I went in same day for a dental emergency and I was really nervous. The entire staff was very kind and friendly. They were very thorough and helped me understand what I needed done. I spent 4 hours there and not once was I uncomfortable. I’m making them my go to dentist from now on!

Recently moved here and was pleasantly surprised to have found Epic Dentist. They were quick to make an appointment. Staff is helpful and friendly, Reasonably priced yet theyve got all the new dental equipment and technology. Dentist was helpful, informative, friendly and professional. I will definitely go back.

Honestly the best place! I have severe anxiety when it comes to dentist, but they made sure I was good and communicated with me through it all! Everyone was so wonderful including the front desk ladies and they all made me feel so welcomed!

I was ashamed to admit it but Im a recovering addict and had really done some damage by not taking care of myself or my teeth. I was honest and they were nothing less than amazing. The entire staff is beyond amazing and made me feel so cared for. The service was so affordable, it was beyond what i could have hoped for. This place is a hidden gem. Seriously if you care about your teeth, this place is the best hands down! You wont find a more professional, caring, amazing place - period.

The atmosphere here is just like being with family. Katie and Likhita at the front desk make appointment setting very easy. They are so nice and even when I had pain after a filling they made me feel so welcomed to come back and adjust my bite. This is a great office!

Dr. Danyali and Paula were absolutely amazing. They are both really light handed and extremely compassionate. My comfort was their number one concern at all times. They are professional yet very warm and friendly. I am a client for life.

It properly seems odd to actually say good things about going to the dentist but I have too. I just moved to Texas and trying to replace dentists, doctors, etc is never easy. The team at Epic is absolutely incredible and that was the first time I had me teeth with crying. They are very informative, listen to your concerns and they are great about discussing your options. I highly recommend going here.

They will make you fell home on first visits. After 2nd visit things change. They charge me cash $400 for cleaning my teeth saying my insurance do not cover and than they claim my insurance in few weeks. They did not do good cleaning at all. No ethics.

Do not go there for( ROOT CANAL ) I went there for root canal 4 times and the third time the doctor was in a hurry she didn’t take all the roots out of my tooth and she quit her job between the process and I had to stay 3 hours extra for nurses to put the temporary crown in my tooth they were passing it to each other they didn’t know how to put it on they had a hard time and they left me for two weeks with pain , I had to call them to see what’s going on with my crown when it’s gonna arrive every time I told them I have pain they were telling me it’s normal it’s normal because you don’t have no roots in your tooth so how do you feel pain probably is just your gums getting use to the temporary crown and now I have infection in my tooth and I have to go see a specialist please do not go there and waste your money , and a management and staff it’s horrible.

These ladies make you feel like family!! Ive never enjoyed the dentist, but I look forward to my check ups here. 100% recommended!!! The whole staff if incredibly friendly. I cant say enough about the front desk! Thank you ladies for being so EPIC!!

I recently visited this dentist for the 1st time a few days ago. I brought my 2 sons ages 10 & 2. The staff and dentists were very friendly and welcoming. They offer free water and coffee while you wait. My 2 yr old was very fussy but the staff handled it very professionally and in a kid friendly manner. I was appreciative of that. Great explanation on what’s going to be done, what need to be done and so forth. I will definitely return.

I had a front tooth fall out, I called Saturday late. I got a phone call that evening telling me to come in the next morning. I was so pleased with the people at this office AMAZING friendly, knowledgeable, and took care of me right away. Dr. Danielle was fantastic. She explained what was needed and proceeded to get the work done. I know have a new dentist, Dr Danielle and her staff.

I wish I had as good an experience with them as many of the reviews here. I went in to get a crown made (as my old one popped off) and this took almost 3 months. Many times I went in there, I felt like they did not seem to remember my case because I had to recount everything that they had done so far. I felt neglected. On my second visit, they could not fit the crown that their lab made so they reimpressed my tooth and asked me to come back and also suggested to get my wisdom tooth extracted. On my third visit, I was supposed to get my wisdom tooth extracted, but the doctor who was supposed to do the procedure was indimitating to the extent that I had to walk out. I got the procedure done by a dental surgeon later. Then, after my wisdom tooth extraction, I went there again to get reimpressed for a new crown and get a new temp crown. They spent almost 45 minutes trying to fit in my old temporary crown. I requested to get a new temp crown made because the old one didnt feel right, but they just wouldnt do it for reason I couldn’t understand. The temp crown came off on my way back home. They called me again the next day to fit a new temp crown. I was so antagonised by the whole experience, that even though the permanent crown that they took 3 months to fit has started paining now (2 months later), I would choose another dentist to look at it.FYI- I had my first visit at Canyon Creek Family Dentistry after which they moved me to Epic family dentistry.

