Lets cut to the point. Grade A+ service no bs shop that is determined to get the job done right the first time. Ive been going to them for years and sadly had to move. They might be slightly more expensive but what people dont realize (at the time of writing but inquire at the shop) is that they offer a 2 year 24k mile warranty on most of their work that many wont offer. Ill pay the premium price for premium work any day over other rip off lying shops Ive dealt with in the past. Everything is very well documented and kept for years should you need to review anything. I wish I could move their shop to my town so I could continue to use their services. Theres a reason their lot is full and business is jamming. Easy 5* rating.

After being involved in automotive accident we use AAA to find a towing service several in the area turn down our call and actually closed out the call forcing us to sit overnight. Thankfully in the morning after calling AAA back they rerouted our call to Austins. John and his team got right on it took care of us right away made us feel at ease after having a very anxious night and they did everything with professionalism and respect. I live in NJ and work overnights in PA. I had a flat tire and my insurance company was not going to arrive any time soon to assist me. I went to the nearest gas station to try to put air in but it was unsuccessful. Nobody around could help me. I did a google search and called Austin’s Auto. The receptionist Jaimie (sorry if i spelled your name wrong) was so kind and quickly connected me to Nelson who found one of their drivers Jonathan to come help me. They said they will arrive in 30-40 minutes but came within 20 minutes. When Jonathan arrived he couldn’t remove the tire because the tools he had was not equipped to do the work on my car. He was so nice to tow the car to the nearest shop but they couldn’t get the tires out either. He finally took the car to his shop where Mickey worked on it and they finally replaced my tire with a spare. The process was so stressful especially being so far from home with no sleep and nobody to reach out to. Josh was able to guide me back on the highway to go home. Those individuals there were so kind and patient. They know exactly what they are doing and it shows. Their shop is neat and smells good. They are very friendly with their customers and do their best to lighten the situation with funny conversations. I could not have asked for a better way to end my day. Thank you guys so much! I will highly recommend this place to anyone!

EXCELLENT SERVICE!! Took my pathfinder in today to change all 4 tires and the process was seamless. After dropping off my vehicle I received a text which included a link to the suggested services and pricing. I was able to choose my services online and they began work immediately. Picked the car up on time and everyone I interacted with was helpful and professional. I normally cringe whenever I have to take my car to the shop, but Austins definitely changed that for me. I went here last year for car inspection as the place I had been going to could not fit me in before expiration. And boy am I glad that the other place couldnt take me! Austins is a step above many other auto repair shops. Not only could they fit me in right away (I generally need to make appointments like this kind of last minute due to an unpredictable medical condition that has resulted in numerous appointment cancellations unfortunately, which I feel is unfair to the place of the appointment). Austins not only accommodated this, but even printed out my paperwork that was only on my phone as I did not have access to a printer! This is INCREDIBLE customer service! Their prices were very reasonable, and they were very thorough, telling me what needed to be done immediately (for the inspection) and what could wait, and provided prices for everything, so I knew when I would be able to afford to do the can wait things! This is very important to me as I am on a fixed (disability) income. I dont drive often (only to doctors, pharmacy, and grocery store), but need to keep my car running for these important reasons. I am about to schedule this years inspection, and will DEFINITELY be calling them! I highly recommend Austins for your automotive needs, as I feel they are very honest and knowledgeable mechanics (which can be hard to find both of these at the same place)! They are now my go to mechanics, and I have no plans to go anywhere else! I just love them!!

Not sure if the issue is on the shop’s end or the third party, my tire shop.com, but thought I’d post my experience to help anyone who might find themselves in a similar situation. I searched online for tire service near me to change one flat tire. Originally I booked Jack Williams, but then came across Austin’s, which is pretty close to my house. What’s more, according to mytireshop.com, they would be able to service my vehicle a day earlier than Jack Williams. So I booked, and the morning of the “appointment”, mytireshop called me that the tire would be at Austin’s within the hour and to call them to confirm a time to bring it in. When I spoke to Austin’s, I was told that they would not be able to get me in for 3 or 4 days. They mentioned that this was not the first time this issue has come up...so then why continue to use the third party if it isn’t working? Or, why not insist that the 3rd party correct their information so as to not mislead customers. Luckily, I didn’t have the opportunity to cancel my appointment with Jack Williams before this happened. So I guess my point is, be wary of making an online appointment with Austin’s, even though they make that option available through a third party.

Went here for the first time this January for my inspection; Needed new tires for my challenger. the manager was super knowledgeable and helpful. Tires came at a great price. Took the car back today for an oil change, since I am a healthcare provider they changed my oil for free to say thank you. Definitely found my permanent mechanics. By far one of the smoothest and easiest mechanic processes I’ve been through. The shop is thorough in their diagnostics, detailed in the explanations of what’s wrong, and provided super quick responses to any phone calls or questions I had. They have this awesome system of texting you a link that provides notes and yes/no selections on any work that may be done. They also provided photos of work being done in real time. I will definitely be making this my new shop as I’ve recently moved. Prices were fair, and they kept their word on when my car would be completed. Emailed for a tow very easy system to work once information was filled out. Email and text message happened right away. Driver then called within 8 minutes 8 minutes peoplevery very professional and gave me instructions and now my car is at the repair shop. They are crooks.. I had my car towed to their shop because it would not start. They charged me $700+. When I picked it up and drove up the street it overheated. I took it back to them and now theyre trying to charge me another $1000+. They are crooks and I have proof..I just found out they have a lot of bad reviews..

