I am not one who likes going to the dentist. I have had bad teeth since I was 7 years old so over my lifetime I have been to many dentists. Dr. Flowers and his staff have made me so comfortable and he is so gentle I wish I knew of him years ago. I highly recommend him to anyone who has a fear of going to the dentist or just ashamed. They really do go out of their way to make you comfortable and they take pride in their work to give you the smile you want.

I went in with pain and afraid, like a lot of people. The tooth under my bridge got infected and I needed a root canal.Dr Flower did everything without taking my bridge off, I was amazed that something like that is possible! Would highly suggest not to go here! First off it was extremely overpriced. Second, they were supposed to fix a small chip in my tooth and didn’t fill it all the way originally, so there was still a gap and a groove, so I called, they took me back, and while I was back they made me feel like I was annoying them for wanting it fixed. They tried to smooth it out but the problem was that it was done poorly the first time and they should have redone it. Instead they proceeded to tell me that I’m just gonna have to live with it and not touch it. The older doc that was doing got short with me and pretty much said he didn’t have time for this and went and took care of another patient while handing the tool to the assistant who basically said the same thing. They ended up not fixing it and I still have my chip. 100% would recommend going elsewhere. 1. They’ll probably mess up from the beginning, and 2. They’ll be rude, not put your needs first, and make you feel annoying for asking questions or wanting to get something done the right way. 0/10 for me!

Before coming to Flower Dental, I thought going to the dentist was something awful that I dreaded and avoided until I needed to get a bridge done. I am relieved and grateful to say I dont feel that way about seeing Dr. Flower or his team. He is amazing! He takes the time to explain what I need and He seems genuinely interested in doing just what I need to keep me healthy and looking good. I trust him to be honest and gentle. The hygienists and his sweet assistant, Claudia, are all friendly and make me feel very comfortable. He has the latest technology which reassures me Im getting the best treatment possible! Plus he does a number of things that a specialist normally would do. So I get everything taken care of in one office. I highly recommend Flower Dental! Great people and great service. Absolutely love Flower Dental. I’ve been going twice a year for my routine check up since 2013 and I can’t imagine going anywhere else. Living in Frisco I have a ton of choices, however, I prefer Flower Dental. The staff is always friendly, very welcoming and great. Dr. Flower is of course great himself. Have been with Dr. Flower for 15 years. My husband and now my daughter are also patients. A very friendly office, stays up to date on new technology and techniques. Billing and reception have it together! Easy scheduling. Tried other dentists after we moved 40 minutes away but I decided it was worth the drive to stay with Dr. Flower. He and his team are awesome!

Very disappointed. I received a filling in Nov 2018 and went back because my tooth was bothering me in Jan 2019. Apparently they didn’t see anything. I still feel something in between my teeth and when I floss it gets stuck. They said that it was not the tooth that had been worked on BUT I never felt that till after the filling was done on the tooth next to it. Now they advised me that I needed a root canal in the same tooth that the filling was done.I don’t know why they didn’t perform this procedure since the first time I consulted. What a waste of time and money.Update to original post:I got a second and THIRD opinion. Since flower dental recommended I needed 3 fillings and root canal. Turns out I did NOT need a root canal nor did I have the 3 cavities. I have not had any pain in my tooth since nor sensitivity.Also I got a Follow up cleaning with my new dentist and was not charged. However, When I asked the lady in front office at flower dental when would I qualify for my free cleaning (since i paid for the deep clean the first time) she said I wouldn’t and I would always need to pay for the cleaning and that would only be for “healthy teeth” excuse me?.The one that told me this was the young lady with the soft voice. Not sure of her name. (My new dentist said I had great teeth and good gums)(I got my follow up cleaning with the new dental office ,new xrays and didn’t have to pay anything because it was covered under my insurance)Apparently I was advised at flower dental that I could use the credit I paid toward the filling back in Nov for the root canal I needed. FALSE. I was NEVER advised that. Until I wrote this honest review of my experience.Please note: If you are advised of a costly procedure please make sure to get a SECOND and THIRD opinion before proceeding.

Our family has been visiting Dr Flower since 2010. He is an accomplished dentist who also happens to be the gentlest, nicest person we know. His clinic is state of the art, and his procedures at the cutting edge of dental practice. The offices are bright and spacious, and the staff always warm and cheerful with a personal touch.

