I would not recommend going here… they over charge for veryyyy poor quality services.

My no chip chipped after just 5 days....

Not good shaping up coffin nails but that was one person. Overall not bad great pedicure tho. It lasted me for close to a month with no chips in my polish.

I called before I came asking did I need to leave my name and 2as there space foe me . The guy said yes there was space available come in no need to leave name. This was Sunday afternoon 3ish..after got there he said they done for today I said ummm no I called n u said come in..he said ok put your name down I sat for 10 min or so no one was available. I hot up and left. They had to have the nerve to have posted on sticky notes if u use cards to pay extra $1 will be charged to your card 🙄 where they get off passing some random made up fee on us! No sir I wont pay u an extra dime ..I take my business elsewhere lost a client. Dont let people swindle u pitta a cent extra of your money banks do it enough 💯

I should have read the reviews first before coming in there. The customer service is terrible. My nail tech was very rude and out of order the guy that did my feet went too close to my skin and nip Me a lil. This was the worst experience that I had at a nail shop.

I went here today and firstly the wait time was about an hour..everything was outdated and old. There were only 3 workers on a Friday..they’re not on time with their appointments. Secondly my nails were rushed and poorly done..the shape is round when it was supposed to be coffin shaped, was really rough with my nails.

This place is horrible my nails turned out uneven and way to thick , they even started burning when he put the powder on . I asked him to remove my nails and he started cutting them off aggressively and cutting my real nails off too. Please everyone don’t go here it’s so many other great nail shops that ISNT USING an ILLEGAL product MMA . Worse experience I had to go through and now my nails are DAMAGED

They are so unprofessional I’ve come two days in a row and each day they stop taking ppl two hours prior to closing. The second day I came 45 mins earlier than the day before. I drive 20 mins just to get here and was turned around both times. Hours on google says close at 8p and yesterday it was 8p closing now today 7p how. How do you get to change your hours everyday.

If I could give this place a 0, I would. When in to have my nails done with my grandbaby. I asked for gel and got acrylic. When I asked again about gel , the man that did my nails tried to tell me he used gel power. The job he did was terrible. My nails were uneven and 3 of them has broken already and nevertheless, my grandbaby has lost all of hers. I was over charged and the person that took my payment was well aware. He never attempted to make any adjustments to my card ($30.00 a set). I will NEVER use their service again! Also, the guys noise was running the entire time. Disgusting!

Danny is awesome, my nails are perfect . Exactly how I wanted them to turn out 💕💕💕 . I’ve had my pedicures done here a few times as well . Completely satisfied with service and the end result .

I like the place. I don’t know who did my nails but it was a guy and he did my pedicure and my no chip manicure with dip chrome. They are fast with the service. It may take 10-20 minutes to get service depending on what day and time you get there but that’s expected at any nail salon 🤷🏿‍♀️. I love how they put a hot towel on your hands/feet that smells like fabric softener. Its a smidge expensive but its worth it. Also Mon- Wed they have 23$ Pedicures.

After reading the reviews, I was not looking forward to going to the only option I had. My wait time was minimal. I was assigned to AJ, who was extremely nice, professional & fulfilled all my concerns & requests. He was great! I had a gel manicure, he also massaged my hands & forearms & put hot towels on them. He received a large tip & I told him I will be back to request him in the future.

The owner is VERY RUDE! If could give no stars I would. They have no respect for the population they serve ( blacks) my daughter got her nails done and within hours the polish was completely off. They blame everything on the customer and refused to redo them. Do yourself a favor find another place to patronize.

The service was not accomodating. There was no care of the nails. Person didnt check with me to see what I wanted; such as cut down or shape. All nails where not completely polish and were a little sloppy. No clean up of p excess polish around the nail. I showed a picture as guidance of what I wanted. The person attempted to polish based on what they thought was best instead of what I wanted. After thorough explanation and going back and toward with the worker; I got the design I wanted. Nail tech was rude and angry; because I wanted to pay for what I wanted, and not what she wanted to give me. This is another nail shop that focuses on getting you in and out.....quantity over quality.

This place has fallen off hard. I moved out of state, so when I come in town I go to this shop. Won’t be going anymore. The lady rushed through my pedicure, I’ve never had my nails filed so hard, and after only 3 days one of my nails is coming off. They need to get it together.

This place is great. I see Andy he is the person to go to, to get your nails done. He does an amazing job and what u ask he gives, But yes I hate they dont tell you the price of services till done but honestly if u go to Andy its worth it. When u walk in they sit u down and ask u what u want I love the service and I love this place.

