The staff was so lovely and accomodating of my wedding party. They hooked us up with the best mani-pedis and kept us together as a group and didnt mind our silliness. Such a relaxed atmosphere and they were all so professional and took such good care of us. Definitely will go back here and recommend it to anyone I can.***Update! - it has been over a week since getting a regular pedicure and gel manicure and both still look ✨flawless✨ These nails have last through a week of rough camping, prepping everything for a wedding in the woods at a waterfall where I was barefoot and still, zero chips, zero dents, zero marks. They have lasted through gardening and dancing and building fires. Im SO impressed!!! Not only was it amazing service but holy hanna I have never had my nails last this well and this long through all the rough and tumble. If I could give more stars I would.

It was my first time at this nail salon but it won’t be my last! Angie did my pedicure and she did an amazing job. Probably the best pedicure I’ve ever had. She took her time with everything and was super sweet. Also I love the music they play!!! Definitely will be going there again.

I like this place! they remember their customers; not only their names but what they like and even the family and friends they bring in. I was there Mother’s Day week and they literally knew most of the men and who they were purchasing a gift certificate for. They even explained differences in services and pricing to better purchase the amount they would needed. Busy but organized and efficient

I took my daughter there yesterday or her birthday to get a full set plus designs. I just got a mani and gel polish. The staff was very friendly, there was actually a lot of people there when we got there but because they are fully staffed and have a large enough salon they were able to quickly get us seated. The place was very clean and pretty. I don’t get my nails done very often and it’s usually a little uncomfortable for me. The nail tech I had was a young man and he made sure I was relaxed and had a good experience. Did a great job on my nails. I thought my daughters nails looked great,but when we got home she pointed out they were uneven and not long enough like she had asked. That’s her fault though for not saying anything while we were there. I definitely recommend this salon and will be going back again.

The prices are incredibly reasonable and the work was impeccable. Efficiency, cleanliness, warmth, and cheer... This is exactly where I want to spend an hour every other week getting the best gel french manicure in the Buffalo area.

This is my favorite nail salon, the staff is so fun and kind and I never leave less than thrilled with the manicure they’ve done. The gel lasts so well and they accommodate any request you have. They are also taking great care of everyone by keeping them safe and following safety precautions! There are dividers between each station and everyone is wearing their mask. I definitely felt safe and comfortable.

Always a great experience. I did a deluxe pedicure and full set. I have been coming here for 8+ years. Happy they are open again.

Overall they do a good job. They are very nice and polite. The normal polish chips kinda easily. I only got cut once but it was not very big. They nails stay on very good but one of my nails feels like it will fall off one day. But overall I love this nail salon and they do a great job.

I love this place. I live in DC but whenever I come home I make sure to stop by and get my toes done. I literally only get my hands done once or twice a year but since I was home for a wedding I had them do my hands too (April 7th). Its April 30th and all my gel is still on with no chips or peeling! Im amazed! Im only taking it off now because its too grown out! Twi and her husband are a great team. Admittedly it is crowded, the layout is awkward, the prices are higher than most shops in WNY, and the wait is often long but the quality and personal attention given by most of their staff is 2nd to none! If they had a larger shop and functioned mostly by appointment Im sure they would easily fall into the luxury spa category!!!!

It was a very nice place however they are a little unprofessional and the girl who did my nails made inappropriate comments about my hands. My nails are all different lengths even after I asked her to fix them. I was charged extra for the length she put and not the length I asked for. However they were all very nice people.

Ive gone here quite a few times. Most of the time my regular manicure is good, though it doesnt last long. I went back after they reopened. The usual nice people up front were very friendly as usual. I chose a nail polish as usual and an employee started hollering to another staff who gently took the bottle away and wiped my germs off. SMH. I wasnt aware that you cant pick up the polish anymore after touching the door, exchanging my card with the girl who was doing my nails, using the bathroom, having the girl doing my nails pick up my purse which I handle, etc. Since reopening every single business has different rules and of course we just all bumble along until we get reprimanded.

First time going and I enjoyed my experience. The people were pleasant, practiced social distance, very clean atmosphere. I love my nails.

