I had all 4 wisdom teeth operated on and they did very well. They treated me as many times as necessary and with very good treatment, Miss Alice always very attentive and very professional, thank you very much.

The front desk lady was very polite! Everyone was extremely nice and helpful. The dentist and his student in training were both very good. They helped me to understand what was going on throughout the entire process! The dental assistant was extremely nice and helpful as well! I definitely recommend this office!

I had been dealing with some personal issues that I was trying to get solved and I need some work done on my teeth. However, it was not the right time. I contacted the Carrollton office and spoke to a lady by the name of Lee several times and when I tell you how grateful I was to speak to her, I was so happy. Truly a blessing. Lee assured me that everything would be ok and she will try her best to help me. I explained to her my personal situation and how I had to postpone my dental work. It’s been 3 weeks since my consultation and they haven’t called me with my insurance cost.. I’ve called them so many times just to tell me they’ll call me back and never do. You’d think they’d have some sense of urgency due to the importance of their job but they could care less. Take your business somewhere else.. the staff is not so customer friendly either so might as well..

I first hand witnessed the affects that happened when a close friend of mines had wisdom tooth extractions. The surgery took place last Friday. A week ago today. He still has not received feeling back on the left side of his face. His face is still numb. When he reached out to call the office they were very unprofessional and rude when addressing his concerns. He was given additional medicines but still have received any answers as to why his face has no feeling anymore. He was told that the numbness would only last 24 hours however it has been a week. The doctor also did not seem concerned wit the issues he had. He kept saying everything looked good and seemed as if it was an inconvenience when he returned to the office to personally speak to him in regards to it. This was the most unprofessional experience I have ever witnessed and it made me change my own mind about using this business for something so major.

I went in for wisdom teeth removal which I received very quick help with and had an appointment set immediately, awesome start to my experience.After the procedure began on my wisdom teeth extraction, I actually woke up from my anesthesia TWICE in EXTREME pain (mind I paid extra to be put under for the procedure). He stated after the procedure my mouth was “too small” and he had difficulty removing one of the top wisdom teeth resulting in slightly damaging my upper jaw, so I may be sore (the jaw still pops and cracks)It doesn’t stop there, after the procedure I was prescribed the most inadequate pain medicine and was in severe pain for an entire weekend before I could even be seen again.The pain continued for well over two weeks, and I was left with two cracked teeth as a direct result of the procedure at this office.

Unsatisfied with the behavior of Doctors assistant. She didnt give proper answer and very rude attitude. Doctor is good.

A friend of mine went to this office because she was experiencing horrible toothaches. After getting all four of her wisdom teeth pulled things became worse. Since the procedure at this office she has had numbness on the left side of her face, more in the mouth area on the side where she stated she felt the Dentist almost pulling her body out the chair from trying to snatch the tooth out. Seems to be poor anesthesia practice if she is waking up feeling the pain after she paid additional to be put to sleep. She stated she called the office multiple times looking for help to get her mouth back to normal and her concerns were pushed off and she was prescribed steriods which did not work. The Dentist told her this was normal and she should be better in a few weeks, its been months now and she still feels the same. I have referred her to a neurologist and I hope she can have some type of answers. To be continued...

I LOVED my experience at ToothHQ! I felt the most comfortable here than any other dental office! Everyone was amazing, from the receptionist, to Esmerelda, and the doctor! Esmerelda made sure I had all my questions answered and she was just a great energy and person to be around! Will definitely be coming back here for any dental needs!!

I had oral surgery done here. I had two wisdom teeth taken out and a deep cleaning. Staff is very nice and they are pretty quick in treating you. I would’ve given this a higher rating, but I am not completely satisfied with their service. At the consultation I asked what the recovery time would be and they said 2-3 days. I specified I could not miss a lot of work, but they reassured me. I scheduled the surgery for a Friday morning, thinking I would just need to be off on Monday. Man was I wrong. The recovery lasted 2 weeks. I was in horrible pain the entire two weeks and when I called the doctor and asked why they had told me 2-3 days, they said that recovery time is for “most” people. They need to do a better job of explaining what the worst case scenario is. I also asked the doctor for stronger pain medication, but even with the “stronger” medication I was still in pain. I ended up having to call a different doctor for better medication. If I would’ve known the recovery time was going to be so long, I would’ve waited to take vacation from work to get it done. Next time I’ll remember to ask what worst case scenario could be. 😕

