The time posted online is different than what is posted on there door, I arrived 30min before that and they had already locked the doors and refused me service. So unprofessional, I will never come back.

Service is terrible. As a first time customer, I expected more but unfortunately got the bare minimum. They were not friendly or welcoming at all. I felt as though I was being treated like a criminal and they acted as though they couldn’t understand me? The price chart is also inaccurate; I paid more for an overlay than anyone should. And on top of that, I just don’t see this place surviving a recession. First time customers, don’t waste your time. You’re better off doing whatever you need by yourself.

Wonderful experience

I went To this location ask for my nails to be no chip square and two ✌️🏾 designs which were only marbles pebbles and he put them on and they came right off and he talking about you have to be careful they came off before I even left his chair so I said to remove this and instead of him taking the polish off he just wiped it off and covered it up with some old design never again

The little mean lady running the place today wont let you soak your feet while waiting for a pedicure, so after I got my nails done, she thought I was going to sit and wait for the pedicure lady to start a new manicure on someone else. No I got my money back, went right up the street and sat in the pedicure chair and got my pedicure immediately. 😎

I went to this shop because my regular shop was closed on Monday and I needed a manicure for my daughter graduation. Dont dont come here. A old man did my manicure he wanted and laughed all the time insanely. He damaged and cut my index finger cutlice and laughed about it. It is a week later my finger is in chronic pain and swell and throbbing. Its so bad I will have to go to the doctor. Beware!!!?!!

I just had the most disrespectful treatment ever. I come to get my nails feet and eyebrows done. Cool get ready to pay with my credit card. They swipe my card and for some reason the card machine is no longer working. Ok. Cool again. Since I had no cash on me I had to walk across the street to atm n get cash. This rude lady tries to force me to leave my phone n said I could not leave without doing so. She then Proceeds to lock me in the salon n says I can’t leave. I told them they can walk over there with me but I’m not leaving my phone nor my purse. She says no. I moved her out my way walked n git their cash as promised. I will not ever return here. They treated me like a criminal. They should check their machines before they do service to prevent this in future. I’m so upset

The services sucks, the man yelling at the lady n she not only messed my eyebrows up my lashes came off a hour later I went back in there she had such a attitude I reported them. This is unacceptable when Im paying for services with my hard earned money n I dont get what I pay for I will never go there again ever

Don’t waste ur money n time

I got full set acrylics coffin for 25 ..Thick paint job..takes hours to dry but overall good

I went in for one nail repair smh they was so slow they had only two people in there and only one did nails and the other for feet like 6 people just sitting no one else came to help or nothing for me to only need a repair they took forever never called no one to come in i will not b coming back hear that place is not whats up

My nails look so low budget I dont understand how this place is still on business I wish it was worth me causing a scene but it was only twenty dollars but I cannot get my time back I recommend Mindys nails anyday
