This place used to be great but the quality has changed ever since they remodeled! The gel peels off not even 48 hours later ! One nail tech is very good but the rest rush and the man, he does not care nothing about customer service nor quality very rude and nasty towards others! Im going back to get my nail fixed but after that Ill never go back save your money please go elsewhere poor quality very poor service if I could give them minus 0 stars I would!

The worst pedicure I have ever recieved. I paid $40 for the deluxe pedicure. She was done in 15 minutes! She didnt touch my cuticles, gave one quick swipe over my heels, dint let the cuticle remover sit on my heels, the polish was sloppy, and no massage! I had to lotion them myself!Horrible!

(Black nails with silver sparkles in the pictures) This was honestly such a horrible experience. I get my nails done so often and this by far was the worst service I have ever received. I got my nails done (fill with gel polish) on Friday at 2pm and the next morning I came back at 10am and showed them how bad my nails were. The polish was lifting on 2 nails on my left hand. There were dents on my right hand and bubbles that had formed. I did not have time to get them fixed on Saturday and said I could come in Wednesday (since it’s the long weekend and I was leaving) and she said no to me coming in Wednesday and a man came and was literally yelling at me and refusing to find any resolution. 2 other people walked out of the salon because of how they treated me. So disappointed in how I was treated especially since I was not escalating the situation at all. I just wanted a solution.

The lady that did my nails was really nice she was young too! she has been working there for 5 years and she kept doing my nails when her husband called and told her he got into a car accident :( . but I got a Spring, Easter set with purple pink yellow green and blue with diamonds but she was Awesome.

Decided to go this morning and get my nails done bc my normal place wasn’t open. I will NOT be returning, the lady was very rough with my hand and kept switching them out before they were even dry. I have air pockets and bubbles and you can clearly see where there’s polish missing. I wanted round shaped and they are also misshapen, some longer than the others. She rushed thru my nails as if they were a bother to do. There was also little flies flying around everywhere, will not be going back here, and after I’ve read some of the reviews I wish I hadn’t gone there to begin with!

Interesting how my review got deleted twice. This place is very unprofessional, unsanitary and discriminatory. If you are a person of color and a non person of color comes in for service, the staff will rush through your nails to get to them or you will be skipped over while waiting. The male tech that works there is very rude and belligerent (towards certain patrons only of course) and he does a horrible job with gel nails. In my case they started lifting within minutes. When I went back in he berated me for wanting them fixed and finally his wife took care of it. Not just people of color but we all need to stop tolerating this kind of practice and treatment in nail salons. Please go elsewhere.

I havent had acrylics in over ten years, and decided to get one on a whim. Very happy with the results!

If I could would have given it a 0 star. Not my usual nail shop but was in a hurry and didnt have time to go to my regular shop and this one was close to my home. Was clean was friendly at first until I called her out and told her was doing dip nails wrong then became very unprofessional then just threw nail on still wrong will never ever ever go there again even if the last place to go

Despite a few negative reviews, I decided to give the place a shot. I was not disappointed. They did a good job with my hands and toes. Even though there were people waiting, no one rushed through my polishing. I was in and out in less than an hour and a half. The staff was friendly, and the prices were normal for the service and quality. I will be coming back whenever I visit Buffalo in the future.

Went in on Wednesday afternoon around 4. Had fill in. The same night out to dinner 3 to four nails were chipped, bubbles in others. Just horrible in a matter of hours. Went back next day around 1:30 and spoke directly to manager. the gentleman that did my nails was not very nice either day. He seemed to think fixing it the next day was ok. Not so. SHE redid all my nails. Went out of town Friday and of course chipping. Was the polish old or something? Needless to say I will NOT be returning.God Bless Them and customers

Nails came out nice besides the one ring finger thats crooked... but the male worker was very rough & didnt inform me of extra charges for shape, wasnt on the sign or anything (My nails are super short btw & I paid almost $50) Asked the lady for a receipt she gave me any one she could find and after I brought it to her attention is when she said Oh you pay cash, no receipt. So why did you give me a random one? Moral is, shady business.

Got a pedi, and they rushed my service. Took them 10 minutes tops. Set in the message chair for 30 minutes, waiting for them to get to my feet, for the girl to spend 10 minutes on my feet.

The man just told me I couldnt soak off my gel polish cause it takes to long. He wanted to use tools to scrape and damage my natural. Because he doesnt have all day.Sir you will give me what I am paying for.Him : FINE

My first time going to this salon. I must say I was pleasantly surprised. The man did my nails very well. I have really small nail beds, so most times my nails pop off with very little disturbance. Ive had these on for over a week with no issues. He was also very neat with my polish job.