Worth giving weight to the negative reviews, I certainly wish I had. Many of the positive ones are due to gift cards and other incentives provided by the office. I would give zero stars if I could.Got a dental cleaning done last year and it took the office close to 7 months to process my insurance claim. This is with me following up constantly and asking for updates. I was repeatedly given wrong information and my calls got ignored at times. Requests for call backs were never fulfilled. I overpaid out of pocket and it took me going into the office in person to get the itinerary sorted out and my refund issued. Their billing coordinator, Lori, was extremely unprofessional and incompetent. The only answer she could give was that shes been doing this a long time, and this is how it is. I dont understand how a dental office has to file an insurance claim 17 times before doing it correctly. Also, if there is only one person in the entire office responsible for filing claims, it might make sense to have someone whos knowledgeable. During the procedure, the doctor seemed very irritated and impatient.The staff is extremely pushy when it comes to getting you in that chair or signing you up for a treatment/payment plan, but if you have concerns, theyre unbothered and in no rush to help.There are other offices in the area who are not only cheaper, but less pushy and will actually answer questions if issues arise and provide better quality of care and customer service.

I had a wonderful experience at Tooth HQ! The staff was very friendly, from the front desk to the nurse who wheeled me to the car afterward. I was very nervous, but Dr. Vadivel explained exactly what would happen during my oral surgery as to put my mind at ease. I was still a little anxious of course, but the staff went out of their way to help me feel calm. They were so sweet and I felt they genuinely cared that I was comfortable. I am 5 months pregnant and in immense pain. I had been to several dental appts and no one could figure out why I was in so much pain! Jasmine and Dr. V were so amazing and knew exactly what the problem was. As much pain as I was in, this was THE BEST dental experience I have ever had. Jasmine was so sweet and friendly. She made sure I was takin care of, she chatted with me like a friend, made calls/sat on hold and made things happen! I also loved the fact that she continued to update me as we went instead of just leaving me to sit in a room wondering how long I would be in there, not knowing the status of anything. Dr. V was kind and clear in his explanation of the issues I was having. This place was fantastic and I actually look forward to seeing them next time. Made an appointment after searching for dentists who worked with my insurance. An hour after they have my insurance card, they nonchalantly tell me that they actually don’t work with my insurance. I was hoping for a positive experience, however I wasted a day’s worth of work finding a dentist, and it is now too late to have an appointment today. The dentist also spoke to me like I was a toddler, and asked if I understood what he was saying.

I am editing my earlier review completely - anyone reading these reviews needs to know that this office is offering $5 gift cards to patients in exchange for reviews.I was referred to this office for evaluation for pocket surgery. After xrays and an exam, the doctor told me that he believes I should instead have all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed as they are the origination point of my issues. I should have gotten a second opinion - lesson learned.The day of the procedure, music was playing loudly throughout the office. It was difficult to understand the first girl I talked with while scheduling my follow-up because of the volume level - pretty unprofessional. Writing down the date and time of the follow-up wouldve been helpful here given that I was about to be put under heavy sedation.No one introduced themselves or told me what they were doing before they did it. My comfort was not a concern. Between my nerves (Id never been sedated), the loud music, and the Netflix they turned on, and the office chatter, it was a very disruptive environment.Im still not sure if they intended for me to be fully sedated or not. I was awake, but very groggy. On the plus side, it went very quickly. The doctor also did a deep clean while I was numb and was quite rough - I had ragged, torn-up gum tissue for the following couple weeks all around my mouth.I received very little information regarding aftercare. No information to take home (there was a sheet offered back when the appointment was scheduled, but it was very general). I didnt know what normal healing looked like and just took for granted that Id call if I was in severe pain (luckily, I was not).Be aware of the false positive reviews here from people who havent finished their first appointment. Proceed with caution.

My husband needed a quick appointment because he was in a good amount of pain from a cavity. The office staff is extremely nice and made the experience very comfortable. This is his first oral surgery, and they ensured him that everything would be just fine. They gave us all the plan information up front and allowed us to decide on which option was best for us. They were very quick with the consultation and made it an enjoyable experience! Will come back!

I came here a few months ago for an emergency wisdom tooth removal. The pain was so bad I had them take out all 4 so I never experience this level of pain again. The whole process was great! Even at the end when I felt like I had excessive bleeding going on, the dentist (main one forgot his name) answered my phone call on a Saturday when he was out of town. I only contacted him when I thought my symptoms were serious and he was super nice about it and told me what to do to make the bleeding stop. The staff is friendly and they genuinely look like they enjoy their job. Only con? If you’re setting up a payment plan do not sign up through their office. The interest rate almost gave me a mini panic attack. Luckily I knew about care credit since I had used them before and they offer no interest for like, a year. It was a little lame that they didn’t offer this option to me and that I had to ask but then again it’s my job to be informed. Anyways, I still loved everything else about this place. Have referred a friend to them already!

