Ali B did an amazing job for my lashes. Great thing about her as a lash tech is that she moves fast but still gives amazing results. Win-win. I appreciated that she kept in mind my back problems. She had a heating pad and cushion to help during my appointment.

An artist by the name of Ali is very unprofessional and was very very rude to me when I just mentioned a small issue I had. She also took to her social media to make fun of another client that had an issue after me which make me want to speak up. It obviously seems like she gets very defensive and can’t just kindly work with her clients. I’ve never had such a bad experience with a last tech and I’ve been getting my lashes done for two years with my last artist. Highly DONT recommend this salon if you don’t want to get sued for just voicing an issue.

We did a full color change and were really nervous but the color is perfect! There is great depth and variation! Everyone is very professional and skilled!

Nice staff but price a little high for a kid haircut

If you are looking for a good pedicure, I would not recommend Lux. A friend and I went together yesterday hoping for a relaxing experience, however, it was far from that. Only one of their 3 pedicure chairs massage function works. Thats part of the experience and I would expect an Aveda salon to have working equipment. The person working on my friends pedicure also cut her foot and caused it to bleed during the service. To top it off 45 minutes after the service the polish chipped. Not worth the $50.

Very professional and friendly, the location is always clean and stocked with the latest in hair products from Aveda. If youre looking for the latest hair styles this is the place to go....
