This nail shop is great and very accommodating. Tony did my nails and did an amazing job, his other nail tech did a great job the last time as well. The prices are average and comparable to other local shops. I highly recommend this shop and it’s worth the wait….if you end up waiting…..the last couple times I made appts and didn’t have to wait at all! I will continue to go to this nail shop it’s totally worth the drive (I live in NF)!!!!

What a great experience here! The whole staff was upbeat and hilarious. They offered everyone drinks orders, the owner Tony was refreshing to see someone truly care about their customers, he made sure everyone was taken care of and had a good time. They have talented freestyle artists and had a million colors to choose from. My nail tech Shavonne searched for a specific shade of pink that I liked for a lot longer than she had to, to make sure my nails were perfect! :) nothing was rushed and she took her time. So excited to see them evolve when they open up their new and improved location! 🤍

I was amazed at the service and the friendliness of the nail technicians. The owner was very friendly and spent time talking to me. There was so much laughter and the music was on point. I especially loved the massage chairs. Looking forward to bringing my family and friends.

So I stumbled upon this place today after my regular Nail spot was closed. Normally I pay $25 for a pedicure at the place I go to that includes taking Nail polish off, removing callus and new design polish. In my opinion AP Nails is very expensive compared to what I am used to it cost $55 for my pedicure with simple white tip because I needed a deluxe because Nail polish removal isnt included in their basic pedicure. However this deluxe included scented water, hot towels, wonderful massage & my pedicure looks absolutely beautiful so it was well worth the $55 and 5 star review not to mention everyone is so friendly and nice and everything they use on you is brand new they open the package infront of you. I usually get a pedicure every 2 weeks but with these prices I can only do once a month. I definitely will be back this is just my opinion and experience & regardless of the price Im overall very satisfied.

When going to this nail salon, speak up about the quality of the services received...dont let them shuffle you through like a numberA few good employees working there though 😊 your wife was great, but your other employee that did my fingernails did a very shabby job at best, Id say a C+ jobI gave your wife a $15 tip while the other employee got 5, explain that one???

I always have a pleasant experience every time I go! If something doesn’t turn out the way you like it, just let them know! They don’t want you leaving feeling unsatisfied with what you got done! 10/10 would recommend! They’ll be sure to put a smile on your face and make you laugh while you’re there!

Waited 20 minutes for a scheduled appointment. $75 for a full set of ombré gel acrylics with a (simple) design. The nail tech cut my skin (near the cuticle) twice. Would not recommend. Better places around that aren’t so expensive.

Great experience here. Took my fiance and myself to get a spa pedicure and a manicure. The staff were friendly and attentive and very accommodating. I initially hadnt made a reservation for a manicure but decided after my pedicure that I wanted one. I dont think they actually had room for me at the moment but assured theyd get me in as soon as they could and did just that. The salon was clean and well kept and staff was really nice and professional. I truly enjoyed my experience and will be back 😊

Honestly I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt and not complain but now I’m not happy. I got a manicure on Friday and paid 1 dollar per stupid sticker they put on my nails. The sticker fell off within 2 days and now my nails look like trash. They used dirty tools they were not clean…and when they were done they just stuck them back in the drawer. 70 dollars down the drain for no reason. I’m really upset because I wanted to treat myself. My friend had the same experience where her nails chipped within a couple days as well. Won’t be going back.

I think Ive been to every nail salon in the Ken/Ton/Amherst area and even though you will definitely wait here, even with an appointment, this is by far the best place in the area. They did dip nails for me it was my first time going there the girl did it so fast there was bumps on my nails also made them so sharp you can cut your self bad. I don’t know how they got all those good reviews when the place is just a money maker they don’t cate about their customers.

I had my nails done here 13 days ago and 4 of them are coming off. I dont do any physical activity, dont clean, dont cook; I write and read all day so I definitely didnt do anything to cause my nails to lift. The acrylic was laid too thickly at the base of my nail and too close to the cuticle, there are big bumps where my acrylics end and my natural nails begin to grow out. This means poor application technique and no filing to ensure the acrylic smoothly transitions onto my nail. This is what causes your acrylics to lift (as well as prep). The owner was doing my nails and said that nobody in Buffalo does nails like him, I sure hope hes right. Waste of my time and money. Will not go back and do not want it fixed.

