I don’t like the fact that you have to wait so long to get serviced , they don’t follow order… they play favorites, and when you ask for a certain design or something different they can’t produce . I think this will definitely be it for me. I will definitely be spending my money else where . It’s about customer service and services overall.

Kim and the man that sits at the front station are extremely rude. They will never have me as a client again. I dont recommend anyone going there.

My Polish is TERRIBLE. I was next for manicure and my toes were not done so she rushed and it looks like it. My toes look like they’ve been done for a week or so already and my feet are so dry. It’s no way your feet should look like this after just getting them done. Currently sitting in another nail shop. FUN

Quick Service good price Cheap polish...it chipped soon as i got home.

Went here because it was the closest and most convenient; however, I was not satisfied with my no chip manicure and pedicure. The polishes on my feet and on my hands came out two different colors. My cuticles were not as clean as they couldve been. My pedicure was okay. I couldve honestly polished it better myself. Overall, I was highly unsatisfied. I regret tipping for this service. If I could give this place a 0 rating I would. Please dont waste your time or money here at this nail salon. There are better ones out there.

I did not like him at all I went in because my regular nail shop was busy so I decided to go there and she changed the shape of my nails like diamonds are all crooked I constantly have to explain what I wanted done to my nails they had a very very small selection of Polish no chip call larese I am very disappointed very very I dont even want to give one star

Horrible service I got no chip last week exact all of my nail polish came off &two nails broke. The lady didn’t want to clean the polish around my nails off my fingers they had to ask her more than 3x that was the worst part instead of using nail polish remover she used the electric nail filer &the clips clipping my skin. Two fingers started to bleed &my fingers was hurting for three days. They don’t sanitize anything they use. This is by far the worst nail salon in calumet city

😍A nice clean place to go and get your Medi/Pedi but if you want anything else outside of that make sure youre very clear and they hear exactly what you said or it may be translated wrongly and you end up with something else other than what you asked for🤔

Took my mother here for Mothers day, and a fight broke out. It was the worse experience Ive ever had at a nail shop. We waited for 2 hours to get out nails done and the guy who was supposed to be doing my nails stated wow your not ready, you havent picked a color? Prior to this I explained what I wanted and they said they could do it. Then after my long wait they said they couldnt and got upset. Not to mention the fight that could of ended very violently. I didnt get my nails done. Very poor service and very bad customer service. Please spend your money elsewhere as this facility is not worthy of your coins.

I went to this nail shop only because my choice salon was closed. The nail tech working on my nails was simply terrible. I got a regular mani -pedi because I didnt trust them to do anything else. He did not buff my nails, the finish was terrible, it was simply a poor job! He probably was not a licensed nail technician in their facility.

This place USED to give great service. Now, its below average. The only techs that do a good job are the men who sit up front ( Alec, Ryan.) The others are NOT good at all. Rush jobs, nails crooked, uneven, etc. VERY LIMITED NAIL POLISH COLORS. The females are rude. Too much speaking in a foreign language, probably talking about customers. Go elsewhere.

Used to be my favorite place until Kim left now it’s just going down hill. My pedicure lasted all of 12 minutes. And I literally had to ask can I soak for 5 minutes so you do the math. And if u watch them closely they don’t sanitize their implements after each client, they just spray alcohol and keep it moving to the next! Disqualified in my book. I would highly only recommend if your in a rush and need a quick fix.

Just got my nails done WATCH OUT! So I asked for gel nails and they used acrylic. I let them finish I didnt say anything because I write reviews instead. Gel is liquid and acrylic is powder. Do not let them charge you for something else. I will be writing to the bbb also.

Came in for a gel fill in on Thursday 3/9/2017. Mind you I not only paid for this work I also gave a $5 tip. On Saturday, 3/11/2017 (2) broke nails...are you serious. I went back on Saturday 3/11/2017 to complain and request replacement of broken gel nails. They wanted not only for me to pay, they had the audacity to get upset by rolling their eyes and speaking their native language. I was told because this was a fill in and not a full gel set it was $3 per broken nail. I said, do you not stand behind your products and work performed. No comment from the technician...just more native language to which I said English damn it. Then the pissy techician went to polishing my nails without even applying the gel! DO NOT GET YOUR NAILS DONE AT KIMS NAILS ON SIBLEY BLVD. IN CALUMET CITY, IL. As if that is not enough they charge $1 for Credit and Debit card payments! Lastly, they have a whole lot of nerve to put what only I can infer as scare tactis with what looks to be a doorbell (panic switch) that says, SWITCH POLICE. WELL, they must have had some complaints and non-payments and trying to control and dissuade customers/patrons for rightly being upset with shoddy work!
