I haven’t had my nails done in years. Now I have a new job, I took the chance to get my nails done. Simon was awesome and so thorough. I was so amazed at how pretty my nails looked afterwards. Since its been years, he showed me the samples of what the color I wanted. I got a full set and wantee gel but he recommended acrylic. Purple is my fav color so I showed a pic of ombré glitter and he made magic. Just what I wanted! THANKS SIMON! Prices are a bit steep but it was worth it

Tye is awesome! You can come in and sign your name. Theyll call you when youre next in line! After a few nail shop mishaps Im glad to have finally found a quality quick nail tech!

I recommend any and everyone to come here, a little pricey but they take their time and its not a rush job. Amazing work!

I tried to patronize this place but every time I go the customer service is lousy. I dont mind waiting but I noticed when some customers came in after I did, they were told immediately that it will be an hour wait without even asking them what services they were seeking. The young lady finally was able to let them know she just wanted her eyebrows waxed and then she was told to have a seat. I decided not to wait after all and I left. I guess it was a blessing in disguise because I found another nail salon that had excellent communication and better customer service. Just a disclaimer, I have had a mani/pedi and brows waxed here twice before and I guess this place wasnt meant to be for me. Everyone has their own experience this is just mine.

Nail tech was rude. They charge Nail polish as no-chip which is extra. They have the regular nail polish that is thinned out in the back in which they keep adding acetone to it. My nails were uneven and I was over all dissatisfied with my services. The young lady fixed my nails, but I will not return

Tye was awesome. I have short nail beds and I have a habit of biting... so nails never ever looks right on my fingers but babbyyy they look so good. Can’t wait to go back!!!

Its ok, its kind of hit or miss. The full sets are usually decent but the pedicures arent that great or consistent I never know if Im going to like it or not... the amount of coaching just to get my nails right is ridiculous....

I came in after dropping off a family member next door for a interview at Surge and decided to come here while I wait. I had Simon as my nail tech and he was so gentle and nice. I asked for a crisp sharp square shape for my nails and he executed it BEAUTIFULLY. I will definitely be back.

I cheated on Lady Nails today - and Baybeee! Im so glad I did. Not only is Mindy Nails closer to my house, but the service was impeccable! I got a fill in and pedicure. The precision on shape and color was more than I could ask for.

Jen is the bomb! I request her every single time I come here! Very professional, careful and adventurous with nails and art she does. My nails stay looking good for weeks after. Even though it’s far from my house, I make the trip every time because Jen is simply amazing!

Prices are high for what you get. I got a $28 pedicure and he didn’t clean under my nails or use a hot towel or ensure the bottoms of my feet was wet before attempting to remove dead skin. All he did was apply a bunch of oil to my feet. He applied oil before filing and in all my 20+ years of getting pedicures I’ve never seen that done. Then he kept being nosy worrying about what everyone else was doing instead of focusing on my feet. This was my first visit and I won’t be returning.

First time here and it was a pleasant experience. They fixed issue I had that and shop messed up without m having to say anything. I will definitely be coming back

I liked my nails. I got the no chip and it chipped after 8 days but they fixed it with no problem, no questions asked. I really appreciate that kind of customer service.

We all know that some of these people don’t speak clear English nor do they understand you. I came to get a pedicure today and the guy (SUNNY) just stopped in the middle of my pedicure and started working on someone else all because I said ouch a couple times because he was very tough. He didn’t say anything. He just got up and left and started working on someone else. Now I’m sitting here waiting again with a half done pedicure and I’ve already been here for a hr. 1 star for mistreatment!!

Good service. The only nail shop I go to now close to home. Simon and Mindy are the best nail techs. However, all their employees work togther as a team to get customers in and out.

My nail came off twice and it hasn’t even been 2 weeks yet it had only been a day and i already lost a nail they did it over but it was done sloppily doesn’t even look like the shape of the other nails now I have 2 other nails ready to come off will not be going back ever again

Best $20 full set. Sometimes you get what you pay for mines we’re exceptional. Really surprised me wanted something clean and quick and it was way more than expected.

