Got my eyelash extensions done here and they fell put completely in less than 2 days. Than gave me a slightly discount rate to get them reapplied to fall out again.She REEKED of cigarettes from her breath to her hands that lay on your face. It was a horrible experience and would not recommend unless you love the smell of cigarettes being blown in your face for an hour.

Called their this morning. Just wanted a beard trim and they were booked til she was able to pull some magic and she got me in right then and there. I was very close as it was and it was great. She was cool and the place was great to be in. Will return for sure. Thanks ladies. :)

Amazing service, great hair color and they actually do what you ask not try to talk you out of it like other salons! 5 stars all the way. Only down side, dont think you are getting a same day appointment because they are that good that you actually have to schedule!!! I actually wanted the stripe of white and she made it happen!!!

I loved being able to schedule an appointment online. I got my hair cut and colored and it turned out exactly how I wanted. Kyja did a wonderful job! I love it!

Had Kaylee as my hair dresser today. She was great. Took her time washing and cutting my hair. Haven’t had that kind of attention when having my hair done in a long time. When I left my hair looked great!!

Darcy does an amazing job every time! I have platinum blonde hair and she takes the time and does it exactly how I want it (which isnt an easy task!) Its hard to find someone that cares so much about the end result, and Darcy really does! Go see her, you wont regret it!

I had my lashes filled here on Thursday. It is now monday, and over half of my lashes have fallen out. The day I got them done, I lost over 6 per eye. There was none of my eyelashes attached to them, so it wasnt me just shedding alot. I have had extensions done for over 3 years and have never had this happen to me. Called to have them fix this mistake, and they had nothing available for 4 days. $65 down the drain(literally).

My little sister recently went to this salon to get her hair highlighted. (22 July) She wanted blonde highlights and left looking like a golden retriever/Cruella De Vil. Darcy had been her stylist that day. My sister is young and wasn’t sure how to handle the situation. She called me crying and in a panicked state. She had paid $170 for her hair. If someone at the salon could reach out to me that would be freakin great because I hate to receive a call from MN while living in TX that her hair looks a mess and I can’t be there for her to fix this.

Never, ever again! Not only did they mess my hair up once but when I mad an appointment to fix it they charged me to fix it and only made it worse! They curled it before I left so I could not see how terrible it was. But oh. My. God. It is the worst haircut I have ever had!😭😭😭

I went here for a simple short cut, and they delivered. Wonderful staff, pleasant, friendly atmosphere, and clean floors and chairs. The stylist, Christina, always made sure I was happy with how she was cutting it. I would definitely go here for another haircut.

Not recommended to go here. I got a hair cut by Edward sicissor hands. The sides of my hair was cut over a inch difference. She didnt even want to style my hair after she cut it to make sure it was even. I have curly hair and the gal apparently didnt k ow how to cut curly hair. I did not go back to have it fixed our of fear. I went to a more experienced stylist and paid 60.00 to try to have it fixed. My hair is now shorter than it has been since I lost my hair 3 years ago. :(

Ive been coming here in Buffalo because I wanted a local business to support. I called and I set up an appointment with Kyja. I needed a cut and color. After she was done, I looked at myself in the mirror and looked/felt good and pretty. She listened to what I wanted, and ideas I had. I told her before she started I dont speak hair talk. She knows what shes talking about! I come back to her each time. I do recommend Kyja!

I have always had a good experience at the Buffalo location. All of the staff is friendly and social as you receive your services. They do not pressure you to add services to your visit.

Skilled stylists, appointments excepted, value pricing, cozy atmosphere.

Were runny 1/2 hour late but gave a cut exactly as asked.

Kyja is super attentive to detail, a wonderful listener, and this was probably one of my best haircuts Ive gotten!!
