The staff is very friendly and professional. Mary cleans my teeth every 6 months and she is very gentle knowing how sensitive my teeth are. Liz is the best when I have other procedures like crowns. Dr. Dillard worked out a plan for me and we are almost done with those procedures. He takes as much time as needed for any questions or issues. I would very highly recommend him and his staff. But bring a sweater. He likes it cold!!😀

The entire staff is friendly and efficient. We love seeing Sherri for our teeth cleaning. She makes it feel more like a social visit than a dreaded chore. Dr. Dillard is kind a a gentle. I just had a crown replaced and he kept making sure I was okay and comfortable through the entire process.

I just had my first appointment at Dr. Dillard’s office after my previous dentist retired during the COVID 19 pandemic. The office was very nice & relaxing. I was able to watch some TV while my teeth were getting cleaned! The dental hygienist was excellent - my teeth have never felt so clean! My hygienist, Sherry Coe, has always taken excellent care of me. She spends a lot of time with me discussing and explaining her findings before I see the dentist. Sherry, Mary and Liz have been at the office ever I’ve been coming. My husband, Brad, sees Mary, who is also amazing. Seeing Liz usually means I’m getting crowns. The better I get to know him and have him care for my teeth, the more I can highly recommend him. I was there 11/17/2020. The office is being extremely mindful and cautious. I am a red wine drinker and coffee drinker so Mary works her magic to bring my white teeth from underneath all the murk. Instead, he reviews my chart with me, makes only necessary recommendations for additional dental work, and asks personable questions which shows he sees me as an individual. I’ve been going to this practice for about two years now. Dr. Dillard’s staff is very friendly and the facility is very homey. When I go in for my cleaning checkup, my dental hygienist, Mary is always very detailed and explains what she will be doing step by step. I can tell the staff’s top priority is to make every patient feel comfortable. The rooms have two TV’s, so when I am laying back I can watch TV while my teeth are being cleaned. I have been coming here for years. I dont even live in Carrollton anymore but I still make the drive from Hickory Creek to come here.The staff is super friendly. Dr. Dillard is awesome and is always willing to answer any questions, and do whatever it takes to make you comfortable.Dental work is never cheap, but you get what you pay for. They dont pressure you into procedures you dont need or purchase products you dont want. He will let you know when something needs to be done and suggest a reasonable time frame for such work to be done.I have had two crowns from Dr. Dillard and I have never had any issues. The last crown I had fit perfectly the first time. My teeth are in great shape!He is worth every penny, and his staff is amazing!

Have been going to this office for several years and have never had an issue! Dr. Dillard and his staff listen to my concerns and answer any questions I have, even if they arent about myself, but about my husband or son! I dont feel that he is rushing to get to the next appointment and is there to help any way he can. I havent had any major work done here, but love them for my 6 month cleanings!

My family has been going to this dentist practice for 18 years if I am counting correctly. The location of their office is right across from Baylor Carrollton and is a great location. The staff is great. Connie and Nikki, who have been there since we started going there, are the two wonderful ladies that greet you when you walk in the door. I cant say enough about how helpful these two ladies are. The hygienists are great who make you feel very comfortable. I have used both of them and they are wonderful. I have had extensive dental work done in the last couple of years and Dr. Dillard is very good at telling you exactly what is going on and what he is doing. He is always asking if you are doing o.k. and makes you feel comfortable. His assistant is right there the whole time and is very friendly. I will not be going to another dentist as long as these wonderful people are around. Our children are grown and having their own families and they are continuing to go to Dr. Dillard also. Dr. Dillard fixed a crown for me a prior dentist could not get right and saved my tooth from a root canal! And then he repaired a large cavity and saved another tooth from a root canal! Most other dentists would have passed up the challenge and gone straight to the more extreme option but Dr. Dillard took good care of me. He is patient and kind. His staff is friendly. The chairs are relaxing and you even get your own window with a small relaxing waterfall pond outside to relax or a tv with headphones to distract. He is the best around for sure.

Dr Dillard and his team are so great. They helped me get over my fears of going to the dentist- I had not been in many years! The Dr and his team treated me so gently and didnt lecture me on not having my teeth cleaned in so long. They just looked at my mouth and jumped right in!Hes done a lot of cavity work on me and always follows up and always really helps me with any questions I have. They also didnt lecture me on how to brush my teeth like many other dentists and hygienists do. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone, and especially if you are sensitive or hesitant about going to the dentist.

Dr. Dillard is without a doubt the best dentist Ive ever had. After having surgery by a local endodontist which damaged a nerve and left my face and mouth numb I called Dr. Dillard. I told him I had no feeling in my face which was greatly affecting my quality of life. He told me to come in for laser treatment to stimulate a faster healing of the nerve. He uses a Fontana LightWalker laser and after four treatments I already have about 80% of the feeling back in my face and mouth. Thank you Dr. Dillard.Chris Lyons
