They told me my 2002 RAV4 was worth $0 despite the car only being totaled due to a front-end collision and despite the car being in excellent shape other than the engine damage. Most scrap yards will at least give the owner a few hundred dollars, but MSG doesnt give owners anything and then they cash-out by selling the cars to the parties. Unfortunately, they have a contract for Interstate 78, otherwise I wouldnt have used them for the tow.

This was a horrible experience the web site tells you they close at 430 and close on the weekend if your car is towed on a Friday they charge you for the weekend and Monday. I received the call after 430 to pick up the tow release and attempted to reach out to them. When I got there I was told they open on saturday till 12 they misleading to get more money. No comparison

My customer had her vehicle towed here after an accident. The folks were so kind and helpful! My customer had a language barrier and they made it as easy as they could for us. The charges were really good in comparison to other tow yards I’ve contacted for same amount of days! Thanks guys so much for being super awesome!!!

Guy was a total jerk. A single mother was in the hospital and couldn’t move her car so they towed the car and when we went to get it the owner was a total a-hole. Charged two days worth of storage fees meanwhile SHE WAS IN THE HOSPITAL. Totally incompetent and really rude. Would NEVER recommend using them and I truly hope they go out of business.

Lets hope to GOD you dont get towed by these money hungry scums. If you need to call a towing place make sure this one is your LAST option.

This place in concert with the local police force is a scam. If the cops get these guys to tow you vehicle they will do all they can to get every penny they can out of you. They nor the police will contact you in a timely fashion (if at ALL) if they tow your vehicle. When pressed about the situation they will say it is your fault for not knowing you got towed.