Me and my friend went to get acrylics for the first time here. We both believe that the quality is really awful. I got marble nails done but the marble pattern doesnt show anymore and the nail polish is already coming off. Its been less than 5 hours! Not worth the money at all!

Best experience i’ve had in years getting my nails done! Such a friendly staff and they did amazing work. I got a regular manicure and Tony threw in gel for free. I appreciate this place a lot and they will have my business for as long as I’m in Buffalo! Great music and great atmosphere.

My nails came out horrible. I said I wanted them long and you would think I asked for a $20 bill. I don’t understand why they always have an issue with doing long nails. So they aren’t the length I wanted and the shape idek what to call it. I asked for coffin and they are barely that. I need my shape to be precise, not half ass. Also, they were SO THIN. They guy that did my nails barely used any acrylic at all. I’m sure if I hit my nail on something it’ll break. Oh yeah, and I’m also a licensed nail technician 🙃 so I know what I’m talking about and how things should have been done.

Very inconsistent pricing! I got a fill for $23, a full set for $32 went in for a fill and 1 repair and was charged $38 with no polish!! Its a friendly enough place but the quality vs $$$ not so good. Misunderstanding! Tony was very apologetic!! Thank you

When I first moved here I had a difficult time finding a nail salon that was clean, friendly, safe and had good quality. Then I discovered AP nails and will never go to another nail salon again. Tony and his techs are always able to get me in whenever I need a mani or pedi and they always remember my name as well.

I was here yesterday, I set up an appointment for 2:00. as the tech was doing my new set I was asked what shape, I said square, with the edge not sharp. he went to cut the sides off, and I pulled away, and showed him a picture .he said no, I show you, so I let him do it. by the time he was done, it looked like a 5year old did my nails. I out right said, I hate these, im very unhappy the tech said next time .. I didnt understand what you wanted the owner was doing someones nails and over heard me! 46.00 later, and they were so awful they had to come off! not even 24 hours later .. they were that bad, I couldnt leave them on .. extremely upset that I paid 46.00 on something I was so unhappy with and that they let me walk out the door that way .. Id advise taking pictures and making sure they know. and understabd what you want, or you will just waste your money.

The best place to get your nails done. I am extremely picky when it comes to my nails, but gotta tell you that their job is amazing, very detailed plus also a very nice vibe in the place. They removed my old set very careful, i could say with no pain. I paid 50 for a new basic set with gel polish on it. I will be getting my nails done here from now on. I have been going to this salon for over a year and have never had a bad experience. Each nail tech is skilled in what they do and are always friendly. It is often busy, but the owner, Tony, makes an effort to accommodate everyone. I’ve tried other nail salons before and would always find inconsistency. Definitely would recommend to anyone!!

Did a great job on my nails, they look amazing super close to what I asked for and the owner is very nice and respectful. My only complaint is while filing my nails, the tech put way too much pressure and I was in serious pain whenever he filed. They were acrylics so it felt like my real nail was getting ripped off. Other than that, it was a great experience and my nails look incredible , will definitely make it a regular spot.

Was supper friendly staff, my sister had an appointment and i was just a walk in, really on top of covid protection, sanitize everything after each customer, takes temp at the door. She was super efficient at what i wanted, which was a mani gel polish. They turned out great. And my sisters acrylic gel french tip was beautiful too. And it wasn’t an arm and a leg to get them done :) 35$ for my gel mani and 50, for my sisters acrylic gel french tip. Not bad.

Had a great experience with this place. My usual spa was closed and I needed my nails done on Sunday. AP Nails did such a great job that I am considering switching providers for good! I will definitely go back. If I had any critique at all, it would be to recommend the use of disposable liners in the foot spas.

