I wish that I could give no stars, after 2 hours after we left my girlfriends nail polish was peeling off, when we went back to ask about getting a refund the manager got really rude, she offered a touch up but we just wanted a refund, she started to state that there was no guarantee once you left yet we got no warning nor was there a sign, we sat for a hour to let the polish dry, then she went on saying so dont do refunds yet, once again no sign stating no refunds, this place is horrible, I would stay clear of this place, there are way better and friendlier nail salons to go to.

I did not have a good experience at all. I went during one of their specials a week ago to be exact. I showed a picture of what I wanted approximately and got nothing like it. I did not argue about a refund or anything of that sort in that moment because I am 8 months pregnant and was ready to get out of there because of the fumes and just being uncomfortable in a chair. As a paying customer I expect someones undivided attention (which I did not receive), especially when dealing with the OWNER.I asked for the top pic and got the complete opposite. Shape isnt the same, colors arent the same, the glitter was smudged and I got cut about 3 different times.Just a terrible experience.

Came here because their instagram pics of their work are amazing, my nails were rushed through and when i got home and took a better look at my nails i realized how awful the paint job and acrylic job actually was. i feel like they did not care to take their time with me because i wasn’t a regular and they figured i wouldn’t complain like a regular customer would. overall would not go here again it’s not any greater then anywhere else.

The dip manicure I got turned out awful; skipped the base coat and didnt clean up the cuticle. It looks messy and also have a few cuts (not small ones either). Definitely avoid this place! Will have to go somewhere else to get them fixed and spend more money.

Let me start by saying that I do not find it useful to post information online to review a business without having attempted to address it with the manager or business owner first. Due to the circumstances of my exchange with the owner, I did not even make it into an appointment prior to writing this review, but felt I should share my experience so that others can take it into consideration before booking. I had scheduled an appointment for lashes at The Nailary after seeing positive reviews from someone that I know who visited there for their lashes. When booking your appointment through the online platform, the business requires a deposit of the full amount of the service. OK, no big deal. I paid the amount for the service. The information posted about cancellations by the business clearly states that an individual who cancels with less than 24 hours notice will forfeit their deposit. Again, no big deal and totally understandable. 8 days before my scheduled appointment I changed my mind about services. I attempted to contact the business to cancel my appointment. The first phone number I attempted that was listed as the business phone (also listed on the booking platform) was not in service. After some internet scouring I found another number and called it. A woman answered (I assume the owner?) with hello (no identification as the business, etc.) and after having to ask a few questions to her I was able to find out this was the correct contact number and she was responsible for booking services. I requested to cancel my appointment and receive a refund as reasonably expected based on the terms of the cancellation policy. The woman told me that I would just have to move my appointment to a different day because she wasnt sure how to refund my money, and that this same issue had happened with someone else recently and they had to move their appointment as well. When I explained I no longer wanted the service and just would like my money refunded, she apologized and said she was not sure how to work the booking software to refund individuals. I explained to her that I, too, use the same platform as a business owner and that essentially she should not be using the platform and collecting full fees if she is unsure how to use it. I felt as if I got nowhere with her, aside from her telling me she would try to figure it out sometime this week. When I asked if she would be following up to clarify what would happen, etc. she had nothing to say. Needless to say given the circumstances I contacted my bank and disputed the charge. It wasnt until a few days after the dispute that my money appeared to be refunded by the creditor, not the business. I never received a follow up call, etc. from the business. While I dont like to put people on blast this business practice is concerning. I want others to be aware before booking and also want the business (if they plan to stay in business) to figure this out.

I love it here! the staff is friendly and they really make you feel comfortable and welcome! the service was great, the tech was very helpful because i can never figure out what i want! i never feel rushed coming in and leaving out. No complaints, would and have recommended this place to my friends and family. However, if you do not have an appointment, be expected to wait! i have waited almost 45 mins. but it was worth it!!

Didn’t actually get to have my nails done here, because my scheduled appointment time came and went and so did an hour. What a waste of time and the facility was filthy as well, the floors were not clean, the counters were all covered in dust. There were multiple customers waiting for their appointments as well and nobody was being taken care of. Poor service.

The wait time is really ridiculous.I came in for a simple eyebrow wax and waited a damn hour. I will never come back here. This is my second time going through this. That’s crazy. Smh.

They are very friendly and took me in quickly. Got a full set and the technician cut my finger. Didnt bother to clean it, put something on it. When it was time to dry my nails, I was placed on a flimsy fold up chair, which broke after sitting on it for 5 minutes. Granted, Im a big girl but that was ridiculous. The nails lasted less than a week.

Just moved to Buffalo and found this shop. People very friendly. Prices very reasonable. Today June 15th I was walking and decided to get my nails done. The shop didnt open until 11 so I walked some more came back at 1130. One person waiting. Owner said her people werent in yet. I asked if she could do my nails and she said yes I thought she said the person was waiting for someone else so she would take me She did not. She took the other person. Im very disappointed. Will not come back here.

I follow there account on instagram and pictures are beautiful , fun and creative! My experience was anythg but tht... they wer short staffed so i saw ther was a few people ahead me no biggie ... i barely got a friendly hello so i sat at a station and it was filthy and i love kids too but there was one in a walker and a few more running around w toys and another worker had hers in a car seat while she was putting on a set of acrylic , so 1. I dont think those fumes are food for them and 2. Just so unproffesional now mind u got ther at 1145 n i left at 230.... one lady put a bowl in front of me and walked away , apparently i was suppose to soak , well she could have been like this is for u soak while the other girl finishes up . Nope . Then the girl doing my nails was very untrained....i felt like it was her first time filing not to mention i had dip debris all over my hands and rings from soaking and i had to tell her what to use to get it off , so i left w my nails very uneven and not smooth at all and throught this whole process , not one time did she apologize for the wait or smile at me nothing!!! Instead she was very snotty about what i had on my nails prior... overall very unprofessional, very untrained and not very clean at all and very unfriendly!

Sat in waiting chairs for almost an hour called 3 walk Inns back, I was there and signed in before all of themI asked what about me , oh she just soaking her feet !!! What??? I came for a pedi also why am I not soaking my feet yet??? Thanks for nothing and a waste of an hour

It always disturbs me when people bring their children to a salon to breathe in the fumes, even worse when employees do.The place is filthy. The staff is untrained and uncertified. You’re better off giving yourself a pedicure.

Nails always fall off, not consistent with their appointments and there are only two techs that are actually nice. Last time I went the lady rushed my nails through and I got gel there was a dent in 3 nails, I had to leave so I didnt say anything but definitely wont be going back !!

Got a fill on Wednesday February 20th and went back on the 21st of February to get to Nails repaired because they werent done right to be told I had to wait over an hour after my monies were already spent the day before. Very unhappy I wont be back
