Went to this place today since I decided to spend the day downtown and spent $90 for a french manicure and white toes. My pinky toe has nail polish just splattered on and they cut my cuticles up on my fingers. I do not recommend anybody to go here

BEWARE: DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACESo, I had a wedding to attend and thought I would get my nails painted for the event; this was a second on my list as the first place was booked. It is CASH ONLY which is a downfall. The color I picked was nice, but it started coming off within a day, didnt have time to go and get it fixed. Also, it seemed like my color was running out and they added something to it, Im assuming to add more of the color to the bottle. The colors, you can tell are old and need updating. It has been over a week now and my toe is starting to get an ingrown from the horrible job of cutting. Also, when they were take the dead skin off the guy was pushing so hard that I was actually in pain, I have NEVER experienced this anywhere else. Time management was also horrible as well. I went with a friend and my little cousins and they pained my little cousins nails first which took all of 7 min. they could have taken my friend first who was getting french tips which take longer, then spend the last little bit of time as my nails were drying to do their nails. Also, I was charged for a full manicure when I only received a paint. This part is hard to explain but Once my nails dried it looked like they were just sitting on top of my nails and were coming off super easily. I encourage people to NOT go to this place if possible.

Went in to fix a botched job from another salon. You cant tell that they arent my nails! Fast, friendly service. Beautiful job and great nail colors to choose from.

I went to get my acrylic nails removed, they didn’t soak them instead they took them off and while doing the last thumb the person literally peeled half my nail off. The MOST painful process ever!

This is literally THE worst nail salon I’ve ever been to in Buffalo. When I arrived everyone was on their phones, I wasn’t told that they only accept cash until AFTER my service started and was overcharged for the things I got. Once I spoke up, the (owner, I assume) agreed to adjust my price after looking at the price list and realizing I was right.I’m still here now & logged into my Gmail account to review this place before I leave because it’s so awful. 0/10 stars if i could. Would not recommend.

Natural Nails is less than a 5 minute walk from my office, so Ill take a quick walk down there to get a manicure on my lunch break. There is almost never a wait when I go, and the staff is quick, friendly, and do a very nice job. The building isnt the newest or nicest, but the tools are clean and their polishes high quality.

There’s much better in the area. It makes sense why they charge so little. Pay for what you get. They charge you for a polish change but make you take it off yourself?? Try somewhere else friends.

Its been more than seven years that I have acrylic nails and this place was the WORST Ive ever seen! They are the worst in the whole Buffalo area. I did my hands and toes in this place and everything was horrible, including the service, the staff, and all the old and dirty equipment.

The employees here were beyond rude, theres way too much to even type about how awful they are here.. not even only to my friend and I but other costumers in here as well.. and I came in here for one nail repair and the UV lamps they use are arent actually UV or else my glow in the dark acrylic set I had on the rest of my fingers would actually glow when taken out of the lamp like they do at every other nail shop. I would ask them a question and they would literally look at me and ignore me because they were mad I had them fix my friends set she was doing because they switched nail techs halfway through and were completely uneven. Dont come here

I showed the lady EXACTLY what i wanted and she did something completely different she cut my finger then said “ew” when it started bleeding. they were so rude and overcharged me for something i didn’t ask for. it was so bad the service, quality and prices are all terrible. i wouldn’t even go here if i lost a bet .

There was a small wait when I went, but the employees are always friendly. My pedicure was awesome and I loved the job they did once I was out of the massage chair (which feels amazing)..very quick and efficient.

I went to get a pedicure for the first time at Natural Nails. Its not the most up-to-date place to go, but it got the job done. They staff was friendly, as were the customers. My pedicure turned out really nicely. The woman took her time and made sure it was close to perfection. Its located right across the street from Deep South Taco. Great location if you work downtown. I was there for about an hour. Would go back!

Great quality! Ive been going for 9 years and Ive always been satisfied. Even when theyre at their busiest, Ive been in and out in under an hour.Also, in my opinion, they do the best eyebrows in town.

Do not waste your time going here. I went this past weekend with friends for a girls day and it’s like they didn’t know how to do a manicure. I read the reviews on here and thought I would take my friends, BIG MISTAKE! My friends polish was all blotchy too. Would not recommend this place to anyone!

I asked to get two of my nails removed, the lady told me that she doesnt soak two nails, I asked doesnt removing them damage the nail she insisted that shes done nails for a while and knows what shes doing... and literally ripped my nails off with a clipper and told me to hold still, my nails hurt so bad and she charged me for it.... Im LIVID 😡

They trick you into high prices, the nails are poorly done and they didnt even do what asked of. Paid $70 for very ugly nails that I HATE. Never again!! Plus I had to pay $5 parking and go to a bar for the ATM because they dont accept cards.

I love my nails and they did not burn/cut up my cuticle. I will be going back there for my fill. The only thing i did not like was thier polish selection they didnt have much to choose from

They did a shifty job they rushed and it looks like complete crap!! Im soooooo disappointed in them...paid 36 dollar for a green tip french...and me being a nail professional , thinking they knew what they where doing...they dont! Never again!!!

Went in on a Friday. They were juggling at least 2 costumers at a time. Lady would paint my nail, put it to dry and go paint another costumers nail. Needless to say, she rushed to get it done and it didnt look good