I moved into the Lehigh Valley area a couple of years ago and took my car to Austins Auto based on other positive reviews. I have been using Austins consistently for our familys auto work ever since. I have been very happy with their work and also with the customer service.Austins will let me know if a repair is needed immediately or if it is something that can wait. They will itemize their repair estimates so I can approve only the items I want done. I have not had any issues with repeat visits and charges for unsolved problems. I also feel comfortable asking Nelson for recommendations on auto related issues when Im not sure what to do (aka is it worth doing a certain repair on my 15 yr old vehicle??) I got one no and one yes and I agreed with both assessments!If you are reading reviews because you are looking for a place to get your car worked on and would like to be treated fairly, I recommend trying Austins Auto.

Nelson, the manager is very accommodating and he and his staff is very courteous. My experience with them for all my cars that I brought to them for repairs is excellent. Price is reasonable and if you are an AAA member, there is also a discount on the fees. That is why I am trying to get other members of my family to try them if they have auto repairs to be done. And they are just a couple miles away from me which makes it convenient for me. I recommend them, so try them and you will be satisfied with their service.

This is my first time coming here. I am normally very iffy and scared to take me car to ANY mechanics as many are known to rip me off/over charge me.I ended up choosing this place based on the reviews it has gotten and the fact that it was only a couple minutes away from my campus and I needed to get my state inspection done. This place is not walk-in. I did have to make an appointment for my car and when I arrived I did have to fill out paperwork.I did not have to wait long for my inspection to be finished and once they had a summary report of my car. The girl up front went over everything with me very throughly as well as the pricing as well. She explained everything to me as to why I did not pass inspection. What really surprised me was the fact that they sent me a link that was a virtual summary of the report. It even included pictures that shows you what needs to be fixed and how effected that area is which also included pricing! This is the first mechanic to actually be able to show me what needed to be fixed.Despite the drive I will definitely come back. The techs are very professional and seems to know what they are doing (unlike in my area)and how to fix any situation. They are a very reliable company and I will recommend Austins auto service to anyone who needs a trusted company with reasonable pricing. If you found this place on your Google maps. Had my car serviced there yesterday at the recommendation of a co-worker who has used them for a long time. They were extremely efficient and professional, and gave me options when it came time to pick up the car and it needed one more minor part. Ive been taking 3 cars to Austins for at least the pass 10 years. At this point I would not consider taking my cars anywhere else. Very professional, trained and certified mechanics willing and able to answer all your questions. AAA rated and all work is warrantied with a detailed print out of all the work done. They have a secure after hours drop box that I take advantage of just about every time where you can leave your car on the lot overnight and leave the keys for them to work on it. Austins is truly an honest shop you can trust and depend on. A true testament to the pride of ownership. I encourage anyone in need of auto repair or preventive maintenance to GO AND SEE FOR YOURSELF!!

The staff are friendly, the waiting room is a little on the small side, but the work is great. They even brought me out in the bay so the technician could show me whats been done, recommendations, and ask if I had any concerns. We took in our car - a Hyundai Accent 2008 model - because it was clearly having transmission problems. The staff were very courteous and were able to give us additional information about our car, such as the mileage limit for changing a timing belt, in a very helpful print out.I can say that Nelson was very personable and provided a great deal of knowledge. I would be more than happy to repeat my business with these guys and I suggest anyone else reading this to consider them before going some place else.Especially if you are new to the Lehigh Valley area, like my fiancee and I were.

Nice people that will win you over and take your money. I took my vehicle over to this shop because of what I read on the reviews what a wrong choice. Tell me why when I got my vehicle back there was a part missing that I explain needed to be put on to the shop guy. So the next day I called and told them that they forgot to put the part on and that they would have to put it on because its what I paid for the guy on the phone told me to fix it myself because its not a expensive part and easy to put on myself. I mean I dont care if the part was a dollar I paid a suppose professional shop to do the work so in that case just do it. I spent over $800 an 1 week later I still have the same problem. Beware of what you read because this is not a good shop

Went to garage to find what was wrong with my car, it was making a grinding noise, they said it was either wheel bearing or drive axle or drive shaft carrier bearing noise, they didnt seem to know what it really was so sounded like they wanted to just replace everything and I got an estimate of 1650 dollars, needless to say I picked up the car and took it somewhere else, they charged me 45 dollars to look at it and take a guess at what was wrong and there solution is to fix everything and overcharge you. There you have it ,thats my review of the place and they wont ever get a single dime out of me again, hope that helps someone!
