I had a decent experience. Im very happy with my nails, though they arent perfect. Cao did them, he was kind, and overall seemed very experienced. Since I got matte, there are a few brush marks visible in the acrylic, but you cant really see them far away. He also originally said $45, then said $50 while I started to get my wallet out, which I thought was odd.I dont appreciate that they dont have a price board up, or anything indicating what to expect to pay.I most likely wont be returning, but I did (mostly) enjoy my experience here.

All of the staff and welcoming and so skilled. They have very reasonable pricing. The environment is clean and organized. Highly recommend coming here!

I have gone here 3 times, once for a full set and both the ones following where for a fill. The first time was amazing, the nails looked absolutely perfect and the man was very respectful and i payed $50. The second time on the other hand was not the same experience, i went to get a fill i had a different man and he was very rude, he hit my hand to because he wanted my to take it out from under the UV light, he was constantly taking breaks and going on his phone, and on top of all that i was very disappointed with my nails, they where crocked and not even the same lengths as each other and did not last long at all and i paid $43 dollars. The third and last time I went the man was very polite and respectful, but my nails are still not the same length as each other, I got them done 3 days ago and the gel polish already CAME OFF MY NAILS. I was so angry and I will not be returning. Thank you.

Had pedicure done. dry skin and callouses were not removed or hardly addressed at all. mentioned it to the tech and was ignored. Walmart gives way better pedicures!

From when I entered the lady that said how can I help you said it very rude and she was not only rude to me but also to someone else that came in after me that is very bad customer service the place doesnt even have the price of the service I would not go again I dont like places where they have bad customer service

I wish I would have taken a picture of my nails when they were first done! Beautiful work. I needed a specific color and added a design when it was close to being done, they had no problem doing it even though it started to get busy! Very sanitary.

The price changes every time I go. Seems to me they judge the person for their price. My friend got a full set for 47$ Then i came in and got the same exact thing but for 50$??? next time i came in My set was 42$ then my friends was 55$??? We get the same sets it really tiks me off don’t go,they’re scammers.

I have had manicures and a pedicure now. Loved all of them. They are quick and efficient and do a great job.

I have been getting my nails done here since I moved to Buffalo in September. They have always charged me $35-38 for a shellac manicure. Three weeks ago I got solid purple with glitter on the ends they charged me $38, two days ago I got the same thing done solid pink with glitter on the ends and they charged me $45! When you walk in there is NO price board anywhere and every time I am done they ask who ever is in charge at the time what to charge me. I am shocked and pissed off that within three weeks the price can go up $7...for the exact same nails. The service was not better, the manicure was fast and there was no extra time spent on anything. But it was not worth $45! It seems to me that they judge you and make each person pay a different price each time.

I will never go to Q nails again! Very disappointed in their service. I paid for them to paint my nails, which I could have done at home.

I got the same nails 3 times in a row(full set with a solid gel color, no designs) and paid $47 the first time,$50 the second and $55 the third time. They talk amongst eachother about how much they should charge you. I also once got a fill and paid OVER $40!! FOR A FILL.

My second time here, they do an amazing job, taking their time to make my nails perfect. I got so many compliments on my nails over the holiday season. I loved this design.

Don’t get me wrong the work is good. But I’ve been there 3 times in the last two months for gel manicures, and each time the price was different. First it was $35, then $38, and now yesterday it was 40. I get the same thing each time- French manicure with gel polish. I guess I’ll be looking for a new place to go.

Had a 1st time pedicure an it was amazing would definitely go back!

My granddaughter and I had an appointment at 1pm, when we got there, my granddaughter got in right away for a full set and gel polish. Another lady came in and I was told that since she had an appointment that she would be next. I told them that I had an appointment at 1pm and it was now 1:10. Then they had a problem with what I wanted done. I wanted a color change with a thin coat of gel powder first. Ive been told by other nail salons that this is called an overlay, here they call it a fill. I think they charge more for a fill. I always thought a fill was for acrylic nails not your own nails.I ended up having to wait. One of the guys came in at 1:30 and sat down to do my nails, never asked what I wanted, however one of the other workers, I guess, told him in their language.I reiterated that I wanted as thin a coat of gel powder as possible because its just for strength for my real nails. He told me that a thin coat would crack. Ive had this done for years and have never had a problem.I was done by 1:45, that was 15 minutes! My granddaughter wasnt done and had started a half hour before me.Now for the quality, Very Poor. There are streaks in the polish, like he was afraid to put enough on, there are like air holes in the polish. I have been here twice before and have never been happy with the results. 3 times and I will never go back.They rush you through and really dont care if the customer is happy or not.Think twice before going here for your fingernails.Their pedicures have always been good.