They made me feel so comfortable.I drove almost an hour to get to them.Just because they was the only dentist open on Sunday.It was worth the drive. They was so attentive.

I was about to visit this place but my friend who visited last month said they said insurance wont cover for Dip cleaning and charge $450 from him qnd claim 350$+ from insurance too. So i dont want to visit place. Avoid this place.

Absolutely wonderful staff. From the receptionist, to the hygienist and dentist. Everyone was warm and friendly, and I definitely left with a smile on my face - due to the amazing service and my new much whiter teeth! Do not hesitate to come here, I know I cant wait to go back!

I had a dental emergency today with pain that was Unreal. I had called another dentist office looking for something to take me in very quickly with my insurance. I just have to say that the doctors and staff at this office are truly amazing and really care they literally held my hand during my procedure when I was having a difficult time. Guys I cant thank you enough for everything you did for me today. If youre looking for a dental office that really truly cares about you and about your pain that youre going with go to Epic you will not be disappointed.

Foremost, the prices are extremely under what you will find anywhere else. We drove from Fort Worth to N. Dallas and it was definitely worth the trip. The dentist is very diligently and cares about his patients. I definitely recommend this place.

As a new patient I could have not asked for a better experience. Alondra, Jennifer, Julie, & Dr. Adam are truly a DREAM TEAM! They make going to the dentist a very unique experience. Can’t wait for my next appointment!

I cant express how great it is to have discovered these guys, they were able to accommodate a last minute appointment for me a couple weeks ago. I (like most I think) always dread going to the dentist because I (like most people I think) dont go nearly as often as I should. As soon as I walked in the girl smiled and offered me some coffee, everyone there was very pleasant but the biggest thing for me was that even though I needed quite a few fillings, they were so gentle that (true story) I honestly felt like I could have fallen asleep in the dentist chair if it werent for them having to pull on my cheeks a bit to get to my molars. Every other time I have gone to the dentist I feel like I get lectured and poked and am uncomfortable but you can tell these people go out of their way to be very careful and gentle and there was no lecturing, everybody was so warm. OH! also, I had some dents in my teeth near the gumline for ever that I thought I had to live with, they filled them in and my teeth look 100% better, every other dentist I have gone to charged me for a ton of things and never even mentioned that this could be done. Here I payed less than I feel like I usually do (I never really know what other dentist are charging me for) and not only were my teach cleaned and fillings done but there was a big noticeable difference in how good they looked thanks to them filling in the low parts on my front teeth.

Just a wonderful place from the moment you walk till the end of your visit. The staff were really amazing so as the doctor. I will come back.

My visit here wasnt like the 5 star reviews that are her posted below. I wish I could have experience like others. From first contact was amazing! I was like yes! The person I spoke to on the phone was super nice! My appointment was set for Saturday! By the time of my appointment they was nice enough to schedule it to a later time in the day. However, I drive all the way to the office( I dont stay in the area) and was told their Xray machine was down and to come back tomorrow(no call before I drove all the way out) ok. So the next day(Sunday) My appointment was schedule for 2pm. I got a call around 9:30 asking me to come in at 11 instead... ok no problem. I get to this office, and I waited over and hour to be seen. Not once was I told this visit they only consider a pre visit(nothing happens just get your teeth looked out) I didnt even get a cleaning down because I was told they didnt want to be there till 6:30. Wow. I dont like going to dentist as much, I myself work in the Medical field and barely have time to go to visits for myself. I thought I really lucked up and found a dentist open on the weekend, Front desk was wonderful. The lady who pulled me back acted like she didnt want to do her job with me. Not once did she smile. Not once did she make me feel like I was wanted there. You thinking for waiting there an whole hour just to be seen and everything I had to with rescheduling me etc I would have been treated better. Its sad that I couldnt get the experience everyone else received. The inside of the office is nice though.

I had my deep cleaning done at Epic family dentistry and it was very good experience they are reasonable in price. Allison was very helpful and friendly also the staff and Dr. Adam did a amazing job in cleaning and explaining.

I had called a number of different dentist offices asking about prices for a single tooth extraction for my girlfriend, and everyone of them (except Epic) was asking $150 or more for just the visit and an exam. Epic only charged me $150 for the visit, exam, and extraction! On top of all that, one of the employees stepped out to get lunch for her and her crew, and when she got back she handed me a Big Mac! It doesnt get any better than that right there. So the next time you are window shopping for the Dentistry that is the right fit for you look no further than Epic Family Dentistry.

Very great service Dr.Adam is the best so proffesional so is the staff in the front desk and the hygenist and they dont force you to do anything they give you the proffesional opinion i would recomend this for everyone plus they are very polite and make u feel happy , comfortable u just want to keep smiling love it great experience