I love this dentist. He extracted my daughter’s wisdom teeth within 30 minutes. This happened on a Tuesday. By Friday, she was good as new. He even called to check on her the day after surgery. Can’t wait for him to do my implants.

Very bad experience. I waited for almost 3 hours to be seen and then was asked when did I want to schedule to have my wisdom teeth pulled when I was already scheduled to have it done. While in the chair I expressed that I felt pain and continue to feel pain throughout the procedure to the point that I felt as if I wanted to pass out. After everything was done and I went to pick up the prescription, they had forgotten to call it in so I had to call the emergency number because the office was closed. I will not be returning after this.

Dr. Vadivel was incredibly kind and patient. He walked me through step by step scenarios of possible wisdom tooth extraction, but most of all, he was honest. My wisdom teeth sit very close to a few nerves and he was honest from the start and referred me to UT Southwest. And while hes probably completely qualified to do the procedure himself, he thought for the best interest of the patient. He wanted to make sure that whatever option I opted for- that it would be the least painful for me. I highly recommend this doctor simply for his honesty!

I went in there today after being referred to from my other dentist. despite my lack of communication due to a small goblin using his psychic knife to create so much pain I couldnt even talk.everyone in the office was wonderful and understood the severity of needing to rid this demon from my head to stop the next coming dental world plauge.they battled the creature for I have no recollection because I had chosen to sleep through this for I am a weenie and do not enjoy the idea of being aware of the pain.the warriors of implants and gumcare truly deserve an award for the constant duty they do.

If you want do implants I don’t recommend them. they are very expensive and you could do the job somewhere els with half price $7000 to do 2 implants without a crown... that’s joke

I have had several surgeries with Dr. V, he is wonderful. He is kind and really cares about his patients. Getting oral surgeries can be very intimidating, but Dr. V and his staff really care and do everything possible to make the experience the very best possible. I highly recommend!! By far the best dental facility I have stepped foot in! From the moment my family and I walked in we were greeted in a friendly manner and felt welcomed. My kids go to a different dentist (for kids, of course) and I can honestly say the staff was much friendlier here at Implant & Gumcare than at a childrens dentist. I went for the free consultation with 3D CAT scan since I had not been to the dentist in years and was much needed. I do not know of other dental offices that offer a free consultation, yet alone a free 3D CAT scan. They were very informative and answered all my questions I had. They are very understandable and more than willing to work with you regarding the financially part of it. I do not have insurance so the payment plan offered was super helpful! I waited to come in to see a dentist because I hate the feeling of having dental work done. Now I just hate the fact that I waited so long lol because they made me feeling really conformable. They are more concerned with making you feel comfortable and answering your question than anything else and honestly that is as good as it gets cause what else can you ask for :) I have my procedure scheduled for this weekend and I am actually looking forward to it lol. I will provide an update after my appointment on how everything goes :)

My teeth and gums were a mess from 35 years of neglect. They took excellent care of me and put up with my whining about losing 6 of my teeth. My implants look a million times better than my original teeth and my Smile is its widest in decades.

I got my two lower wisdom teeth removed. It was quick (about 15 minutes), and I was out. They have special deals if you have all 4 wisdom teeth removed where they will put you under for free, otherwise laughing gas is free which is still really effective. I would recommend this dental office to other people because they are really friendly, clean and quick.

Since my review got removed I will edit the follow up. Dr. Vadival could have referred me to an oral surgeon specialist, but decided in doing so after seeing my first critical review. My job is not to research who can remove my last wisdom tooth.That’s the what’s frustrating. He could have made the referral the day of the extraction, not the following visit. I’m supposed to live with the discomfort of the protruding alignment resulted from the healing. File the point down or something... It’s not going to go away on its own in two weeks.

Great experience. Removed all 4 wisdom teeth and did not have to take off any days from work. I was initially concerned based on what i have read online regarding recovery time, but can say their specialty in removal is top notch. A summary of what was completed and any complications would have been appreciated (one of my other teeth broke during cleaning they did not report), but other than that it was great.

I had two wisdom teeth pulled on 8/28/17. Dr Vadivel and his staff were great. They answered all of my questions before and after treatment. I was able to return to work after two days with very little pain. I would definitely recommend Implants & Gumcare!

Had an abscess and didnt no where to turn. This office was phenomenal, and saw me right away! Dr V did an extraction immediately and i felt NO pain fast... called me to check on me personally too! I will be a return patient now.

Overall a great experience. I had 8 teeth removed including my wisdom teeth so at first I was slightly hesitant with the whole thing but the doctors always made me feel comfortable with all my questions pre-op and post. I was referred by my dentist to here for checking and maybe taking out my wisdom teeth. Everyone here is very nice, they give the free CT scan and consultant.
