I took my daughter to get her nails done. They did a nice job but my daughter said the lady had her air pods in and talked on the phone the whole time she was working on her.

They burned my skin with nail glue, and cut my fingers, trying to pull the glue off. Then proceeded to pop off rhinestones when I complained and ask for a refund as the service was horrible, and the man doing my nails did not know what he was doing. My nails are lumpy and thick. There was acrylic all over my fingers and glue all over my fingers. I wouldnt recommend them to my worst enemy.

Very disrespectful staff... I clearly expressed what I wanted but referenced a picture regarding the color I wanted... Long story short she attempted to replicate the picture because it was more money... The saddest part is she admitted to her fault yet still insisted on arguing her point... I will never go back there again due to the extreme level of ignorance!!!

This place ruined my eyebrows! My eyebrows is soo thick and full that if you make a mistake you’ll still have a lot of hair left on the brow to fix it! I left out of here with nearly no eyebrows left and one was longer than the other! DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE THEY ARE BS

Service is subpar, and the acrylic is always applied thick with no real perfection. An the footspa tubs you have to ask them to freshen them up before hand. They arent nasty just a little scrungy

Not clean, they had from March to June to clean, you cant clean the utensils with the same water I soak my feet in, but they can do some neals

The nail glue burned my thumb a bit and I don’t think they used a fresh nail file on me which is a little gross...but other than that my nails are gorgeous and the lady did exactly what I wanted.

Can’t give negative stars but I would. Nails half polished and crooked very rude. Coworker and I went they asked me to pay up front but not her. I had to pay the next day to get nails fixed. Worst place ever.

I willl never go here again. My sister, my daughter and I went for a girls day. Two fullsets and a manicure for my 4 year old. My nails are naturally long. We asked them about silk wrap they didnt have it. So i asked for the colored acrylic they claim to not know what I was talking about. Two of the women was very rude! They didnt shape our nails correctly. After two days one of my nails broke in half which I dont see how when they are mine just had an acrylic overlay because they dont do silk wrap. Day by day my nails are breaking bad which never happened to me EVERRR I have went a month maybe two without getting a refill when i go to other places so I know it has to have been due to the poor job that was done at this place. I am very upset and highly disappointed with this place.