Update:I am pretty bummed. The last few times I have been in, the service has not been as good as it used to be. Not sure what is going on here, but the last time I came in the guy who did my nails was not friendly at all. They have the pricing right on the tables, and he told me that for my full set plus shellac it would be $44, when right on the pricing sheet it said that the full set was $27 + $12 if you add on shellac which would be $39. When I asked him why he said it would be $44 when according to the pricing sheet it says $39 he got extremely rude and defensive and said: “i think that I know more than a piece of paper does”. If their pricing has increased, the pricing sheets should reflect that. Also depending on who does your nails the price is different, which leads me to believe that they just make up their prices and charge whatever they feel like charging, which I’m not a fan of. I’d like to know what I am going to be paying before I go in and have it be consistent, rather then having to pay the price of whatever the nail tech that does your nails that day decides they want to charge.Original review: I always leave satisfied with my nails and the staff is very friendly too. They dont rush and take their time to make sure they do a good job. I will be coming here from now on for my nails- awesome job & not badly priced!

Came in kind of late and they accepted me and my sister and did a fantastic job. We were not rushed out and they did not rush the job. Very relaxing and professional which is what we needed.

I typically love this place but tonight I was squeezing in a pedicure before I left town & planned my errands knowing they are open until 8 pm. I got there at 7:15 & the signs were turned off & they were closing shop. I would have planned my errands differently had I known they close early.

Brought my mom in to get nails filled, she is having some memory problems. But I let the lady know what to do fill and polish. I left to run a errand came back sat with my mom for awhile as they finished up with nails. They didnt file them the best she had some sharp edges.Went to pay, I was told $55.00 Wow I replied for a fill, she told me they redid them and put gel on her. We asked her they said.Disappointed they took advantage of the situation, pay them of course with no tip. Will be bringing my mom somewhere else.

Great work! Staff is very quiet and wont carry a conversation with you while working on your nails but they chat amongst themselves in another language in front of customers theyre ignoring.

The entire staff was welcoming and friendly. They were especially patient with their young clients. The technician who did my nails was professional and thorough. Id definitely go back :)

Had my very first gel manicure done on Friday. By Saturday afternoon several nails had very large paint chips or places where the polish had peeled back completely. Frustrated, And wont be going back.

Havent had a pedicure in over a year so treating my daughter and I was nice. The staff were pleasant and did a nice job.

I had a gell manicure and pedicure done and it was reasonable I think. Service was good, nails look great and no problems.

Walked in, place was clean and everyone was busy but because we made an appointment we were set up right away for our mani/pedis. My moms pedicurist started within five minutes. Mine started probably ten minutes after hers and began with are you married? I responded no and then he asked if I had a boyfriend, which I dont. He kept going and asked whats the matter, you dont like boys? You like girls? Then offered up one of his female coworkers- shes single, do you like her? What!? SUPER UNCOMFORTABLE way to start out. Both me and my mom have phalanges that were bleeding by the time we left from a careless file or cuticle trim. 24 hours later and her finger is still throbbing from it. Her toes look great while one of mine has a crack in the polish and both of our fingernails were filed way too short even after we asked to keep as much as possible of our natural nail. Overall I think the employees are well-meaning but we will find a different place. I hate leaving bad reviews but it is what it is 😔

Poor, rushed, and nails have lasted 5 days and are chipping (gel manicure). Paid for a manicure and got a quick, low effort gel nail polish. The cuticle trim was very poorly done, my hands werent even soaked and instead the person took out the electric file and filed my cuticles off my nails.. what? The paint was not thick enough and is peeling at the edges right away and does not strengthen my nails at all. This place costs more for a gel manicure than other places. Very disappointing.

It took me a year to get to a point where I would trust someone new with my Nails being that I moved here last year and had a wonderful person doing my Nails in Michigan where I moved from. I only like to have one person doing my Nails so this is what I was looking for. I went here on a whim, and the first time i was here the guy screwed my Nails i was highly upset...... But after 3 weeks i decided i would try again BUT not with that same person, no no no not me. Do i went in and another guy did my Nails i really like that he listens to me because my Nails are precious to me. Im veerrry particular about how I went my Nails, and he remembers that every time I come In. In all that i have been going here for 5 months no problem. You just have to make sure you let who ever is doing your Nails what you want and dont want and dont leave until is done right your paying them to do it. Thanks Fong you keep my Nails looking great!

I didnt care for q nails. My nails were super thick, and they were rushed and had tons of air bubbles, they were really rough. Pedicure, I get one this time of year usually bc feet get dry etc over the winter. They didnt do anything to take care of my feet, it was more about painting them. They looked cute but didnt feel cute! Lol. Hope that helps at least

Went in to get a set of nails today. The man that did my nails stopped several times to send and read text messages. When he needed my hands he tapped on the table instead of taking to me. Another man was working on a womans nails and had his Bluetooth on and was on a personal phone call while working on her nails. I guess when I come in to get a service done I find it rude to have the staff sit on their phone while they are working on clients. I will not be back. My nail are not the greatest.