If you like your nails peeling away from the skin then this is the place for you! I got an acrylic set done here and the service was less than impressive. I had asked for a set of coffin tip nails and the shape I had received was nowhere close. The paint job he did for both my fingers and toes was sloppy, and the accent nail is always a terribly done flower. After I had these nails taken off, my finger nails have been peeling away from the skin. My doctor had said this is due to whatever chemical they had used. So now I have to wait 4 months for my nails to grow back so I can paint them. Another thing to consider is that the staff is rude, and has no qualms talking badly about you. One of the nail techs thought it was acceptable to tell my mother that what I had been wearing was inappropriate and that I should feel embarrassed. So its nice to know that when you go to the nail salon to feel better about yourself, you can always count on the staff to make you feel horrible about your depression and upset your mother.

I love this place! The owner knows my name, and many of the other customers that go there regularly. They do a great job, and are also entertaining. This is a busy salon, so expect to wait during peak times. Reasonably priced as well. If you havent been before, you definitely need to try it out!

Absolutely love Nail Studio and Spa! I used to go to the other nail salon that opened up next to Old Navy in the same plaza. Nail Studio and Spa is more professional, quick, and the staff is much friendlier. The only draw back is that it is very busy, but it’s because they are good!! I go right when they open at 10AM and I’ll continue to go there!!

I truly don’t understand the negative reviews. I went here for a year, then moved 45 minutes south and still drive here because it’s the only place my gel nails have right color, shape, and don’t chip. Twee and Vito are great, and everyone else is pleasant. No issues... which is why my only complaint can be the wait, bc it’s worth the drive and wait.

I have been going to this nail salon for various years. It is so well kept and ofcourse they do bomb gel nails. The only downside is that they are always busy and you cant make appointments. Therefore, it is very important to go as soon as they open!!

Wonderful mani-pedi!!! Angie did an IMPECCABLE job on my nails and brought them back to life after a summer of barefoot and gloveless gardening. The decor was beautiful, things were very clean, and everyone was sooo kind and hardworking. I had the most relaxing time and cannot wait to return on my next trip to Buffalo!

I love this place. I have no idea how the rating is only a 3.9 this place is a 5!!! They know so many of their regulars on a first name basis and what they like. They are all so friendly and personable. The staff is all laughing and interacting with each other and the guests. Its like being a family member and in their house. Even though they are usually pretty busy when I have come, they give you an approximate wait time and update you if anything changes. The staff keeps checking in no matter how busy they are to let you know they havent forgotten about you. I love coming here and I will continue to come here. They have earned a loyal customer.

VERY busy, but thats a sign of how good they are. They dont take appointments, so you will definitely have to wait during peak hours. Services are reasonably priced and gel manicures are the best Ive ever gotten anywhere. They take pride in the quality of their work, and only have certain people do the final gel polish application to ensure that its done properly. Ive moved cities a lot and gotten my nails done in tons of different places. These have lasted the best of all of them. I wont go anywhere else now. Most importantly, the place is VERY CLEAN. You are given your own brand new file and buffer block that you can take home with you each time. All manicure tools are taken out of sealed bags before right in front of you and have clearly been properly sanitized between clients. They use plastic liners in all of the foot tubs.

They only allow walk-ins so you get whatever nail tech is available. The nail techs are just average. So when I found a good one, Angie, I either had to wait an hour for her to be available OR come back in 2 hours. I did this for a year... finally got tired of the wasted time & aggravation.The owners are very nice but seem to value quantity over quality.

The staff was nice but the nail tech did not know what she was doing. I’ve been getting stiletto nails for 3 years now and I had to explain to her how to do that. My nail shape is atrocious and half my finger tips are bloody. I’ve never had uglier looking nails. OH AND I paid wayyyyy more than I typically pay for a gel fill especially for this poor quality.

Only place I will go for a gel manicure. They are reasonably priced and do an amazing job. Ive had a manicure last 4 weeks before and only got it redone because my nails got too long. FYI they dont take reservations and are pretty much always busy. So it helps if your schedule is flexible. But the busyness is also a good indicator of their quality.

Highly upset!!! So they have a no appointment policy. Ok fine. I work 10-7 everyday. They close at 8 right? So when I walk in with 3 busted nails at 7pm, from a full set I got there, you would think I could be seen!!! Well nope!!! You lost a loyal customer today!! Thanks for nothing!!!

