A couple friends of mine came in the other day and got 2 manicures and 1 pedicure. The lady doing the nails was extremely rude and made them pay before everything was done. She also made rude comments about my other friends weight which is extremely unprofessional. She cut the cuticles of one friend and applied polish that she didn’t even want without her permission. And when they tried to talk to her about it she was rude and started yelling at them. If you want your nails done terribly and to have rude comments made about your appearance then this is the place for you. Otherwise I STRONGLY recommend going somewhere else

I just got a fill and changed my color I think this place cant do many nail shapes such as stilettoe nails but il have to try it and then update it

I loveeee this nail salon! This is my go-to salon whenever I need to get my nails done. The owners are very friendly & always give me exactly what I’m looking for. I love how long the acrylics stay on & the colors are always so cute. I highly recommend this place to all of my friends & family, and anyone who asks where I get my nails done. I’ve never had a bad experience, and I refuse to go anywhere else!!

Lady was ok at first, but when it went to getting the nail painted she was in a rush , I ask for another coat she said it was fine , what lady . My nails an customer always rite ..

If I could give this place a negative star I would.... the lady was nice but completely rushed through her work. I paid 50 dollars to have mine and my mom’s nails shellacked and by the time we got home I had 3 nails chipped and my moms were starting to peel. Absolutely a waste of time and money and will never suggest this place to anyone!! Absolutely terrible and dirty/disgusting inside as well. Do yourself a favor and don’t ever go to this nail salon. Should be out of business for their crappy work.

When I went in there was no wait. I thought awesome. I got my pedi first and relaxed in the massage chair. Then I was ready for my full set of pink and whites. I was absolutely horrified when the lady there applied my white tips, at least, 4 of the tips were and are crooked!! I spoke up and her response was “I fix after acrylic” I stated that it wouldn’t fix the tips being crooked. She continued as if this were ok! She had placed acrylic on ALL of my cuticles. I tried calling 4 times only to be told I didn’t get my nails done there. I went in and they called the police and told me I had to take them to small claims court.......who runs a business like that? Don’t go there!!!

HORRIBLE MY WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! workers were very rude & not friendly. did a horrible job with my pedicure! didn’t even attempt to finish my manicure when i realized the workers didn’t change gloves in between customers & they ARGUED with me when i asked them to change gloves!! disgusting just all around horrible never again will i go here or recommend it! ONE & DONE!!!!!!

Workers are very nice and and work fast, and the quality is great. It gets busy over the weekends, other than that, i would recommend it to anyone looking for a quality and AFFORDABLE place to get your nails done.

This is THE WORST place I ever got my nails done. I do not recommend wasting your time or money here. Less than two hours after getting a gel manicure, the polish peeled off. Then, once I tried to remove the rest of the polish, it ruined and broke my nails. I honestly wouldn’t even give one star...but I had no choice.

They do a great job with my nails all the time my eyebrows are always perfectly done I was just there today to get my nails fixed and brows done. The lady Kim I think, is always on point and takes her time...

I had a bad experience at this nail salon because they rush you through your manicure, make you pay before you even get your nails painted, leave nail polish on your fingers, and dont moisturize your cuticles! I wish I could post a picture of my nails for you before and after/ they look better before!

Most horrible manicure Ive ever gotten!! I have multiple cuts that are now scabbing up in my nail beds because of how rough the man was, the salon is dirty and the equipment is so old. The UV light was falling apart and felt like it was really burning me when I put my hands under for my gel manicure and the next morning I looked closely at my nails to find multiple cracks in the polish on almost every nail. I dont know what this man did differently but my nails look humongous and just plain horrible. Needless to say this manicure left much to desire, no hand massage or even any lotion offered. Very disappointing

I initially started going to this shop about a year ago. I had a great experience the first couple of times I went, and I brought friends with me so they could share the experience.The past 3 times I have gone, we have been more and more disappointed. The first time, a friend and I went for mani/pedis. They stuck us in the pedi chairs and left us there for 3 hours !!!!!! while they worked on other people who came in AFTER us and didnt have appointments. We wound up having to leave before my friend could even get a mani because work called. Of course, we got charged for the more expensive just pedi than the mani/pedi combo price.The next time, the same friend and I went back. This time we completed our services, but it still took several hours because the owner and his wife (?) kept interrupting our services to take care of other customers. Again, we had a reservation and they did not.Last time, I went by myself. I came into an empty shop, I told them I needed various services (mani/pedi/eyebrows) which cost about $85 total. The husband started my manicure (wife was watching tv) and had just applied the base polish when a woman came into the store asking for an acrylic nail fill ($14). The man STOPPED my manicure mid-stroke and told me to go sit in the pedicure chairs while he waited on this customer. I was furious but did not want to cause a scene, so I went to the pedicure chair. The wife eventually came over and began my pedicure. When she had finished, the husband called me back over to have my nails finished. I took the opportunity to tell him how confused I was that he slighted an $85 customer to take care of a $14 customer. Why didnt the wife take care of her? If she doesnt do acrylic nails, why not have her switch out to finish my manicure? That would have been acceptable instead of simply stopping my service and pushing me off to the side like I was unimportant. I had been coming here every month for the past year - sometimes twice a month - and ALWAYS spending at least $100 with tip.I was informed that this was just how they did it and that next time I should make a reservation. Really? I tried that, remember?This is meant to be relaxing. These experiences certainly have not been.
