This past Thursday I broke a porcelain crown that Ive had in my mouth for 14 years. After a little panic and a lot of research, I found Dr. B; less than 24 hours later I not only had a temporary fix for the huge gap in my smile but I also began the process of getting my porcelain replacement. She and her staff even stayed after their office closing hours, on a Friday, just to get me taken care of. Im confident that the rest of this process will be just as smooth as the beginning and will update this review upon completion. Until then, I would recommend this office for your dental needs.

I was most impressed by Dr. Bhandarus kindness and obvious expertise. She went over and beyond in trying to help me resolve my urgent implant need for an upcoming wedding. She was so attentive and showed genuine interest in my problem, and made me feel like I have known her for years! I strongly recommend her and her office.

Dr. Sirisha is excellent, she will tell you in advance how much will cost the treatment and she gives a range of the price, because sometimes they do not know that is going happen on the teeth. I recommend her to any person.She is very detailed person and very knowledgeable. I will keep going to her for long time.

The only dentist Ive ever gone to that had recommended grafts after extractions. Ive never been offered this and didnt even know it was a thing. Dr and staff were very nice and professional. Procedure went smoothly and clearly very carefully done. I would recommend them if youre looking for a new dentist.

Very friendly and clean. Easy to get an appointment but prices were very high! 700 to pull one tooth but I had to pay 85 office visit to find out. Wouldnt give price estimate without.

Great experience. First time being to the dentist in longer than I’d like to admit. Was checked in on time and speaking to the doctor after just a few minutes. Everyone was extremely knowledgeable and inviting which definitely helped put me at ease. Got some corrective work done same day and a plan lined up for future visits. Would recommend.Also, trust them when they say it’s chilly in there. I had to get a blanket !

Went in for my first consultation today and l was very impressed! The office was very clean and professional, especially during this pandemic! The staff are pretty informative and engaging that it enable me to feel very comfortable throughout the whole visit. Now for Dr. B, I can’t explain how great she is! She is very knowledgeable and funny! She listens to any questions or concerns you may have, while also providing you with all the information you need or would want from them.

When my son broke his front tooth, we called around to several dentist’s offices until we reached Carrollton Smiles who agreed to see us as new patients - during a pandemic - pretty quickly. They were so careful about cleanliness and so kind!The process we went through to get my son a permanent crown was lengthy and they helped us each step of the way. The end product was PERFECT and my son said if possible, his crown looks even more natural and better than his original tooth!We couldn’t be more pleased and are so happy to become regular patients of Carrollton Smiles!

Dr. B and her staff were so kind and patient with me. The dentist makes me extremely anxious and I have had very bad experiences in the past and dread going every time. But Dr. Bs staff was so kind and patient with me and didnt get offended with me listening to earbuds while they did their thing so I could check out. She offered me laughing gas for my filling and did everything she could to make sure I had a good experience doing something we all dread! She even gave me advice on what to tell other dentists about my sensitive mouth to help my experience be better in case I dont go to her in the future which I thought was amazing!I have had teeth sensitivity for years and she is the first to recommend a prescription tooth paste and mouth wash to help this problem which Im excited to try. Most dentist appointments I feel like Im just another appointment and they get me in and out and thats it. She is the first dentist who has taken time to work on a teeth plan with me and talks about things we can work on and look out for in the future. She actually explained options and why you should or shouldnt do certain fillings, crowns, etc and what her logic was for them. She took the myth out of the dentist. And after the appointment she actually personally called to check up on me the next day. I was very impressed with my first visit. I already have another appointment scheduled for some additional work and am not dreading it as much as I usually do! Thanks for helping my dentist anxiety Dr. B!

My daughter was a patient at this location , When i called to book an appointment her info was NOT found . The tech managed to make me an appointment ..My appointment was canceled because of the pandemic (which is understandable) ..Fast forward to Now I made a new appointment , Someone called me to let me know 12:00 was a better time to schedule so i moved my 9 o clock to noon ...I call on the day of my appointment (which i canceled plans and made arrangements to attend ) Some lady at the desk answers the phone stating that i have no appointment for my child . She didnt even try to accommodate me . Will find another dentist where they have good administrative skills , The fact that they cant book an appointment shows what kind of facility this is!!!!

Ill be honest I havent taken the best care of my teeth the last 21 years and I wish I had but we live & learn, Im very blessed that my mom lead me to Carrollton Smiles they are an amazing group of strong woman with an amazing Covid-19 screening process! After almost 6 years avoiding the dentist, I stepped into Carrollton Smiles nervous and embarrassed by the state of my teeth. Dr. B and Elizabeth immediately made me feel at ease. They were patient and professional, never making me feel judged and taking the time to explain everything thoroughly before we began, really working with me to figure out insurance, treatment, care, etc. I definitely didn’t get the feel that I was just another patient in a time slot. I recently moved to Carrollton and needed to find a new dentist. I have found one! The entire staff is very caring and accommodating and made my visit a pleasant experience.

Dr B has been our family dentist for several years now and we’ve always had a great experience. She’s very thorough in all the dental work she has done. She’s very patient when reviewing potential problems as well as recommending solutions that suites a patients schedule and budget. I have never felt rushed during my visit, she spends adequate time to answer questions and concerns. They have never recommended any unnecessary procedures which has helped build trust in knowing she has my families best interest in mind.The Dental Hygenist Michelle, is also very experienced and meticulous in her work. She talks her time and will always advise on good practises. The cohesion of the staff at Dr B’s office makes the whole experience great. From billing, scheduling, reminders and the actual dental procedures done you could not ask for anything better.Lastly, the entire staff is very friendly and social. They always care to know how rest of family is doing etc which makes us feel welcome and like we are part of their family. This simple genuine human interaction is uncommon in most Doctor offices. Makes me look forward to the next dentist visit.(Not many people can say that)I highly recommend them!

The office has early hours (as early as 7:00 am) which accommodates work schedule. Friendly and personable staff. Does a good job cleaning and addressing any issues they find.

Dr. B was great!!! I emailed because I was having horrible pain and my normal dentist couldnt get me in for a week. She got me in first thing the next morning and relieved my pain. Its a busy busy place but that doesnt effect patient care. It was a top notch experience!

Recently moved to the area and it’s been a long time since I visited the dentist, the last dentist quoted me astronomically and I’ve been extremely apprehensive about going back to the dentist. Had some dental problems earlier this week and ended up coming in after all and the staff and Dr B couldn’t have been any more friendly! The last dentist really seemed like he was just out for money and saw my mouth as a gold mine, Dr B cared for me and is not looking for extra work but to legit take care of it and keep it affordable. Dr b and her ladies are the best in the area. Before I consider a dentist I review and research them. We didn’t hit it off really well it they beginning, partly to my resistance to change. But it the end I have to say that she is a very caring and compassionate dentist with great table side manners. She is down to earth and always asked me “ ok ,my dear what do you want to do?” Understand that I have been going to dentist for a long time and most are arrogant in their consultation.
