Karen, the owner gave me a great facial, it was my first ever. She always explained what she was doing and the products she was using and explained what they were for.

I love this salon! I have never been treated with anything less than courtesy & respect! The owner/operator genuinely seems to care about her clients & loves the work! It is a full salon with an expanding range of services at comparable/reasonable prices.

Karen was absolutely amazing Ive never had someone treat me as more than a customer but as a person. My hair looks and feels amazing not to mention the way she styled it!!!!

The day before a wedding I decided I wanted just a quick 10 minute braid, calling everywhere all places were booked but the lady here said she could give me a braid. When I got there the next day she asked if Id like a cute updo instead and I said why not!! I wanted one anyways but thought nobody would do a last minute updo. This braided updo was SO gorgeous, and only took 20 minutes. It was prettier than the $80ish updo I got for prom at Fawn and fox ( supposedly the best salon in buffalo) and it also took fawn and fox an hour to do my updo compared to the lady here who only took 20 minutes and did a better job. I never ever write reviews but this place deserves more credit. And the lady was also very nice and charged me for just the braid she was suppose to do ($25) instead of the $60 updo.

My wife went here and got a hair cut she didnt listen to her on what style and cut and just hacked her hair really bad my wife is so upset thanks for ruining her beautiful hair
