I was very vocal during my appointment, I asked the woman taking care of me to fix multiple things, multiple times. She did not fix anything. When I made it clear I was unhappy, the woman got very upset. I was not paying $65 for a set I was unhappy with so she took them off and was very aggressive about it. very unprofessional, not a good nail salon.

Did not do a good job on my nails. Just wanted a simple manicure. Very sloppy and missing polish on spots. Will not be returning.

I went here about a week ago, with my daughter and mom. They messed up my daughters pedi, she showed him a simple design and he seemed very annoyed and did it wrong. It did not look like it at all. They did not speak and were very rough. My nail polish did not even stay on a week. Every single toe is bare except one. They also raised their prices to worse quality. Will not be returning.

I been coming here for 3 years now and never had a problem with them. The young girl who works there is the best. Love this place

Awesome job. My nails..my real nails look so healthy. Im going back real soon. You might have to wait a small while but its worth the wait because they actually take their time.

I paid 4 a full set with gel polish ...2 nails popped off the same day they were done and a third nail polish peeled off ... returned the next day they repaired them free of charge and I gave a $10 tip.... the next morning another nail broke & repair free also but she applied a big nail which looks weird... 2 days later I have 2 broken nails ... horrible didnt even bump the nail just popping ofg

First time customer received eyebrows For set of gel nails and feet. I paid 140 for everything my nails do not look like the picture

I went there to get my eyebrows waxed and the woman who did it completely ripped off my eyebrow. She asked me at the beginning of I wanted it thin or thick. And I told But i just wanted t touched up and keep it thick as it is. And she took the liberty to make it how she wanted. I am Getting married in 5 weeks and this will not grow out in time. I look ridiculous

Fast Service Clean Shop

Plan to wait a good 40-50 minutes before they will take you for a simple pedicure (with only 3 other clients being in the shop). Also watched two employees work on a pedicure then get up and answer their cell phones with their wet gloves on and then go back to the client without changing. Would not recommend.

Great place to get your nails and feet beautified! I have tried other places but I always come back to them. Tony does the best pedicures and Han is the gal for your nails.

Hannah is awesome!.......Nancy is nasty. No customer service skills will give you an appointment and schedule 3 more people at the same time. #low key prejudice. Will never get my business again.

Good pedicure with a great level and foot rub I do miss the young woman that used to work there, But the other woman that does the pedicure is good just not as good as the woman that left. A good value

Its an okay place but i feel like they are very selfish to people who come in for eyebrows. They make you wait a long time for somthing so simple they make feel like your a inconvenience

Would give 0 stars, when you tip they get to comfortable than start giving terrible service. They insist on doing your nails the way they want regardless of your preference. Love having Hann do my nails than she got greedy and bossy

I went there about a month ago and forgot to write a review. Just horrible they are not friendly at all. The man who did my nails barely even looked at me. So awkward.

Was okay but not the best. I went in for a fill and the man said nothing to me. He shaped my nails poorly from what they were before and my gel polish started chipping 2 days later. Will probably not go back but okay for what I needed at the time.

Terrible service I went in on a Saturday and two nails broke by that night. Went in the following day and they tried to charge me. NEVER again! Don’t waste your time

Don’t recommend this place at all, they couldn’t even do a good job with taking the gel off my nails, there was still color on them and you could still see a clear line on my nail from where the polish used to be, my nails looked rough and weren’t buffed at all, my nails were clearly long and she didn’t even offer to trim them for me even though i said in the beginning i needed them cut, i ended up having another one of the employees fix my nails and they still look bad
