I have gotten to the dentist in a while (oops) so I was concerned about my dental health and a little worried about being shamed for not going for so long. We just recently moved to the area from Colorado and I always hate finding a new dentist and hygienist. Well I have to say I’m ecstatic to have found my new dental home in TX! Lindsey the hygienist and Dr Rodriguez went above and beyond to make me feel like family. They explained everything that needed to be done in my mouth and most importantly WHY! I actually felt like I understood all the dental photos and xrays! Lindsey had the most gentle touch with my cleaning and continuously asked how I was doing. Talking with her made it feel like I had known her for years. I loved hearing that she was a fellow dog lover and she even showed me some adorable pictures of her pup Charlie! Dr Rodriguez even did a filling after my cleaning that had been sensitive to sweets for the past few months. It feels perfectly smooth to my tongue! Can’t wait to come back and see them both!

I spent most of my summer with the wonderful staff and Dr. Rodriguez after neglecting my teeth for a few years. They are wonderful at every turn - from trying to get insurance to cover treatments, helping me understand procedures, and making me comfortable during a tooth extraction. When I walked into the office I felt unsure of what I was going to experience. It had been almost 10 years since I had gone to the dentist, which I’m sure everyone understands is a mistake that we all should avoid, but I kept putting the health of my teeth at the back of my mind. The Carrolton Dentist did a great job of making me feel comfortable, not shameful of my lack of tooth care. They helped me understand what was wrong with my teeth, educated me on how my teeth work and what allowed the tooth in question to become the way it is. Mrs. Rodriguez made me feel comfort in knowing my tooth could be saved and made it easy for me to set up appointments with the help of her front desk associates. If I could give them 10 stars I would.

I’ve been coming to this office for the past 10-15 years. They are amazing. I have anxiety about procedures and cleanings, so I’m given nitrous for each visit. They are kind and don’t talk down to me just because I don’t like going to the dentist in general. They work with me on pricing when work needs to be done and are nothing but kind/easy to talk to. They have little TVs you can watch during cleanings or procedures so the time passes quickly. I’ll never go elsewhere as long as my insurance is accepted at this office.

Ive been meaning to give The Carrollton Dentist a review for a while. I first found them at the beginning of this year (January 2018). I have a complicated dental history from when I was a kid and I had been putting off going to the dentist for about 10 years.Im not from this area and prior to finding the Carrollton Dentist I had tried a few other dentists around the area. The few that I tried seemed like they were trying to do unnecessary work and I felt my mouth was a lost hope after leaving those offices. This was not the case at The Carrollton Dentist, I consider myself very fortunate for finding them.The staff at The Carrollton Dentist were very welcoming and calmed all of my fears immediately. Im pretty self-conscious about my teeth and the staff here didnt make me feel like my teeth were a lost cause. They set me on a plan to take care of high priority items and Lindsey did a cleaning. I had a (much needed) crown done on one of my molars and the crown is perfect, Dr. Rodriguez did a fantastic job. I plan on having all of my other dental work done here as well.Big shout out to Erika, Sarah, Lindsey, Tina, Diamond and Dr. Rodriguez, everyone in this office is very professional and I feel that they genuinely care. But everyone has been friendly and treating me like family to make sure I comfortable and able to do what I need to in the time frame I have would like to have it done by. This was a horrible experience. Lets start from the time you get there, the receptionists are horrible they tried to tell me I didnt have an appointment when someone had just called and confirmed a couple of days before. Then they told me my exam would be $57 and they tried charging me $124. The doctor seemed very rushed and not thorough at all. She was not warm or friendly by any means. I only went in for an exam and X-ray but I could not even fathom receiving treatment from this doctor. Patient care is so important from the start to finish. Needless to say I will not be back. EVER.

Moved to Dallas area and was referred to Dr. Rodriguez. Her and the staff are great. The office reviews with you your treatment plan and any out of pocket costs that insurance does not cover to make sure you understand. So happy I was given her information.

Love this dentist! The staff cares for not only your teeth but for you as a person. They have a genuine concern for you and when you visit you feel like part of the family. These ladies are so kind and are amazing at their work.

Dr. Horton is the best. She goes past the expected and makes certain that you get just what you need and that its just right for you. The support staff takes great care of you as well and has always been happy and fun. Fun, now thats a word you dont hear with dentist very often but it truly is, every time.

This is the first dentist Ive ever had that I havent dreaded going to. All of the staff and hygienists are extremely friendly and professional. Dr. Rodriguez is a great dentist. I felt comfortable as soon as I walked through the door!
