Terrible. They are very rough with your hands. They are extremely rude. My regular shop is closed so I came to this one. Was not worth it. Waste of money.

Great place to go, and it gets busy extremely on weekends.

I love the work they do and the prices are decent!! Compared to other places in the area !! You won’t regret it.

This place is terrible, Their always rushing I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt multiple times and they always let me down. Their prices are high as well for a nail shop who don’t take their time. Their no chip polish always chips within a couple days. & When their doing a new set on you they don’t take off all of the polish that you had on previously. The only good thing I can say shout this shop is that their not rude other than that you should take your money elsewhere.

Terrible, nail chipped in less than 48 hours

I went there and the lady was getting paint all over my hands. And she was burning my hands on the dryer I DO NOT RECOMMEND U GOING THERE

If you have thick eyebrows and just want them cleaned up, I would avoid this place. Even after explaining what I wanted beforehand, Ill now have to wait a month or two for the hairs to grow back.

I went to this salon last weekend. It was my first visit and I went for a fill in. It was the worst experience Ive ever had with a nail salon. When I came in they asked what I needed it. I told them a fill in. They had me sit down with some man who looked as though he was pissed because I interrupted his iPhone program he was watching. He asked me what kind of polish and I told him I wanted the American manicure. He started working on my nails like Speedy Gonzalez. I mean he was working fast. Then he said, no American manicure clear only. I asked him why and he said, same as your nail. I said not I want American manicure. After he finished he told me to go and wash my hands. All I can say is my nails were horrible. You could see some of the purple polish he filed off and covered with the gel. I went to the manager and and she looked at my nails and told me to have a seat and she will fix them. One of my nails has broken because they pretty much filed away all the gel. I should have just stuck with where I was going. The lady told me next time she will take care of me. There will be no next time!!!! Ive ordered my own gel products and gel polishes and electronic files and what not. Ill do my dam nails myself thanks to them!!!!

I got the worlds quickest pedicure here and the lady did two coats and then had me get my nails done before putting a top coat on I’m guessing just so I can messed them up they rushed on my nails I will not return first and last time coming my nails look horrible didn’t shape them right I will not even go back so they can fix it I’m sure I’ll be disappointed

I received the worst pedicure ever in my entire life here. It was absolutely trash. I wont ever go here ever again, not even if I was paid to come. The customer service is terrible and i just cannot believe the lack of pride the technician took in giving my pedicure. If I could render negative stars, I absolutely and wholeheartedly would do just that.

I went in yesterday to get a full set no chip. I didn’t realize until after I left how bogus my nails look, they are very thick & not shape the way I would like. I don’t recommend ANYONE to go there if your not familiar with the employees. Because some are horrible & should not be Licensed period

Kelly and her sister Tee does great eye brow waxing and amazing lashes. Love them both. Im going to try brow tinting today. Ill let you know how it turns out.

Lady Nails is my permanent nail place I have been going there for 2 years now and never had a problem they have actually repaired and healed my nails from my last nail place which destroyed them completely I like all of the nail techs everyone is nice and does a great job see you in two weeks

Rush job and they dont appreciate your business. If you like super thick and sloppy looking gel or acrylic nails...this is the place for you.

They did a very nice job on my mani-pedi. They took their time and did not rush. I will visit this salon again. I gave it 3 stars because they did not recognize that I was disabled (legally blind, red tip cane). I had to tell them that I needed assistance. Maybe on the next visit I wont have to tell them.

Do NOT GET YOUR EYEBROWS DONE HERE. MINE LOOK LIKE I DID THEM AT HOME. I TOLD THE LADY I WEAR CONTACTS, PLEASE DONT PRESS ON MY EYEBALLS, SHE DID SO ANYWAY. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING.

Bad customer service! One of the ladies that does my nail she was rushing . The lady sister she caught a attitude because I left my purse In my car . while I was going to get my purse my toes got messed up and she got an attitude be she had to fix them . Will not be returning to this nail shop 💯.