The guy who did my nails rushed the entire time, didn’t ask me what shape or how long I wanted them. Within 5-6 hours I already had a nail trying to pop off because it wasn’t properly put on.

I walked in the nail salon as quality time with my daughter for Mother’s Day on Sunday 30 minutes before close and the lady tells me we are closed already 😒 sorry I had to work at a restaurant and I couldn’t come in earlier.. The worst customer service ever!!!! I didn’t argue with the lady and the only reason I go to that place is for a worker named Henry I let no one else touch my nails but him! Very rude! I tried to explain I wanted to get my nails soaked off while I got my pedicure. She proceeded to ask me if I was dumb and didnt understand. Then when I walked out proceeded to get mad about me leaving. I refuse to spend my $ any place rude.

Don’t waste your time or money in this place, it wasn’t a full week before my nails started peeling at the tip, and I get no chip... when I went back for them to fix it she got an attitude(bad customer service) because she had to fix my nails. She went back n fourth telling me my nails chipped because I do hard work around the house🤔. I’ve been to plenty nail shops and never had a problem with my nails chipping in less than a week... no ma’am! I won’t be coming back ever!!!

Quality of work and customer service TERRIBLE! I got a pedicure and full set on Saturday..went out of town Tuesday one nail broke (got that one fixed while out of town) another nail broke Wednesday (got that one fixed while out of town) another nail broke Thursday. (I cannot make this up smh) by this time I was over it and refused to pay any more money for nail repairs. Friday comes and ANOTHER nail breaks. At this point I called Salon and spoke with manny! He told me to some in tomorrow (which was a Saturday and I was ok with that because I was coming in from out of town) get there Saturday and was told that he’d only replace the most recently broken 3 nails. I expressed that obviously the nails were thin and yet another nail was lifting and I was for certain the other four would be breaking soon. He went on to tell me that it was nothing he could do but repair the three and if the others broke I would have to pay. I expressed the inconvenience and he still refused. I will NEVER recommend this nail salon to anyone. Complete rip off and poor work. I should have known better from the beginning when the young lady that was doing my nails rushed through them very quickly. I will forever used word of mouth and NEVER suggest business to them.

My no chip manicure was done fabulously! It lasted about 2 weeks.I asked questions and conversed and the Nail Tech was very friendly and gave me prices up front...the first time I brought my 6yr old she loved her 1st ever pedicure experience!

Terrible service, they tried to arrest me because they didnt accept my form of payment (American Express). Mind you they dont have anything displayed indicating that they dont accept American Express. They called the mall security and the supervisor of the mall security immediately told them that it wasnt my fault that they didnt take my form of payment and told them to let me go because its not a criminal dispute and to right off the charge. They disregarded what the gentleman said and called the police. When the police got there they told them to arrest me. I was in complete disbelief. Over $40 that I literally had in my hand, I was going to be arrest. The sad part about the situation is that Im a regular customer at the nail shop. I was humiliated and treated like a criminal and because of this experience, my life is forever changed. I will never step foot in that nail shop or that mall again.

Loved it first time going here. AJ is the best mani and pedi with the massage was just what I needed and he was so very polite and meticulous which I really appreciated. Eyebrow waxing is nice but the older lady was extremely rough so Ill pass on her but will definitely be seeing AJ on the regular!

I started going here consistently about 6 months ago. I started just getting a regular old manicure clear polish and eventually started getting manicures with the no chip polish. Well now I have a fungus, its actually on all my nails but mu thumb nail is the worst. The Doctor said there is no way they didnt notice that a fungus was forming. I have to take 2 medications and, ive been taking them for 2 weeks and my nails still look aweful!

I would rather flush my money down the toilet than give them another penny. By far the absolute worst customer service I have ever received. They will charge you for services and not tell you the price until after they finish services. They will then call security on you and curse you out in public. I wish this was an exaggeration. I have already filed a complaint with the BBB. I will also going to file a complaint with the IL Department of Finance.

This is the worst nail shop. I asked for a cut down and my right hand was shorter than the left hand . I tell the manager and he tries to justify the lady. I tipped her and everything . If I could give no stars I would. WORST place to get your nails done. I paid $15 for a half job fill in. My polish application was extremely sloppy as well as the shaping and filing of my nails. When I tried to change the color of the (regular) polish BEFORE she even finished, I was charged an additional $5! Customer service is god awful, dont waste your time or money. Worst nail experience ever.