VERY RUDE STAFF!! I went in asking for a pink and white dip and was told they dont do that, which is fine so I was going to get an acrylic full set. After I sat down and the 1 person who knew how to do that still (apparently there is only 1 person in that place that knows) started working on me, the other worker was making fun of me saying that no one has had that done since like 1999 Ok thats rude and such an unnecessary of a comment. This same worker also made a comment of you know why you had a bad manicure? Because those Asians cant open their eyes enough to see what they are doing Again - so incredibly rude!!!!! She made a few comments about Asians that were just mean. A conversation about buying and selling Pot came up twice and they stereo types of couples, I dont understand what kind of place this is but, if you are going to continue to make fun of the customers that come to see you, your going to lose them.They guy didnt even do a good job, I told him I wanted half round half square tips and he gave me square and made them very wide and thick. I had to go home and file down to where it needed to be and re-put on a top coat. No one should have to do that!!!I will NEVER go back there and will make sure everyone I know never goes there! Very very rude staff!!!!

I just had the worst pedicure of my life. Not only was the pedicure bad but my experience as a whole was bad. It started out with them taking 45 minutes to approach my chair. My feet were so cold at that point. The male I had was plain rude. I paid for the deluxe pedi and can say I did not get my money’s worth. The male i had hurt my feet so badly while cutting my cuticles. He cut my toe open. He then didn’t even give me warm towels mind you in my pedicure I paid for I was suppose to 2. Would not recommend sadly. I used to love it here I hope they get it back together

I am never one to write reviews but I feel its necessary after my experience today. I do love this place because they do great work, but only come here if you have 2+ hours to spare. I went in for a gel manicure today, and I spent about 1 1/2 hours out of the 2 I was there just sitting in a chair waiting. They completely forgot about me. And this is not the first time this has happened. It seems like every time I go there, everyone else gets service before me. One time I even made an appointment because I knew I had other engagements and didnt want to spend my whole night getting my nails done. They were so offended and their response was who makes appointments?There definitely needs to be some changes here, whether its getting a larger space, hiring more staff, or straight up telling people sorry, we cant see you now. Dont make people wait for over an hour.The staff is very nice, and the atmosphere is relatively calm, with good music. But sadly, I dont think I will be coming here again.

My gel manicure never lasted until I started coming here! I can go 3 weeks or longer! Its always busy but its expected for a great nail place. The decor is fresh and in style and the salon its very clean! I love the music they play and that they offer you a beverage for your pedi! Wont go anywhere else!

I found this place maybe about 4 years or so ago, Id say. Now, I end up bumping into someone I know there almost every time I go. I keep coming back, not mainly for the service, but of how funny these people are! They are just so chill, and make getting your nails done a really fun time.The owners are there open to close every single day, and remember you by name. They will greet you by name when you first walk in, to the minute you leave. They have even recognized my mother and my husband and have told me about it, even though we have come in at separate times! My husband to buy me gift certificates of course (and we have the same last name) and my mother since we look so much alike.They accept walk-ins only, however, they move super fast. I usually dig all of my pedicures or manicures, there just happens to be that one not-so-great nail artist once in awhile. You can request who youd like to do your nails for you, though.They will give you a pop (soda) or water with any type of pedicure and they have candy all over.The worst experience I had there was actually the week of my wedding a little over 3 years ago. I called ahead asking to make an appointment for 5-6 people, but I was told they dont take appointments (I just found out last year, they if you tell them its a bachelorette that they actually CAN reserve the place just for you). I had a few friends come with me at 5pm, and I was seated for a pedicure probably an hour later. They still took so many people before me. For a pedicure, manicure and an eyebrow wax, I ended up being there until AFTER close which at the time I believe it was about 9pm. It was awful, but at least my nails and eyebrows ended up being on point. I couldnt just leave because my wedding was in just 3 days!

They actually made an appointment for my daughter and I but still was asked to have a seat. There were many people already waiting. People were even waiting in the pedicure chair soaking. There were 2 people getting their pedicure and not even finished. We were told we would be taking a seat in the pedicure chair when they were done with the ones in the chair at that time. We decided to leave and go to Apple Nails down the road since it was still almost an hour wait to soak. They just keep accepting clients when they dont have enough staff or stations for clients.

Went in for a pedicure and a gel manicure with my sister today. I was so thrilled that they werent busy and that we would get plenty of good service since there was no rush. I told the man who did my toes that I wanted a Deluxe Pedicure. 25 minutes later my deluxe pedicure was over and my sister was only a little over half way done. She was asked which lotion she would like for a massage. I never even got a massage. Even though my sister got more time she still had paint along the sides of her toes and said her service wasnt great. Needless to say that what was expected to be better service since they werent busy was terrible service. I didnt even tip the guy who did my pedicure. When I told the manager I wouldnt be staying for my manicure he just said okand didnt bother to ask if something was wrong.I never write reviews but I was so angry leaving here that I felt everyone else should know how terrible the service was.Some serious changes need to be made here.