This is the only place that my mom and I come to, when we want to get our feet and hands done. Its always clean and professional. Love Mindy and staff. Great people! They do excellent manicures and pedicures.💅

I visited Mindy’s Nail Salon a few weeks ago with my mom and we ABSOLUTELY loved our nails and our pedicure. Mindy was nice and was patient with us seeing as it was out first time coming to her salon. We are definitely going to be repeat customers

They scam people so easily. They use acrylic and make customers think it’s gel nails. Gel comes in a honey consistency. Gel does not come in a powder form. They charge customers $10 extra dollars to give them gel, even though they know it’s basically acrylic. They fooled alot of people. When u ask them what’s the difference between gel and acrylic, they say gel is clear which is a LIE...Way to go Mindy, you no better than the rest of these Chinese nail shops.

They are so nice and the prices are great! Mindy is awsome and so is the staff! I enjoy going there to get my nails and toes done! Also Mindy does great eyebrows n eyelashes! This is the only shop I go to!

Went to get eyebrows waxed and Mindy wasnt available. Mindy recommended another staff member. He didnt know what he was doing and burned my left eye lid. I showed her my eye and she apologized at first and then got smart with me. She said that you had a choice. Mindy being the owner should know what her staff is capable of doing. She showed no empathy or compassion. Lost a good customer.

I used to love going to get my nails done here been going since I was in middle school and now I’m a college graduate. Over the years they got new employees and the service just went down. They do nails horribly now. The shape I got was square and it’s rounded out and uneven. The paint is on my skin instead of the nail. Now I’m walking around looking stupid. When I brung the quality of the nail techs work to their attention they seemed to not care and TRIED to fix it and i walked out with my nails looking the same. If you do go here go to SIMON OR TY because the rest of them do a messy job.

I broke a nail and being desperate, I went to the nearest place google suggested. After waiting for a hour, I received a square shaped fill in that lifted on two nails within the week. Thoroughly engrossed in the movie, when asked what shape, I simply replied the same as the others but shorter and continued watching the tv. I didnt pay much attention while shaping or washing my hands but somehow square became the new coffin I originally had. I could only stare.

Only two nail techs when I walked in and about three other customers waiting for service. Somehow, they managed to start service on the three people who were waiting before me Within a matter of 15 minutes. I’m glad that I decided to wait because the nail technician that serviced me (Simon) Was very thorough and very professional. He did a great job fixing the horribe mess of nails that I had courtesy of Tip.Top Nails on Sibley. Overall there was not a long wait and the atmosphere was decent. However, this was my first time there so we’ll see how it goes next time. As for right now they’ve won me over!

I asked for the pink powder and I got charged an extra $5. The woman that did my feet stopped in the middle of my pedicure to fix her phone. Not to mention she was on the phone the entire time and left my feet and legs oily... Never again will I go there...

The lady who serviced me today RUSHED through the entire process!! She barely let my nails dry or the gel set. She didnt properly let my feet dry so the polish on my big toe is smudged 😠 Also I wanted my eyebrows arched I was told Mindy would do them HOWEVER when I was led to the chair a man REEKING of cigarettes came from the back and attempted to arch my eyebrows but I said NO. He didnt wash his hands or ANYTHING and thought he was about to touch my face 😒 After about 10 minutes and when I went to the front to request a refund... here comes Mindy to do my eyebrows 😩 This wasnt my first time going here and each experience has had some type of glitch needless to say I wont be going back.........

Terrible. We came to get my nieces nails done and they are 2 hours from closing and no one was there. We didnt even come in and the experience is already terrible. Just absolutely inconvenient.

I used to come here faithfully a couple years ago, when Mindy was here more often. Now theres just a group of rude and impolite people who run the shop and I guess Mindys just the owner. Today I needed a full set with a couple old nails that needed to be popped off. The man jerked and yanked my nail off to the point where my nail bed was lifted and bleeding. Then all the manager says is, we can put a tip over it so the blood wont touch the nail. Are you kidding me??? Im completely pi**ed and will not be coming here again.

The tech I had really rushed the job. Cut my cuticles so close, I was bleeding quite a bit. The clear polish flaked after one day.

The only place I go to when I want to fix my nails. Mindy is the owner who is great but she has a couple of techs that are good too.