I wish I could give this place zero stars...My first time here, and definitely my last.  While filing my nails, the tech cut my finger near the cuticle, said nothing but oops, and proceeded to rub chemicals on my nail bed, which stung.  No apology.  Within an hour, the gel polish began to peel on 3 nails.  I was able to fix 2 of them myself but one was bubbled and peeled too much to save.  So, the next day I went back.  I stood at their front area for a good 5 minutes before anyone acknowledged me, and their sign in area had no pen.  When I told them what the problem was, no one said anything, she just walked away.  I waited 30 minutes, then, expecting someone to maybe multitask and squeeze me in to fix THEIR error, the one tech that was done just walked away.  I said excuse me, rather annoyed at that point, and was yelled at that I would have to wait, there is NO EXCEPTION to their first come first serve and I would have to wait 2 more hours.  To fix their mistake??!? Very bad service.  Very bad quality.  Very rude owner/techs.  Dont go here.  These people do not deserve your business.

Chairs were comfy and my nails look AMAZING. Didn’t hurt, he used the right drill and pressure (i got a fill). TVs were large and in easy places to see and you could actually hear them. Everything was super clean and even the floor was glossy. Super professional. Some lady came in and tried to cause a ruckus because it was Friday and there was a wait cause it was busy. But everyone handled it professionally and shut it down before anything bad happened. 5/5 stars would go again

After letting me know that he was smoking a cigarette, the gentleman took me for a gel manicure. I have been getting pretty regular manicures lately and the gel can sometimes last up to 3 weeks, usually 2 since I’m a hairstylist and my hands are in water a lot. But I was heading on a trip for this particular manicure (and was crunched on time so this place was in a convenient location). By the time I got back from my 4 day trip the edges have started peeling back and after working one day in the salon with may nails snagging in everyone’s hair, I completely removed two fingers and the next day, one more. While getting the manicure, he wiped the skin around every single nail because he got polish all around my nail. And I left with excess polish all over my fingers. There was absolutely no accuracy, I have never gotten a worse manicure ever. Don’t bother going here.

The service is very good, quick, also very clean environment. My only complaint is that its a little pricey, but they do good work.

They are great at doing exactly what you want, but it always feels like their rushing you out the door. Twice Ive left unsatisfied with not fully painted nails. Make sure you stay under the dryer for more than the four minutes they give you, otherwise they smudge your nails and wont repaint with the top protective coat. Eyebrows came out great the few times Ive had them done there. If getting acrylics, request Cong.

Nails that were put on were bigger than my real ones so they’re attached to my skin on the sides. The nails aren’t even straight, when asked to fix them they said they were too busy. My friend who was with me had her nails done red but the color was old and it turned out a burnt orange half see through color. She also asked to have it fixed but they wouldn’t fix it. Won’t be returning. What a mess.

They don’t listen too what you asking for just throw anything on your nails not Patient , it’s suppose to be a place where women can relax and get pampered but instead it’s like your bothering them for being there BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE and the list goes on if you come here make sure you have NU do you up she the ONLY EXCEPTION IN THE WHOLE PLACE 😌I am Currently still waiting for everyone to take their breaks to finish the nails they messed up but I’m willing to re-pay for Even though I shouldn’t have to Awful awful awful awful customer service

The WORST, from the people all the way down to work ethic. One star is too much. My nails broke off the very next day(I wish I was exaggerating). They CAN NOT paint to save lives, my nails are all different lengths. My nails are not fully painted and they didnt fully put acrylic on my whole nail. It looks like I went in needing a fill and left out without service and I got a full set. The older man in there (Im assuming the owner) is the most childish and disrespectful nail tech that I ever came across. Spend your money if you want..........you gon be madddd. If you do like them that just goes to show how high your standards are. Love yourself, you deserve better lol

Similiar to other customers I left unsatisfied. $30 down the drain. Nails werent fully painted and top of that they cut my cuticle so badly it bled.Im from NYC where the standards are higher, but for $17 dollars you get better. I will NEVER return.

It is sad to say that the negative comments are true. By far the worst paint job,and design! My friend got a manicure the guy got polish all over skin didnt push the cuticles back,or even paint the full nail.I am not sure how they stay in buisness. Waste of money!

I really wish I had read the reviews before going here...I didnt notice the huge humps of acrylic before I left, but they dont look horrible. I showed the idiot a pic of exactly how I wanted my nails and she didnt even come close. My pedi was no better. She scrubbed my feet so hard she left bruises. I had to tell her to ease up, like are you ok??? DONT TAKE IT OUT ON MY FEET!!! I will never return here again. They are the worst!!!!

I like them especially tony, hes the best. But, once they starting getting crowded. The start to rush on your nails which can.leave u unsatisfied.
