Horrible job! Didn’t ask if i wanted to cut my nails and just did it messing up my nail shape, didn’t clean around the nail before placing in the gel machine! Didn’t file nor cleaned my little toes! Came back the next day to get it fixed and they left my toes just as bad!! Not a fan of complaining or reviews but this is ridiculous for $45

Went for a pedicure as a walk in with my friend. They got us in on a Friday evening and we were out within an hour! And we both absolutely loved our technicians. We will definitely be back.

The tech was so rough with the file I started bleeding, probably because she was drilling my NATURAL NAIL.The sanitation of this place is terrible; the techs are reusing files. Some of the tools are soaking in Barbicide, which does not sterilize them, but all of the tools are reused on different clients. The shape of the nails are uneven and not uniform, and they use way too much glue when putting on the tips. After the full set I was told to go to Lisa for the polish/design, but another tech saw me waiting and ended up taking me. The art I received looks nothing like what I asked for.

Walked in and waited as techs ignored my friend and me. Decided to leave bc I don’t spend money with people who don’t want to service me. Didn’t look very clean or up to code either. Would not recommend

Been coming for 3 years as long as you tell them how you want your eyebrows I’ve never had an issue, that goes for my nails too.

The ladies in the back back are unfair. There is no order . If someone walks in and requests a certain person to do there feet. Then that lady goes and does that person next. Nevermind all the rest of us who been waiting for 30 minutes. Smh. They do a good job but people are busy they should really have a better policy when it comes to fairness.

1. I sat for ALMOST 5 hours for plain white acrylics on my hands2. No covid restrictions in place3. OVERPRICED charged $109 for basic polish on toes and short med length acrylics on hands when you get charged $80 down the street

It is clear to me that WE, ladies their largest consumers, have given nail salons soooooooo much income, WE are no longer priority.

I paid $40 for nails that were not correct I asked the nail technician repeatedly to fix them and she refused also spoke to the manager who also disregarded my concerns and then proceeded to rush me out I will absolutely be reporting them to the better business bureau

Living on the west side I was looking for a new place to get my nails done. I decided on trying this salon and was thrilled by the service! As an eccentric person I got stiletto nails with an ombré paint job and they came out perfect. Well done, have stayed on until my next fill, just perfect. The shop is very organized and clean and the workers do their job quickly. Also got my eyebrows waxed and very happy with the shape. 5 stars, will not go anywhere else

How ever their is a few puertorican that do nails and I know for a fact they do very nice nails now I dnt know if it’s because they dnt like me they do my nails horrible !!!! How ever I have paid up to $90 in just nails so if I pay for something I want it well done and to my liking! I’ve been coming to this spot since I was 9 years old I am very disappointed especially in my own ethnicity!

I had an appointment for myself and my six year old for pedicures, when I arrived I was told my child couldn’t be serviced because she was 6 and not 7. The man was rude and I’ll never return.

Ive been getting my nails done here for the past couple of years now I will not go anywhere else. They do a great job a my nails last a long time. Ive gone to other nail places and had to get a fill within a week and my nails would be weak and break easily Jennys sometimes I dont have to go in for a fill for 3 weeks and my nails are still strong am I polish still looks good. They are very busy the best time is to go early in the morning but they dont rush the first doing your nails so they are done right. In my opinion they have always acted more concerned about doing a good job with the person sitting in front of them and not trying to rush just to get to the next client like many other nail salons technicians do. Many of my girlfriends now go there because of the excellent service and quality after work.

Went to get my old dip powder nails off and to get a full set of acrylic nails (fill ins are cheaper than constantly getting new dip powder nails) and they look really cute!! my only issue is that the nail buffer left a cut on my finger but other than that I kind of can’t complain. my nail tech did an awesome job and she really took her time making sure the shape and everything was good

For the most part they do good work, I usually really like my nails, however theyre not taking COVID-19 precautions at all besides face masks. Ive been here twice during this pandemic. No one is washing their hands, theyre not cleaning tools before or after use whatsoever. Theyre even using the same nail bits on clients which I know are fairly cheap. One of the workers used the cuticle nipper on me and then nipped her own hands afterwards. The hygiene here is absolutely horrendous. The state should get involved imo and shut them completely down or supervise their operations until they get their safety and hygiene in order.

They do a good job on my nails I dont like how closely I have to watch them to make sure theyre doing all the proper steps I also dont like how they stop during doing my nails to talk to each other almost all of them speak Spanish so its kinda hard to communicate what I want or need done

This is my go to nail spot when Im in the Buffalo area! Its very affordable and they always do a great job on my acrylics. And their eyebrow waxing is LIFE CHANGING! Definitely if you dont want to spend a lot on your nails with great results then this is the place for you.

As of right now due to the coronavirus they are doing appointments only. There are restrictions in place due to the coronavirus such as the amount of people they are allowed to have in their shop at a time.

