with this experience, even if our work makes us move to another state, I will buy plane tickets to come back and have Dr. Hattaway do any needed work on my teeth. You seriously cant go wrong with this place!

Amazing service and super friendly staff!

I have been to many dentists during my lifetime and Dr. Hattaway was by far the most thorough. I could tell that he was very interested in understanding my current dental health and making sure he provided the best dental care possible.I saw Dr. Hattaway a couple of weeks ago for a routine cleaning and exam. I had heard great things about Dr. Hattaway from friends and family and was in the market for a new dentist, so I decided to give Indian Creek Dental a try. The new patient process was painless and the office was awesome. All of the equipment is new and Dr. Hattaway went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable during my visit.I will definitely see Dr. Hattaway for my future dental needs, and I do not hesitate recommending him.

Today I visited Indian Creek Dental for the first time and it was the BEST DENTAL EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. Highlights (in no particular order because everything was amazing):1. Equipment - its all brand new and top of the line. I felt like I was in Star Trek on more than one occasion. Extra high tech x-ray machines, quiet drills, water jets instead of scrapers...So many things!2. Atmosphere - this place is beautiful and designed for comfort. All the artwork was commissioned by a local artist. What??? Unheard of. More please. Also, they have a mini fridge stocked with la croix. Pinky out, yall.3. Staff - the friendliest smiling faces greet you and make you feel like a VIP. They also helped me navigate my insurance and answered all of my questions. And I have never encountered a more transparent billing process. I was blown away.4. Dr. Hattaway - where do I even start? Doc is whip smart and sooooo informative. He was encouraging, funny, and even helped educate me on the unique anatomical makeup of my mouth based on my x-rays. I walked out of there with a better understanding of myself.5. Dat chair tho - did you know your body benefits from lumbar support during dental work? Indian Creek Dental did! Did you know your neck can be comfortable during dental work? Did you know something could feel so soft youd want to sink into it and live there forever? ICD has got you covered with their fancy chairs from the future.For some reason I thought my insurance would never cover a visit to a brand new high quality fancy shmancy dentist office. I was wrong. Go check out ICD and have a great experience just like I did!

By far the best dental experience Ive ever had. Has always been afraid of visiting the dentist but my experience has did away with those fears and Im ready for all types of dental improvements😍😍😍
