I felt like they were rushing to finish me although there was no one else waiting. Took away from the whole relaxation feel

I love this salon and my nail stylist Terri is by far the best they provide top notch service and I love the massage chair it puts me to sleep.

They do a good job everytime and in and out quick for a manicure

I stopped by and got my nails and feet done today. My pedicure was great but the guy who did my nails was not friendly, my nails are awful.Not a happy customer

Went to get a full set and polish change on my toes and the older lady nail tech seem to have an attitude because I didn’t want a pedicure and proceeded to rush through my nails and put polish on so messy and rushed I had to asked for them to be re-painted. She took the polish off with more attitude and talk back and left me sitting in a chair for 10mins before somebody else came to polish my feet. That’s was so rude and completely unnecessary ! Not a happy CUSTOMER whatsoever!

My nails are uneven and he was coughing on me

I visited Lee Day Spa Friday to get my granddaughters nails done before she went back to school on Monday. This was our first visit to this spa and LAST visit. They didnt give her the design she asked for. She mentioned that and nothing was done. I got a manicure, again this was on Friday and the very next day, Saturday, my nails were chipped. So I had to remove the chipped red polish with nail polish remover and it left a pink film over my nails that I couldnt get off. I had repeat the process over and over again using a brush to get my nails back to normal! I would NOT RECOMMEND this nail shop!!!

Johnny does a wonderful job on my nails and hes the only reason I continue to go but no one speaks and it seem unfriendly and unwelcoming. Even though they sometimes speak in there native language which is perfectly fine. Be aware that people arent stupid and know when your talking about them.

Lowkey Beast

I selected a color, #681. I wanted the same color but no chip for my nails and regular for my feet. It was obvious that the colors were different. They did not offer a polish change for my feet. I also had a nail chip within 2dys.

The absolute worst experience ever. The original lady that was doing my nails did nothing I asked. When I tried to correct her, she got mad. I asked for someone else to help and thats when my nail tech started throwing products and stormed out. Another nail tech fixed it for me. But I will never go back there.

Just left this place and the one eyebrow lady literally messed my eyebrows up. Claiming I didn’t have hair at the bottom of one of my eyebrows. Then the nerve to charge 10 dollars and tell me nothing is wrong with them

Its all right, but I have been to a spa did a better job on my feet. They ask you do want your nail cut. I dont want nail hang over my feet, Thats disguised!

The place looked and was very unsanitary. All the tools looked like they already been used on plenty of feet. The guy who did my feet literally sat the feet scraper on the garbage as a holding station, ewww no. I saw no cleaning of the bowls as people were leaving and new clients coming. My daughter recieved a fill in and his finish product was jagged sharp nails on the side, had to get that filed again. I heard the owner does great work and they look like they have good clientele. I suggest a remode and sanitation training to better serve customers. I wont be back, the only reason I came was because of a gift certificate.

It seems like that gotta buy their own individual supplies. I sympathize with them. Seems like the nail shop for techs ready to retire.

They used old nail polish & the lady was rude. According to the young girl who speaks english well, the lady doing my nails did not know that the polish was old & then she revealed that it wasnt even their polish & must have been a customers...😬😕

In the beginning this was a nice place to go. This place has gone down. Polishes are lousy andno new skills (plain and same old stuff).

Have been to this nail shop a couple of times and have always had friendly/professional techs who do a wonderful job on my nails. I Will continue to go to this nail shop.

They didn’t even wash my foot well. It was rushed. My nail wasn’t painted right, I’m not coming back. Terrible terrible, terrible.

Worst customer service they don’t know what they’re doing so pissed of this morning I went they not even pay attention the color I want and all uglys no recommended this place and the manager is supposed to help you and she don’t care haha I wonder how they have clients totally recommend MINDY NAILS BY RIVER OAKS ST super clean salon and great service

Place is not in good condition. Remote for the pedicure chairs were taped to the chair arms. Will not go back. Chairs also taped together at the drying station. Overall this place was not acceptable.