Very popular place, as with that comes an expected long wait. Theyre nails do last a good two weeks before looking like they need a fill. Wish they were more caring about trying to make both hands look good as in nail shape wise. Other than that its a typical nail shop

Technicians are more interested in gossiping in another language than actually doing their job. The job they finally do is poor quality, sloppy, and overpriced. Half of them dont even say a word to you or dont understand when you try to explain how you want your nails done.

My go to place to get my nails done, Ive tried other places and none of them come close to them.its always a pleasure to see lisa, will and the girls been a costomer for a long long long time

Every time I walk into Jennys Nail Salon, I feel as if Im coming to see family. They treat everyone as if they are long time, loyal customers. Very sweet, accommodating, and wonderfully humorous people work here. They have just about everything you need in order to feel glamorous as well

I LOVE Jenny’s Nails! Will and Lisa are hilarious and all the nail technicians do an amazing job!!!! I drive from Hamburg (about 25/30 minutes)! There can sometimes be a wait, but it’s 19401940% worth it! I stumbled upon Jenny’s about a year ago and now my sister and I will not go anywhere else!!! What you get is WAY more than price you pay! I recommend to everyone all the time!!

They do amazing work but sometimes the workers hold personal conversations and make the wait longer. Its always packed so that doesnt make it any better. But besides that they are great.

Fast and friendly service. I always get what I ask for at a great price. Excellent nail designs, tons of colors to choose from, and incredibly comfortable process. Get everything from a full set to eyebrow waxing.

Make sure you find a nail artist you like. Large variety of colors. Mostly run by oriental women who do a great job.

Recently relocated to Buffalo and have been to about 4 different nail salons. This was the best place and the most reasonably priced too.

I have had 2 great experiences here and 2 terrible one. The Male owner did my nails twice and they were terrible both times, shape wasnt uniform and color wasnt consistent. He was very rushed and on the phone the entire time he was doing my nails. The other two times I had different women and they were incredible those times.

I went yesterday for the first time and everyone was really understanding. Theyre super nice and work fast. The prices are amazing and my nails look great! Definitely going back.

They did a good job on my nails, it couldn’t been done a little better but I was satisfied. The girl who did my nails, was really nice and helpful.

I usually have a great experience however my last experiece I feel the job was rushed and the girl who did my pedicure made me bleed! I got gel sculpting and they are many different thickness! Ill try them again soon hopefully have a better experience!

I have been getting my nails done at Jennys for about 9-10 years... Lisa, Will, Tina and every other staff person in there are always respectful and kind. Yes sometimes you have to wait like anywhere else you go but there service is awesome and worth the wait... Duh! !!!

This place has potential, a few of their nail techs are amazing and do very modern designs but most times there’s a wait of 3 hours+, there’s a language barrier with the nail techs and most of them constantly cut cuticles even after you warn them they did... and the ventilation is terrible and I get a headache every time.

This is the worst place ever to go. Looks like a child painted my nails. And asked for a pedicure and all they did was paint my nails they are the worst waste of money and time.

Very busy nail salon. The girl I had did a very nice job at least until a week & half later my nails started coming right off. But this seems to be a continuous thing even from other nail spots Ive experienced. Must not be doing the sets like they used to. As Ive been getting my nails done since late 90s. And never had this issue then. Definitely doing them faster than before, could be why?!

Can you please list your prices. I have been going to your Salon for three years and Im happy with the service. My problem comes when Im charged different prices by different employees for the same service. Every time I go I find myself paying more than I paid the last time I was there by different employees. Its hard to see the same employee each time.

Although the wait was long, it was worth it. The nail thech with the Waleska shirt was very polite and did an amazing job on my nail. I will definitely be going back. Also my eyebrows turned out amazing.

I got a full set for 20 dollars my nails came out very nice it’s a 30 min wait maybe longer sometimes but the lady made sure my nails were exactly how I wanted them length shape color everything she made them perfect for me if you like being taken care of as soon as you walk through the door I wouldn’t recommend jennys it’s always full but they do good nails for cheap

Horrible service, I was sat in the back room for a pedicure and left for over an hour. When my pedi was finally dont I went up front for my full set and was sat in a chair and told to wait for my nail tech. She never came, so they had me sit in another techs chair, them I had to wait for this girl to finish with her lunch. By then I was already there for two hours.I was livid, but that girl had to eat. When I finally did have a nail tech, she was talk to her friends in Spanish, and didnt seem too interested in how I wanted my nails done. I even asked for a translator, she said she did understand what I was asking for and proceeded to give me the exactly opposite of what I wanted.I pay $45-50 for better service by my house, but I heard Jennys was the best. I will never go back again.

Only reason ppl even go here is for Lisa. She has some of the most creative nail art in the city. But the client base is just ratchet. Its always loud. Theres always children running around unattended. They use old products on ur hands. Like, they will literally sit in front of you and empty an old polish contents into a different half used polish. If it wasnt for Lisa is never go back. EVER
