I was there before 10:00 a.m. They were late but I was first and taken care of quickly . Prices went up due to covid 19.

Cannot understand English so I will not be back I did not want Chrome nails I wanted mirror like effect and this is what I got

Customer service is poor. They have horrible timing. It’s extremely crowded and over priced. Just want your money. Go to P’s nails in homewood. It’s literally 10 minutes away and a different world.

I love Tiffany, Adam and Na...they do good nails and feet. I have been going to Tiffany for years and never once was I disappointed. The only thing is, is the wait, it could take forever sometimes just to get serviced. Overall, I love it!!

The best lashes are done here. No complaints on service. However, they need a better system for calling clients in the order that they came into the shop.

This place is confused, if I could put a negative star I would. They have you sign in but never check the list to see who is next. If you are aggressive and speak your mind then you are next. Unorganized and messy place. Very disappointed. If we are going to spend our money it should be more organized period.

They told me that person doing my pedicure was from another location. However, if you know how to do pedicures you know what step is next, which product to use next. All that had to be told to her step by step. Not a pleasant pedicure.

Its going to be a bit of a wait no matter the day or time. This is a nail salon, so dont expect a full spa treatment.

I had to wait more than an hour for a fill in and the place wasnt even crowded. Some woman walked in 20 minutes after me and was immediately seated for a pedicure. The service in here is absolutely terrible. The nails you end up with are not worth an hour + long wait. They have you sign in when you arrive and for what?? If youre not going to go by the sign in book then get rid of it. Im so irritated and I will not be returning here.

Love Annie she is so friendly and takes time with you to make sure everything is perfect.

Waited for 3hours and just cause I didn’t write my nail on the list they made me go after somebody that came way after me. They move slow as ever and they don’t greet people at the door.

I dont really care too much for their service. I paid $25 for coffin nails, and my nails look like a full set. Place is really small but customer service is good.

I had a terrible experience here today. Usually the service here is good but today the person who did my nails was extremely unprofessional. My nails look great but he was arguing the entire time with another employee.Literally screaming across the room at her the entire time and took his anger out on my hands.I believe he is the owner he is in chair #2.You shouldnt argue so severely in front of customers. Very bad for business. I might not return.

I go here all the time however its certain employees I will not let touch me because they did a poor job in the past. If you know who to go to you wont be disappointed.

Very bad consumer service!!! The person who did my nails claimed his name was “long”.He tired to use a USED buffer on my nails...when I told him to change it to a new one he got mad! He told me he didn’t want to do my nails anymore becuz I was trying to tell him EXACTLY how I want my nails done! Long story short...I hate my nails...the shape is very bad the polish is blotchy...and his attitude was very unwelcoming!

I writing this review while I’m actually letting my nails dry🤨 January 17,2018. My experience here was terrible. I came here a few times in high school and never payed any mind to the rudeness. But now it’s just awful. The attitudes are ridiculous. And half the time you haven’t even done anything wrong. She cut one of my arcylic nails to short and got an attitude when I asked for her to do it over. She had attitude when I asked for rhinestone and I was deciding which ones I wanted. I only took like 2 mins to decide. She messed up one of my nails and I had to finish the polish job myself. I will never be back here. Please go to Homewood Nail Spa! It’s in Homewood,IL. It’s amazing. Plus the decor is relaxing. They actually care about there customers instead of trying to do rushed jobs and take your money. I hate when these places act like customers don’t matter. We are the driving force behind your business period.

Terrible service! Waited 3 hours still here still here waiting. Took 2 hours for them to soak my friend nails off, and they still haven’t started. Do not go to this place unless you have a whole day to waste. I like to get in and out don’t mind a wait but over 3 hours is too much.