I went here today for the first time ever let me tell you they are amazing, friendly and kind.The owner was very nice he said come back in 30 minutes and i did and I was taken care of as soon as i walked in the door. Thank you so much for being open on a sunday and being so welcome.

When I got my nails done they were nice, considering the fact that I paid $100 my nails should have lasted atleast a week. Within the first day one nail came off and over the next 3 days , 3 more nails came off. My nails have been done for 5 days and I have 6 nails remaining. Considering the fact that Tony kept saying my nails are too long , I’d think the adhesive process would be better. I’ve NEVER experienced like this in my life and after paying $100 for one hand to come off in less than a week I’m upset and appalled.

Went there on a Monday afternoon to receive a dip nail manicure. The service was okay, and I thought it was quality products being used. At the time I thought for the first time of me getting a dip manicure not bad. Then on Thursday not even 5 days into a service that should last at least 3 weeks started to chip off of 4 nails, while the gel clear coat that was placed on the dip color has started to peel off 1 nail right now. To be fair, I do cook and watch dishes daily. However this is not my first experience with dip manicures and have never had one that has done this. Not satisfied with the quality of dip color product on my nails.

U I have been going to this salon for quite some time now. Usually it is fine. Sometimes a long wait. Today I had a horrible experience and Ill never go back. I went to get a manicure done. A new male technician did my nails. He was incredibly rude, made me feel uncomfortable, and went as far as yelled at me for not having a relaxed hand. The owner was sitting right there he yelled at him but offered no refund and mthe guy continued to finish my nails. I should have walked out but was in shock. I was extremely disappointed in how this was handled and will never go back.

Jessica did a great job on my nails... I went in expecting to get gel nails but was convinced to get dip which I will not be able to continue at home but the nails are beautiful and staff were very pleasant and the vibe in the shop was nice

I read many of the reviews. They are mixed but thought I would give them a try. Everyone has an off day. I had read the reviews stating that you should make an appointment. So, I made an appointment for 2:00 p.m. I made the appointment with I guess is the owner. He said what time and I asked for 2:00 p.m. He said to just come down.I rushed to get to my appointment. When I walked in I stated what service I wanted and that I had an appointment. It sounded as if someone made pfft sound. I sat and waited 15 minutes. As I was leaving someone, I guess the owner, chased me out and said he had only two more people in front of me. He tried to tell me that I didnt tell him I had an appointment.There are too many nail salons in this area to be treated like that.Every review that has been negative Tony will respond with defensiveness instead of owning what happened at the salon.I didnt want to pay the $68 I paid for my last manicure. But I guess you get what you pay for.

After reading the reviews and the convenience of being open on Sunday, my daughter and I decided to try this place. I arrived and they were busy but the owner did come over and explain that Sunday was a first come first serve basis(which is ok to me, because Im happy youre open Sunday!!) I had a full set and my 10 year old had a manicure done. The woman who did my daughters manicure was fabulous and her nails look amazing!!!! And the man who did my nails was also very nice and did a good job!! The owner really cares about his clients and wants everyone happy with thier experience at his salon. I will be making this our new nail shop from now on!!!!

Been here three times and had excellent service every time. Extremely fast service, polite and courteous staff, nice atmosphere. My gel manicure has turned out excellent each time, and there are plenty of colors to choose from.

I came here as a walk in after another salon had botched my nails and then over charged me. I was taken the moment I walked in and the technician who did my nails listened to what had happened, explained what he would do differently, and then did above and beyond. I warned him that the previous technician had cut my fingers and he remembered which fingers and was very gentle with them. I left attempting to tip and realized I was actually undercharged and he actually returned my tip. I am beyond satisfied, made a costumer for life! I’ll be bringing my friends!

Extremely pleased with the service received at AP. Went for a pedi on Saturday and was impressed with their selection of color dip powders and got a set out on. I noticed some chipping on the top coat Sunday morning and went in to see Tommy to get fixed up. He was able to fix them right away. I am a very happy customer and will definitely continue to make the 25 minute drive to see them!
