I got my nails done on a Friday, had issues with a specific gel polish however they assured me the issue was fixed. On Sunday the polish began peeling, I called to tell them with the issue and was told that if I couldn’t come in that day at 1pm it couldn’t be fixed due to booking. I requested a credit to come in the following week as I work during the day. I was told that I wouldn’t get a credit even though the nail polish was the issue, with the explanation “I don’t know what you do for your line of work” with attitude that I was criticizing the work of the owner. That was not the case, I blamed the polish however the owner insisted it was my fault. NEVER AGAIN! I don’t not recommend this place due to the lack of customer service from the owner specifically and terrible gel polish products.

My girl Lien is the BEST! So talented. Friendly staff and clean shop! Love it there, wouldnt go anywhere else!!! ❤ 5 STARS!

The staff here is amazing. A group of 6 of us were trying to do mani and pedis on a Saturday and this was the only place I could find that rearranged their schedules to get us in. How accommodating! The quality of their work was great and everyone we interacted with was kind, cheerful and funny! We really enjoyed our time there. We only wish we didn’t all live out of town so we could go back often! Thank you guys!!

We LOVE it there! All of the staff are so kind and loving towards my 93 year old Mama! They all call her Grandma, and greet her with hugs and kisses! Today Mom got a pedicure, and eyebrow wax!!! Thanks for always making mom feel so at ease!! 💞💅

These people were lovely and my nails look fabulous. The tech was very gracious and made sure I was happy with the final look. She went in and reshaped them a second time because I wasnt sure what I wanted, I just love them. Reasonably priced and an overall great experience.

Kind of pricey but they do a good job. They take walks ins during the pandemic but it is so much better to schedule an appointment.

There was no soap in the soaking tub,; the (female) pedicurist seemed to have rushed through the pedi. I had one there last year and was very pleased, that one was done by Huang who is a very nice young man I would have given him 5 stars

I have been going to Luv-Lee for 3 years now. Ive done just manicures, full sets, and eye brow waxing. Ive never been displeased with my service. They are a wonderful group with a wonderful shop. Fast and excellent service. I suggest them to all my friends and family and I suggest you give them a try as well. :)

If youre ever in the Buffalo New York area and need a fill-in or anything else please go here I left West Virginia without getting to do a fill-in and they were very nice about doing it and they did a wonderful job it was worth a little weight I had to wait for and yes I would recommend going to them and I would go back if Im ever in that area much love to you all and I hope you made it back home with your dad and family tell your dad I said welcome home and God bless him from one marine family to another God bless you

This is by far the BEST nail Salon in town. Lien and her staff are all meticulous, clean skilled and pleasant. And if by some chance they are not the owner will correct any issue immediately. I will never go anywhere else !

Always a good experience at Luv Lee Nails! They accidentally double booked me last week. They apologized and stayed there late to make sure my nails were done for my friends wedding! And they did an excellent job as always. I go here often for eyebrow waxing, They shape my eyebrows better then any other place does. Prices are reasonable. Love this place! - Jena S.

I have been a customer for quite a few years. Lien and her staff are professional, friendly and always do their best to make sure that you are happy. They treat everyone with respect and are very kind people. I would not go anywhere else for my nails, pedicures or waxing. Its clean, they offer a wide variety of services and it is reasonably priced. I cant imagine anyone leaving anything but pleased.

This has been the best place that Ive had my nails done with! I had a full set out on and it was very fast - but high quality! The younger girl who did my nails was fantastic! She was great to talk to and was very thorough! This will be my go to place from now on!

The owner picks favorites, treats others poorly otherwise. Never tries to help with getting in if you have a busy schedule. Been going there for a while, because I like my nails to be different and bold they started treating me differently. Also started to over charge. Very unhappy. Going to start the seach for a new place.