Ive been going here for years and have always had a pleasant experience. You will wait if its busy but as others have said, theyre busy because theyre good! I love the little extras like the herbal heating pad, beverages and fruit cups. I have never found any of the staff to be rude and would highly recommend this place to all!

First time here and they were really great. When I normally get a gel manicure it normally comes off not even 2 weeks but since k got my nails done here they have been staying on a couple weeks and will definitely reccomend this to family and friends

I went here before vacation with friends expecting to get a lasting gel pedicure so I didnt need to worry about my toes for 2 weeks. The girl I got seemed like she had no idea what I was saying and people had to help her out. She picked the wrong color twice when I told her the number of the color countless times. She never filed or cut my nails and painted over the cuticle. Needless to say my polish peeled off since it was lifted on my cuticle within a week of being painted on. I will not come here again it was a waste of my time and paying extra for gel when it didnt even last as regular polish would.

I called before I drove 20 min to get here to see what time they close. They told me 8pm. I arrived at 7:20 pm 20 min after calling only Gibbs told they wouldnt take me because they stop services at 7pm.. the time I called. I was here to get my daughters nails done for her birthday tomorrow. This was a waste of time and gas and a disappointment to my daughter.

If i can rate this 0 I Would. I came in for the first today with a friend and I asked for a regular pedicure and the lady who did my pedicure did not scrub my feet at all. My feet look the exact same as when I come in. The lady took my 30$ and the price for regular is 25. I didnt even tell her to keep the change she kept it. Im over here waiting for my change and she goes to somebodys else. I told the owner my feet look horrible all she said she will tell the lady to do better next time and I said I will not come again. Didnt even care.. like what kind of service is this ? Im literally on my way to another shop to get my real pedicure.

Went in for a full set, wanted a french tip painted in gel INSTEAD i got a full set poorly done ( having the white tip not even fit my nail and going onto my skin, making me bleed, and giving me attitude when i ask for it to be fixed) . i asked for my nails to be cut down since they were so long and once i said something i was immediately told my nails would cost $50. that would be for a full tip with nothing painted on my nails. Now 3 days later my nails are already lifting and are very embarrassing. The lady who did my nails sat there until i pulled out money to tip her, and as soon as i tipped her she ran away, very uncomfortable!!!!!! felt very pressured. I will never come back here or tell my friends or family with the service i was given. I tried to contact the salon in regards to this and no one will answer the phone.... not very professional!!! and $50 for a full set with nothing painted, gel is very over priced and on top of that a tip that shouldnt of even been given....

I came her because my usual place is too far away from my apartment and it was closer. I came in looking to get a soak off of the current gel manicure I had from my usual place and get a new gel manicure. I knew it was going to take a while so time was not an issue for me I knew they were very busy. I was told to sit at the back table and she would have her mother get me started. 10 minutes went by before they realized I was still sitting there. Then when I started soaking my polish off, I sat there for so long my finger started to burn because of the acetone. When I was finally done soaking off I sat in the chair waiting for my manicure for another 10 minutes and when my manicure finally started, the girl doing it clipped my cuticles so hard and deep my fingers wouldnt stop bleeding. She spent at least 20 minutes trying to get my fingers to stop bleeding. Even when I sat down to actually get the gel polish out on I was still bleeding. My cuticles are bruised as swollen because of it. they didnt even offer to discount my service because they cut me so badly. I can barley wash my hands without my finger stinging. And unless you know these guys personally, forget about feeling welcome or feeling like a priority. Ive given this place multiple chances and the same thing happens to me. Wont be going back.

I have tried twice...both times I was caught by the drill and made to bleed. Both times they were busy and it took forever. Both times the acrylic nails were poorly done. The 2nd technician insisted I needed a new set when it was less than a month from the original set (and I had them filled at the 2 week point at a different place) saying I would have a nail fungus if I didn’t let her remove them. Now her set is only a week old and she didn’t glue the nail to the acrylic well and I have black particles of food stuck in between them...might have to get them ripped off again because of it! AND definitely more expensive than average! I’m not going back ever again. I went to Solar Nails in Lockport for almost a year and never had problems like this!!!