I am over 60 years old and I must say that my examination at Flower Dental was the most comprehensive I have ever had.The staff were all extremely pleasant and explained every nuance of the exam and the recommendations/conclusions.I was taken in to begin my exam at exactly the time that was appointed.I highly recommend this dental practice.

When I first went to have my teeth clean. Everyone was so nice. I was so happy that I finally found a great Dentist. The 2cd time I went there I was having bad tooth pain. The level of care was different. I was referred out to have my tooth extracted. They kept calling me to do my 6 mos cleaning. I told them i would have to wait till my gum heal and ask for them to contact my dental insurance to quote me for a partial or bridge or an implant. Right to this date no one has called me back. So much for a great dentist.

Dr. Flower is so great, I really felt like I was in good hands when I was in his dental chair. I came to Flower Dental with a tooth ache and I left feeling a like a whole new person! Dr. Flower and his team are so kind and knowledgeable and have a holistic approach treating the patient as a whole and not just my mouth. The office it’s self is warm and inviting. When I left I took home a gifted beautiful rose and an organic flavored chapstick. I had a great visit here. Everybody was professional and courteous from the front desk back to the dentist. I was in and out in a timely fashion. The girl at the front desk sat with me for about 15 minutes just discussing my treatment plan and payment and pricing. Id definitely recommend them.

This place pampers their clients. The staff is friendly, and quickly puts one at ease. The dental equipment is first class and to top it off Doctor Flower takes a conservative approach, not pushing for any work that goes beyond what is needed. I hate going to the dentist like most people and unfortunately have needed a lot of work in the past year. Dr. Flowers is very kind and gentle and is very good at explaining what is more urgent and what can wait. Today I had another great experience and he took care of multiple things that I needed done which prevents me having to go back for a repeat visit. He also prepared the crown while I was there so I got the permanent crown put on the same day - preventing yet another visit. Great doctor and great staff that make you feel very comfortable.

So Im not a person who goes to the dentist on a regular, so it was no surprise when I went to the dentist and had cavities and needed a root canal. This office was GREAT. They are friendly, made me feel very welcomed, and explain the procedures well. And best of all it was PAINLESS. They even made an easy PAYMENT PLAN that was very affordable for me. I LOVE THIS PLACE And they even give you a beautiful Rose at the end . Dr. Flower and his wife made a best friend for life.

The staff is amazing, especially if youre a nervous patient. Even if you havent been in years, no one judges or lectures. My only critique is that they are not on top of follow up. I was told on multiple occasions that I would receive a call or a treatment plan that never came. They have been great about having the plan ready when I call, but be your own advocate. We use Flower Dental for the adults and the children in the house and all of us are very happy.

Have you ever heard of someone who is traumatized of a doctor/dentist and refused to go see one? Yelp, I was that girl! I had an absolutely horrific experience with a dentist when I was about 8 years old, so bad that it took me 17 years to gain the strength and step foot into a dental office again. As you can imagine, I have a lot of work that needs to be done including a root canal. As I sat in that chair yesterday, I was very worried of feeling that same pain as I remembered when I was a child. Dr. Flower and who was Regina did an amazing job helping me not be scared. Seeing him calm, made me feel calm. As they were numbing my gums, Regina put her hand on my shoulder assuring me to trust them and relax. This may be silly, but her doing that made me feel much better! Its funny but Im a grown woman now and very strong when it comes to conquering life and its challenge, but I suppose we all have that child in us and just need to be comforted. I have to go back in to finish my root canal and this is just the beginning of my dental history clean up. I could go on and on, but this can information may be very helpful especially to those in my case. Not only was the staff friendly but Im amazed by how helpful they all are! Not only did they take the time to show me X-rays, their cool tools, explain how a crown is created, but the receptionist was incredibly helpful, Brook. Im a full time college student and knowing she was able to work with me so I can help save my teeth took a lot of stress off my shoulders and pain away! Last night I slept like a baby with no discomfort from an infection waking me up. Thank you Flower Dental! I will be returning and this time not alone, Im recommending my fiancé!

Before I visited Flower Dental, I ran an online search via Google and then began to visit based on the positive reviews.Even since my first visit (which took place more than a couple of years prior) Ive decided to remain a loyal client under Flower Dental because I know Ill be taken care of.Ive had my teeth cleaned with quite a few dental hygenists (who genuinely look out for your best interests) and even though I transitioned from outside of Carrolton, Flower Dental is still the place to be.

I had originally written a review of Flower Dental a couple of years back that was 5 star and well deserved. I am fortunate enough that my teeth are in good enough shape that I have never needed major dental work done so I have never had the experience of a crown or root canal at Flower Dental. The hygienists and front desk staff have always been exceptional, and while my interactions with Dr. Flowers have always been brief and clinical, they were professional and he did a good job.I am now having to change my rating based on the experience my husband has had with this office over the past few weeks. My husband had been seeing another dentist in the area for many, many years. He has other health issues which make his teeth not in the best of shape and he has had extensive dental work done in the past. I convinced him that he HAD to come to Flower Dental. I wanted him to come and see my dentist because I had been so impressed with the facility. He went in for his initial visit, was told he needed a root canal, two crowns and a filling. Not unexpected considering his history. He went in for the work to be done and Dr. Flowers decided that day to not do the root canal, thinking he could save the root and just put a crown on. As sometimes happens, this failed. We understood that, even despite my husband being in pain for 3 weeks thinking that it would taper off and eventually heal. He went in for a follow up and was told that he would have to have a root canal after all on that tooth. So after all that, and being in pain, he ended up with a root canal anyway that was originally supposed to have been done at the outset. Again, we understood the reasoning to try to save the nerve.Here is where the 3 stars come in. He had the root canal yesterday. There were complications and the work was not able to be completed and has to come back. AGAIN. He is already in excruciating pain. But now, he was told he would have to wait 2 WEEKS to be able to return to have the work completed because Dr. Flowers was just booked for the next week. My husband has not been able to eat properly since this started a month ago and then there is no sense of urgency to get him in to give him relief. To me that is not good customer service allowing someone to suffer in such a way. He wakes up at night with the pain, he cannot eat properly. He has a medical condition that requires him to take in calories and maintain a proper blood sugar at all times and this is hindering that. I am regretful now and feel guilty that I sent him here.

The staff was happy and professional. I had some work done and completed with no issues and in a very great timely manner. I think you all should give them a try.

I switched dentists about 3 years ago on a whim mostly for the convenience of being less than a mile from my home. Had no issues with my prior dentist but the differnce in service is outstanding. Staff is always very friendly and go out of their way to make me comfortable. They have the latest technolgy making the visits less scary. I love my hygenist Nicole, first one that doesnt hurt. Have always received excellent care at Flower Dental.

Dr Flowers totally messed up my mouth after 15 years of. Dedicated patient all the dental work this includes a bridge that fell out after only two years veneers that came off thousands of dollars in dental work for basically nothing now Im at a new Dentist getting that work redone I would not suggest Dr. Flowers

If you have sleep apnea you must see Dr. Flowers!! He is amazing and has really helped me with my sleep apnea issues!

Dr. Jeff Flower is amazing! I highly recommend him to anyone who is interested in receiving high quality, gentle care. I have seen many dentists over the years and none of them told me that my tongue was attached to the bottom of my mouth more than it should be. He explained that because it had limited movement, it didn’t push out like it should on my teeth to help widen my jaw which then would allow my tongue to have plenty of space to fit in my mouth. For as long as I can remember I have been tired and sleepy during the day no matter how much time I spent in bed at night. I have also had a big problem with snoring which led me to get diagnosed with obstructive sleep apnea several years ago. I have worn a CPAP which helps a lot but is more than a little inconvenient. I now know that all of this could have been avoided if my mouth wasn’t too small for my tongue which slips back and closes my airway while I sleep. To start my treatment, Dr. Flower did a procedure to release my tongue. Wow! I can tell a difference in being able to speak more easily and clearly and even eating easier. My next step is to get a Vivos appliance that I will wear at bedtime each day for about a year. It will actually stimulate the growth of bone to open my jaw and ultimately, will help clear my airway so I can breathe better day and night. I look forward to no longer feeling tired each day or even having to wear my CPAP each night. Most dentists and physicians don’t even know about Vivos. I’m glad I found Dr. Flower! And his team is really gentle and friendly. I feel comfortable going to Flower Dental.
